Brazos Air Conditioning

Our A/C stopped working last Saturday. Two of the Locals Love Us recommended companies were difficult to schedule with and even tried to give us a diagnosis and estimate over the phone. We called Brazos AC and their flexibility to meet us, their diagnostic process, and their ability to put themselves in the our shoes won us over. We saved $6500 and received 5 star service. Jorge and his team are always GREAT! I have used their services for over 5 years and immediately go to them when I have issues with my AC or heating system. The employees are efficient and very thorough to make sure they fix what is needed to provide quality maintenance at a fair price. They are also very thoughtful! When I had issues with my heating, they made sure to come by before the freeze so my family would be safe! Time of day was no concern for them when it came to caring for their customers. I have been a customer for many many years and I will not go to anyone else for any heat or a/c problems. Jorge, Rolando and their team are the best. I’ve replaced both my inside and outside units and anytime I have any kind of problem with either heating or a/c they are quick to respond and come out to see what the problem is and it doesn’t matter if it’s freezing cold outside or extremely hot they will take care of the problem. During this ridiculously hot summer, our AC stopped working. It was an emergency situation as we currently have a family member undergoing chemo treatments, and had little to no time to get this taken care of. We contacted Brazos, and that same day, not only did they respond after hours, but they made the repairs, and had us back up and running. Fast, professional service. We highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews for companies, but I have really enjoyed the professionalism of Brazos Air. They have always responded promptly to my calls/texts, and the staff have always been positive when working on any issues. I like the yearly maintenance plan just to make sure I dont run into a major issue out of the blue. Thank you!

Roland and his team did a great job installing a 2 ton mini split into our shop/gym. How many contractors can you text and they respond within 15 min? How many contractors will come out and finish a job on a Saturday? How many contractors will bring an additional trade to the job for no cost because they missed something? Not many but these guys came through! Brazos AC is now on speed dial for all things HVAC at my house.Posting an update. I had another unit go out on my shop. Emailed Roland, got an estimate within a few hours. Scheduled within a week, singe day replaced and back up and cooling. These are the go to HVAC guys in Waco!!

Brazos air conditioning, has installed 2 complete new units for our family at different times, and has also did a handful of emergency calls. Rolando and Jorge go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. I have used different companies before using them . Ive had nothing but a great and positive experience with this company. Each time weve called on them, theyve been knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, and honest. Weve never questioned their integrity as a company along with their team.I was 8 months pregnant during the summer when our AC finally died on us. Not only did they send out technicians to help address the problem but Roland explained our financial options in regards to replacing the unit. Because of the time he spent explaining our options we knew that our goal was to invest in something that would last for years to come, along with great warranty services.We were very pleased with our decision on replacing the unit and appreciated how thorough not only Roland was with us but his team. They replaced it, were very clean and prompt to not leave this pregnant woman without AC. For not only that, we are thankful.If youre looking for an honest company who puts the interest of their clients first then you need to call Brazos Air Conditioning. They will always be our go-to and referral...ALWAYS!

These guys were incredible and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Within 24 hours of contacting them, they completely replaced our entire outside condenser unit. They also spent an hour on the phone explaining to our warranty company why it would be more cost-effective to replace the entire condenser than to repair the compressor. Their patience in that process literally saved us $2500.We had gone 3 weeks without A/C because we were being forced to work with the company contracted through our home warranty provider, and these guys stepped in and saved us within a day of contacting them. They shoot you straight and explain the cost of everything, and they also took the time to work with our warranty company so we could get reimbursed for the entire expense.I have so much faith in these guys that Im planning to cancel the home warranties that I have as soon as they expire, and I will just work directly with Brazos AC in the future.

UPDATE: Original review in paragraph below. Roland is really, really great at customer service. My heater went out on the 1st. He came over at 6:00 at night, fixed the problem, and didn’t even charge me since he was the original installer. I am really thankful given it’s a holiday. Our family is thankful for the service Brazos Air provided. It was getting cold in the house!!Roland and his crew evaluated my existing HVAC system and found the issue. As it turns out, my 10 year old Amana system was dated and not worth repairing. Roland gave me several options in quality and price. He provided model numbers and a clear “all in” quote for several systems. I ended up purchasing a York with the 10 year parts and labor warranty. I really do my research on large purchases like this and Roland patiently answered all my questions - I always have a lot of questions. His crew is top notch, friendly, attentive, and really made the process painless. They cleaned up after removing the existing equipment and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. Roland tested and balanced the system and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company. They have fair pricing on equipment as well as service repair. Roland is a really friendly guy who takes customer service seriously. I will certainly continue to contract with them in the future.

Our ac went out and it was so hot inside our house. Jorge Came to our house same day to see what was wrong. Figured out the problem in less that 5 mins came out the next day to fix our hvac system. Now our air feels so cool. Highly recommending this company and will be doing future business ♥️ thank you so much!!

Listen.....lets talk about the level of professionalism these young entrepreneurs brought with their services. OMG, I am the most impatient, micromanaging person on earth (I get on my on damn nerve!). However, every question I had, they answered, every concern, they addressed. Not only did Brazos install my unit, but yes they also service my unit. I recommend them 1000%. And listen...any other choice is the wrong choice. Im not telling you what Ive heard. I was having issues with my unit it was not turning on, the breaker kept tripping. They were very professional and reasonable. Definitely recommend, will continue to use in the future too!

I had an issue with my unit shortly after moving into my new home. I called Brazos Air and Jorge came out within a day and removed, cleaned and reinstalled my unit. The price quoted was what he charged me, even when he ran into some unforeseen conditions and had to do some extra work. Would use them again!

It was nice to have someone actually answer the phone when I called. They were very prompt in responding to our issue. Actually it was a plumbing problem and not our AC. Nice also to have someone be so honest. We will definitely use them for our yearly service. I highly recommend this company.

Did an install on a house. 2 years later it went out and 2 different AC professionals said that is was installed incorrectly. When Brazos went out to look at it they said they would do nothing to fix it because the other AC companies had touched it. They did a poor install and did not care to make it right.
