My new microwave from Cambell AH&A is so nice. I had a built in that quit, and they put in a new one and if fits perfectly. AND it is beautiful! The job they did was excellent! You would never know that the new one was not built-in in with the house 22 years ago.I am so pleased! Great work! And very pleasant to be around. They were neat and efficient and even loved my little dog. It was like having friends in my house doing the replacement. And the new microwave is excellent! They made the very best choice for me! I am SO PLEASED with their workmanship! You would never know this microwave did not come when the house that was built 22 years ago!!!KDK...

I am so happy with Campbell Appliance. They were prompt with setting an appointment and worked around my schedule. David let me know when he was on his way and arrived within the promised timeframe. He came prepared with the replacement part he thought might be the issue, making the repair quick and efficient. Worst technician ever. His name is Joshua and he had a worst attitude with me. I have a Thermador freezer and he was there to change the valve. The Company is even worse in making appointments. First they say they will let me know early morning at what time they will be , Then I get a text message that they’ll be there at 1 pm. Nobody shows up by 1:20 so I called their office to see where the technician is. the lady at The officetells me that the technician will be there between 1– 03 PM, which I wasn’t even made aware of. Again, no one shows up by 3pm so I Call their office again to see what happened. Finally, the technician shows up around 420. They literally wasted my whole day, just waiting on them to fix my appliances.

Compressor went out on our fridge and they came and replaced and a month later we had no freon due to brazing being terrible and had a leak. They came back out and fixed the issue but fridge is still not cooling due to not having enough freon. Giving us excuse after excuse.First repair guy that came out was excellent and polite and professional. But other than that company is terrible.

Do not use this company shop around first also ask how much they are gonna charge you first. This was the worst experience I have had with a company! The tech was definitely not a guy I the office manager Rachel was short with me and refused to connect me with a manager! Told me she was the manager but she didn’t make management decisions! I scheduled an appointment nobody ever showed I had to call and get scheduled again instead of of them calling me or reaching out to me! Then to make things worse once the part finally got in I got scheduled for a Thursday and no body showed up I called and was told by Rachel the office manager management that she does not do the scheduling and that they will schedule me for the next day the next day comes and I am told the tech has a family emergency and they don’t know when he will be able to make it out but he will be here today. After dealing with this unprofessional company I ask for a refund being fed up and was told they do not do refunds. So pretty much we screwed you and oh well we gonna keep your money! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Tech arrived Thursday afternoon to replace defective part.Competed job. I gave him final payment.We have paid out over $400 dollars to repair our dryer, my wife on Friday morning attempted to use dryer no heat to dry cloths still.Did part get replaced correctly or during process to replace something get disconnected or damaged. We ask that your tech come back and to check work done to complete job correctly. This should be at your expense no further charge to us..

Update: the repairman did in fact misdiagnose. I found the solution on google and paid $7 to fix it. When I called and asked for a refund for poor service I was told I had to pay another company to come out. Don’t use Campbell. Not confident in the repairman’s assessment of the dryer. Made a snap decision, which was different until I asked for him to check it more thoroughly.

Senior women and married couples make sure you get a quoted price for parts and labor and not a flat rate quote. Shop around with shops that have great reviews. My girlfriend just got charged $420 dollars for a dryer heating element repair. I tried to talk to there salesman on the phone but he was rude and insulting and shouldnt be in customer service . And she got no senior citizens discount. Im tired of this 🤬

Tech (David) came to our home on the 11/22/24, to repair our Whirlpool electric stove which was not heating properly. After checking the oven, he stated that the cause was the door hinges needed to be replace and the heating baking element was bad. Tech stated he could repair our oven with new parts. He stated that if we order the parts today, they would be in by Monday next week, and he could come back Tuesday and repair our oven. I text David to see what time he would be coming over to repair our stove. I received a text from Rachael stated that the parts were not in yet. This was not what I expected since I was told that the parts would be in that Monday. I did not receive a text nor a call letting me know the parts was not in as stated. I had to text on the same day to find out that the parts were not there. Later the evening I received a text from Steven stated that the parts just arrive prior to them closing office for the day. David and another Tech showed up at our home to repair our stove around 12:30pm. Upon replacing the stove hinges and replacing the heating element Tech turned on the oven to bake and it still was not working correctly. Tech (David) looked at the motherboard along with the other Tech. They both went outside and returned to check the motherboard again, David went outside, and the other Tech stated that the heating element blow out the motherboard. Now our stove is not working after they replace the heating element, causing us to not have a working oven. The top part of the stove is working still not the oven. How could that be possible if the motherboard is bad then the oven should not work either. Now they want us to pay 350.00 plus for a new motherboard, which was working fine prior to them replacing the new heating element. They did not take any blame for causing this issue, just none caring that they cause this issue. We are terribly disappointed and dishearten that this company would do this to us. They did not even offer to reimburse us our cost for the bad heating element they installed which they say cause the motherboard to blow. I do not see how you could ask us to pay you more money to fix something you cause. Now we are out a stove a day before Thanksgiving due to this terrible experience with this company. Our only option now is to buy a new stove. After this terrible experience we will not be using this company again nor recommending this company to anyone.

