Every person from the receptionist, double checking to ensure I wasn’t being double booked, because someone else was being scheduled simultaneously, to the service provider were professional. I was able to get service either same day or the next day for my furnace not working and snow storm was coming. Colby was my service provider was professional, friendly, and informative. I don’t normally feel comfortable with people in my home, but I was at ease with Colby and he identified my problem quickly. Recommend this company to anyone needing services.
We recently purchased a Carrier heat pump system from All Around AC. Michael & Colby did a walk-thru, listened to our concerns, and came up with an installation plan. Neena kept us informed throughout the process, handled the system registration, and answered questions related to the installation. I contacted All-A-Round for a service call for heat related issues. Helen answered the phone, scheduled the call and then checked back prior to repairman arrival. Colby notified us that he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. He found the problem, described in detail what repairs needed to be fixed and completed the task quickly. Nathaniel accompanied Colby and I throughly enjoyed visiting with him.I can say without a doubt, all three individuals were friendly, respectful and courteous. Top notch service : we had a storm come thru ac stopped working . I call All an around AC at 930pm on Monday evening. My call was answered professionally and dispatched their Tech Mike , he called and verified correct address, he quickly identified the issue and walked me thru what was wrong and how to fix it. He then gave me the total cost and showed me a couple other things to look at on the unit. 5 star customer service , I would recommend Mike and his team to anybody.

As a technical guy I appreciated his full explanation of normal system function, his explanation of his diagnostic steps and results, and his explanation of the cause of failure. First of all, the customer service here is excellent! We thought we had issues with our ac and Lucas came out to look but didn’t find the problem since it wasn’t actively messing up, but he was willing to stay and look at some other concerns we had around the house. He was very professional and helpful. The next day, the motor went out on the inside and the same day, Michael came and checked it, went to get a part, and brought it back and replaced it! You can’t beat a good company that takes care of their customers well! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Today, Colby from All A Round A/C came to troubleshoot, we thought, a problem with our A/C. After checking the system, he told us that there is a part that is working, but, on its way out. Instead of selling us something that is presently not needed, we decided that when the part stops working, to call All A Round and he will make the installation. Thats pretty honest to us. Updated review!Truly the best A/C and Heating company I’ve dealt with!! My husband called All-A-Round at 7pm and they were able to make it out at 8pm to fix our A/C. The repair man, David, took a look and within moments knew what was wrong. He showed me the issue and was able to fix right away! I’ve used this company in both the winter and the summer and I’m beyond happy with them. They won’t let my family go cold in the winter nor hot in the summer! A big huge thank you to David and everyone there at All-A-Round!We had a fantastic experience using All-A-Round. Our technicians name was Koby and he was fast, accurate, and very professional. I had a fantastic experience with All Around Air Conditioning and Heating in Wills Point, TX. Lucas Bjornlie, the service tech, provided exceptional service. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our thermostats and also identified a clogged drain pan in the attic. Lucas efficiently blew out the clog, ensuring it drained properly. It’s a good thing he checked everything thoroughly and found the clogged drain before it overflowed and caused ceiling damage. Fantastic experience from beginning to end!professional, responsive Nina answered my call and was able to schedule an appointment right away, which is quite important in the current Texas heat!The next morning, i got a call early form the office reminding me that they would be arriving this morning and would call when they were on the way.Colby let me know when he was en route and arrived on time and got my AC issue fixed quickly. When my ac wasnt working properly, I sent a message through their website at night. Within 30 minutes, I received a response and was put on their schedule for the next day. Please know my ac was working, just not cooling as well as it should, so it wasnt a dire situation. The next day, they kept me informed me that the service technician would be there between 4-6. I received a text a little after 4 that Colby K. was on his way. What impressed me was they sent his picture too, so I would know who was coming. For a single mom, this was much appreciated! While Colby K. was here, he was super nice, worked hard, and got my ac running quickly. He walked me through the issue and explained in a way I could understand. I will definitely use them again!!!
Tyler, Dave and the guys replaced my entire antique a/c system, dealing with some challenging design issues and were very professional and courteous. I appreciated seeing the always training attitude of the whole crew and the communication and support between the techs. The a/c fan motor finally went out at 2:00am after several days of “iffy” operation. I was up researching local a/c repair possibilities when I found All-A-Round A/C and a TEXT option which I filled out and sent at 4:10am. Around 8:00am, Alyssa texted me to call them. By 8:20, David P. was en route and by 9:30am, he had diagnosed and repaired with a new condensor fan motor! And $200.00 cheaper than a rival company had quoted me last Tuesday! Now that’s what I call SERVICE!! I highly recommend you consider this company the next time your home system falters. I don’t think you will regret your decision.
Installed our unit and it has been great, we are set up with their maintenance program. When scheduled they come out on time and get the job done. They provide great service and are quick to get to you when you need them. I highly recommend them.

