Culpepper Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Came out and supposedly diagnosed my water heater. Told me what it needed. It was still under warranty so I orderd the parts from manufacture. They couldn’t understand how they got the diagnosis with what they were saying was the problem. The day of the repair I was called with no excuse or anything and was told they aren’t coming to fix it. I don’t care what the reason is.. youDon’t call a customer the day of repair after waiting over a week for hot water and tell them for no reason they aren’t coming.. piss poor service.. it felt shady from the beginning.

Nathan is a true master and fellow of his craft. From the initial phone call to the final resolution, Nathan was professional and courteous, thoroughly explaining the problem and all our potential options. He frequently asked if we had any questions along the way and clarified in adequate detail when we did. He was very clean about his work, leaving no trace he was even here when the job was done. I greatly valued his respect for our home as if it were his own. I, hands down, would recommend Nathan for any plumbing job without the slightest reservation after such a pleasant experience for such a not-so-pleasant plumbing concern.

I had a gas leak that they repaired for me. They were the only emergency plumber that called me back on a Friday night out of the three that I called. They were very professional and walked me through the process which required coordinating with the City and the gas company. The pricing was also very reasonable.

Ive been a long time customer, but not anymore. Their idea of an emergency line is to check it during business hours and perhaps call you back if they have time. Thanks you very little for your customer loyalty. You care little if one of your good, long-term customers house floods.

I do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional. On the hottest day of the year made an appointment spoke to them at 8 a.m. as soon as they open, they promised they would be there by 4:30. At 4:15 call the said they wouldnt be able to make it because they were too busy. Left me hanging all day when I could have found somebody else to come out. Not happy with them, in my opinion that was very unprofessional, would never ever use them.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Who ever i spoke to on the phone was very very rude. This use to be a place that came very highly recommended in the town I was born, raised, and still reside in however they have gone down hill fast. If your bathroom is flooding today they can fix it for you next week, but cannot tell you a certain day they will be available. Dont waste your time.

They have put two new systems in our Inn and they have been out to service our 9 A/C units and have always been fair, honest and reliable. We will never use anybody else! Marcia, Elm Creek Manor
