Louis Nesby Air and Heat

Its rare to find someone in the service industry who is as honest, conscientious, and capable as Louis Nesby. The first local A/C repair company didnt properly diagnose our problem and gave me a bid of $1400 to investigate repairing the condenser or $3200 to replace it. Plus wed have to endure another 1-2 weeks without A/C (in July!). Being desperate for a quicker solution, I called Louis for a second opinion. He came out the same morning and found the problem in about 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes, he had replaced a faulty part--at a whopping charge of $175. But wait, the story gets better. When Louis called the next morning to make sure that all was well, he informed me that my outside condenser unit still had a month left under warranty and that he could replace the ailing fan motor for a small service charge. If you have any needs concerning HVAC repair or installation, I highly recommend that you make Louis Nesby your first choice! P.S. I have never left an online review before for anyone or anything.
