Dalorem Heating & Air

I had been having HVAC issues for months, and dreaded making the call, expecting to wait days to get on a schedule, and expecting a fortune out of pocket for a sporadic issue that I could somewhat tolerate. After a full night without A/C, Im thankful I left a message with Dan at Dalorem Heating and Air! Within minutes, he called me back and told me he could be by to take care of it shortly. Not only was the service quick, but it was EXTREMELY reasonable! Couldnt be more happy with the decision to go with Dalorem Heating and Air! They got a customer for life out of me!!

AC went out Wednesday night. After calling every AC business in town and all of them telling me they were weeks out from being able to send someone out. Dan called me and said he could be out within the hour and sure enough he got my ac up and running super fast! Pricing was very reasonable as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I’m new to the area. Had a problem with my AC. I got in touch Dalorem AC and these guys did a great job. Diagnosed my issues and got me fixed up. They also handled my insurance claim for me. Justin is great and even helped me fix a hot water heater flue after I told him it was messed up.I recommend using Dalorem for your AC and heating needs. I also appreciate Justin. I’ve met him now three times and he has gone above and beyond for me every single time.Thank you Dalorem and Justin. I appreciate everything.

The customer service for this company stinks big time. They do not return calls, they have no way of tracking parts coming in from the distribution center. Everyday is a guessing game to see if the part the I need is on the delivery truck. My family is on Week 3 without A/C and this company has no sense of urgency. If I hadnt already invested so much of my time waiting on the compressor I need to get my AC running, I would go with another AC company. Avoid this company if you can.

These sentiments arose as a consequence of a miscommunication between the customer and the service provider. Had this information been furnished at an earlier stage, it could have mitigated potential miscommunication.

They answered the phone the first time, to say they would be there. Then just left me hanging, when they didnt show up I tried to call them and it just went to voice mail. I txt and they wouldnt respond. What a horrible company.

Excellent service!! I called the man that serviced my AC 4 months prior and left a voicemail telling him I was a returning customer and my AC was out at 1:00 pm. He NEVER returned my call. When I got home it was 89 degrees in the house. I called him again, still no answer or call back. I called these guys as they were closing! They sent a guy right over! Did not charge me for after hours and got my AC up and running within 15 minutes! Great job and I’ll be using them for maintenance services for both my heating and cooling needs! Highly recommend!

Called Dalorem Tuesday morning and had Justin arrived around noon. He was very professional and determined the problem on my HVAC unit very quickly and completed repair immediately. I believe their rate was very reasonable and will use them the next time I have problems with HVAC.

For reference for anyone looking at this review months from now, this was during a brutal summer.Called because AC wasnt working. They were able to come out same day within a couple of hours. Issue was fixed quickly, and inexpensively. The type of repairs I have had in the past from other companies in town cost around 50-100% more, and they usually couldnt get there same day. The only nitpick I have about my experience is they dont have a way to quickly pay with card (the serviceman had to call the company to put in the information, which took some time due to busy lines). Completely a nitpick though, didnt detract from the fact they were able to quickly come out and repair the AC. I will be going with them in the future for all HVAC problems.

Our A/C went out and our outside unit had to be replaced. I called our home warranty people and they sent Dalorem and I am so thankful that they did! Justin came out diagnosed and explained the process. Once the part came in, Justin installed the new unit and had things back to normal for us. We are so grateful because we both are working from home now due to COVD and it is SUMMER! Justin serviced our unit about 4 years ago and he was able to take care of the problem in a quick friendly and professional manner. I would recommend anytime!!

Home warranty sent them out because our ac wasn’t blowing cold. The technician came out looked at the outside unit said he fixed the problem. Never came in to check the inside unit. Problem wasn’t fixed ac still doing the same thing. I called home warranty back and they sent out another service call to Dalorem. 2 weeks went by and no one showed back up. Called to find out when someone would be here to fix the ac, was cussed by a technician on the phone. Long story short very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them if you want something done in a timely manner.

We had another HVAC company come out 2 weeks prior to Dalorem and they couldn’t find any issues other than saying it’s losing efficiency. Dalorem comes out and finds that the heater gets tripped on while the air conditioner is running and he fixes it and adds Freon and now it’s blowing 57 degrees out the vents. The price was reasonable, highly recommended

Justin Dragovich is amazing at what he does! He was so fast and has great people skills. He deserves a raise even if he just got one. The work he did was incredible. My family and I are so grateful for him and Dalorem! We DEFINATLY recommend Dalorem! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Thank you so much Dalorem for making sure my family and my sweet baby daughter didnt have to spend Thanksgiving freezing!

Very professional. Came on a Saturday even though its not their normal business day. Covered by home warranty. He even answered my questions about their regular maintenance program. Will definitely use their service again.

I’ve been using this company for four years now! I was upset that my home warranty told me that they wouldn’t allow me to use this company any longer. So I had to use who the warranty company will cover. The new company comes out and of course doesn’t know what they are doing! Mean less to say I called Dan and the guys were here to fix the problem! I’ll pay out of pocket and use this company before I use anyone else!!

Amazing experience! These gentlemen are Air Force veterans and are THE best HVAC company Ive ever dealt with! They came out on a Saturday (7-27-19) and worked for 8 HOURS to get my A/C back up and running! and it was still priced well below all the other A/C companies I got a bid for. I would reccommend this A/C company to Satan himself, he seems like he needs to cool off. 10/10 stars

Dan is literally the man. My house was at 89° for two days. I have been calling places left and right. I called Dan at 9am and he showed up at 9:20am got it done in 30mins. AMAZING price offer. Within 5mins my house dropped 10°!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Cant say enough about Mr. Dan!!! Got to us pretty quick, diagnosed our problem, walked us thru the issue, provided knowledgable options and fixed us up quick. Dont hesitate in giving him a call.

Dalorem Heating and A/C is the only business I’ll use for my heating and AC needs. He is flexible, never makes you feel like an inconvenience, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He explains everything so I understand what’s wrong, and how it needs to be fixed. The pricing is extremely fair for the industry, and I trust what he tells me. Will recommend to anyone I know needing service.
