Otis Air Conditioning sent out Landon to do yearly maintenance on our HVAC system on 05 April 2023 and he was awesome! Very detail oriented, honest, professional and very courteous. I walked with him and he explained everything he was doing and checking. He took pictures to show me the condition of my coils and fan. I couldnt be happier with Otis Air Conditioning and Landon our technician. Will definitely be using their services going forward. Strongly will recommend them to my family and friends. Give them them the opportunity, you will not regret it. Update; Oct 18, 2024. We are at the end of our 2nd year of having Otis Air Conditioning for servicing our HVAC system and we are so happy that we have continued with their service. Can’t say enough about this company. They did an amazing job removing g our old system and relocating the new system into the attic space. This eliminated 99% of the noise of the Ac/heater running in the house. Installed the appropriate size unit for our house. I’m looking forward to many years of lower electric bills and improved comfort in our home. Thanks again Otis and your crew for making the process as easy as possible! Very pleased with the process to have someone come and check out my heating unit. Nate was very prompt. He was at my house within 1 hour after I called to schedule the service. He called ahead of his arrival time to say when he would be at my house. Nate was professional and courteous. He appeared competent and took the time to report his findings in a way I could understand. Couldn’t be more pleased!

The 2 gentleman Nate and Harley were so polite and got our air conditioner unit repaired quickly and had all the needed parts on hand. Had my old 1978 Carrier AC system repaired by Nate in a quick and timely manner! My fan motor went out and he troubleshot it and fixed it for me in less than 2 hours! Excellent company to work with and fair pricing.

Our A/C went out overnight and its supposed to be 106 degrees today. I called Otis at 8 a.m.. Kevin arrived at 10 a.m. and immediately found a bad capacitor for the compressor. He had parts with him and had it repaired in about 20 minutes! Fantastic service from an expert technician. The woman who took my call was super nice and I loved how Otis sent texts updating estimated arrival time and also a photo of Kevin. If we have another problem and when we update our system, we will 100% be using Otis.

They came super early to fix a broken AC in the middle of summer and had it up and going quickly. Nate is the girls weekend trip hero! Quick and easy fix by an expert. Grateful for all his help!

This company rocks! AC went out, called at 2:30 pm and they were out at 5:30 pm. Nate and Harley had it fixed up within 30 min. Not to mention Shaney who was so polite and concerned! Cant say enough about how professional, caring, prompt, and courteous they are! Will never use anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Showed up on time. Got the work done, but took a little longer than it should have. I called to question the bill and after speaking with the technician, they credited me 30 minutes. Good customer service to correct the error with very little resistance.

Nate was very knowledgeable. I appreciate him explaining everything he was doing. He thoroughly cleaned our unit which hadnt been serviced in a while since before we bought the home.

Called and they were quick to meet me at a time that was convenient for me. I was sent and email that told me who would be servicing my install so that I could know who to expect when I arrived to the house. The workers where very nice, introduced themselves and laid out everything I needed to complete my project. Once the a/c was installed, I received a called from the owner. He wanted me to let them know when they could come back and clean up after the job (disconnected power due to remodel). I highly recommend Otis Refrigeration and will use them for future A/C needs. Otis did a wonderful job on our new AC. Our old house had been added onto many times and the duct work was not correct thus creating hot spots throughout the house . Otis worked quickly reworking the ducts and installing them correctly. The air is now working great throughout the house. They also cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. I would definitely recommend !!

Otis Refrigeration just finished up my complete replacement of a 40 yr old stystem that was probably overdue. The installers were very professional and patient as they answered all my questions and concerns. They did a great job without too much distruption to my life. I am more than pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to give them a call in the future. When all other vendors were booked out for one or two weeks, these guys stepped up to get me some AC. In Texas, you can not survive very long in the summer without a good AC....

We called to have our furnace looked at and it originally was going to be Tuesday before it could be looked at, but we got a call roughly 30 minutes after the initial call that they would be out today (Sunday) so that we wouldn’t have to keep rebooting our system. John came out and was excellent! They waived the overtime fee and John was very professional and knowledgeable and got us fixed up in no time! I can’t recommend them enough!

I asked Otis HVAC to inspect a home i was buying. They had no availability for the next week and a half, but when i explained that it was critical, they made room for me. A technician made their way out the next day. I really appreciate the customer focused care!

