The team at Trinity Air did an amazing job! I had several estimates on this project all about the same pricing with Mitsubishi mini splits. But what STOOD OUT to me was the professionalism and customer oriented service from these guys. From the get go I felt confident I was working with the right company. They patiently answered all my questions helped me select the correct units and placement for my needs. Their financing option made this an easy decision. I cannot express enough how amazing team of men are that came for in install. I had just completed brand new siding and worried about all the cutting and screwing in of things but they did a beautiful job. They even stayed late and I mean late waiting on my electrician to catch up; all with great helpful sincere attitudes to get these all fired up and running. I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to continued service relationship with Trinty Air.

I called on a Sunday afternoon. Even though I wasnt first on the list my technician showed up in a timely manner. He was polite, professional and seemed very proficient at his job. He very quickly figured out the problem and immediately repaired it. He then took the time to go over my air conditioning unit to confirm that there were no other problems. I would highly recommend Trinity and their service team!

Trinity air conditioning provides 5 star service. I chose Trinity to install a new system back in February and enrolled in their seasonal maintenance program. They followed up with me a few days ago to remind me and schedule the first seasonal checkup. Today a technician came out and thoroughly inspected, cleaned and tested the system. Truly the most reliable HVAC company we have used to date. We’ve had multiple companies work on our home, and to find out later, some of them installed entire units incorrectly. Trinity has kept us running and has fixed the rushed/poor work of others! Save yourself the time and frustration and just have these guys come out!

We called them as new customers on a weekend to do some work on our Mini Splits. They were out there within two hours and didn’t have the tools they needed. They scheduled us for Wednesday the following week, they went incredibly above and beyond for us! They got the system back into working order and it’s blowing ice cold now. I love how they texted the name and photo of technician, and gave option to confirm if estimated arrival time is convenient. It took multiple trips and two days to complete repairs; they coordinated appointment times around my work schedule.Technician Richard aka Rich is the best!!! Timely. Professional. Neat and kept work area as clean as possible by going outside to use his truck workbench for messier repair process. Rich took the time to thoroughly check and diagnose reason furnace was not working properly. He explained what he was doing and due to it being an older unit what part(s) and process it would take to repair it. Plus, I had been asking and searching out of the age and prior maintance done on furnace, Rich provided answers.I highly recommend Trinity Air Conditioning!!! 🔟 💫

I really wanted a 930 or 10 oclock appointment but I had to take 9 oclock, and then they didnt come until 1030. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Trinitys work and I have faith that the men who serviced our units know what they are doing.

I called Trinity to have them perform a system check on our HVAC system. We bought the house in 2023 and wanted to make sure it was ready for another winter. They sent out a technician (Richard ), as well as sending an email and text with a photograph of hin so we knew who to expect. Richard came to the house after a courtesy call from the Trinity office, and went straight to work on the HVAC system after a cordial greeting. Richard explained each step of his work and told us the good and bad of our system, as well as adjusting gas pressure(s), and various other details. He cleaned some debris from inside the unit, fixed the rails that hold the filter and other details, and after servicing the uniform, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with service, as well as answering any questions we had.He was thorough, polite and respectful at all times, and a pleasant person all around. We will definitely call Trinity for any future HVAC needs and will recommend them to our neighbors!

He did a great job. The AC went out on an extremely hot day here at my mothers house. She is elderly and disabled. I took her to my house because it was so hot. He got it fixed quickly and I was able to bring her back to her house the same day. He was very polite and did a great job. Thanks!

Very polite, professional and was able to assess my furnace’s problem and replace the panel!

Submitted a service request in late afternoon and dispatcher said they would be here at 9am the next day. Sure enough, next morning I got a notification before 9am that they were on the way. The two techs quickly went to work, located the trouble and had it fixed in 45 minutes, then explained and showed what they had done. I call that excellent service.

Technician was very nice. Took the time to stick around long enough for the unit to act up again. He found that a condensate line was improperly installed during the original installation and re-plumbed everything and replaced a switch and got us going again.

I had a new unit installed a couple of years back from a group in Nocona, and within a couple of weeks, was having issues and of course the original group would not return my calls, so I called Trinity and they came out and fixed a bunch of issues that we should not have been having and they are still continuing to fix issues, but all I have to do is call and they show up and get things fixed. Trinity Heating and Air has been our go to business whenever we need help with heating or cooling our home. Our first AC and heating unit was installed 30 years ago by Trinty Heating and Air conditioning. We finally had to purchase a new unit. Of course, we called Trinity Heating and Air again. The crew that came to install the new unit was very professional and worked in 110 degree weather so we would not have to suffer the heat very long. The job was done neat and they cleaned up after themselves! My house is cool again. I can highly recommend Trinity Heat and Air!

