I had critter guards on my dryer escape that were causing my dryer to back up.John came to assist. He was fast, fair, and fixed our problem.Great company that was accommodating and communicative throughout the process.

These guys were professional from the call to Joy to inquire about their services, the 2 calls later to ask additional questions, to arriving at my house and walking into it (each guy introduced himself and shook my hand). They were all friendly and talkative while working. I ended up with 5 guys there at one point. They told me what they were doing & showed me what they got out of the ducts. Ive been in the house since 1996 and have always had dogs. I thought I was a good housekeeper...boy was I wrong. Talk about nasty. This is something I will definitely do on a regular basis. They even made sure to clean up when they left.

These guys and Joy are amazing!!!! They are extremely professional and personable! We were in a real time crunch to get this done and they made it happen for us!!! Awesome job guys. . We really appreciate all of your hard work.

Over the past seven years, we have had anywhere from two to eight parrots living in our home (my husband and I rescue and rehabilitate these wonderful animals). Even though we use air filters and do our best to keep things clean, the presence of birds in our home resulted in a huge amount of dust and dander in the air. Recently it got to where several members of my family were waking up every morning with sinus congestion so we knew it was time to get our ducts cleaned.We contacted Dirty Ducts and Ray got back with us right away. Fortunately he was able to fit us in the next day. We were super impressed with his careful attention to detail and his diligence with cleaning up behind himself as he went along. I think our ducts were a lot dirtier than he had expected, so the job took longer than he had planned. Despite that Ray took his time and made sure we were satisfied before he left.Since having our ducts cleaned weve had a couple of follow up questions and he has been quick to get back with us and to take care of things. We definitely feel that hiring Dirty Ducts was money well spent and we will use them again in the future.

I highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable with what they are doing. They made sure that all vents were taken care of. The after care of the whole areas of the house were well taken care of. Overall, they did a great job. They are friendly and well mannered. I will definitely get their services over and over again.

Easy to schedule and flexible. However, the lint does not get collected and it was littered all across my yard.

We had Dirty Ducks out to clean our AC ducts. Crew consisted of Andrew, Joe, Christian, Josh, and boss Byron. The ducts were blowing out specks of dirt/debris. They are now clean. Arrived on time, finished on time. Everyone was very nice. Included a couple extra fixes they found. I do recommend them for this type work!

I hired Dirty Ducts to clean my ducts on the recommendation of a friend. They did not disappoint. The team was courteous efficient respectful and hard working. The project manager was here the whole time to make assessments and explain issues to me. Two other managers also came to check the work. They were very fair and they left my house clean as if they hadn’t been here. I was very pleased with their work and I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Starting off from calling Dirty Ducts and giving my situation as well as what is going on with my HVAC system. They have spent a good amount of time with me on the phone explaining everything that could be going on just from an over the phone call explanation. They sent a technician out to come and inspect my system and take video and pictures of my HVAC system and actually show me what is going on with my ductwork inside of the attic and the condition it is in. They also told me what measures they can take to alleviate the problems i have been having with my ductwork laying on top of my ceiling on top of the ceiling joists on how the ductwork can be re-hung seeing how the old straps have given out a long time ago. The crew who came out to do the work were well aware of what my house and ductwork with what they were working on. The guys who came were clean and courteous, very respectful and asked permissions to go into individual rooms where they needed to do work at. The best part is they clean up after themselves and leave no mess, They left my house cleaner than what it already was. The airflow is so much better as well as the clean smell, I highly recommend using them. Great people great work and we have been educated a lot more than ever expected on our HVAC system from them.

Joy came a week ago to give an estimate, we were able to have them scheduled within the next week. They were great! The 3 guys that came out explained everything to us. They showed us several pieces before and after cleaning the pieces, along with before & after pictures of the ducts and attic pieces. They did a fantastic job cleaning up before they left. We will definitely use again in the future.

Byron and his crew finished the previous appointment early so he called for permission to come early. They were courteous and worked efficiently. No mess. Cleaned our vents and sealed off dust and mold around the vents. We’ll be calling them again

We got them for cleaning the hvac ducts in our house. As far as the job was concerned, they did alright.The next day we noticed they had forgotten to scrub and put antimicrobial sealant in one of the vents. It was no big deal. They said they’d take care of it. But they never showed up.About ten days later, one of the vent covers completely fell off. Luckily, we were not in the room at the moment. When we asked them if they could come by to fix. They said they would, but again they never showed up.This time we did not bother to follow up, and hired a handyman to fix the vent. While he was at it, we got him to look at the other vents as well, only to realize that at least in two other vents it was the pull chains holding the covers, not the nails!Even though they did the job of cleaning alright, we would not recommend them.

