Bought a Generator for the whole house.Employees/Owners are Prompt, Great Work Ethic, Considerate, Great Communication, Knowledgeable & Friendly. All around a Great experience with Sales & Service. Thanks Mary, Juan & David, you guys are excellent!

The Tec was excellent. After finding the issue with our mini split unit they had installed 1.5 years ago. The issue was a very simple maintenance issue, that was never explained to us on installation. A clogged hose. I never received a user guide in English only in Spanish. Which I called 4-5 times requesting. They finally told me it doesn’t come in English. The installers failed us, they should have explained the maintenance steps we should take every 6 months. This could have avoided this $125 service call. So very disappointed against the installers. Would also have helped if the company would have called at the 1 year mark to ask about maintenance requirements. We had no idea the unit required yearly maintenance.

TAS installed our Generac Power Generator. Although it was a lengthy process (county permit, HOA approval, gas service line/meter installation) TAS Services was always responsive throughout the entire process. Great service.

David is an asset to this company, he always makes us feel like part of the family. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ac unit is working perfectly now, thanks david you da man.

We still dont have a unit. Information and updates are being communicated now. Not TASs fault. Parts arent getting shipped correctly.

We found TAS through a friend. He told us to contact David. David arrived at our house to help us determine what our best solution would be to get our AC problems fixed. So we discussed the costs on getting a new system. He was very clear and helpful in explaining all our options and costs, so easy to understand. He handled the financial work so clear and professional. Then to top it off he organized the work procedure step by step and on time.We were very pleased at how professional Juan and Jose set up the AC units and equipment. They hooked up all electrical wiring with extreme caution, all done very safely. They were very well mannered and friendly. Then they proceeded with the duct work. Their work was so thorough and well done. Plus they were very clean about their job there was no mess to be seen.Then we had Tony the electrician come by to assure all electrical wiring was safe to cover up with insulation. He was very observant and thorough. He was courteous and friendly.Finally we got the insulation crew, Manuel and his brother. They were very good at getting set up and doing a good job under extreme conditions.Thank you for your service. You have such excellent workers very outstanding. Your operations and organization are simply the best. Plus you handle your scheduling very well. Again thanks!

The service was poor, I do have to call the technician several times because the issue it wasnt resolved, they came and always said the same thing... Everything looks good, nothing to do however the AC wasnt cooling, I had to pay for the copay for every time they came, like 4 times. In some point they recommend me to change the entire equipment but a high cost which supposedly is not covered by the insurance, so if I wanted to do that I will have to pay them about $4k to $5k usd. At the end I sent them a video with evidence of the issue so finally they came and repair the issue but not in a professional manner, the motor used to replace the issue is not an original part, besides cables were left out of the equipment resulted in an electric shock risk . Very bad service...

The technicians were really nice and professional.. Called them after hrs on the weekend and they were fast to show up and help with the problem. In the end we are happy with our purchase of a new AC and the company we got it with. Also thank you so much for redirecting the drain line from the shower to the outside. Service provided - Complete replacement of outside and Inside AC unit ( and lawn work 😊)i started off with getting a quote from another company and decided to get a quote from TAS as well and i am glad i did. To start off TAS sent David to come and inspect my AC and give me a quote. David was very professional and very respectful; he answered every question I had. I ended up calling him three times because I kept thinking a new questions to ask and he was still very professional every time. He inspected the inside unit and then we went to look at the outside unit. Some how we ended up talking about my overgrown grass due to my broken lawnmower and David even offered to cut my grass after the install, to help me out. This blew my mind and I told him it was okay that I appreciated it and not to worry about it. After the installation to my surprise David busted out a lawn mower and proceeded to mow my front yard. I was so amazed and even went to tell him it was okay and that he didn’t have to do that but he said “I am a man of my word and I want to make you feel like family here at TAS”. Great service by David.Install- Now to the install, the installer that came a few days ago were very professional and nice, I asked several questions and they did not hesitate to answer each one. They took all the trash, vacuumed all the mess that was made and the install was perfect.Overall- I will continue to do business with TAS and will refer everyone that I can to them, David, the installer went above and beyond. If I could rate them with more stars I would. They gave me great value for my money.