Woke up to my unit frozen, so I immediately called this company. Amazing over the phone customer service, super friendly. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and they actually arrived earlier than scheduled (which was perfect because I have 2 kids.) He (Corey I believe was his name) quickly found the problem and was able to get it fixed within 30min. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does. Even taught my husband and I a few things about our AC. I will definitely recommend this company to others and will give them a call in the future should I have any other AC issues.

I own a barbershop and our AC went completely out! We bought a new unit and they scheduled with us to come out and get it installed. The next day it was not working so they immediately sent someone out to see what the problem was. A few hours later it was not working again. Again Mike himself came to look making other adjustments. Each time the air would start working making us believe it was going to work. That afternoon and the next day we still had no AC. So why 5 stars…each time I called they came out immediately. This all started on a Wednesday and on Friday evening when Mike himself could have been at home with his family he was sitting on the rooftop of my building determined to figure out what was going on. All A Round will be our new AC and heating. We scheduled a ductwork consultation for our Mobile home and the service was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable and informative and honest. We did have a leak in our ductwork which was repaired within minutes. The technicians had no problem crawling in the underbelly and visually inspecting the whole ductwork layout. Im extremely happy that I chose All A Round Air to install my HVAC. My AC unit went out and it was 90 degrees in my home. I had called a few AC services and they couldnt get to me for a few days,so I found All Around Air online,read their reviews and decided to give them a call. They recently installed a ductless system in our home. Michael is very knowledgeable and patient and answered all our questions and concerns about which system to purchase. I had a leak in my Mini Split A/C unit due to my own installation mistake, so I lost the freon. Kolby came to fix it and stayed late, till 8pm to finish the job. The guys at All-Around did a complete overhaul of our A/C & Heating unit - to include installation of an entirely new unit and 3 mini splits (and additional construction work). My 20-year-old heat pump inside unit had a leaky drain pan which led to a long story. Dave diagnosed my leak. Kolby and his partner tried to replace the pan, but there were issues from a previous company’s coil replacement which had begun to leak. Even though it was still under warranty, owner Michael explained the problems and offered me a new inside unit at less than 1/2 the price of the previous company. There were issues beyond their control in a few areas, but they were diligent, and Michael and Junior were very professional in their work and demeanor. All hands were on deck after 5pm (Cecelia delivered a part and LaChrista joined in), and I finally have cool, dry air before the evening. Thank you, All Around A/C!

Colby and Taylor checked our units, changed filters and made repairs, as needed. They were very thorough and we were comfortable with their recommendation for preventive maintenance. They are nice young men and work efficiently. I love paying in advance for annual maintenance (Fall and Spring).

