I used Polansky heating and air for a heater tube up before it gets cold. They thankfully weren’t booked out for weeks (which is the usual these days)! Robert came out and was super friendly and efficient! I am definitely going to be using them next spring for my ac tuneup!

Our heating and air service has been consistently great since we switched to Polansky about five years ago, and today’s pre-season check of our heating system continued that record. Robert was thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. Absolutely superb in every respect.

I have been using Polansky for many years and have been very happy with their services in everything from regular maintenance visits to the time the gas heater burners had gotten dirty and were only firing successfully 1/3 of the time during our “Snowmageddon” February. (That was before we went on a regular maintenance schedule for our aging HVAAC unit.) We have now moved away from Texas, but have kept the house for our young-adult kids. We were back for just a few days to move my step daughter in and, once again, Polansky was able to schedule our maintenance while we were there. Our service tech, Robert Pineda, was prompt, efficient, and professional. It gives us peace of mind that Polansky is still there to service our home.

Our fan motor went out and Polonsky Heating and Air got us in same day, replaced it in about an hour for a very reasonable price and was super easy to work with. Thank you David! We will definitely call again for any future HVAC needs—you are the best!

Robert was our 2nd tech sent for the 3rd time. He was very polite, professional and great at communication. He found the core problem that was causing the same issue. He was very cool when I told him our dogs were chewing and playing with his tools… Hope that we don’t need to call yall for a long time.

Exceptional Service, hire them!They came out to fix my AC not blowing cold, the tech didn’t try to upsell me; and gave me numerous options (and prices) for the Minimum, Upgrade, and Standard services for example. 2 yrs later my Heater stopped blowing; yet again came out asap, and new tech just as amazing (would love to hang out with them personally even). Very old unit, they had to order a part (after making several calls to find out which manufacturer bought out that company), and even though they couldn’t find that part, they were able to still fix and update the unit to make sure more “modern”. He answered all my questions, didn’t get mad at me for rambling on and on while he was working, and got it resolved Way way faster than expected. Definitely hire them!

We have a maintenance contract with Polansky. They reliably come twice a year to service our units. This year we added an air conditioner to a detached shop behind the house. They seamlessly added that unit to the contract and serviced it.

We are very happy with the exceptional service we received from Logan. He is knowledgeable and resolved a tricky issue with our unit. He answered many questions we had about our units. Thank you Logan for a job well done. We will definitely call Polanski Heating & Air for our future HVAC needs.

Recently, Destin provided the maintenance service, and he took extra steps to ensure all parts were working to maximum capacity. Our experience with Polasky gives us confidence in them for when we need larger repair projects or purchases.

Theyre great. Was stuck in the heat exactly one day w/o AC and it was too much to bear. Called them and they were fully booked but managed to get someone out to fix it same day after someone else canceled. Almost hugged the AC guy 😅 Would recommend.

10/24/2024 Another wonderful service of the HVAC, this time by Robert.Daniel did a very thorough check-up on our air conditioning. And Brayden and David at a later services.

My home warranty assigned vendor didn’t care to respond when my a/c went out in a Friday. I called Polansky’s and David kept me updated on when a technician would be arriving. Logan arrived and within 10 minutes diagnosed and fixed my problem. They were friendly and considerate! I would definitely recommend!! Needless to say, I will be canceling that warranty program and investing in Polansky’s maintenance program!!

The two men, Logan and Exel were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.Older post: I am so glad I called Polansky Heating and Air when my heater went out this week. David responded quickly by phone and kept me up to date with his expected arrival time. I’m most pleased that he was so knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly as well. The price was was quite reasonable too. I feel like I paid a very fair fee for the repair. I would definitely call again.

Awesome! David arrived on time and ready to work. He reviewed all the areas that he would need to accomplish his tasks, and then went right to it. He answered all my questions, no matter how trivial, which gave me great comfort. He was polite and fast and efficient. I was pleased to know that all is well with my system, and look forward to getting another mini-split, and my next system check-up this Spring. Super happy with his service, not to mention Diane at the office who was so helpful and also a joy to talk with.

We love this company! Their pricing is always fair and reasonable. We never feel like they are gouging. They installed our system 3 years ago. No matter who they send out for our routine maintenance, they are always professional and friendly. In addition, their office staff have wonderful phone skills and quick follow up. We enjoy that one part of their office communication tools includes texting for added ease. This is one company where it’s the employees that make the company!