I am wondering why your office states that your installation is complete when I have water flowing down the front of my housec everywhere which your technician had to be corrected and that he would return on Monday to fix. Im also wondering when you are going to provide the second remote which wasnt in the boxes when the first a/c was installed. Update: 21 September 2024: At 11 AM the front unit, which is a Samsung 1.5 tonne unit quit working. This is the same unit it that took two extra service calls to install an elbow and a water hose which, by the way is way, is to short and installed with some strip mounts which are inappropriate and ugly looking and I still have water flowing down the front wall of my house. This unit has stopped working. The power was checked and the back unit works. Please replace this faulty front unit with a Samsung one connected which is what I ordered. While your at it, I would like to know where the eater from the back unit is going. It was also missing an elbow covering coming from the inside unit. Last Friday I came home from a doctors appointment to find the elbow installed but no hose. There isnt any water either which makes me wonder. Finally, all your technicians are telling me that the missing remote needs to be ordered.

We are very happy to have received exceptional service from TAS. They came out right away, and did not have a huge waiting time or window. When they arrived, they did a quick evaluation, informed of the needed work, and were able to get the items completed all at once.

Came back to the house and it was hot! So asked for recommendations from others in the area and they suggested TAS. Missed communication with the office the first day so we called the next day and they were out within a couple hours. Had the unit fixed in less than an hour. Very pleased.

Our mini split was leaking inside and Juan came out and checked it out. Turned out to be clogged and Juan vacuumed it out. He was very nice and courteous. We were very happy with his work!!

It has taken me a long time to be able to review this company. We have used them for our maintenance through our homeowners insurance and they were super knowledgeable! So we decided to upgrade our entire AC/ Heating system using them. Not sure how to evaluate this but here it goes. They hired outside contractors and that was an absolute disaster! A 3-5 day job turned into months! First they removed the system and took that away. Then called and said it was going to be another 2k! That is where I knew we were gonna have issues. These people brought their kids to the house! We had nails in our pool! And they left the water hose running all night! The kids were throwing knives in the air watching them hit the ground! 😑 I have video of it all! The owner had no clue what was happening. Even when one of the guys fell through my ceiling! Not even wearing knee pads. We have had them out 3x already for issues with this system. But since the owner was aware of what happened to us. He came personally to our home to assess the job and damage. He was great in helping us is why I am giving 4 stars. The contractors that did the job is no longer with this company per the owner. If something goes wrong it happens to us. 😞 All And all I love the company! But cannot give a 5 star for what we have been through. Out of courtesy. I will not post pics or videos as the people who did the job are no longer the them.

My experience with the technicians that installed the ac were very well knowledgeable of what they were doing. They explained the process and time it would take them to install the ac. They were very courteous while working on installing the ac.They came immediately to do repairs the same day called. I felt great about this. This doesnt happen often with other agencies. Technician was very friendly and knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. Great work and will continue to use the company for any concerns with a/c.

This company was assigned by my home warranty to come check a job that another company didnt properly perform. Mr. Gonzalez was the technician that came out to my residence and explained and put my at ease about the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time the answer all my questions. The Service Techs (2) showed up on time and early in the morning so they could quickly install the system while minimizing the time the house would be without A/C. They left their work area cleaner than when they arrived and were very courteous and professional throughout the installation. On time, knowledgeable service techs, professional installation, courteous, clean, and minimal downtime without A/C (in 103 degree weather)…… I couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

The techs were very professional. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they did not advise me that they would be arriving late. I completely understand that some jobs may take longer than others but I felt it was unacceptable to be 2.5 hours late without a heads up. Especially since we had been without air conditioning for over a week and a half while dealing with pneumonia (not COVID related) and asthma. Not to mention that I called the office and the lady said that she would let me know if they would be running late which she didn’t.

