Ferguson Veresh sent different technicians to our house. They put booties on before coming into the house and were able to quickly resolve the issue we had with our AC unit. They even explained how to keep the issue from happening in the future. Above and beyond. We were very happy with their service.

We had Ferguson-Veresh come to repair our air conditioner. They said it needed a new blower. They installed it and charged $800! Now there is water leaking from the unit! Terrible service! We would not recommend this company!

The plumbers were great and professional, we had a slight miscommunication with the office staff over payments, but they quickly and readily resolved any issues that came of that miscommunication. Everyone involved was friendly and easy to work with. We will enjoy using their services again in the future.

I’ve been using Ferguson Veresh for almost 20 years. Excellent company, staff, and technicians. I’ve just had a new Carrier unit installed and it’s a pleasure to know they provided fast service and the install crew was tops. Plus price was extremely fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I will definitely use this company for our AC and heating needs. The person answering their phone is very personable and professional. The technician who came to our house was personable, professional and knowledgeable. They both went out of their way to make sure our air conditioning problem was resolved and the technician took the time out to explain in layman’s terms what the problem was with our unit and simple maintenance. So sorry I can’t remember their names because they definitely need to be recognized. All this was taken care of during a major heatwave when I know they were working their tails off.

I wouldve given a negative rating if I could. The service technician, Chris, who came to see the problem, was on time and very personable. I have no complaints about him. He spend about 30 minutes to look around and see the problem. But anything positive about this place is stops there.Chris told us that there must have been a refrigerant leak ad since the unit is so old, it needs to be replaced but since he was not a sales person, he said he was going to let the sales team send someone to give us a quote on Monday. So far so good. Monday 2 PM came and I have seen nobody. I had to reach Chris to see what the problem is. I think it was shortly before 4 PM a man showed up in our house. Without introducing himself or saying anything, went straight to the A/C unit outside the house. Then came inside to check the heat pump and without paying much attention to what we are saying, blurted out what he thinks the best. And he left in about 10 minutes if that. Before he left I asked him if he had my contact information for the quote. He said he can find it. This was about 3-4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for that quote. Today I received the service call invoice, which was supposed to benothing if we purchased the replacement from them but without a quote, how could I? And that half an hour Chris spent at our place was billed more than $200.If I were you, I would stay away from this outfit.I sure will in the future

It was cold, heater was not working, they came and fixed the heater part only without checking the cold air output. 1 month later, now it is 80 degrees and the cold air wont come on. I feel we received half service. I will pay my bill in full when the service has been successfully completed. Until then, I do not recommend this company. I do however, recommend James lane... they go above and beyond and show they care about their service.I will update my review very soon... contingent on fergy

Ferguson-Veresh Air Conditioning Service is a great company yo deal with. My first time I called them our old system had stopped working after a storm in July. They sent a serviceman Joe out the same day as it was hot. He found a wire had come loose and a switch had went out. He only charged for what he did as he could have charged me what ever. He represented the company very well and was very informative with all my questions about a new system if we needed one. This is why I called them back for a bid and Ryan came and did a very thorough check on our house on installing a new system and went ahead an had them to install a new AC/Heat system. Jared and Nash came and did an amazing professional job and cleaned every thing up. Our new system is great would highly recommend Ferguson-Veresh.

We just want to thank F-V for taking care of our sewer line problems. They were very professional from the receptionist to the on site workers and the ONLY company that didn’t let us down. The 2 men who worked on our sewer lines were so nice and worked hard every day that they came. It was a dirty job, but never once did they have a bad attitude about it. They always had a smile on their faces. We are thankful that we found a good plumbing company and will always call them for our needs.

We had been without A/C for over 12 hours and Joe pulled up much earlier than expected. He knew it was the capacitor right away and took care of it. I asked him about a Nest thermostat and he said I didnt really need it unless I traveled a lot. He did say my thermostat was ancient and he had a digital one on board and had it installed in no time. We LOVE it. I am so thankful he was the one dispatched to our house.

Not here to review their service, because I wouldn’t hire someone as reckless as them. Granted this was only one worker I saw doing this, but they represent their company. This guy was flying down Hwy 148 into Jacksboro passing multiple vehicles including semis at a time. We were going 80 in a 75 and that was still too slow for him. He was easily going 95-100. We could still see him from a distance. Once he got to the 60 zone he was still flying through there at 80-85. We lost him around the curve then noticed He got slowed down by a smaller car in front on him. No care for his company vehicle.

Cam home from vacation to a hot house (96 degrees) w/broke AC at 11pm. Justin from FV was at my house in 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC. Very knowledgeable and professional and that cost was very reasonable. In the era of poor customer service, Justin exceeded it. This is my first ever Google review so that indicates how satisfied I am.

