After flooding from the awful storms last month, they were hired by my landlord to dry the carpet in my guest room. After the picked up their machines, the machines left obvious black marks in the 2 places where their machines were sitting. I complained. They claimed it was dirt from under the carpet. Wrong. The dirt stains are brown. The stains from their machines are BLACK! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE! I cant even use my guest room! I have stuff stacked in my dining room. For over a MONTH now!

They came out and cleaned our carpet Wednesday and I was so impressed with how well they did! Amazing prices and the best service. Highly recommend!

We have used Enviro-Serv for over ten years and their team is very professional with a wide variety of wonderful products. They provide a variety of services as well such as flooring installs, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning eliminating the need to hire multiple vendors. In the apartment industry this makes life much easier. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in need of these services.

I’m only leaving one star because I have to. Chris Spanos has the WORST customer service ever!!!! He said he would send guys MULTIPLE TIMES to get our flooring/walls done after our water leak. Not only did no one show up but he COMPLETELY stopped answering our calls and texts!! When he did decide to send someone to our house we were 8 hours away out of town and he didn’t even call to tell us. The office staff called me and I told her we no longer wanted their service. Did Chris ever call to apologize or set things straight!?? Heck no!!! What a sorry excuse of a person. I will never recommend him or this company to anyone I know!

Jason has been very helpful in all aspects of the remodel and is very easy to work with and patient. Altho service has not been completed yet due to circumstances beyond their control, I have every confidence it will be completed.

Start out promising you the moon and very friendly. But this doesn’t last long before Chris and company begin failing to get job done in timely efficient manner. Then do not answer or return your phone calls/messages, not doing all work that was listed or promised would be done, show up with out making appointment. When they do send someone they do not notify you they are coming so you can be available; what professional company sends workers without setting appointments with customer first. Calls to office manager at least get answered but don’t get results. I suggest finding another more reputable company. And to top off bad service they hit and damaged my mother’s mailbox and have yet to replace it. Starting complaint with BBB. They need to close their doors or restaff company

Our apartment complex sent these guys out today after we told them our dryer vent needed a chimney sweep. . The first company they sent out was awful but thankfully they chose someone new to take care of our needs this time.... They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Im so glad they sent EnviroServ. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again for sure in the future if the need arises.

They came and cleaned out ducts and fireplace. They were very respectful and polite and very tidy! Such a great company!!! Ab and Eli are an asset to the company!
