Took almost 2 months to finally get someone to answer the phone, the woman was extremely rude and kept saying she was on the road and it would be at least a couple weeks before they could send someone out. Due to their lack of returning calls the compressor on the unit their company installed with extended warranty went out which is costing a couple thousands on electrical and AC repairs that could have been avoided if they valued their customers and company.Only positive in this all is that Rudd backs their warranty and will replace the compressor. But even with that hiring a different company to install it comes with extra costs that would have been avoided if Texoma Heating & Air truly backed the products and service they provide.What use to be a reputable company has gone to $$it in the last couple years and it shows in their reviews and their lack of response.

I had placed a service request with my Home Warranty on Friday and they assigned me to this company. After calling their company they mentioned that they would try their best to show up to diagnose my HVAC problem but did not guarantee due to my Home Warranty didn’t cover overtime or weekends. I completely understood their comment. Weekend passed and I called on Monday to ask if we could set an appointment for them to come out. The receptionist said that they could come out Wednesday and that they would give me a call to schedule the time on that day. Since, three days passed and my unit was still working I agreed. Today, Wednesday, I was expecting a call and to my disappointment they didn’t call. I had to call my Home Warranty to cancel this request and provide me a new service provider.

Do not trust this company! They were called out for HVAC issues, took $75, said it had a leak, waited another week before returning. Cut a hole in my condenser coil to repair a leak. The unit went out 2 days later. After calling for a week, they tell me, “they don’t have time.” They would not answer my call until I called from a different number. They would not refund my money. I’m 3 weeks in without an AC and having to start over. Unless you like dealing with fraud and theft, I would suggest avoiding this company.

I called this company to come fix my AC. When the tech called to tell me he was on his way (around 8pm) I told him someone had already fixed it. He responded “ok, thank you”. A month later, I received a bill for a service that was never rendered. I called and explained the situation to the receptionist and she told me not to worry about it and she would take care of it. A week after I spoke with her I got another bill. I called again and the same lady that told me she took care of it now said I owed the bill because I didn’t call to cancel. I ask to speak to the owner, she said he was on the phone. She told me she would talk to him and one of them would call me back. I waited to the end of day and never heard anything so I called back. The same lady that answered said “ the owner said he wasn’t removing the bill and that’s what owe”.I don’t understand how I owe for a service that was never rendered. They never even drove by.I would rate this company a zero if I could. They are very unprofessional and clearly don’t know how to communicate.

Great service for sure. They were quick to send out a technician. He was very courteous and informative about the problems with our a.c. system. After avery reasonable quote we had them perform the services needed and everything is working great. He did not rush through his diagnostics and made sure he checked everything. Lee came over the same day, and his team installed a new heat pump/AC condenser (Outside unit) the next day! Very fast. Very easy to work with. Lee is the kind of guy that will tell you whats going on and give you the options that will save you the most money, even if it doesnt make him the most money.

I purchased a heat pump from Lee Ritchie last week and Gabriel and his crew installed it last Wednesday. I could not be happier with the price or the service . I have been doing business with another local company for over 20 years but I am now a loyal customer of Texhoma Heating and Air . If you want a fair price and excellent service I would highly recommend them 👍👍👍🦅🇺🇸

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. If the place I rent from would stop using this company, maybe I wouldnt be on my THIRD service call in 1 month. Its too hot for a rigged AC.

I dislike how their crew always shows up to my business with out introducing themself’s or stating what they are even here to do ,they just walk in like nothing . They also dont follow thru on calling back to say whats going on pricing or what not it’s always a guessing game with them or i have to be the one calling like do they not care about their jobs? Teach them basic Courtesy at least please!

They came out and fixed us up after Ferguson Veresh did a poor job of installing our inside unit and adding extra vents the wrong way. Cant thank them enough for all they did to fix the screw ups of others...we know who to call now :)

Nate was just here fixing my air conditioner he was very nice, intelligent, and very friendly. He answered all my questions and he made sure everything was working properly before he left!!! He was a very professional person!

Lee was fantastic, came over immediately, let me know he was here, fixed my problem and then explained it to me, was kind and a gentleman! This is a new unit for us and we are very very pleased! Thank you, Texoma!

WorstAc place ever. These people came to my house 3 times a month ago didnt fix a thing 30 days later came to clean the coil and it works. Now i got a 800 electric bill.

We had come home to a very warm house late at night and they sent someone out within the hour and had our problem solved in no time! Highly recommend
