Today was our second time to use Kelly AC and I highly recommend them. They came out super fast and got us fixed up quickly. Tech was very polite and helpful. This is the only AC company we will use in East Texas.

THANK YOU, KELLYS!! Our electricity bill is $112 LESS (even in the heat of summer!) after Kellys installed extra insulation in our attic. Yahoo! We were VERY impressed with the level of service we received - they went above and beyond, taught us things to make our house cooler and even fixed something in our attic for FREE! (WHO DOES THAT KIND OF THING ANYMORE??)

Recommend 100%!! Wonderful staff, great products and had our new 2 ton Samsung quantum 2.0 installed quick and correct in the new construction home. The outside unit is so quiet you can literally stand next to it while its running and not hear a thing. Inside head unit is just as quiet and it heats/cools the whole house crazy fast.

The air conditioning unit servicing our master bedroom was not working. Victor is an amazing HVAC technician, very knowledgeable and quick, a perfectionist. He is thorough; everything is done RIGHT.He quickly diagnosed the issue, located the motor we needed and personally stayed in touch with me on any updates. With Victor, you never have to follow up. He takes ownership of a project until it is complete. The pricing from Kelly A/C is very competitive.

They have worked on our AC over the years and kept me from having to put in a new unit for as long as possible. They put in a new AC unit for us last summer. The unit wasn’t cooling when I cranked it up this year. I made one call. They sent someone out the very next day. Just a quick minor fix and no charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Kelly AC for my personal properties and for all the properties for my Rental Business for 10 years. I could go on and on how amazing they are. The office staff is great to always answer the phone and get you scheduled. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. I have used 3 other AC company I wont blast there names online but I will say KELLY is who I am using from here on out for my own home and work as well. SEAN came out on the weekend diagnosed and fixed my ac quickly and properly, you can feel the difference when unit is running correctly compared to other companies that kinda Jerry rigged it up to work. super respectful and humble. he went above and beyond at my home. We had no air conditioning for a few days so when we called Kelly air they were there within a few hours. We thought our air conditioner was completely out. Todd got us up and running within 30 min and gave us a much lower quote that we had already received for replacing part of our unit. Completely honest. Amazing work and super friendly service. Awesome! Just awesome!I called them as my main fan went out with in 2 hours it was fixed. Also when my heater went out they were able to be at my house super fast and got the issue resolved super fast. Also the employee that came out to fix my issues both times educated me on the system so I could check things and fix it if the issues is a simple problem.100%!!!! Recommend and will be using Kelly again!!!

Called them based off of a recommendation after being disappointed by ETR. They were so much more responsive and professional. The technician actually called me within the time frame I was told by the receptionist and let me know what was going on. He said he’ll have someone follow up to schedule an appointment the next morning, which happened. I was given a timeframe, and the technician came within that time, quickly fixed the problem, and now we are enjoying AC again in the 100 degree weather. I love when companies communicate and do what they say they’re going to do. Thank you Kelly AC!

They came out same day, they were earlier then estimated time, they were professional and friendly, they diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us advice for the future. I called at 2:00 pm.... by 5:30 pm my repair was finished. The technician was not only helpful and thorough, but patiently explained everything to me. The cost of the initial visit/diagnosis was to be applied to any repair (wasn’t necessary in my case), and their pricing is a great value compared to many I compared them with. I highly recommend these guys and will use them exclusively in the future!

This is an OUTSTANDING company that I recommend without hesitation! The repair work that they performed for me was top notch and the price charged for the work was fair and reasonable. We had some difficulty getting a working part for my heating unit (manufacturing and distribution problem) but the C&R personnel stayed on top of the problem and came through in as fast a manner as could be humanly expected.

Very pleased, timely, efficient and honest! No up sale on extra services, I thought a recent lightning strike had hit my A/C unit. Miguel listened to my theory’s, did his diagnostics and found the problem (a transformer, could have been do to the lightning ?) fixed the unit for a very reasonable cost! Very reputable company with great customer service. They don’t charge a per hour fee, only a service fee, & parts. They can typically do same day service if you call them early. We’ve used them a few times & they’ve always fixed our problems at a very reasonable price. Give them a try.

Just called for a sys. Inspect, as it has been 8 years since they installed my sys. Nice phone operator scheduled me in 2 days (I thought that was pretty quick for just a check). Service tech. Called ahead and was there right on time. Did a thorough inspect. Talked me through it all. Found no issues, and charged me a minimum fee. GREAT JOB!!!

Called Kelly A/C to look at my unit because it kept cutting off and on. They came that morning and not only just checked the main source of the problem but ended up looking over my entire unit, did a check up, and even explained to me proper maintenance of my unit! They are very relational and come to get the job done!

Response time was good. Did not have the part on stock but was able to fix to keep it cooling till he got the part. This was a Saturday, by Monday he had the part, it was installed and it was a done deal. Wrote the repair check and it was cool too. Very professional. Thank you Todd!

Very honest and professional. You will get technicians who care about your system and aren’t just trying to upswell you. Victor did everything he could to repair the system before suggesting replacing a part that was fairly pricy. When it turned out we needed to replace the part, Victor was prompt in getting it and returning to replace.

Called on them for a/c repair there tech told me he checked my a/c comp and it has a short to ground and the comp was locked up asked him price to repair and comp would have to be ordered found out it had warentyand comp would have to be ordered had a second A/c company come out and checked comp and it was not bad wire ok didnt need a/c comp