My mini split shut off this afternoon, and I called these folks to see when they could come out to check it. I just knew it would be next week, but they came within a couple of hours! Freon was leaking and they fixed the issue, recharged the system, and weve got cold air again! Best ac company Ive ever used. I highly recommend them!
All-A-Round A/C installed our system a little over a year ago. They did a wonderful job with that and unfortunately after about 14 months there was a factory defect in the coils and we couldnt use the system. We were without the system for 6 weeks due to absolutely no fault of All-A-Round. Everyone at this company went far beyond the norm to get the parts to this unit and get it fixed. They always responded to calls, never said they would call back and didnt. The company was very tidy even with the installation. I would totally recommend this company for any work related to a/c or heating.
These guys are awesome! First of all, their communication is excellent! You don’t have to worry about these guys calling you back because they will! They will also let you know they are on their way to service your home. Invoices are sent to email and receipts are sent promptly as well. They guys (Sam and Cameron I believe) that came to my house were super professional and friendly. Even loved on my fur babies. They even saved me a lot of money because they took their time to figure out what was wrong and determined I didn’t need what they originally thought I may need. Mike and his crews are branching out. This time I asked Mike to come and bid a job for installation of a lift station for my new mobile home so I could use the existing septic system.Mike came out and dug up the line into the tanks so he could accurately estimate the amount of pipe he needed. Then he made a very reasonable bid and I accepted immediately.His installation technicians: Colby, David, Tyler H, Tyler, and Cameron, came and did an amazing job. I asks lots of questions and even asked for some extra straps on the pipes under the house and they had no problem answering my questions and adding the materials I requested with great attitudes and attention to detail.I would recommend All Around A/C not only for the work they do with heating and air conditioning, but also for plumbing and electrical work as well.Hopefully, I won’t need them anytime soon but if I do I will trust them to continue with the excellent service I have come to rely on from them.Great customer service and quality work that cannot be beat.Jim
Technician came to my 92 year old motherinlaws home and told her she needed a new 3.5 ton AC unit for just under $10,000 dollars because she had a leak on her inside unit and told her he was worried about her getting poisoned. We got a 2nd opinion and the other company found that she only needed a capacitor and contactor and charged her $230.00. The other company didnt have to add any coolant.

These folks are a way from me, but I was so impressed with them after they worked on our church that I asked if they might be willing to come all the way to Richardson. They were courteous and helpful, and made sure to leave everything clean after they finished. Unlike so many others in the industry they did not try to up-sell me with more expensive options. These are good, honest people who I will keep calling on as long as theyre willing to come.
Called them and they came out the same day and we are running cold again. They discussed with us putting in a new AC system. Once we decide to jump, they will the ones we call.Well it finally happened. The AC went out and had to have a new unit. They came out when promised and installed the new unit. They stayed until 10:30 that night and made sure we had air for the night. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We took care of them too. My wife and I are remodeling a studio apartment and decided to install a mini split unit. Honest, hard working, do the job right kind of people. I have had them install 3 units for myself or my family and friends in the last two months. Two older units at my wifes office had to be replaced. My mother in laws had to be replaced also this year. Michael and his crew did exceptional work. Very fair pricing and quality work each time. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friend and family!!
Tyler and Cameron got here at about 8:30pm and went straight to work. They found that the drain was blocked right away and started working on it. They also installed a switch that would shutdown the unit to prevent water damage in the future. They were very nice and very professional. We now have cool air again and are very happy with their service. I feel that their services are quite reasonably priced.
I dont typically leave reviews but this isnt your typical company. I will never use any other company for my Heating and Air conditioning. They installed my HVAC unit almost 5 years ago. Anytime I have had any problems or if its just time for regular maintenance, they are quick to respond to my call to troubleshoot and send someone out if needed. This week we returned home after being out of town for 5 days, to find the house too hot, and the A/C unit was just cycling on and off. I had no idea how long it had been doing this, and was worried the unit had frozen up, or worse. It was 11pm at night, too late to get a hold of someone to come out that night, and probably the next day I thought. But it was a little too warm in my house, so I of course considered this an emergency and text Mike to explain my problem and ask him to call me first thing in the morning. He not only called me in the morning, but was able to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone, and saved us from having to burn up all day in the heat till they could squeeze me into the schedule. And even though we were able to figure out the problem over the phone, he still came by that evening to make sure thats all it was, and check to make sure all was working correctly.I am so thankful for Mike and all his folks at All-A-Round A/C, Heating, & Refrigeration. I highly recommend them, they really care and make you feel like you are family.
Amazing service without ripping me off! My a/c starting blowing hot air overnight ... when I woke up this morning my home was 82 degrees, it was cooler outside. I googled Wills Point A/C and this company pulled up so I gave them a call. They came out right away and walked me thorough every step so I understood what was being checked etc. He discovered the problem, went for parts and replaced my fan at a very responsible price. We highly recommend All Around A/C! Our A/C stopped working mid-day (Sunday) on July 3rd. We called early morning on 4th. Despite the last minute call and despite it being a holiday, Michael was over at our house within 2 hours of contacting them. He was able to quickly and efficiently locate the problem and fix it. He was extremely helpful, informative and spent time teaching us tricks to help us in the future. You can tell this company really values their customers. If I could give it 5 THOUSAND stars I would! I messaged them at 8pm stating I have an 80 degree house and two small boys, and they were there by 9 the same night, and up and running by 9:45! Our service technician Nathaniel was very knowledgeable, professional, and sweet as could be! He worked hard, complimented my house, and he even cleaned up all debris from the service job, and waved me by! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

