Haught Air Conditioning

I had an error code on my HVAC unit. Called Haught because they were the installers. I was asked a few questions including the code and informed that a technician would be here tomorrow.The technician arrived on schedule (even called 1/2 hour ahead to let us know he was on his way.) After a few minutes troubleshooting he had the parts on hand to make the repair and he was in and out in 20 minutes. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He even answered a few questions I had about my system not related to the repair.I would not hesitate to call Haught in the future.

The Haught workmen (Johan, Angelo, and Manuel) did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient, and fully professional. Our new A/C unit is functioning perfectly, and we look forward to many future years of reliable use. Many thanks from this satisfied customer!

We had a great experience with installation and service of our AC system. Prompt, courteous and professional.

Horrible experience. On the initial visit we purchased the service plan and had a $350 repair. 3 weeks later the compressor goes out. The tech that comes out tells us the compressor went out due to the repair installation. EIGHT days in 90 degree heat before the tech shows to repair the compressor. $1530 bill. I had to remind them I was on the service plan to get a $250 discount. Never once offered an apology for the delay. I chose this company based on reviews. Maybe it’s been sold recently? Will not use again regardless of the service plan investment.

My spring service by Haught Air Conditioning was excellent. The Tech showed up early and inspected two heating and cooling systems. Dylan introduced himself to me and told me what he was there to do. He kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process. I highly recommend them for all of your A/C and heating needs.

Our AC system stopped cooling and we contacted Haught, the installer of the system. As usual they were prompt to schedule an appointment, and the service tech was quick to diagnose the problem. The system is now working perfect, and the service charge was reasonable. We have used Haught for several years and have always had good service from them.

After my AC went out I called Haught Air Conditioning. My husband had used their services in the past and was pleased with them. Within 3 hours a representative, Dave, was here to check my AC. After discussing the machine and what it would need I choose to purchase a new system which was installed the very next day! All three employees from Haught were very professional, friendly, informative and experienced. This could have been a bad situation with our high temperatures but thanks to Haught it wasn’t and we are enjoying our new A/C. Thank you guys!

We have used this company for 8 years and have always been happy with their work. The technicians are always polite and knowledgeable . They show up on time, they clean up after themselves, fix the problem quickly and they check for any other problems as well We highly recommend them.

Absolutely worst HVAC unit Ive ever experienced. My 15 year old unit that was replaced with this new, better unit was extremely better than the junk unit Haught installed. My previous unit could cool our first floor better by at least 10 degrees even with low coolant. This new unit is unable to cool below 76 degrees. Our old unit could maintain low 60s even when temperatures were at and above 106 outside. Thank you for our $9k downgrade for our house Haught AC. Living up to your name by leaps and bounds! He explained each step to me & when I inquired about annual care, he led me through the steps regarding that. Great service & reasonable pricing. Keep it local! You cant beat Haught.Just had an electrical issue in my home that resulted in my needing a new motor for my heating system.. I called Haught & the dear lady in the office assured me Russell would attend to this that very afternoon! As he inspected the issue we found it was even more than I originally thought. Since the evenings had been cool, he reminded me that as a preferred customer I could stay at a hotel with a discount from Haught! Who is so caring these days? Haught is!!! Needless to say, all has been repaired & I continue to sing the praises of this company. A true company that cares!!!Fast forward to 2024: I had Russel come for spring checkup & he continues to be knowledgeable & professional. Keep it up, Haught!

Rep checked the operating system, said there wasnt any thing that it needed. However, be thinking about replacing the outside unit soon. Our system wasn’t blowing cool air on the hottest day of the year. Even though it was a Saturday the technician was at our house within a hour and quickly got the problem figured out. He was very helpful and walked us through what was going on. Amazing service all around!

I have been a customer of Haught AC for over 10 Years. They are always dependable, honest, and professional. They have done everything, from a full system install, to routine and emergency repairs, for me, and their work has always been excellent.