Extremely unsatisfied and I will not ever do business with this company again. I contacted Campbell about a dishwasher not draining at a rental I own. I was told Id be charged a $130 service fee to have someone come look/diagnose it which would also go into the final cost of repair depending on the issue. The renters informed me two gentleman from the company came into the kitchen, stood there for about 5 minutes and were told the dishwasher was not draining. After this they said the drain pump needs to be replaced, asked for a $160 dollar deposit then left * without contacting me * (the renters were not supposed to be charged, and they didnt pay the technicians anything thankfully). The renters later told me the technicians did not inspect the dishwasher themselves and diagnosed a defective drain pump based soley on being told the dishwasher wasnt draining which they already knew before coming because I provided this info over the phone before they came. I was later provided an estimate of over $350 dollars to have them order and install a new drain pump which is a $40 dollar part (genuine OEM part). I declined and decided to fix it myself and was charged $130 plus tax which I paid to Campbell. I ordered a new pump based off of their diagnosis and went to install it. Upon removing the old pump which took about 60 seconds, I discovered a piece of plastic was lodged in the pump. After removing the plastic, the old pump was reinstalled and the dishwasher was fixed. This all took me about 5 minutes or less. I contacted Campbell about what happened as I was very unhappy and was clearly informed we dont offer refunds multiple times over the course of the call. I asked why the technicians didnt inspect the dishwasher and was told theyre not allowed to without approval, and if they had it would have been $180, plus tax. Im confused how this could have ever been the outcome as they did not contact me for approval and just left. I asked if this is their typical business practice. The representative then accused the renters of lying to me about what the technicians did. I politely informed him the renters have no reason to lie to me (at this point I was kind of in disbelief at what this guy was saying to me). I was then told by the representative, well I wasnt there so I dont know what they did. I then asked, if the technicians arent going to contact me to get approval to inspect the dishwasher before leaving, and just diagnose a defective pump on only a description of the issue and charge me $350 to replace a pump that doesnt need to be replaced, would the technicians have discovered that the pump wasnt bad when they went to install a new one and only charge me $180 and return the new pump they had ordered? The answer? Well we dont offer refunds so they would have just installed the new pump What? Unbelievable. So now Im out $130 plus tax! only to have had this company incorrectly diagnose the issue and give me an estimate to replace a part that didnt need to be and would have still charged me the full cost for even after discovering that the pump wasnt even bad. Make it make sense.

After paying $400 to get my ice maker fixed, it is still doing the same thing. CAH&A offered to charge me another $200 (just for the part) to attempt to repair it a second time. I declined since it was not fixed the first time. The manager was unprofessional and rude in his email to me. I asked for the owners contact information and he replied that he would not give it to me.

Turns out it was just the breaker. The guys then told me me a water valve was messed up and my dishwasher wasnt getting any water, causing the breaker to go off, and parts and labor would be close to 300 bucks. I said that didnt make sense because it didnt lose power when I ran it. It lost power when I moved it. I paid the 139 service fee and then flipped on my breaker and its running just fine. It also has water coming in and the breaker didnt go off. I felt a little scammed.

The actual work was great. Your system is frustrating because you give such a wide time frame for meeting to do the work. I would benefit from speaking with real people to set a time because I don’t live in the house any longer and it is aggravating to have to wait on your people. After a month of waiting on a part - waiting on a technician to show up - without anyone contacting me to let me know tech could no longer make it out for scheduled appointment- to then sending a tech out without necessary equipment to fix one issue that the tech was aware of from the start - to claiming to not be able to get ahold of tech or a manager after hours of supposed attempts - to saying they have the proper equipment to install freon regardless of weather temps to later saying they cannot - yet wanting me to pay 500$ upfront - just lacking in all areas of professionalism

Horrible! The dude came to fix my dryer. He disconnected something in the back of my dryer to check but didn’t put it back he found it. He told me before he left not to plug it back up because it’s not connected and it may burn up something. Prior to him touching the dryer, it was spinning and blowing, just not getting hot. Now, it doesn’t do anything and they still want a service fee.I’ll be contacting Better Business Bureau.

