Very satisfied with the customer service here. The manager was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend!

Called them last month about our dryer not working. They sent someone out and all they did was charge us for telling us it’s broken which we already knew that’s why we called. Then they say they’re going to order the part for the dryer which should take 2-3 days. It’s been a month and every time we call we get the run around or “we’ll call you back”. If you can’t find the part or are not going to order it then just simply state that so we can find someone that will actually fix the problem. Don’t do business here they do not know what they’re doing and have bad customer service.

We went to buy a refrigerator and found what we were looking for with in a few weeks it broke down, called to get it fixed Wich they charged me $250 due to being the switch board with in a week it broke down and me being in and out of the hospital until this was able to come home and tried to get it fixed again so I was told to hat if it was the same thing that I had to purchase another one when it has not even was used more than two months.I dont recommend this place whats so ever

Do not shop here.. I purchased a very expensive refrigerator there and in under two years it went out! When they had delivered said refrigerator they did not take the old one away even though I paid for it and they said that they would reimburse me but they did not... I have an acquaintance that purchased a refrigerator around the same time as I did and theres one out too..

This place was good when the older gentleman was there, now the tech doesnt even show up for appointments and lies about trying to reach out to you. They hardly answer the phone. So far they havent honored my warranty. Wouldnt recommend.

Beware of Trevino Appliance in Weslaco, TX.We bought a new refrigerator and an extended warranty. Now, they say they wont honor the extended warranty. Our complaints are; two different times they made an appointment to come to our home and they didnt come or call to make different arrangements. When Oscar, the technician, did come he did no work. He said he only delivers and picks up appliances. They refuse to give our money back on the extended warranty...VERY POOR SERVICE.... Only one star from us and we plan to warn lots of people of the bad experience that has happened to us.

I definately recommend Trevinos as they are 💯 times better than any rent a center or Aarons. Trevinos prices are 50% less than those rental places. Those are so expensive!! Customer service at the store is great. Dryer did not work took it for repair they fixed it while that happened my washer broke down. 2 weeks of use. Because of the several trips I had to wait. The machine was taken 2 times they asked for an additional $120 “worked” with us to only pay $60 but refused to exchange iT. Never again buying from here.

Not what I was looking for...I actually thought they had brand new items..so I walked out... theyre ok if u r in the market for used items...but I was looking for package deals ..they didnt have what I was looking for... Ive actually bought from them before. But from the store in Edinburgh. I still have the item...still works....I. happy with it..we have recently remodeled/restored my home, so we were looking for brand new appliances package, and I was gonna sell my old appliance...which by the way is still in working condition... everything works on it...

I really like this place its affordable, like very affordable and most important their appliances work, I bought a fridge 2 years ago for 150 and it works perfect and its not an old fridge. I really like how affordable their prices are and they are very nice, they make you feel welcome and they really do want to help, also you receive a guarantee with the product you choose to buy and they deliver too.

Thank you for helping me and responding to me quick on trying to solve our issues.. my washer was fixed.had bit issues with Carlos technician but overall ended up helping me had my washer back in 2 days. now I do have problems with water heater which is manufactufactures fault in reality not treviños.guess talk to Jorge or Samuel and they can check whats going on to help u

We purchased a washing machine here. They are sold as semi-new but some are old and abused. The first washer we got sounded like the transmission was shot. ( My husband is an excellent mechanic) we were able to exchange it for a different better working machine. PLEASE NOTE: THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. It says so on the back of the contract. Even though it was a pain lugging a machine from Harlingen to Weslaco a couple of times our sales person Carlos Servantez was very kind and helpful. In the end we got a decent machine for a decent price.I changed my review from four to five stars because the customer service is really good.

Horrible place to buy any kind of appliance. They dont care about their customers they only want the money. Dont waste your time or money in this place. Their appliances dont last long and they give you the run around about fixing them. Get new ones instead.
