Hi, my name is Mario Anguiano I’m very disappointed with this company. On 06 -24-2022, I went there for a Bonded Title Transfer. Miss Sylvia Diaz Helped me. She told me it would be 3 to 6 weeks but could be longer. She quoted me 804.75 for the transaction I paid 500.00 balance due 304.75. Well 6 months later no results and asked for me to pay the balance, so I did. 2 days before Christmas she asked me for another 500.00, because the Court had under valued the Vehicle and that amount was the difference, I did not believe her. I did not give her any more money. So I went to EZ Title Multiservices and for 710.00 dollars had my Title, tags and plates ready in 6 weeks. I am very happy to be driving the car. I don’t know what I can do to get some of my money back. But it was a horrible experience and I literally got a mini stroke in my eye from all the stress. Will not recommend this compay.

I got on contact with Sylvia and explain her that my cousins brought a car from Boston and that he lost the car title, She immediately told me that she can help me doing a bond title and getting the registration and new car licensed plates Thanks Sylvia for you all your help.

Wasted all day they dont know what they are doing.She tried to charge me taxes on apportioned vehicle for over 1000 for title transfer only ended up being 250 somewhere else . Bonded tittle was not completed because where i went they explained there was hiccups and it wasnt a goid investment .

I can’t speak for anyone else , but I seen this company online and decide to contact them for a notary, my experience was not pleasant I spoke to this lady and she said to email the form that needed to be notarized and which I did on Tuesday. I kept calling no one answered used someone else phone and they answer...... smh unprofessional. I wasn’t contacted until Thursday evening about getting an appointment, which I did with my contact information didn’t hear back so I called back on Friday and she stated it’s book and will call me back in ! which I’m off only on the weekends.I wasn’t going to write anything but I wish this company would have been professional, take my needs into consideration , I’m annoyed at the moment because now I have to find somewhere else for this timely sensitive matter,....... I guess everyone has different experience 🤷🏽‍♀️Reply back: It was a Student Id form to be notarized with a valid passport pic because he is underage for a regular ID (Duh) and I had the required documents and I’m the legal parent Im not going to go back and forth with you cause you’re being unprofessional. Lack of Communication is the major issue you knew what I needed and you did provided so don’t come on here and say all of this cause at the end of the day it’s business not personal and off course I will find somewhere else , you have a great day

I started the process for a bonded title on 10/01/22 since then I’ve only hear from Sylvia about three time and this is a month or two between hearing from her all she tells me is that she had an emergency and that my title will be in the following week and then won’t answer again, don’t waste your time and money with this company they scam people I’m sure I’m not the only one they’ve done this to.

My case seemed simple, but for one detail, the title had another name written on the back, that complicated everything, and since I was dealing with bond, appraisal, etc., it was better to hire an agent.The surprise was that court processes are very slow since COVID and the Harris County courts are serving very slowly.Although it took a while to change the Trailer to my name (because of how slow Harris County is), I finally have the new license plates with me.Thank you very much Silvia for your attention.

Dont waste your time and money, they never answer the phone and there is never anyone in the office. It is a scam. They ask for money in advance and then there is no way to communicate with them.