Call 1: Joshua assessed the issue with my dishwasher in a timely manner and found that the motor burned out. Campbells ordered the part quickly. Joshua replaced the motor and had my dishwasher up and running again as good as new!Call 2: Heater was not coming on when the temperature got cold in December. David accessed the issue on my heater and found the element burned out on one side. The element was an older part, so it wasnt guaranteed whether Campbells could order it. David took the time to research it and worked with Campbells office to get the correct part. This saved me $6,000 from having the entire heating system replaced! Anyway, Campbells had the new element ordered in a day. David came out the following day and replaced it. Thanks, Campbells, for the prompt service!

Im a long-time user. But, in years past, there have often been problems with the service. The same thing happened Friday. Wed waited a week for the replacement part. But then the part was the wrong size. Then, the technicians removed the old part to go order it correctly. But--and this is what baffles me--they took the old part which then led the water heater to overflow and leak through the ceiling. Once the technicians returned and re-installed the old part, they still left me with gallons of water to sponge out from the water heater overflow pan.

We had one of our main freezers stop working in the middle of a busy day at our bakery and needless to say, we needed it fixed fast. I called Campbell Appliance Repair hoping they could have a technician out in a few days but unfortunately it was after hours and I had to leave a message. To my surprise they called me back in less than 30 minutes and scheduled us for the next morning. The technicians were prompt, skilled and prepared. They had our freezer up and running in no time. I found this company in the Waco’s best listing and had a service call to assess my moms washer, which hadn’t been working. The techs showed up before the announced window, and after looking at it for about fifteen minutes, declared it wasn’t working, they part needed to repair it wasn’t being made and we were just going to need to buy a new one. I informed him the tech that this one was only 15 months old, and his response was that the life of a washer nowadays was only about two years anyway. I paid the service fee and they left. Another company we subsequently called was able to find the part and complete the repair, which turned out to be a known defect in our model covered by the manufacturer. All that to say I was less than satisfied for the very expensive 30 minutes of service we received.

Came and identified the problem with my fridge, wasn’t able to fix it same day. Also just left fridge full of food unplugged when he left and didn’t say anything. Technician also cut one of the lines behind the fridge while “diagnosing.” Was supposed to call me the next day to set up a time to fix the issue, never called. I called and scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and they didn’t show up or text to say they were not going to make it or offer to reschedule. Glad I paid over $100 to break my fridge even more.

Contacted Campbell appliance to repair my washing machine. They came out and evaluated the problem. Three weeks later, they got the repair parts and set a technician to repair it. The technician replaced the pistons and the washing machine, and when he left, he showed me the pistons he had taken out and assured me that the washing machine was fixed. The technician did not check the washing machine to see if it was fixed. Two days later my housekeepers tried to run a load of wash and it overflowed and flooded the laundry room the hall and two bedrooms before we were able to shut it off. I called Campbell Appliance and asked them to come out immediately and fix it. They told me that it would be next Tuesday before they could get a technician to come evaluate and fix it. I told him that that was totally unacceptable . They argued with me back-and-forth. I do not consider this to be good customer service, and I will never ever recommend them for appliance service in the future. I hope that the owner of Campbell appliance reads this and takes action to rectify this situation.

My refrigerator was not staying cool. I called on Thursday and Thomas from Campbell Appliance came on Friday. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a fan and luckily they had it in stock. Thomas was polite and gave me all the information I needed. Joshua from Campbell Appliance came on Monday and installed the fan needed for my refrigerator. He was on time and worked quickly to get the job done. He made sure that everything was in order before he left. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Rachel at Campbells was very interactive via text messages.I was impressed she could schedule a service for that afternoon ( ended being early evening.) I was disappointed that the washer error code and model number was not received by the technicians before their visit. Which made a quick not in-stock item. The order time was 3 business days. Then the younger, well practiced tech, installed the switch in 20 minutes on Wednesday. The washer has now run 3 loads without incident. Thank you.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company! The technicians show up late or don’t show up at all and then say they do. They come out to fix a problem and then a week later the same problem still exist. When they do come out they spend maybe five minutes assessing what the issues are and they still get it wrong and your face with the same problem in the week next week or two. Came to my house on the 9th of March, had to order a part for my fridge. Part didnt arrive until the 17th of March. Appointment scheduled for 12 - 2pm. Technician didnt arrive until 3:45pm. No reason why he was late, or any contact until I called the office. This is very poor customer service, seeing as I had paid for the service on the first visit to my home.I would not recommend your services to anyone.Came back out 27 April to add another part to the back of the fridge. Was supposed to arrive between 12-2 pm, showed up at 3:45pm, again, no explanation.Refrigerator STILL not working. Ice maker not working at all. Now I have to get another company to fix your mess. $500.00 and you didnt fix the problem. 👎👎👎