We recently had an entire HVAC system replaced by Otis Air Conditioning. The president of the company, Otis Ellis performed the estimate personally. On the day of installation, he and his team worked quietly and efficiently, completing the work in under 6 hours. Otis Air conditioning was able to get a technician to my home on a Sunday afternoon when the other big companies could not. The technician was precise and clear on what the problem was on my unit. Otis was able to get a crew out with everything needed to replace my ac unit within a day. The crew was friendly and worked quickly.

I have had a very hard time since last summer finding a company come out and look at my duct work. I called Otis and they came the very next morning explained to us what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. The following morning they showed up got right to work. Otis air conditioning did a great job working on my air conditioning. I had the incorrect size filter in my system and they were able to get me the correct size plus a few spares promptly. They also got me a new capacitor. Nice attention to detail, and this was all done less than 24 hours after I called them to schedule an appointment.

This company is wonderful. My first experience with them was professional, kind, and helpful. They answered after 5pm, they were able to schedule within one day. When they arrived, they were early and jumped right into the unit. They also talked me through the whole process. I highly recommend.

On a very cold Sunday within two hours of my call Otiss tech John was in my house. In one hour he had my problem resolved and I had heat!! The lady whom I visited with at Otis and John, the tech, were both very nice and professional. I also thought that what they charged me was very fair. I would not hesitate to use them again. Customer for life! Service guys got here within 30 minutes of me calling! They fixed my problem quickly and were super friendly and offered great advice! I highly recommend using them! I called them based off the high rating and number of reviews and I was NOT disappointed!

Otis sent out Randy to fix a condensation backup. He did a thorough check of my unit and explained a lot to help me understand my system better. He was very patient and polite to deal with. He blew out the drain and that seemed to fix the problem. A few days later, I noticed it was still backed up. Randy came out a second time to look at it and determined the clog was further back in the plumbing. He didnt charge me for the call. I was able to call a plumber to clear the clog and my den has been dry ever since! I am very thankful for Randy at Otis A/C and highly recommend him. He is the best!

I called and talked to Shaney on Thursday and on Friday all my problems were solved when Randy, Landon and Nate showed up! These young men were totally professional and polite! We used Otis in the past to replace our ducts and this past Sunday when our A/C stopped working, I called Otis and they were out within an hour and fixed us up. Randy did a great job. Great company, very reliable and fair prices. We will always use Otis in the future.

We called and had someone come out to our house in less than 30 minutes. We live all the way out in Henrietta so we were super impressed by the response time. The guy who came out was very nice and professional. He found the issue with our AC unit and provided us with different solutions. There was an issue where we got mischarged and they office staff quickly refunded us and gave us a call explaining the discrepancy. Overall great service

We have a new construction home that were building and I called Otis Air to come and give us a bid. Randy with Otis air came out to meet with us about the new system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he had taken pictures and measurements we chatted for a few minutes and I am waiting for them to get back with me with a bid. I dont mind giving a review on their promptness and friendliness regarding the first process before the bid. Hopefully the bid comes in competitive because I certainly wouldnt hesitate to use them if it does.We decided to use Otis air conditioning for our new home project. Unfortunately for us the price of everything has gone up but the bid we received was in line with what we had expected. The team that was sent to install our new unit and ducts were very professional. Every person that Otis air conditioning had come to our job site was very friendly and very respectful. Each of them were knowledgeable about what they were doing.We are very happy with our choice of using Otis air conditioning. The temperature inside our home is very comfortable at any setting we choose. When its 105 outside, we can maintain a comfortable 68° inside without the unit running constantly.We have had or unit for 1.5 years now. It runs perfectly. When I first called I was told they were booked up until the next day. No problem. 30 minutes later I got a call back saying they could have someone at my house in 15 minutes. Kevin and his partner showed up on time and got right to work! They walked us through every step of what they were doing and gave use some tips on what to look for and simple unit upkeep. Really great guy. They didnt rush the job and they covered all the bases. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Above and beyond customer service!

Otis came and performed a pump down service on one of our Blue Bell route trucks. The tech was super friendly and took care of our needs quickly and efficiently.

Could not have ask for a better company to come help us with our AC! They had wonderful communication they sent text messages to let us know when they would be there. Our AC problem was kinda complex with the problems we were having. They knew what the problem was when the other companies were just telling us our system was just dirty, and then charging to get it cleaned. They came in and told us what the problem was and we were able to get it fixed and it’s working at top notch. These are the people to use if you have problems.

Fast showing up. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, they did not provide me a formal bid in writing for actually repairing my unit. So I wound up paying them $90 to basicly come tell me that my unit wasnt working. So I decided to give my business to someone else. I give them 3 stars for being fast, friendly and figuring out my system didnt work. If your system doesnt work, you can pay me $50 and ill come poke it with a stick and tell you that it doesnt work. Ill go a step further and print out a list of companies you can call to come fix it too.