The Trinity employees arrived to do maintenance on the librarys AC units. They changed all of the air filters and checked the AC units up on the roof. They informed me that one unit was low on coolant and needed to be check for a leak. While the other unit compositor needed levels were low and needed to be checked. They were very courteous and explained everything so that I understood everything.

We had an AC power failure and it was 106 degrees outside and a piece to our unit had to be replaced . The office receptionist was very friendly and professional. She emeditly got ahold of her guy and he was at our home within an hour and quickly replaced the part. He said his part was done but we needed an electrician to replace the breaker box to the AC unit. The electrician came within an hour replaced the box and turned on the exterior AC switch on and our AC was now working great. I give this business 10 stars ! Highly recommend Trinity!!

We moved into our new (to us) home a couple of months ago and have found a couple of things that needed fixing since then so we wanted to have the heat pump checked out before cold weather.We were able to get an appointment for the next morning scheduled quickly. It was great doing business with Stephen at Trinity Air Conditioning. Diagnosed the problem and with the unit being 21 years old it was wise to replace it.They had me up and going in two days and with demand the way it was I was thrilled with the turnaround. Easy payment plan and several follow up calls to make sure the system was working its best. It’s 110 outside and I am sitting in the cool.

Last Friday, our A/C unit started blowing hot air. The outside temperature was 107 degrees. Our inside temp went up to 97. The next business day, we called the Experts at Trinity. The technician (Evan) immediately diagnosed the problem, and within the shortest amount of time, had our unit back up, and running!!! As a Veteran/Military Retiree, I was impressed with his skill, and knowledge in diagnosing, and repairing my A/C unit. If you need expert assistance, and quality service, Trinity sets the standard. I needed to dispose of an old window unit. The Trinity personal said I could bring it in so they could remove the freon. They just charged $35.00 and hauled off the old unit as well. Ill be calling on them the next time I need AC repairs knowing Ill be treated fairly. I like dealing with people who are friendly and appreciate your business no matter how small.

Andoblo was professional and respectful. The techs we have dealt with for the past 5 years have all been effective and expedient and the phone and office staff are equally impressive. Our home sat empty for several years before we bought it and they have been up for every challenge that has resulted from that fact. Information is given in a way that you can easily understand but more technical information is also readily available and i have never felt talked down to. As a single mom that is very important to me so i can be more effective for my kids. I CANNOT RECCOMEND THEM ENOUGH.

Over the last thirty years Trinity has installed and maintained 2 units for me. They have fixed my unit when it was 105 degrees inside the house and also when it was very cold. They put a new one in for me 8 years ago Ive only had two episodes of trouble but when I did they were immediately there to stand behind their product . Straight shooters and no games . We had Jarod come out and look at outside unit that was only humming and no fan running. I said I think it’s a bad capacitor and he said let’s check it out. Very pleasant technician to associate with. We did have a bad capacitor and he replaced it and zazam worked like a charm. He sprayed the coils to clean them and w everything was great. Great technician.

Said I needed a new unit when all I needed was a $200 part. Didnt check to see if the unit was under warranty and took 48hrs to give quote after I called twice. Didnt even have the courtesy to call with a quote but send an email

These guys were great. Our service guy explained everything properly. Didn’t tack on a bunch of stuff that was not necessary and the charges were very reasonable. I hope I don’t have any issues with our system, but these are the only people I will use if I do.

I called for service at 5 Friday evening and the technician, Bradley, arrived at about 5:45. He was exceptionally polite, courteous, and helpful, and had the problem solved in 30 minutes.

The unit in my home is a Trane unit that is 21 years old and was installed by Trinity. It has been an excellent system but is aged and not efficient compared to more current systems. I recently contacted Trinity to get an estimate on a complete replacement unit. They informed me that they are very busy and that it would take some time. I waited a week and had not heard from anyone to schedule a time to make sure I would even be in town. So three days ago I made a second call to see if they could at least have someone reach out to me to go over either schedules for an ESTIMATE or a firm time they could come. The young lady that answered the phone was pleasant, apologized that no one had contacted me and assured me a personal call back that day. This morning I spent hours reading about comparable systems as no matter how dependable a system is the most important aspect is the installation and service provided.

Everyone is always polite and helpful when I go to the office. They installed my heat pump and did a great job. This is the only heating and air conditioning place I go to.

When my inside & outside units were installed IN Oct 2021 there was too much freon put in outside unit. I pray that doesnt cause future problems with my unit. The service man who found the problem and fixed it was very efficient and helpful to me. He answered all my questions and was very nice and patient

Anyone if the technicians they send are amazing to work with and veey knowlegabke if the different equipment we have. Damien is amazing with our chillers. Which are quite a bit different then our other units. Also Lynn and Craig are absolutely amazing on getting things done fir me in a timely manner to keep our offices up and running I will only use Trinity.

Our repair man arrived promptly and immediately replaced a capacitor in the air conditioner unit. He next checked our other AC unit and confirmed it was fully operational.