I am very disappointed in the service. I explained very clearly what the problem was with our microwave , the door handle not locking , gave the brand name & asked was this something they could fixed , he said yes. The tech appear in front of the microwave for, 2-3 minutes , repeated what I said, stated his fees are $138.84 for coming out. To get it fix will cost you another fee of $500. This is wrong. There were never any intentions of fixing the microwave. This is wrong .

Worker had terrible customer service. Never introduced himself upon entering my home. He didn’t try to explain what was going on with my refrigerator and at some point I had to ask him why I couldn’t hear my fan running and his response was “oh, yeah i can put an order for that too”. I don’t feel like he truly checked everything and I am not satisfied with this visit. Will not be using Campbell again.

It is terrible service to give some a two hour window to make sure they are home and waiting and then the service man doesnt show up until almost 2 hours past the time specified. The service men tht finally showed up were polite, curious and knew what they were doing. So far the new fan isnt making any noise. However, with only a 3 month warranty, I dont have much confidence in it staying fixed.

This company has thorough, efficient and professional employees. I called on Monday, service repairmen came out on Monday, diagnosed the problem, discovered my refrigerator was still under warranty and gave me instructions as to who, what and how to report to the manufacturer. After I followed their instructions, they received authorization to repair my refrigerator, ordered the part and repaired my refrigerator on Wednesday afternoon. I recommend this company and their service.

I am very happy with Campbells response to my call for dryer repair. They sent someone out to evaluate the repair the very day I contacted them. Although they told me that the needed part would take 3-5 days to arrive, it turned out that they repaired my dryer the very next day. Earlier on the day the technician fixed my dryer, he evidently had to spend an unexpectedly long time with another customers refrigerator, which caused him to arrive at my house later than expected. I was given the option of getting the repair done that evening or waiting for another opening on another day. I chose to have him fix it that evening. Im so glad he was conscientious enough to offer to come out after hours. He really made my day!I also appreciated Campbell Appliances use of on-line appointment requests and text updates. I will definitely recommend them to others. And I will thank the person who recommended them to me!

I was very impressed with the prompt reply and professional way my request for service was handled…from the first call to the completion of the repair. I was unable to be at home when the gentlemen arrived for this repair, but my husband was. We had this company come out to check our refrigerator after a tree fell and knocked out power to the house. We were told it was 2 different fans needing replaced, but that it would take a week to get parts in. We said ok, parts finally came a week later but then we still had to wait almost another week for them to come fix it. They fixed it. However, less than a day later it started making a loud noise that it wasnt making before, they came back out and said one of the fans was faulty, had to order another one and wait a week before they came to install it. They were late when they did come, installed the new part again and it still made the same noise. They came out again Saturday, replaced the part again, within an hour of him leaving it started making the same noise again. I was told we had to wait until Saturday again. I asked for an earlier time frame seeing as how we paid over $400 to have it fixed and they keep putting faulty parts on it. I was told by Steve that a noisy refrigerator (even though you can hear it all through the house) wasnt a priority over non working appliances and air conditioners. Well seeing as how we already paid them and they keep getting faulty parts it should take priority. We still have to deal with this horrible high pitched whistling noise day and night until Saturday. Possibly longer if they dont have the part. Once this is resolved I will never use this company again. They have no compassion, as I told them I have an elderly woman and 4 kids all under the age of 5 that this noise keeps up at night and they still didnt care to send someone sooner even though the incomplete repair is their fault because obviously they keep getting faulty parts.

Unreasonable cost for having simply corrected a wiring issue. Be aware that the $250 deposit is a flat fee towards repair and irregardless, you will pay that or more, no matter how minor the fix.You are better off buying a new stove. Be warned!