I hate to leave this type of review about a small business, but All Around AC took around 6 months to install our multi-split, meaning we went an entire summer without a multi-split. We had some sort of inspection to see if we were approved for a loan, see where to put the multi-split, etc, and then they took 3.5-4.5 months to actually install the multi-split. The other problem is, they say that they will give you a loan, but they actually give you a credit card with their business. This is vitally important because credit card debt is completely different than a loan, and it reflects very badly on one’s credit score and report. Because they didn’t tell us that this was a credit card loan rather than a regular loan, we had to pay off the entirety of the credit card randomly, when we applied to buy a second house and discovered that our credit report listed a $5k debt with a credit card. This impacted our finances and savings, obviously. The reason I put 2 stars rather than 1 is because the actual technicians were fantastic, and even they admitted that the situation and waiting period was ridiculous. The process started out great, and ended badly.

This is the second unit All-A-Round Air has installed at my house. The installs are very good, very professional and clean. The men who do the work are very considerate and polite, and try to make the installation as easy on the homeowner as possible! Cory, an AC tech for the company is very knowledgeable and eager to do the best install possible, he really does a good job. Nina, who works in the office goes out of her way to make sure everything is co-ordinated and makes sure the homeowner knows when the service is going to be done and when the tech will be arriving to do the job! This company is simply amazing, fairly priced and quality of work is amazing. My only mistake was not purchasing an unit through them.( I bought an 1 Ton AUX split mini through Lowe’s DO NOT DO THIS!) and had All Around Air Install it. They did an amazing job, it looked like it was there when the house was built, crisp and clean set up. David was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable,( ask for him for your install!) it worked beautifully! Till an manufacturer defect in the mother board shorted the capacitor on the internal unit. Called them back and they sent David out who diagnosed the issue in under 20mins again he is awesome ask for him. He showed me what happened and explained why it is not functioning. Needless to say this unit is not even an week and a half old, I will be getting my money back from Lowe’s and scheduling an visit for an estimate for one of there carrier split minis to be installed. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!!!! CALL ALL AROUND AIR FIRST!!! and have them install an carrier unit, they even have an 10year warranty and they will even come out twice an year (spring and fall) to service the unit to keep it going. They are cheaper then your big company by an vast margin and far more quality. If you don’t use them your not only missing out but wasting money.
My natural gas unit went out in the middle of a snowstorm and in the middle of a pandemic with a 2 month old baby at home. Every listing available, if they took my call at all, was not working that day and seemed to have no idea why my unit would not be functioning. This was the only company still taking calls and dispatching teams. After roughly a 3-minute phone call and an exchange of information, a team of technicians was dispatched to my house within an hour. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes. Payment was taken by card (only $70!) which is very convenient for me as I do not like to write checks. The two young men were personable and professional and clearly had a firm grasp of their trade which is more than I can say about the other professionals that I spoke with prior to these guys.In my humble estimation I found All-A-Round AC convenient, punctual, efficient, professional and reasonably cheap. 10/10 for going above and beyond to service homes in dangerous conditions. You guys saved my skin that day. Cant thank you enough!
Of course the A/C to my in-laws house goes out 2 weeks before we sell it. All A Round came out 2 days later, figured out the problem (busted coil), sent an estimate, got the part ordered, and repaired the A/C all in a week.In off chance I mentioned that something was wrong with the water heater as well. Colby mentioned that All A Round also works with those so hed take a look. Long story short, he got it working which was a huge relief (saved us $1800 for a new water heater).If you live in the Vanzant County area I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
The guys at with them are great. We had major AC issues and they able to quickly get everything replaced, repaired and My home was only without AC for about an hour during the entire process. During one the highest heat index times of 2020 that was wonderful. They are truly family owned and operated and take great pride in their work. While AC problems here in our lone star state are never fun these guys made things light and fun during the entire process. They were all funny and had no problem explaining things thoroughly and to where I understood what the issue was and what the benefits would be after the repair. If you need work DEFINITELY call them. They will take care of everything and make you laugh in the process.