Excellent quality and service! Brayden was especially helpful and thorough with maintenance and getting us set up with a new thermostat as well as adjustments to the outdoor unit. Logan did an outstanding job today for us. He discovered mold on our evaporator coil and installed an EV light. We are very pleased.

Diana in the office was friendly and very helpful, and we had a technician (Brayden) here first thing this morning. He was professional, courteous and friendly. When I could not answer his question, I called my husband and he spoke to him about what services to move forward with. He quickly assessed the issue, repaired and tuned up both of our units. I was well pleased with the entire experience. On the initial contact, the telephone was answered promptly by a very courteous and helpful lady, Dianna. She recorded my complete information including the details of my issue. She gave me information about cost. She kept me informed about arrival time of service. The service men were very nice and gave me all the details concerning the repair. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and skilled. I was extremely pleased with the experience.

This is the second time weve used this company. We have been extra pleased with their service. Diana, the office scheduler, is a most welcome representative of this company. Pleasant, ready to help and on top of everything. She MAKES this company in my estimation. The two service technicians we have had in our home (Braden was the last one) have been professional, friendly and thorough in their visits. Diana bends over backwards to schedule at our convenience, plus she keeps us notified of when the techs are en-route, etc. The techs have always been on time. A very impressive company to deal with.

Mr. David was super nice, knowledgeable on what he was doing while servicing our heating unit. Once he figured out what was wrong with it, instead just fixing it, he set us up on a VIP deal for the same price we would have paid for just fixing the issue. Very helpful. 10/10 recommended.

My AC went out and Polansky’s had a tech out the same day. Brayden was knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering questions. He quickly had the unit up and running. He was very professional and explained what maintenance was being done to get the unit running. Great customer service by the office staff and tech.

Very friendly, professional, and good quality work. We needed our outdoor AC compressor fixed last fall, they fixed it and pointed out that the unit was on its last legs (nearly 26 years old!). They worked with us to get a new one, we’re great with communication, explaining things and letting us know when they’d be here. Would highly recommend!

Diane, office manager, handles all request efficiently and in good humor. She sent David the technician out to fix my air conditioner that had some issues. David advised me freon was low. He suggested for present to simply add some freon. He mentioned options, but did not get pushy about getting new unit, which soon Ill need. David is pleasant, works well and knew his business. I trust Polansky and will continue to use them for my central AC unit work.

My air conditioning condenser shorted out this weekend. I made the call to Polansky’s at 7:30am Monday and they told me a tech would be out to look at it around noon. I got a call at around 8:30am that the tech was on the way. Brayden arrived shortly after the call and quickly diagnosed the issue and due to the age of the equipment and the refrigerant it is on he recommended replacement of the entire system. He outlined the different options for the units and explained everything with detail. He was very professional and even offered my wife and I two window units from their shop to keep the house cool until they could get out to install the new units.Now here is where this company gets an A+ in my mind. I have a home warranty through a company that I’m now finding is not one I would recommend. After getting the diagnosis and cost I called the warranty company to get approval on the cost that they would cover. They explained that I could not send them the quote or invoice, they would have to speak with the technician and have him explain the issue. Brayden had already left my house and so I called him to see if I could meet with him. He graciously offered to meet up at the end of his day to talk to the warranty company. I would also like to thank their dispatcher Crystal. She answered any and all of my questions and also helped me get the window units.I cannot recommend these guys enough for their professionalism. I would highly recommend Polansky’s for any HVAC work you need. I will try to update this review once everything is installed. Thank you again Brayden for going above and beyond for your customers!

Polansky heating and air provide exceptional service. They installed our heat pumps in 2015 and these have been an outstanding addition to our home. The installation was great and we have had zero problems with both units. Our utility bills really decreased by changing from traditional units to the heat pumps.We utilize Polansky to provide routine annual service for both units each Spring. Their service is great, very prompt, and priced reasonably.We highly recommend Polansky heating and air.A great local company with excellent friendly and knowledgeable service technicians.

I can’t recommend them enough!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Our AC quit working on a Monday morning right in the middle of this summer. We called them Monday morning and they had a tech at the house within 2 hours. He was really knowledgeable and very nice. The fam motor had stopped working and he had it back up and running within a couple of hours. Then on Saturday of the same week the whole unit quit working. The tech came back on Sunday morning and we found out we needed a whole new unit. Due to supply chain issues we were told it would probably be 7 to 10 days before our unit would be in. Our tech went out and bought two new window units to help us stay cool (my mom has some health issues that heat is not good for). He put them in and things were fine. Monday morning they called and told us our unit would be in Wednesday!!! They came early Wednesday morning and by 3 we were back up and running. These guys go above and beyond great customer service!!!! We were very impressed with the whole experience. The whole team is amazing and super friendly. You should definitely use them for any HVAC needs. You won’t regret it!!!!!

