Do yourself a favor and call this company when you need AC help in a hurry!! Our AC stopped working last night and after a miserable evening I put out a post asking for recommendations and got a ton of feedback to call Straight Up Cool. I sent a message early this morning and before I knew it the owner, Anthony Sorgi, was at our door!! Before I could drink my first cup of coffee he had it diagnosed, showed me the blown part, and had it repaired!! They’re reasonably priced and Anthony was so polite going the extra mile by hosing out the dirt in our unit! It’s nice to trust those you hire for any job and I know that in the future we will always be using Straight Up Cool!! Thanks Anthony!!

I called for a service and they came over the same day! My main line was blocked and condensation was building up inside my unit and the pan. They fixed the issue quickly and were affordable. Very grateful to father and son for their work on this hot hot day.

Anthony is very professional and prompt. He spent the time to check my units and identify problems that were made when the unit was installed. Problems not identified by installation company / previous company making an inspection. He left me with the information I need to get filters for the next change. Our AC started failing when it was over a hundred degrees! We were recommended Anthony by several other people in our neighborhood (Point Aquarius) and he came by in less than half an hour. I called Saturday, leaving a message that he could return my call Monday. No emergency. He returned my call Saturday and came to my home Sunday morning. He doesn’t normally work Sundays but wanted to address my issue. He was prompt, explained everything and I was completely satisfied. We spent some time talking about several different subjects. Enjoyed talking and learning more about Anthony. He’s definitely my new A/C and Heat man. One other note, Anthony is a Veteran of the recent war in the Gulf. This Man is part of the 1%. Besides him being an honest and upstanding individual, he’s a hard working Veteran. He deserves our business. You won’t be disappointed!

Straight Up Cool did a great job installing three seperate mini split systems on our place in Corckett Texas. It was a turn key project from them, including the desing, layout, and tonage required to properly heat and cool our building. They where very professional, and flexible on schedule to meet our needs. I would highly recommend them for any new AC installation.