Tưo big guys (one with tatoo on his face) were sent to our home trying to fix the heating that was not working they diagnosed the problem and said the burner motor was broken and it needed replacement. -> Cost $850.I did not have enough money right on hand and tried to negotiate paying $100 out of $139.46 for the trip fee.but they insisted NOT. I must pay them off the full amount and tried calling some other companies.ANGELO FLORES / HVAC TECH came within 15min. After troubleshooting the tech replaced the broken capacitor and it worked like a charm.Cost -> $200. My experience for this repair was a bit challenging, had to special order a control module. The first part we received was defective, so they had to reorder the part (I understand things happen) this part took another week to get in. Steve explained this to me, I was not happy but he had no control of availability of the part. When the part arrived Steve sent his techs out to complete the repair, now my dryer is working fine at this point. The entire time for the repair took approx a month I had to take my wife to the laundromat to do laundry during this time, not a pleasurable experience! All seems to be good now, and I want to thank Campbell Appliance, Steve, Josh for trying to make my experience positive. I would recommend Campbell Appliance for any of your Appliance repair needs. My mini fridge/freezer has been picked up & taken to the shop 4 different times. This last time they kept it more than 6 months with no updates. It was delivered and set up on Friday. After 4 days I still don’t have water running to my ice maker. Today I was told they bypassed the thermostat and it will run constantly from now on. They supposedly shut the water off to my refrigerator so it wouldnt leak till parts could be ordered and installed. When I called and stated it was still leaking the gentleman at Campbells said so sad do sorry. It will wait till we come back in a week or so. A plumbing bill (*160) plus Campbells (420) was almost $600.I will not be calling this company again even though their servicemen we nice and were fairly competent, breaking only one other part while installing the actual broken item

They had replaced that part same part 8 months ago but it was not in warranty anymore. Called for furnace maintenance. Repairmen-can’t call em “techs” brought an air tank into house. Were here total 14 minutes & during that time they explained 2 units. So they changed filter I supplied on 1st & checked the 2nd. Charged me $389. Outrageous. I’ve already removed them from my contacts & my big mouth word of mouth-I’ll tell everyone I know NOT to use. Manager says I got 2 units-they billed me for both. They didn’t when they serviced / repaired the 2 AC units!

David came and inspected the washing machine and said it had to have a drain replaced: it would cost $368 so I at first agreed after clarifying that the $368 includes the $129 service fee. David said yes so he asked how I would pay. I said it’s $368 and I said I will only pay half and so he says okay $198 and I said that’s not half. He said the total is $398 including tax and I said that’s more than 10% he said yes. So, to fix my washing machine it’s going to cost $400 that’s half the cost of a new one. I opted out and paid the $139 service that was quoted as $129 I guess because of tax. When you quote a service fee it should include tax. Do you understand how $140 is a lot of money right now and my washing machine is still broken. How can a drain part and labor cost $400! Ridiculous

They have had to pay them twice to fix the same fridge and they didnt fix it either time. The first time I called within the 90 days to report that the fridge is still not fixed and they came out to fix it and it still didnt work. I waited for it to work and forgot to call them because I was really busy. Anyhow, by the time I call to let them know, they told me too bad I am outside the 90 day window and I have to pay for them to come back and loom at it. I couldnt find anyone else to fix a commercial fridge so paid for them to come look at it, paid more for them to fix the new diagnosis, and this time after they left the fridge stopped working completely. I asked for a refund because even though the fridge was not working properly, it was working before they came. They insisted that they do not issue refunds for completed work even though I paid hundreds, maybe over a thousand dollars, and they never fixed the fridge. If you can avoid them, run far far away. They have no remorse, do not care about customers, and are very rude. Plus they cant fix refrigerators, at least not commercial ones.

I find this business to be very unprofessional. They came to look at the microwave on January 5th and said they needed to order a part. They brought the part and installed it, only for it to not work. Joshua said he needed to take it to the shop and work on it, unfortunately I was not told he would only be working on it on the weekends. Today is March 16th, I do not have my microwave nor have I heard from them. I have tried calling several times and talked to Steve, only to get the runaround from him. I have had them work on other appliances with decent satisfaction so I have no idea what has happened to this business. If you can’t get to something, it is your responsibility to call your customer and let them know what is going on, to just ignore them, it is very bad business. Will I ever use them again, the answer is no. To make matters worse, I had to pay half down on the part, it looks like I’ll never see this money again nor my microwave, for which they still have. After almost 2 1/2 months, this customer is definitely out of patience.