We were without air conditioning for 4 days in 100+ heat . We had been told by another ac technician that it was a bad mother board. It was a bad diagnosis. Called Otis and they diagnosed the problem and had cool air in an hour. These guys are the best.

Same day AC repair when temps are 100+....Kudos to Otis!Friendly & professional office staff on the phones, Ac went out overnight and called 9am next morning, unfortunately their schedule was full and was put on waitlist, I received a call about 30 min later with availability and was able to schedule. Technician Randy promptly arrived at scheduled time and very friendly to talk to. He explained issues he found and went well out of his way to even change air filter in attic AND date it. Felt very comfortable with his diagnostic practice and his expertise. We are now cooling off! I would recommend Otis and Randy to anyone in the Whichita Falls area.

Once again Otis refrigeration knocked it out of the park. My grandparents air was blowing but not cooling their home. By afternoon they were in the 80’s. I messaged them too late to even expect a response, but not only did I get one within minutes, we got on their schedule. Kevin’s was their promptly the next morning and went straight to work problem solving. It didn’t take him long to find the issues and get a solution underway. This company always gets the job done and gets it done right! I’m so thankful to have found such a reliable company to have in our corner for this Texas heat!

Found out our HVAC fan outside was not working the afternoon of July 3rd. Called several HVAC companies in town; Otis answered right away! Technician was out within the hour and fixed our problem in minutes. Great, professional service!

Otis AC & Refrigeration has some awesome staff! We had a drain line clogged causing a lot of overflow this weekend, during their after hours. Randy was so kind when we called him at a very late time, came out promptly the next morning, and unclogged and drained our AC lines. He also answered any questions we had, was extremely friendly and patient with us, and was fast about his service. He also checked out other things to make sure they were all good and went on his way. I will be using this company from now on for any service needs!

I can’t believe how fast and easy they were to work with! We called on a Friday evening; someone came out to assess the problem first thing Monday, and we had a new system at a reasonable cost the next morning. The techs and people in the office were friendly and helpful.

Outside A/C unit stopped working. John was here 15 min after I called the office. He had the part on the truck and unit was fixed in less than an hour. I recommend Otis over all the other A/C people in the area.

Been using them as needed for a few years. They are always amazing. No one likes spending money on ac repair especially when it damages the budget harshly, but they are always quick even when its not an emergency repair. They stand by their work as well. And theyve always been generous in sharing tips and such to help us save money or delay a repair or expensive maintenance til we can afford it when its possible (i.e not 110 without ac working) I dont even price check with them anymore because I know theyll be completely honest and reasonable about the repair. Amazing ac company with great work and customer care. If you are not using them as your go to company your missing out on the best company Ive ever done business with in multiple states.

My repair guy was great. In & our super easy to fix the HVAC unit cleaning in my house. The only issue I had was the pricing. When I called the night prior to the service, I was told it was $89 for the service guy to come out & if it was what we had expected, which was a clogged condensation pipe, it would only be an additional $20 to the bill. So I was expecting a $109 bill. It came out to $250 for the guy to come out & clear the condensation pipe. Other than the price, the phone call the make the service request & the response time was great. I didn’t get my HVAC repair mans name but he was awesome.

Same day service when my AC unit went out and the tech arrived within 3 hours of my call. Repaired it quick and did a checkup on the rest of my system. I recommend Randy, he was very informative with a jovial attitude.

I had a screeching noise coming from my attic and to make things worse it was late in the evening. I googled HVAC repair near me and Otis Air conditioning came up first, thankfully they are open 24hrs. They did not disappoint!!! Kevin was at my house in 15-20 minutes. He was very nice and helpful! I have used Otis for several of my homes in the area. I continue to use Otis because all the technicians are professionals and knowledgeable and prompt to the job every time. This job was the largest....had them remove and install a new HVAC system. They not only professionally installed the system, They were extremely respectful and super clean. They left the job site clean.. just the way they found it. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.. Thank you to Otis and his team of professional HVAC technicians.

I asked for a quote by email, and got one within 24 hours, which was awesome. I had emailed 2 other companies in town, 1 asked me to call them back, and another never even replied. You can schedule online, which I prefer doing. The guy that came out was quick and professional, and even cleaned the leads for the heater. He also gave me a detailed receipt with suggested maintenance.