Polansky’s kept me updated with appointment reminders and texts—much appreciated. My technician David was on time and professional. He talked me through the entire process and ensured I didn’t have any questions before leaving. It was a plus that his vehicle was newer and clean—that tells me a lot about the technician and the company. Highly recommend David and Polansky’s.

I have on older unit that Polansky has helped keep running. Braeden has been the best. He fixed my unit last year in 2021. I had to have the unit serviced agin in 2022. Turns out a part they used in 2021 failed. It was still under warranty so my AC was fixed with no service charge at all since the part was under warranty. I doubt any other company would be that honest.

Brayden came by this morning and provided absolutely fantastic service. He was polite and professional, explaining throughout what he was doing and why it was necessary to help fix our heater. We’d absolutely recommend using Brayden and Polansky in the future!

I appreciated that they let me know up front that the Sunday pricing would be $200 more expensive vs just waiting one day. They also explained why my unit cost why it did to fix vs other units.Every person I spoke to was very friendly. Technicians were kind and efficient. Did not at all linger with getting my a/c fixed. It actually took less time than expected as they had a team member bring the part instead of them driving out to get it and come back.I will also say the office manager was kind as well. I don’t usually get quality service from every member I interact with but this time I absolutely did!

I recently needed a new air conditioner and I’m so glad I chose Polansky Heating and Air Conditioning. David was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He measured the house, went in the attic and gave me estimates for 2 choices. He cleaned the old unit to make it cooler while I waited for the replacement, which really was fast. The guys that installed the new unit were great, professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Polansky.

I really appreciate these guys. We had a weird emergent situation over the holiday weekend and expected the worst. We called early, and Diana helped get us on their to-do, and then when a couple of their guys had an early opening, she sent them our way, letting us know and confirming it was ahead of our original schedule. They came pretty quick and got us settled by the end of that day. They did a pretty thorough job, were pretty nice to discuss things over with, and were pretty clear about what they were doing and why. It wasnt as bad as our fears, but it was an afternoon job. They were very conscientious about what it would cost us, and when there was one part they thought needed replacement, they discussed with us and even said we could leave it as is for a while given the other repairs we were doing and would have to pay for. But we went ahead and did it now. I appreciate their thoughtfulness, and the whole company is great about taking care of you and making you feel confident in their business practices and their service.

Daniel came to repair my A/C unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He explained everything to me and helped me to get set up for ongoing maintenance. He was not pushy, but Im at my wits end with my home warranty company, so I asked to sign up for their maintenance program on the spot, which saved me money today, too.What could have cost me $500 through another company cost me $250 with them. Very reasonable and reliable. 10/10 recommend

I needed a new heat pump and I got three local estimates. Polansky Heating and Air was not the lowest but seemed to be the most through and honest so I want with them and I am glad I did. David, himself came out to my house for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and actually took measurements in order to make reliable recommendations. He was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns, plus he would always answer my calls or return them in a timely manner. The day of the install three very professional and personable guys, Jimmy, Vic and Wynn appeared and first laid some coverings on all the floors where they would be walking. They then presided to dismantle the old units and then install the new. They had to work in very tight quarters and even had to rebuild the platforms where both the indoor and outdoor units had to be placed. None of my requests seemed to bother or annoy any of them and they completed the job, with smiles, in a timely manner and perfectly. Because of Polansky Heating and Air, I am once again the Cool kid on the block! And I have found a reliable Heating and Air company in the Waco area.

After our old A/C was broken last summer, we had several offers from local companies to replace it. I am very pleased with my new Daikim AV unit and pleased with the expert installation. The installer arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install and were very courteous. My cooling unit went out last night for some reason and after calling to set up a service they sent someone out that same afternoon to help me. Jimmy was very helpful, fixed the issue in a timely manner, and explained everything to me. He also gave me some helpful tips, and was very personable and professional. Great company, great service!