We called this company to come and look at our refrigerator that was acting funny. The first appointment we had was cancelled and rescheduled. When the technicians finally came out they did not test anything the simply said it was our circuit board that was out due to a lightning strike Well we ordered the part which cost us about 600 dollars. We finally got word that the part was in a week and a half later they scheduled an appointment to come put the new board in. My husband took off of work waited and waited to get a call that then stated they wanted to reschedule our service AGAIN and had an attitude about it.My husband refused seeing that he had already taken off of work. A new technician came out and then told us that our door had a short and it blew the new board! Why the didnt test the fridge for this before putting a 600 dollar new part on it? Who knows not trained well or just trying to milk money out of their customers Im sure. Well then my husband called to talk to someone regarding the service and they offered us to spend another 900 on a new door!! He asked to speak to a manager and was told they didnt have one he could talk to and did not know when he would be able to speak to one they gave him a email address that didnt work.These people suck at their jobs from the people that answer phones with attitudes and no knowledge to the technicians that guess whats wrong with your appliances and dont really know. As of 9pm last night my new compressor that was put in Tuesday has quit working. I will update this review again depending on how Campbells responds to my problem. While initially I was optimistic because they came out to diagnose my dryer the same day I called for repair - they scheduled apts to perform the repair for 6/3, 6/8, 6/13 and then 6/14. They never bothered to call me to let me know they were rescheduling or not coming - I had to call day of each time to find out they had rescheduled me again. 6/14 they come out and the part they ordered is not the correct part to fix my dryer. So I’ve not had a dryer for 2 weeks, I paid over $300 for repairs that still haven’t been made and I don’t even have a date that it will be done now. Which I knew was lint hidden somewhere. And also because the dryer does not adequately dry my clothing. He cleaned the lint out and said it was good. The Business was quick to come out and do an estimate on the repair of my freezer. But, the part had to be ordered. This was a Wednesday morning.. I was told if the part came in by Friday it would be installed by Saturday. The tech said it would be a 2-3 day turnaround on the part. So after no call on Monday I called myself on Tuesday. Well I was told “oh yeah your part is in. It must have come in last night” by a young lady. So I asked when can I have this installed?? Professional and quick diagnosis. Kept me informed about all that was happening. Unfortunately due to lack of parts, will have to come back the next day to complete the repair. The next day, I had to call around 1pm because no one had come to do the repairs and was told they would need to get with their technician to find out. No callback so I called again at 6pm and got their call answering service. I got a text about 30 minutes later saying the part didn’t come in. Today, had to call back around noon and was told again they had to get with their technician. An hour and a half later, I get a text that the part didn’t come in but was expected by tomorrow morning. Not a personal phone call explaining the situation because something went sideways, a text. They will be coming out tomorrow to do the work and that will be the last time I use them for my HVAC work.

The service team is amazing. Helpful. Friendly. Intelligent. Hardworking.The scheduling system is absurd. They ask you to hold a day and scheduling doesn’t seem to begin until 10am. One visit was cancelled after delays. I was finally told they’d arrive between 1-3 and they came at 4:30. And it was not an isolated event. It’s every time. It may be my last time.

The Issue has been ongoing for almost 2 weeks. I reached out for a Samsung fridge repair. The Technician came out on Nov 10th, walked in without even saying hello. He was not through in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem. I made a check out for 250 and I was told within 3 days hell come back with the board that is being replaced. On the 4th day I called to find out whats the update since I hadnt gotten one. Turns out Ill be put on the books for the next day. So were at day 5. He come out no additional checks were made. The same tech installed the new part and left He said give it 24hrs to cool. I gave it 48 nothing happened were now at a week.I called back had to wait another couple days, I was told that Saturday he would be there no one showed up. I called back was given another date the 22nd no one came. I had to call back on the 23rd someone came said the part that was replaced is bad and additionally the condenser fan went out from being overheated as a result of the wrong voltage being sent by the faulty part.Needless to say tomorrow is Thanksgiving and Im still without a fridge and have to wait another 3 days minimum for the replacement parts to get in.