This company is the epitome of what it means to be Successful in America. Hard work, determination, Independent and Family Owned. I wanted to come back and edit my review because the owner was kind enough to reach out to me about my concerns. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the call and how he resolved my issues and for that I gave this business four stars. The pricing came out to be some sort of miscommunication. To touch more on the highlights of the service my air quality has improved and my 1950s house no longer has that old house smell. Overall the owner is great and I would give this company another chance.

The whole team, from my first phone call to the last man out — I just wanted to hug everyone. They finished early, happily responded to every question and concern, and left the place clean and in order. They even turned down a service I asked for, but not before showing me why it wasn’t necessary. They don’t just sweep the ducts: they proactively think prevention of future problems with the entire system. If you value your indoor air quality and your respiratory health as well as your wallet, you owe it to yourself and your family to call these people first.

Byron and Josh did an exceptional job in cleaning the vents, cleaning up, and repairing different openings in the duct system. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing work done by the team. My vents havent been clean since I bought my home so they were way overdue for one. They work with you and stay within your budget. I can finally breathe better and have peace of mind knowing all that nasty mold, dust, bugs, and whatever else was in there is no more.I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my next cleaning. You won’t be disappointed! This is the second year we’ve used them for dryer vent cleaning and we did the whole HVAC system last year and they are very kind and do good work. They are honest with you too about what they found. Definitely will be using them for all our future cleanings!

We had our ducts cleaned by Dirty Ducts. They were super nice people and really took time to explain things. I do think the whole family is sneezing less, which is a good thing. They also showed us the moldy parts in our unit, which was not good and definitely needed cleaning.Make sure all the airflow is working right before they leave and ask them to forgo the caulking on the vents.

I hired Dirty ducts to clean all of my ducts and dryer vent. They are beyond phenominal! Extremely thorough, explained all the steps and answered all of my questions. They physically showed me the huge amount of build up I had in my system and I was able to also see the HUGE birds best they pulled out of my dryer vent. They were extremely polite and very professional. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends.

We had a completely clogged dryer vent that went up through our attic and it would take hours to do a load of laundry. Our new dryer showed the vent was 90% blocked. We called these guys, got a quick appointment, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Josh and Nick were our service technicians. Both were efficient, very courteous, and friendly. And, the vent is completely open and our new dryer is finally working effectively and shows no blockage at all. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts for any problem you are having with your ducts.

My dryer wasnt functioning properly due to an extremely clogged dryer vent. I contacted Dirty Ducts and they arrived within hours on Presidents Day. Josh was very professional and the work was completed quickly. I plan to have them clean my ducts throughout my home next. I am a very satisfied customer.

Lane came to give us a quote and he was here on time, very friendly and profesional, we scheduled a day for them to come clean our vents and install a duct board box they arrived on time they cleaned up after themselves and the price was very fair! We will use them again in the future thank you!

We couldnt be more pleased with Ray and the job he did cleaning our super duper dirty ducts! I think its safe to assume that our air ducts have never been cleaned and after the house sitting vacant for 30 years then a recent remodel, they were in desperate need of a good, solid cleaning. Ray did just that! He was great to work with and very thorough. You can actually hear the air moving through the air ducts now. I only wish we would have had this done right when we wrapped up the remodel on our house.

Chris, Josh, Randall and Mason did a FANTASTIC job! Super detail oriented and they were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. They identified mold in our HVAC system that we didnt know we had and SHOWED it to us! Yuck! Also - they got SO much dirt and dust out of our ductwork. We had our house built 15 years ago and no one ever told us about the need to do this. We will DEFINITELY be calling them back out to do it again every 5-7 years. HIGHLY recommend!

I moved into my rental a few months back... My daughter and I started having allergies any time we were home. There was black dust all over my bedroom ceiling.Ray came out and cleaned my ducts. He was very knowledgable, worked fast, and cleaned up after himself. He even cleaned our vents, which I wasnt expecting. He showed me before and after pics... Its disgusting to think about my daughter breathing the stuff in there... I went ahead and had him do the dryer vent too... Just in case.I could tell a difference as soon as he was finished. The house smelled fresh and clean. We havent had allergies since... and the A/C is cooling faster. So I guess that will save me some money on A/C and dryer.Overall I am VERY pleased. Well worth the money spent.

Great service!We recently moved into a home that was built in 2002. I’m sure that they ducts were never cleaned. Yuck! I can’t believe the air we were breathing was flowing through that mess. Ray and his crew were professional and thorough.

After calling a couple of places and neither of them could fix our problem, it made me think there was a structural blockage. Dirty Ducts was able to diagnose and fix our problem. I would highly recommend this company. I was impressed with their knowledge, work, and professionalism.