This place is the best!!! Shout out to Darren for helping me with my electric motor this morning. With Darren and Jesses help I was able to get my ac back up and running before it hit 110 degrees today. Will go here for all my ac needs from now on. A++ and very friendly service. Thank you.

Called Ferguson-Veresh, Inc to schedule an appointment to have our a.c unit checked. Unit was not blowing cold air on an almost a 100 degree day. Upon attempting to schedule appointment was told that there was an outstanding balance of $75.00 at that address from 2008 and they would not come out unless we paid the fee. We explained that we purchased the house in 2011 and had a new HVAC system installed then and have never contacted Ferguson-Veresh, Inc or had them out to the property since we have purchased the house. They would not schedule the appointment unless we paid someone elses debt! This situation seems to borderline on fraud and I wonder how many other people have been manipulated into paying someone elses debt just to get their ac checked. I believe this act is manipulating/and possibly illegal and certainly not a good business practice.

Ferguson Veresh installed a brand new system into my house before I bought it. Over time I was having an intermittent issue that was a pain to address. Not only were all the technicians very competent through the whole process, but Mr Veresh himself was hands on through to the end. Everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, to the owner has been fully invested in my satisfaction to solve my issue. In the end they went above and beyond to replace components under warranty without any input from me. I can not recommend this company enough and I will be doing all my business with them in the future.

Very fast and friendly service. The service men were very helpful and knowledgeable. Had my unit working in minutes (it was actually kind of embarrassing how quickly they determined and fixed the problem. We probably didnt need to call them. But better safe than sorry!).

They left out things that needed to be done. They left out the pan that was to be placed under the water heater, they didnt replace the backyard faucet, they didnt replace the water faucets in the kitchen & bathrooms, they dug a hole under the house & didnt fill it back up..any animal could get under the house.

My name is Christopher Ruggles, And i am writing this so that you all can understand what type of people work for this company and just how awesome (JOE FERGUSON) is! My condenser went out on my central HVAC, The person that i bought my house from found out and she tells me that she bought a brand new one for the house,needing one i thought great, so i bought it from her to have installed. I then made a call to Ferguson Veresh to have them install it,the gentleman that they sent out informed me that it would not work(it being a 4ton and my old one was a 3ton). Feeling depressed about the situation, i called the lady that i bought it from and thankfully she took it back and refunded me my money.Then i have another reputable HVAC company come out and they tell me that my unit is a 4ton so the one that i bought WOULD have worked! I then tried to get the one back that i had bought but she had already sold it to another individual.I then called up to Ferguson Veresh to speek to the manager or someone in charge,I was put on the phone with JOE FERGUSON. After telling my story to him, he asked if he could call me back in 30 min or so, reluctantly i agreed( I WAS NOT HAPPY AT THIS MOMENT IT WAS VERY HOT IN MY HOUSE!). About 30min i received a call back from Mr Ferguson, and lets just say that in less than a half a day, i had a new (CONDENSER) installed and working very well and it was not very costly at all to say the least! So i would like to say to Mr Ferguson THANK YOU!!!!!! i can not say enough great things about Mr Joe Ferguson ,he is a very fair and an outstanding business man!!! So thank you all for reading this and if you need HVAC work do not hesitate to call on Ferguson Veresh! They will take care of you. THANKS THE RUGGLES FAMILY.

Had issues with our central air. Fergy-V came out, fixed the issue(we thought), found out it wasnt fully completed roughly a month later. Called them back and they came back, finished fixing the issue, and BAM, no extra charges were assessed! This company rocks!!!

We had such a great experience today with this company and the two men who fixed our plumbing issue. They were very polite and knowledgeable while keeping me informed during the visit. I highly recommend this company!

We have been using this company for over 30 years without issue. However an employee named Todd rudely sat in front of my house today, laying on the horn, upsetting my dogs, called & left a voicemail for who he thought was my mother, DEMANDING she come out & talk to him bc she owed him money!?! When I called him back explaining she was at work & I am in bed sick with the flu, all he had to say was “I know U heard ur dogs, u should of come out & she should answer her phone.” When u work 8-5 & can’t have have ur phone, of course she won’t answer. I’ll add she made a deposit of $2800 & is set up on monthly payment plans! (Which by the way they charge a $10/month fee for) This was VERY unprofessional & I am glad I received this voicemail instead of my sweet mother. They don’t seem to have their accounts payable together, so I recommend u keep all receipts & proof of payments so you don’t get ripped off & harassed for no reason.

Mac And AKare some of the most professional plumbers that Ive encountered in my 40 years of contracting. They arrived on time got the job done were very helpful and professional. Hire them anytime anyplace.

These guys know their stuff, its A/C HVAC nothing cheap about it. Picked up a capacitor for my a/c condenser, was greatly priced and the parts guy knew his stuff, thats also a plus. I hope to do more business with them, just not right now 🤣