We had a issue with our AC unit not cooling. We had two other AC service company’s come out and say our compressor was bad and the unit was too old to get parts.Micheal Harrison came out to have a look at giving us a bid on a new unit and said he would like to take a look to see if the compressor was the true issue.He was maybe here 10 minutes and found the problem.Had to go and get a few things to fix the connection that had broken. We reached out to the company to inquire about having our HVAC system installed in our new construction Michael the owner personally came out to our house to meet with us and explain each option that was available. While he was at our current house we asked him to look at our system to see why it was not working properly he not only spent the time to look at it but also went out of his way to get it working for us that same night. We have been using All-A-Around for our ac needs for 12 years. Recently our old unit went out, we called All-A-Around and they sent a tech out and he showed me what the problem was and why it needed to be replaced. Michael came out and discussed the different units to us and recommended the best unit for our budget, then had our new unit at our house the next day. June, 2019....Just had a carrier mini split system installed. We lost some sun blocking trees in the great Dallas hurricane of early June. This system works great, as you would expect from carrier. Installation was superb. David was the crew lead. He had good communication, nice clean work and thorough cleanup afterwords. Oh yeah, the price was very reasonable too !Update: September 6th, 2019Its been much cooler in the living/kitchen areas of the house now with the mini-split system covering that part of the house. Very comfortable. My old AC unit turns on very infrequently. It has now become the supplemental for the rest of the house.I just ran some cost figures for the two full months we have had the system. I took the last 3 years average monthly. My June bill was almost identical to the average, since the system was installed late in June. Makes sense. However...-July was 29.9% less than the 3 year average for July-August was 24.0% less than the 3 year average for AugustOther factors:My bounce back son moved in with us in the beginning of August so our AC has been on more during the day.I think its safe to say that this Carrier mini-split system has been a win for comfort and a win for cost !

Our A/C system went out during the summer, a time that is very inconvenient. We received several quotes on a A/C replacement with a replacement of the duct system as well. All Around A/C had the best price and was the most professional of the businesses we received quotes from. At the time all of this took place we had a 10-day trip planned, so while we were gone they replaced the system and had it running by the time we got home. They made sure to stay in touch through the whole process. I have David and the team to thank for a great Install.
Colby and Anthony made it out the same day as our request. They cleaned the coil and we are running cold once again. Would recommend them to anyone looking for AC repair.
On a 97 degree Saturday evening our AC unit abruptly quit on us and within an hour we knew this problem couldnt wait until Monday. I had a list of 6 ac contractors I found online that said they were open 24/7. The first place i called was this one and a very empathetic lady explained that while they had other jobs in front of me, they WOULD come as soon as those were done. Took my info and was kind and attentive even tho Im sure my call interrupted her at home attending to herfamily/kiddos possibly even during their dinner -based on the time of my call and faint sounds in the background on phone.She was clear,diligent and honest in her efforts to take care of us - by putting us on their already booked up evening schedule and just asked that if I were to find someone to come sooner etc- to just call her and let her know bc otherwise, they WILL get to us as soon as they can and that it WOULD be tonight. I love that she made it so easy for me. Bc I was losing it in the heat.And soI called all 5 other companies on my list, one by one - none of them answered. I left messages on each. Waited a bit, looked up a few more 24/7 contractors and decided ghat Id start calling those after I took a cold shower. But By the time I got out of the shower -my husband informed me that the ac guy was here and fixing our unit. What???? Who??? It was this company the first one I called! The one with a sweet woman that answered on 2nd ring. They not only came in half the time they projected but came in swift and friendly and professional and had our ac motor and compressor replaced and fixed and back up and running in less than 45 minutes.The price was under what we guessed it might be and the man who came to our home was delightful, and funny. Never made us feel like weekend killers or put out by our untimely need for services. I was blown away. Elated. Stoked.All-A-Round a/c are the only company I would call for my ac/ heat needs in the future. They came through for us in ways NONE of the other companies could fathom. In fact, those other 5 calls made to other companies that evening- remain un returned as of today. These guys were great. They showed up and diagnosed the issue on a Thursday, and came out and installed a brand new system ( inside and outside units and all new copper lines)the very next day. Micheal Harrison was amazing! He showed up within minutes of our SOS call for help. He jumped right in with a great sense of humor, compassion, and knowledge. He took the time to educate us as well as break up our 90° home with a wonderful sense of humor. He had an amazing amount of strength that made Chuck Norris look weak. (He single handedly picked up our attic ac unit and re adjusted it) He was clean, well dressed, and polite. He left us all with a smile! Oh and, to top it all off he blew our ac drain out with a single blow stronger then any tornado I’ve ever seen! Thank you again Mr. Harrison!