Commercial Ice Machine at a Volunteer Fire Dept.-We have waited through several missed appointments, since 27 Feb 2023. Actually showed up on 28 Feb 2023. Tech stated it was a sensor on the ice buildup thing. The unit also needed to be cleaned. Tech left saying he would order the parts and the office would be in touch with a quote. Another Appt was set on 24 Mar 2023 for the repair between 1200-200pm. I did not respond to the text in time, so thats my fault. Next Appt was 4 Apr 2023 2:30-4:30 pm, I responded OK. Tech was not there by 6:11pm, so I sent A ??????? text. The office responded the tech was hung up in traffic. The office apologized citing another traffic hold up and would reschedule on 5 Apr 2023. Received a text for a 5 Apr 2023 appt between 3:30 -5:30 pm, responded ok. Tech showed at around 4:50 pm. At 5:31 pm, I received a text thanking us for using the company. I called the station and was told the tech was there approximately 20-25 min and left. Which is kind of funny, the first tech explained the unit would have to be taken apart and cleaned as well as a filter replaced etc. The time was supposed to have been more like 1 hr to 1-1/2 hrs to make sure it was freezing and ice was being produced.Since 5 Apr- Today, 9 Apr, the machine dropped Ice (1) One time or approximately 30 cubes. So, SVC call $149, repairs $589 which I have paid 50%, but we dont have ice. Im hard pressed to make myself finish my payment IF my problem is not fixed.

Our 7 year old refrigerator stopped working. I contacted Campbell Appliance on a Sunday requesting service. Monday morning a technician arrived and checked the refrigerator. The compressor was out of order. They replaced the compressor and it works fine now. Service was very professional, they communicated everything with us (no surprises), and technicians were cordial and helpful with explanations. I would highly recommend Campbell Appliance for any ones needs.

I could go on and on about my experience, the lack of communication, the absolutely ridiculous pricing for such poor quality of service, but I won’t. Bottom line, they don’t give a flip about you! It can be 100+ outside and they will not be in any rush to get your repair complete, they will leave and say they’re going for a part only to never come back or even let you know they aren’t coming back. I got lucky this time (if having no ac can be lucky) because the temps have cooled down, but considering this is the 3rd repair (2nd time for capacitor) in 3 months and was under warranty. This repair wouldn’t have been necessary if they had fixed it right the first time. They need 3 hours of YOUR time plus your money in exchange for 5-10 minutes of THEIR time. Moral of the story…if you value your time and money, don’t use this company because they don’t value you or your time, only your money.

Under no circumstances use this company. Please read the reviews because whats happened to me is their modus operandi. They showed up late for the initial appointment appointment told me what the issue was and the part would take about a week to come in. After two weeks I called them and surprise surprise the part just came in. They came back out replaced the part and found my motor was freezing up I needed to be replaced. After speaking with the business I just got the impression that they were giving me the runaround. I had someone else come out to troubleshoot the dishwasher and not only did they find that the motor was bad but also that there was a third issue and the manifold was leaking. Im sure that that issue would have been found after the motor was replaced and they would have wanted more money. Obviously they are either incompetent or theyre trying to rip you off because these issues all three of them should have been caught on an initial inspection

Worker showed up angry that he was asked to come our business prior to closing. He was very unprofessional toward our staff members, who are very kind people. I was doing a medical procedure when he came in, demanded that i come talk with him about the appliance. Of course, i finished taking care of my patient, and then went to speak with him. He left without saying anything to us. Then received a text that he had diagnosed the appliance problem, and would cost $1200 to fix. All in a span of about 8 minutes.I spoke with the temple store person about their employee’s behavior, and we will not be using their services any longer. (We had until now, been using their services for several years.)

I unfortunately signed up for a/c service in the past. I did not want to call them when our a/c wasn’t cooling due to shady practices we’ve experienced with Campbell. My wife insisted since we had already paid for the service agreement.Beware of their 2 a/c men. I was told my coil was out & a replacement would be $2,800. A new unit would be $3,600. I was told that they would charge the coil & that it would probably last a week or so till they could get a new coil. I agreed to that but when I went outside, I was told that it wouldn’t hold any Freon. I was charged $487 for what was supposed to be 4 lbs that didn’t hold. I was also told that they conveniently had a new replacement on their trailer. I declined the offer.I then called Clark A/C repair in Elm Mott. They came out & charged my unit which DID hold the Freon. It kept the house cool till they came today to replace my unit. A whole new unit is costing us $ 2,800. That’s the same price Campbell wanted to charge me for just the coil replacement.Please believe me when I say this ! Look at their reviews before you call them. Do not go be the reviews on their website. They only post the sugar coated ones. Goggle their reviews from an independent source. There you will find the truth about this company. I DO NOT KNOW how they stay in business !!!! Campbell Appliance Heat & Air is nothing more than a huge rip off !!!