We had a bad experience with another contractor and David was very helpful taking care of our problem. The repair required a warranty part which they ordered and I was contacted to have them install it very quickly. I scheduled the work that fit my schedule. I received a call the morning of the appointment to confirm that I would be home and that the guys were on there way. They showed up timely, they were friendly, knowledgeable and showed respect to me and our home and completed the job without any issues. I highly recommend using them!! Polanski HVAC is now our new HVAC contractor that I will use for our preventative services and any repairs in the future.

We worked with David and he along with everyone else on his team, were amazing. We had to update our whole system (heater and AC), and they were honest and went above and beyond what we expected them to get done. Things ended up taking longer because our attic is very inaccessible, but they stuck to the reasonable quote, and worked skillfully and professionally. They even filled out the $200 rebate form for us and sent it to Lennox (which typically the home owner is supposed to do).Our gas went out a couple weeks after we had everything installed and I was nervous that the heater had just stopped working, and David came right away to give it a look. I felt really bad that I made him come all the way out there when I hadn’t even thought to check the gas, but he walked me through how to get it on after the gas got turned back on, and then even called a few days later to make sure that everything got worked out because the temperatures were supposed to drop that night.All in all, we felt well taken care of by polansky. They were knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful, thoughtful, and honest. We did a lot of research before we gave them a call, and I’m really glad we went with them. The system they installed is efficient, and makes our old house feel cozy, clean, and new.

With a heads up call to me at 8 oclock fixed problem in 15 minutes.charged only for labor.capacitor had failed. David has been out twice now to repair our A/C. He is great. Salt of the Earth. Genuine and trustworthy. As a former small business owner, this is the type of employee you want to retain.

Service was very professional and prompt as scheduled. Communication was excellent. I received text messages when the appoint was originally scheduled, a reminder appointment text a couple of days before the actual appointment, a text reminder the morning of the appointment, and a call from the office manager the same morning to confirm that I would be available as I had missed replying to the text reminding me of the appointment that morning. I did a HVAC maintenance program (Polanksky VIP Club) Spring AC checkup and cleaning. The cost is $150 per year for the first unit and $100 for each additional unit. You get 2 annual precision tune-ups (one in the spring to tube up the AC and one in the fall to tune up the heating system). Technician found 2 parts that had gone bad in the larger of my 2 AC units. This was not unexpected as the system is 10 years old. He showed me exactly what the problem was and asked me if I would like to get it replaced... he was very polite and not pushy at all. The part replacements were not dirt cheap, but I don’t think they were unreasonably expensive either. He also replaced about a gallon of R-410A refrigerant in the smaller of my 2 units. He blew nitrogen into both unit drain pipes to make sure there would be no backup and flooding and made sure the outer units were clean. I thought that overall the service was quite thorough and well done. I had originally anticipated that the cost would be about $300 to $325 for the cost of the annual maintenance program ($250 for both AC/heating units) + $50-75 for R-410A refrigerant charge. Due to replacement of the worn parts, my final bill was about $835. Overall, service was excellent and the cost was quite reasonable considering all that needed to be done including the replacement of the worn parts. I would definitely use their service again.

We called Polansky Heating and Air late last night and by 10:30 the next day, Daniel had arrived and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem and had the air back on. We cannot say enough good words about this company. The office staff kept us informed regarding the time the technician would be here, and then again when he was on his way. They were very caring of our situation and not only followed up same day during this winter storm, but followed up the very next day, 1st available opening. I called due to ac not running. Mr Polansky came within a couple of hours and had the problem diagnosed. Unfortunately it was a failed compressor. He is working on a repair price and I should get it tomorrow. Mr Polansky explained the problem and my options perfectly. Polansky heating and Air are great people I would not ask for any better people to help out with service. Polansky Heating and Air, is a very honest and understanding company. I had awakened one morning and found that my drain line on my air conditioner had clogged up. I fixed the problem but after further review, we noticed that the A coil was in bad shape. The unit was on its last leg. After shopping around I decided to go with David and his company. Mr. Polansky came and did the repair. Our furnace is 24 years old and works well. But the ignitor piece failed. He came within 4 hours of our call and replaced the ignitor. All is well now, and heat working perfectly on the coldest day so far this year! Thanks!

Called for a diagnostic appointment and was told they had appointments available over the next 2 days and would call me back to confirm the day and time. By the next day I hadnt heard from them and called back and was told I couldnt get an appointment until October (?). Not sure what that was about but called another company and they came right over.

Prices outrageously high!! I told them the capacitor needed to be changed on the ac condenser which is like a $20 part and takes 10 min to replace. Sure enough the Tech comes out, replaces it in 10 min and charges us $278.00!!
