Scott and his team are awesome! Helped us during February winter storm, plus our thermostat issues. If it’s something he can walk you through he will, and so affordable. I can’t say enough about them. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need anything!

Ask them how much the service cost before things are done, if you get an answer of course.Wow!! You gave me a discount if I pay cash in your office. I refused it after when I see your rude language to me, overlooking. And paid all 254.38 for 10 minutes job via zelle. But It is still fine, free economy. But you DID NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER CHOICE. I would say NO if you answered me when I asked.I just complained why you did not let me know the price in advance of the service event hough I asked. You messaged me the invoice later.I NEVER SAID I am not paying, you asked me when I am going to pay. I said the end of the month. I thought I could do it. But when you say today, I did not say anything, but I will pay. What did you do? Come to my house?? Why, accusing me being a theft.How dare you do it when I nowhere told you I am not paying? Shame on you.

I recommend Scott Wallace of Retro A/C. I called him at 5:48pm this afternoon with a non working a/c and he was here within an hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Scott and his guys were amazing and did and amazing job!!! Ill be recommending them to everybody I know!!