I called them around 4 pm. They were able to be at my home the next morning, July 4th weekend! Diagnosed the issue; and, repaired it quickly, for a good price. My a/c is working great!

Called them for service work at rental property. They were there in less than 2 hours. The unit was frozen over so they had to come back to complete service after it had thawed out. The technicians they sent were friendly, courteous, and always notified me when they were on their way. I feel like the price was very fair, also. Will definitely use them again for future needs!

My repair guy Bob Young showed up ready to help my family! He was very efficient , personable and got the job done! The payment process was easy and had everything electronically done for me with no issues !! I called other companies and I got closed, and we just won’t have time today…. A/C died on a holiday weekend evening (naturally) and they were at my place in 20mins. Now granted it was an evening on a Sunday so there was an upcharge but even with all that the problem was solved in about 20mins and the tech still did a complete system check almost in the dark. Because of the thoroughness of his work and the day and time, he answered all of my questions, and it was still 90* outside, I didnt mind paying the extra.

I would love to give a review but I work nights and slept thru the entire service call. Anyone that knows my husband knows that he doesnt throw out compliments to easily. He called and told me to call Otis and let him know those two boys we so well dressed and polite and knew exactly what they were doing that he didnt realize that there were employees still around that actually cared about what they were doing and who they were representing. By far a HUGE compliment by my husband!! Drove 2 hours and had me fixed(on the hottest day yet) in less than 15 minutes!! Im not sure who else was with Randy but good job guys,,you should make Otis proud.

Kevin showed up early that morning and had the new pressure switch installed and system recharged in no time at all. It saved me alot of money using Otis. Other quotes I had were over $2k but it was barely half that in the end. I highly recommend them.

Great company! We had gone through American Home Shield first and that company installed a new compressor on a Friday, that night it turned off. Went without AC until Wednesday because I tried to call the company AHS sent us but I was on hold for over an hour before they just hung up on me. Called Otis the next day and they had someone out within a few hours! He was mystified on why no air was blowing even though the outside unit was on. He figured it out within 10 minutes had it fixed within 20 and made sure it was blowing cold air before he left! So grateful for this company!

Called and came out same day to see about part of the house not getting as cool as the rest. Saw it was an easy fix and fixed it then and there! Very professional team and explained everything they were doing. Very impressed and will be using them again if I ever need it!

Called them and they had a technician out in about an hour and a half. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to BS me about anything. Technician was very professional. I will call them again when I need for my ac needs.

I used them to get a second opinion on a 3 ton unit that the previous tech told me the compressor was wore out. Without telling Otis tech he fixed the problem by adjusting the refrigerant charge and Botta boom working great again. I told him what the last tech said and he laughed and confirmed My suspicions. Its 11p.m. on a hot Texas night in August and my a/c unit goes out. Im miserable and have to head to work at 0300 a.m. which was the time I decided I have got to call someone. I messaged a few companies and called and left messages at another. As I called Otis Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, I got a human on the phone... 1st- I am so sorry because its 3 a.m. 2nd- I cant believe you booked my appointment for me!I got off work at noon and rushed home. I recieved updates with arrival times via text message and 2 gentlemen arrived as expected. They split up and tackled their job in a very short amount of time. Within 5 minutes they gave me a diagnosis and confirmed they had the part (my a/c blew the capacitor) in their truck. Another 5 minutes to install and double check all the lines had correct voltage and my house was cooling off. Before they left I had questions regarding regular maintenance and they took time to answer every single question in detail with me. They spoke to me about some things they noticed that I may want to think about for added safety measures (a secondary drain alarm in case of failure). I honestly was so pleased with the entire house call. I highly recommend Otis Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and will absolutely become a long term customer.Thank you!

The technicians that came to my home were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me understand my HVAC system (being a first time home buyer). I was convinced the technician was the owner due to how nice and caring he was but he said he was not. I was blown away from his and really saw how much pride and ownership Otis employees have. They charged me $505 dollars to fix a fan motor on an outside unit. Since then the temp in our house has been a steady 90 degrees. I was then told I need a new unit and I should use them to replace the unit. Randy from Otis Air Conditioning then up in my face..THEY ARE A RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My AC stopped blowing cold air last night. I waited until the morning and called at 08:15 and technicians were here by 09:20. By 11:30, I had cold air again. They responded quickly even though I wasnt an established customer and I really appreciate it.

The came out quickly and were able to replace our motor that same day. About 9 months later we noticed the same unit was making a loud noise. They came out quickly again and were able to make it right in one visit.
