Steve responded quickly to my request for service. It was easy to get him scheduled - even though it was a holiday weekend. He showed up first thing in the morning of the call right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures of the issue, and what he did to repair it. He was super friendly and got us back to normal very quickly! Highly recommend!

As soon as I called Martin heating this morning they had Dustin come out within 15 minutes. He had the blower motor that needed to be replaced in his van. He then let me know the circuit board was out and needed to be replaced. He was able to get that in about 15 min due to his coworkers help bringing it to him. Dustin was professional and kind. He worked quickly to get my heater working again and the company gave me a $150 veteran discount. I would highly recommend this company!

I have a Carrier infinity system that requires special attention. I messed up the system by putting a non infinity stat on it, and when I couldnt get it to work, I went to FB. The owner (Steve) himself commented on my cry for help (twice) and gave me some advice. I still needed help, so I made an appointment with them and they were able to come out the same day. The tech (Dustin) spent a couple hours and told me that the communication side of the system wasnt working anymore. I thought he was going to try and sell me a new system (like most do), but instead told me that he could change it from communication to non-communication. Within an hour, he had it up and running with a thermostat that I originally wanted to use. Got to mention the technical abilities were high up there too.Not sure how many other companies would do the things that everyone at Martin did for us. They will have further business with us.

Ill never use another heating and air company. They are quick to respond. Theyve always returned my phone calls and been good about telling me when they can come out. Ive never felt overcharged. Quality of work is superb. And all the employees Ive encountered have been kind and knowledgeable.

Called Martin Heating and Air for A/C not working after having techs from 2 other companies check it for low freon without finding a leak. Turned out the A/C had a different problem this time - a snake had crawled inside and fried the capacitor, along with himself. The problem was quickly rectified and our A/C was back on. Luckily the freon level was good but Ryan said he would be back to check that out when things settled down a bit. We appreciate your quick response, friendliness, and thoughtfulness for our finances (it would have been a much larger bill if a new unit was purchased!) Excellent response and friendly technician. Dustyn showed me exactly how he was troubleshooting the capacitor and how I can diagnose the fan issue further if it starts to act up again. Very honest and up front company.I opted to buy my own capacitor off Amazon and replace it myself as I have in the past. They understood and had zero pressure. Only paid the service call. Which was worth it to know what my problem was and how to figure it out quicker next time.I will absolutely make them my first call next time I have AC issues I can’t resolve myself or when it’s time for a new system to be installed.

So I do spend a lot of time in my garage at my townhouse and I looked around to find a company to install a mini split unit for my garage. I did get two quotes from other companies, but I’m not the type of person who wants to go with the cheapest price because I’m a business owner too, so I understand that higher quality comes with a higher price. I reached out to Martin Heating & Air LLC, I sent them pictures of how my HOA approved it and then they consulted me over the phone and set up the appointment. I’m very happy with the result and everybody in my neighborhood asking what’s going on in my garage, I refer them to Martin Heating & Air LLC.

As an old guy it’s nice to see customer service and reasonable prices working together again.I Just canceled my maintenance contract with One Hour because Martin Heating and Air fixed their screw up.My blower motor was not reinstalled correctly by One Hour and it was causing my AC to run continuously as it would not keep up. Working with Steve and Will they were able to find the issue and correct it.My AC runs great and I am really impressed with the customer support they offer.I’m going to sound like a commercial but if you want great service at a reasonable price check out this company.Mike drop!!

Steve is the real deal! He’s honest, kind, knowledgeable, and hard-working. My son is a contractor and highly recommended him. Literally the most honest man I have ever met! He is great, so knowledgeable, and his pricing is literally so reasonable. We have been his customer since 3 years ago and we only call him whenever we have an issue with our AC unit. Steve Martin came out to evaluate my hvac system and give me a second opinion on what was wrong. He accurately diagnosed what was wrong and determined my AC only needed a good cleaning and some freon added. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars on repairs that were not needed. We were told that our AC unit got some issues and a part needed to be changed which would cost us about $850. I knew it sounded fishy. So, we called Steve Martin to get a second opinion. He came to our house, and told us that our AC unit is running without any problems that we should be concerned about. I just wanted to say thank you for your time sir and your honesty. I hated to say, but the previous guy who used to service our AC scared us that our house will burn down if we dont change that part immediately. You will have our business, and I will recommend you to everyone.

The service I received from Martin heating and air was 100x better than the company I first called out. They came ready to repair my unit, they were professional, and didn’t try to talk me into a new unit just because mine is old. When I need a new unit, I will trust this company over the other. When my a/c wouldnt cool below 80 degrees, I got on nextdoor.com looking for recommendations on HVAC repair companies. I found a few, but Martin was the first to respond and Steve was able to come out the same day, which is a big deal when your a/c quits. Steve determined I needed a new capacitor and added freon. He did the work quickly and gave me a couple of discounts but warned that I likely had an evaporator coil leak and it would cost about $2K. After about a week the temp started climbing again and before I spent $2K I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. I got another recommendation for an HVAC guy from someone I trust and they confirmed I needed a new evaporator coil and his fee would be $2800. The leaking coil was still under warranty and Steve was able to get the new part under warranty and install it the next afternoon and charged me much less than I anticipated. Steve is a kind and humble guy. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Steve and Martin Heating and Air to anyone dealing with a/c issues. Hes professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, fast, resourceful, reliable, and affordable. And thats exactly what you need when youre HOT!!!

I called Steve to come diagnose a problem that another company told me I had, only to find out the other company was lying to me and trying to rake me over the coals by getting me to spend thousands more on services and a unit I didnt need. Steve saved me thousands of dollars, and didnt charge me a dime to tell me what the real problem was, which was a very simple fix. He was referred to me by a co-worker. My experience with him was excellent, and I will be using him for all of my HVAC needs in the future. I made a call early in the AM after waking up to the house temperature at 79 degrees in the summer. Knowing it was going to be over a 100 that day. Mr. Martin called me back shortly and was on site within the hour. I found out my 20 yr old unit had done its best. Martin HVAC had be back in business that afternoon, this house was chilling!!! John showed up same day, explained the issue, fixed the problem and a/c was back on 6 hours after I called them! Very professional!

Came out to check all 3 of my units, and one seemed to be acting up. The service tech asked me to come outside and explain to me everything that was wrong and gave me a few options. They were able to come out and replace my unit the next day. While they were out they double check the other two units and I was all good to go. I will definitely call them back out and have them check them once a year.

Called this guy out and he came the next day. He told me what was wrong with it and told me he would call the manufacturer and order it and would be back with the part. After a week went by of not hearing from him I called him and he told me he forgot about it and would call them and be back out as soon as possible. Never heard from him again. I called Airtron, they were out the next day, said that I didn’t need any parts and it was up and running in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money with this guy.
