Brian was one of the few companies in the Wichita Falls area to actually call me back the next day and even got to my service call that same day he called. He had my unit fixed and running in less than an hour. Will recommend him to anyone in the area and use him again.

I have used AAA for the past 3 years for any issues I have had HVAC related and always had a great experience. Every issue has been addressed the same day I called and fixed promptly. My first experience with AAA was because I was seeking a second opinion on an issue I was having with my AC unit. I recently had one of the larger companies in this area look into my issue and they told me I was going to need a new system. AAA showed up, diagnosed the issue with in minutes and had us back up and going and FYI I didn’t need a new system. AAA has always been honest conducted work with the upmost integrity and is not out there to try and take advantage of people. Hands down one of the best around and I highly recommend them.

We called and was able to get seen the same day. When talking to the worker we advised that we had little money right now and needed to get A/C up and running due to my mother and her health. He said that we can work on an arrangement. We he arrived we went over pricing of freon and such. He charged the A/C and then said he needs the whole bill now! After saying we can make arrangements he backed out of it. And less than a day later, the house is humid again. We honestly believe he came back and took the freon he just put in. We cant say 100% thats what happened but we know that theirs no way we burned through 5-6 lbs of freon in a day. We are less than happy.