This company is full of broken promises and lies. The company charged me over 1000.00 dollars to put a compressor in my refrigerator less than a year ago. It was still under factory warranty. They told me to pay up front and when they got the newcompressor they would reimburse my compressor charge. That never happened. Now my refrigerator is not working correctly and the new compressor is not cooling but they are blaming it on me. Saying I put refrigerator to close to the wall and ruined the compressor. I never touched the refrigerator. It is where they put it when they finished the compressor.I feel totally screwed by this company. They have NO integrity as far as I am concerned. And further more charged me again to come out and tell me it was all my fault their compressor is not working. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS.

They came said I had a pump that needed replacing and that it would take ONE week to get the part. It took TWO weeks and then the first load I do after they supposedly fixed it, there was standing water ALL over the floor in my laundry room that went into my livingroom. DO NOT recommend this company.

A part was ordered on Thursday, April 7th & was tomd that the part would be in on April 11th. On April 25th, a technician was acheduled to be st my home between 4 & 6. He was late & I called to see if I was still on the schedule. When he finally arrived they worked for approximately an hour and was told that the wrong part was ordered. The oven is still not fixed.

When I scheduled the appointment I told Steven the 2 issues as well as the brand and model number. The first technician showed up late was there 5 minutes didn’t attempt to fix anything. Said they needed to order a part and left. about a week later the second technician shows up with the replacement locking mechanism part, but didn’t know anything about the fact that the washing machine wouldn’t turn on. Tells me they have to order another part. Looking at 3-5 business to get the part to come and maybe fix it this time. It will be over 2 weeks without a working washing machine. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I have a Whirlpool washing machine which had a rinse cycle disruption. Not rinsing the clothes Sufficiently. Campbell Appliance had repaired this machine which is now 18 years old back in 2010. Joshua told me the machine needed a Basket Drive, upper agitation assembly and clutch. He ordered the parts a little over $300 and they came back a week later as he had informed me. He told me my Whirlpool could last up to 25 to 30 years, most new washers now last maybe seven years and they still have to be repaired. The repair was completed on time, the repair man was very courteous and informative. My machine is working and Icouldn’t be happier with the service I received.L. Barron

We had a leaking washing machine. It was so heavy I could not pull it away from the wall to turn off the water. My normal service could not come for almost 2 weeks. I filled out the form online and Joshua came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He left the machine pulled away from the wall so I could turn the water on and off and still use it. He was very patient with my puppy. He came yesterday and replaced the part and put the washer back in place. I will call them again for any appliance repair that I need.

BUY A NEW APPLIANCE TO SAVE MONEY! Seriously, I wish someone gave me this advice before calling Campbell. They came and diagnosed a fan out in the fridge. They wanted about $750 just to replace a fan motor. I wouldn’t have agreed but he told me he could hear the compressor working and even if it went out later, they would put the 750 toward the compressor repair. I couldn’t imagine it costing much more than that, so I agreed. It took 3 weeks til they contacted me to schedule the fan repair. I was out of town and needed another day or two. They replaced the fan motor and said it should get cooler over time, but it never did. They came back and said the compressor was out and that it would probably be about $650 - $1000. When I asked about taking out the cost of the fan motor, he said they wouldn’t because the fan had nothing to do with the compressor. I said, “that may be, but the first tech convinced me to pay a ridiculous price for the fan motor, by promising to take that out of an eventual, though unlikely compressor replacement.” When I told him to go back and tell them I was unhappy about this, I was afraid that they’d inflate the cost of the repair. That’s exactly what they did. They called and told me the compressor repair would be $1,699. They “graciously” offered to take out what I’d paid for the fan, leaving me a $1,000 fee for the needed repair. Do you understand? I bought and paid for a working fridge. It stopped cooling. When Campbell told me they could fix it for $750, I had to choose whether to buy a new fridge or keep it and pay. A few weeks later, they gave me the same choice, only they already had my 750 and wanted another 1000! Go ahead, Campbell poster.. try to politely find a minor discrepancy to justify your actions. I’m telling the truth. I will not get in deeper with Campbell. I’m going to buy a new fridge, or call another company like I should have at first, even though I’ve lost $750. If you have any honor, you should come take this fan motor back and give me a refund. I told them my concern on the phone and they only offered to cancel the notifications. Well duh.. I don’t want a constant reminder that I got caught in a trap and lost 750 bucks with nothing to show for it :(
