PV SERVICES GROUP

We have been working with Sebastian and PV Services for several years and are extremely happy with their professionalism and the quality of work they provide. We have many properties that we manage and have convinced most of our owners to use PV Service. I have never been disappointed by their work. My tenants are happy with them also.

This company, PV Services is one if not the WORST AC company in DFW Area!! They lack knowledge and expertise. I hired them for several jobs, but the last few ones, they horribly performed to the point it cost me thousands of dollars after they left to fix what they screwed up with!!I have a 4-Year old AC System? fairly new, that stopped cooling good for some reason, so I called Sebestian and he sent his father to check on the AC. He could not figure out the reason for not cooling and tried to blame the insualation in the attic, when this AC with that insualation was freezing the house in the previous years!After he failed to dignose it properly, he blamed the Thermal Expansion Valve TXV that claimed that we need a newer one eventhough that one there is only 4-years old so they brought one and swapped it with the OEM and told me that the AC should be working fine after this, but the AC never worked fine. In fact, it stopped cooling completely and was only blowing air or warm air so I called them again and they came out and said they do not know why the AC is not cooling and that the TXV was not the problem and they returned the OEM TXV back in!! and the AC was going from bad to worse and was not doing any cooling at all!!And the AC stopped cycling completely!!Offcourse after all their fiasco, damage and mess, Sebastian stopped responding to me and ignored all calls and texts rudely and ridiculously!!!I brought another company who identified the issue that the fan motor was not running at the designed speed anymore to cool off the compressor in the outdoor unit and guess what!?? They found out that there was NO FREON left, so appearantly this PV Services stupidly did not weld the thermal expansion valve properly as these valves are pressure-tested, and seriously screwed things up very badly and cost me thousands of dollars to add freon there and that whole freon that I added was gone again!!!! They are so stupid to do all that fiasco on me!!!Now I am hiring a very large reputable AC Company who is connecting the AC with Die Kit to identify the leak that this PV Service shamefully caused!! I am very upset and aggreviated by these people who KNOW NOTHING about AC and voided completely the warranty on this 4-year old system.Depending on this new cost, I may file a lawsuit against them for all the harm and damage they caused to me.Please give yourself a favor and hire a licensed AC Company who knows what they do and NEVER Hire unknowledgable, unexperienced, naive and harmful people like this couple of people who claimed to have an AC company that drives around to screw people up!!!SHAME ON THEM.. SHAME ON THEM..STAY AWAY FROM PV SERVICES!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

This guy I found it on FB and he came and check my unit and mentioned need a new fan and will claim it under the AC warranty, as he mentioned he claimed and waiting for installation I called and called many times and this guy never answer, be aware not trusted service