Our upstairs heating/AC unit was not working properly, Colby Kafka arrived and in relatively short order had the upstairs unit running again. We have a service plan with All A Round so this only cost us a service call.

Extremely friendly and great service. Came to my house to provide a quote on a whole new system. Showed 3 prices up front, different tiers of systems, and explained each component in depth. Even went under the house and pointed out some other issues unrelated to my HVAC system. Very thorough and have every confidence in their abilities. My kids were home and Michael treated them with every bit of care and respect afforded to my wife and I. Highly recommend and will definitely be going with them for any of our HVAC work.
David recently came out to repair our unit that was leaking due to a previous bad install by another. Multiple trips were needed and every time they were prompt and communicated well throughout the process. I also used this company in the winter and forgot to leave a good review then. I will never use another HVAC company. They are professional, fair and work to resolve any issue that arises more than fairly. I am extremely pleased with Michael and his team.

Amazing experience! Called the same day and were there within hours. Found the replacement part and came right back to fix it. Fixed the AC no problem and was back to normal that night! Corey was knowledgable and very personable. Taught me a lot. Would recommend!
Mr. David Powers arrived and trouble shot the heating system in our cottage. as it turned out all we needed was a thermostat. they had the part and completed the replacement as well as going up into the crawl space and making sure the heater is in good working order. Both David and his helper were as professional as you could ever want. I can say that I now have a new A/C and heating company.Thanks men for a great job.

Kolby just came out and replaced the capacitor on our Unit that we All Around put in about 3 years ago. Just a big Kudos to him for being VERY professional, quick on the diagnosis and replacement of the blown out capacitor from this relentless heat!He was here less than 20 minutes and we are back up and running. Ok, so I have known Mike Harrison and his family for over 10 years. They maintained my old ac for years and it made it through 18 years of service. They put in a new system recently and I expect it to last the rest of my life. They are a good honest family that do very good work, and I have been amazed by their honesty and work ethic. Michael owns All-A-Round A/C and it is a very responsive company that puts their customers first. David recently installed a dehumidifier and increased the efficiency of my system by adding an additional supply duct in the master bedroom along with a more efficient return plenum. Cory performed my a/c service today. He was very informative about the ac system and options that I have for future service along with energy improvements that I can make.
I needed help due to an unusual noise and vibration coming from the indoor part of my AC. I called in the morning, got a text soon after with soonest available time the same day. Mike and Jaylin arrived well within that time frame. Mike addressed the noise 1st and took care of it right away. Jaylin was great! During the worst heat of the day, He went outside and got under my house to look at my duct work. He crawled all around under there taking pictures to help address my other AC issues. He was still smiling when he was done...lol..what a trooper! Mike got back with me later that day to let me know he was working on my options. The very next day we went over my options and figured out what worked best for my budget. I am so grateful to have Mike and Jaylin working taking care of my family! Theres NO doing without AC in the Texas summer!

Corey came out arriving early. AC unit was not cooling. Corey diagnosed that only Freon was needed at this time. He added freon, also checked the inside unit. He pointed out that the unit needed an extra vent to help it draw air. Corey was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend to others.
I Called Mike and told him I wanted to replace my Condenser and Furnace with everything else that goes with it.
