AJS DIAGNOSTICS & AUTO REPAIR SHOP WILLIS&CONROE( Truck ,Semi ,Mobile Mechanic Brakes,)

My car was overheating and was getting worse so I knew I had to deal with it sooner than later or the damage would be significant. I work in Willis so I searched around for the best repair shop I could find. I called AJ’s and they were able to evaluate my car and determined that the radiator had a leak and needed to be replaced. They were able to get the job done the same day. They even took me back to my job and picked me up when the car was ready. At the same time I noticed that my car was leaking oil pretty bad from my engine gaskets so they diagnosed it and got me a quote to get it fixed. I took it back the next week and they got all my gaskets replaced and replaced my spark plugs.They got my car running like it was brand new! Again, they picked me up when it was done. Yesterday my son’s truck broke down at the woodlands mall and he needed his truck fixed so he could get to work on Monday morning. We had it towed to their shop and they were able to take off the throttle body, clean it up and replaced the foot pedal sensor to get it back working perfectly again. These are some of the best people I’ve ever met in my life dealing with automotive repair shops. They are honest and hard working folks. I sincerely can not recommend them enough. If you have any automatic repair needs, don’t hesitate to contact them directly. You will not regret it.

AJ and his team did a whole front end brake job and including ball joints on my motorhome. Honestly I wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to get it done because of the age of the vehicle. They made it happen and never left me hanging. While they were out at my place the fixed a broken bracket holding an alternator on my Toyota Yaris and change the blades on my dad’s riding lawn mower. I highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with these people.My fuel filters on my diesel had plugged up and I can only go 30 miles an hour. They were willing to come to the parts store parking lot and do the job but I was only about a mile from their shop.The parts store had actually sold me the wrong parts and the lady there was able to get them to deliver the new correct parts and trade back the other ones. They cradle to graved though the whole operation.I was very happy with their working would it be happy to refer anyone to them. If they werent so far away they would be my new go to mechanic...

!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!Had taken my vehicle to him to replace the cap and rotor. It took him months to even touch the car or so he says. He would only speak to my mother and not the owner of the vehicle me. After playing a game of telephone for months when i finally got my car nothing was reassembled. Multiple senors were broken that werent before and he tried gluing it back on. Parts that he claimed were new and replaced were obviously pulled off another vehicle. He said the cap and rotor was good when the bolts were literally stripped out and he zip tied it in place. Long story short is this guy is not running a business with a good reputation as these so obviously paid reviews might lead you to belive.

When my truck would not start I searched for a mobile mechanic. I used one for years prior to moving so I was a little skeptical to find a trustworthy one here. I called Ajs. He came out and did a fantastic job. It turned out to be the trucks computer. I would not hesitate to call Ajs again. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Terrible. The new parts were defective. AJ refused to giveme the parts invoice so that I could claim warranty. He didnt refill the brake fluid reservoir after working on the brakes.and didnt properly bleed the brakes. Avoid this man.

My daughters truck broke down on an interstate. She called me and it was obvious the problem was the alternator. I called a local dealer to ascertain if they had an alternator in stock. The parts person said it would take a day or two. I called AJs and he confirmed he could obtain an alternator and install the same day. He went to my daughters work to get the keys. He completed one other job and then headed to pickup the alternator and then to where her vehicle was broke down. He was able to install in less than half a day. He brought her the key and she was able to pay on line. This saved me several hours of road time and possibly days in the shop. This was also a couple of days before a holiday. The owner was professional and communicated with me the entire time. I could not have asked for a greater experience. He definitely earned 5 stars. I highly recommend AJs for your mobile repair needs.Thank you for taking care of my daughters truck.

After dodging calls and keeping my vehicle for over a month, I finally pulled it from him after learning he had lied about some work he had done for my father in law. He paid him to replace all the spark plugs. My father in law bought all the plugs, paid AJ for the labor. After he touched my father in laws truck, he had an issue with it missing while driving. Went to another mechanic and watched as he pulled the plugs out and only 4 out of 8 were new. My truck was in there for engine issues. When I finally pulled it from him, my ac blower motor was not working. Fully believe he used my truck parts on another persons vehicle. Avoid at all costs. 5 star reviews are paid for and he blocks any 1 stars. Heres hoping this makes it and helps someone.

My husbands car broke down because of overheating and AJ did not hesitate to drive directly to where he was broken down. Times are hard right now and he was really reasonable and professional! He had our car diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours and kept in constant touch with my husband with pictures and explanations. I highly recommend him!

Went outside to leave and my 2017 Honda was acting odd and would not start. After contacting the Dealership I was told it is a dead battery issue, I will not tell you the cost to tow and repair at said dealership. Called AJs, in less than two hours he was at my house, changed my battery and the cost, very fair and absolutely worth it. Aj was professional and kept me in the loop of ETA, I will be using him again !

Their work might be great but i wouldnt know much because he pushed back my appointment and then never showed . Zero professionalism. Communication is the difference between good and bad service this place has horrible service. Dont use them keep looking.