Use Haught to service Mitsubishi system and they are always professional, find the issue and offer choices of fixes when available. Standard service fee is reasonable and doesn’t seem like they are trying to rob you just to show up. Definitely would recommend and will continue to use them.

Haught was called Monday morning, requested to come in the afternoon because of problems with our air conditioner. Zach came at 1:20 confirmed our self diagnosed problem, and we ordered a new unit. We were told they would come Tuesday morning at 9:00 am and at 9:oo sharp the doorbell rang and Sabrina and crew were here. They installed it in about 3 hours, but because of faulty wiring in the attic, they had to trace the problem, and it took somewhat longer. It was good to sleep in comfort Tuesday night.

5/27/20 Maintenance visit was the best experience with Haught since we moved to this home.This was due to “Russell”who was the technician who performed the checkup.He did the best checkup that has ever been done. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and extent of his checkup. I hope I get Russel every time I need help with my A/C & Heater.

My wife and I are both disabled military veterans and I have to write a review for others to be aware of. We called Haught Air because a A/C unit they installed stopped working. Not their fault, things break down. However, the technician that came gave 3 or 4 problems wrong. We were willing to leave it to the professionals and pay. We paid over $500 for the repairs and still no A/C in the house. They charged us $180 for replacing a thermostat, the problem is a brand new thermostat was already installed. If the technician had got permission to replace it, we would have let him know. So, we are sitting in a hot house with 2 small kids for the entire weekend because they will charge us a weekend fee to send someone else to follow up (we just paid over $500.00). I have nerve damage in my arms and legs from exposure to chemicals in the Gulf and I work hard for my money and expect to get fair service. Nothing seems fair about having an inexperience technician, who has to take pictures of the situation on a phone and send it to someone else to diagnosis or troubleshoot, and then when the technician gets it wrong... letting a family stay in a hot house for a few days after they just paid over $500.follow up: I was charged an additional $118 dollars for the technician having to come back out. He found that the problem was a bad capacitor. I was billed a second time for Haught Air to come out and fix what they previously told me was repaired. The repairman said the capacitor must of just went bad after he fixed the unit earlier in the week, so I got billed again. I plan on letting all of my colleagues and friends to be aware. They replaced a brand new thermostat (without authorization), with one of their own for $180, when the issue was a bad capacitor and possible punctured outdoor unit leaking freon.

Zac, the service Technician, and the installation crew did a fantastic job! They were on time, very courteous, and extremely professional.Zac was great! He took the time to explain how the A/C-Heat Pump unit works. He also took time to show us how to program the thermostat. We highly recommend Haught Air Conditioning!!!

Excellent response to my call. I was extremely pleased they were able to respond so quickly. They took care of my problem with professional experience and in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I have had them do work for me many times over the last eight years and have had only great service and responce. I count on them as part of our maintenance team and I am never disapointed.

Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company for your home build. Our contractor used them and we have had poor heating and ac since we moved in. One room gets all the heat/ac while the rest of the house gets nothing. We have called several times to have them come fix it and we get the runaround every time. They don’t return calls or they no show to appointments. They did a poor install and don’t want to own up to their mistakes. Poor service and poor work.

Haught installed our HVAC system when we built our house in 2015. Of all the contractors who worked on the home, Haught is the best. The couple of times I have had to call on them, they have been responsive and quick. They arrive on time and get the work done effectively and efficiently. Haught is the only vendor I trust to work on our home HVAC.

Haught was contracted by my home builder to install a 14 Seer AC unit. What was installed was a 13 Seer unit. After a lot of back and forth with my builder, Haught came out to my house to replace my 13 Seer unit with the 14 Seer unit, however, on further inspection, I discovered that the tech they sent out placed a new sticker showing a different model number and serial number over the old sticker of the original unit.

I used Haught when my house was built and will continue to use them. Prompt, reliable equipment and excellent service. You can not ask for more.
