My apartment flooded early Sunday morning and and Brandon came over. Personally to make sure everything was dried clean. He left fans and as always. He did an excellent job. This was not the first time my apartment had needed his services. They cleaned my carpets. On Call Carpet Cleaning came out to clean and Scotch Guard my two white sofas and they look new again. From the initial phone call to the cleaning everyone was very nice, personable and professional. They explained the entire process and what is needed for white fabric compared to other color fabrics. I will definitely be calling On Call again.

On Call cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms, and cleaned my fabric dining room chairs. I have 2 toddler grandsons so the chairs were a nightmare. They now look brand new! Our dog had a few accidents on the carpet. The technicians pretreated the spots and there’s no longer any sign of them. The carpet smells clean and fresh!They responded promptly when I called, showed up on time, and did excellent work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

AJ and Brandon came out to two properties and did a fantastic job. They took their time and hit some spots multiple times. The deodorizer they use made both houses smell so good for a full week. They were very patient and worked with me. I was able to move the furniture around get every square inch cleaned.

AMAZING is the one word I would use to describe the carpet cleaning services rendered today from the team at ON CALL CARPET CLEANING! When I called On Call Carpet Cleaning last week to schedule an appointment (since another company had cancelled on me), they were completely booked with appointments for the week of Thanksgiving. However, since I direly needed my carpets cleaned and odor control services in time to enjoy Thanksgiving here at my home, the owner of On Call Carpet Cleaning, Brandon, was kind enough to work me to clean my living room carpet on the day before Thanksgiving. Wow! He and his team of two other men were all so polite, respectful and hard-working that simple stated, they EXCEEDED my expectations!! I have used a few other reputable carpet cleaning services over the years, but this company is top-notch! They are totally an awesome awesome company. Bedroom had an odor that was not pleasant and they treated it and it was sooooo much better but still a tiny scent so they came and redid the carpet again. Talk about professionals. Just had my sectional sofa cleaned and it turned out amazing. I have a dog that practically lives on the couch and now it looks brand new again.