Our technician was prompt and professional. He presented me with several options of which I spoke to the main office. We decided to prolong the life of the unit (2008) until death do us part. I did not choose TAS as they were assigned through my warranty company but I would ask for them. if available.

David did an awesome quick job installing my AC condenser unit. He arrived within the time slot and worked with partner quickly to finish. Unfortunately the rain began and was not able to finish but was back early the next morning to finish. Jay and Anahi would answer the phones at the office and they too were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful each time i called.

My 2 a/c units are not maintaining temp or not even getting close to keeping rooms the service with temp... the technician did not check discharge temp and even if the condenser is working properly. All he did is look at filters. He did not check to even see if pressures are right for the outside temps. All he did is clean filters on the washable filter that I washed to help him. He was told if the units are running that’s all he can do. Never even opened his backpack. It would take a lot to recommend the company. I will be calling my home owner insurance company about this tech. Even even displayed that he did not want to be on this service call.

TAS AC representative cleared the AC drainage however 4 days later the same drainage problem exists. TAS AC are the original installers 2years ago...

I will say everyone I dealt with was friendly. Other than that, what a nightmare. Our AC ended up needing a new part. They couldnt walk back inside our house to ensure our breaker/electric unit amps could handle the part they were going to order. They only looked at the plate on the outside unit. Because of this, we were forced to pay an additional $400 to an electrician to increase the amps, which the electrician said was unnecessary if theyd have walked inside. The part I mentioned we needed? We were told sat at the parts place for 5 days. It took 3 weeks to get our AC fixed, with issue after issue. They were always friendly, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to work on our AC after their initial visit, and often their voicemail was full when we tried to call.

TAS A/C & HEATING was very quick to respond. Their clerk set up my appointment and when the 1st responding tech couldnt make it she called to tell me. I explained my situation and she proceeded to explain to management and they found me an alternate tech. Mr. Arellano came on time saw the situation and proceeded to work on it. I had a mini split installed. Techs came in, did what they needed to do, and they were done. Main office kept me informed of appointment, arrival, and when they were done. Super efficient bunch!

Called on Friday, closest appoint was Thursday next week.Technician was on time and resolved the immediate issue with a band-aid fix, but stated hed follow up with an email for an estimate for required maintenance and services to permanently fix the original issue. Never heard back from them, a week later the office called to do a follow-up and I stated that I was still waiting on a response for the required maintenance and services to permanently fix the issue. Office stated theyd get in touch with the Technician and get that estimate to me. Over a week later and still no response.

This is a very good company the owner talks to you directly and answers any questions you have and sends his workers to solve any issues that come up. I did not think I could qualify to even get an ac system with my credit, but they got me qualified. Im very satisfied with everything and highly recommend them.

Service was awesome. Mr Tapia was very kind in answering my questions at the time I had spoken to him, he gave sincere and honest answers about air conditioning. I knew I would need help in the future, as I explained to him. I did not know I would need help that soon. He coordinated with the dispatcher(who keptt me abreast of the situation throughout the day). it was the middle of Summer and they were extremely busy. The technician(Jonathan) that responded at 9:00 PM was in good spirits when he arrived. He asked the right questions to get to the problem. He then proceeded to explain the procedure through every step of the way until the job was accomplished. My wife and I have had service calls before with other problems but not as fine ad TAS Healing and Cooling handled this one.

Generac 22kw Standby Generator installation and electrical panel upgrade services. They were very professional, understanding, timely, diligent, courteous, depenable, methodical, and during the worst time of the year under extreme heat conditions they managed to complete the job in one day. Now thats oustanding service in my book. Any better you will not find!! They take care of business! In the Marine Corps we call that overcoming the elements and gettig the job done!!!!! I highly recommend this company and technicians. They know what they are doing, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Use them, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

They refuse to service my home. They didn’t want take a challenge installing ac. I had provided all the sketch and plan of how it would be easy for then. They agree in person just to call me later to say “we will Incounter problems so we will not take a chance” . There are other companies that did take a risk. Those are the companies that Succeed.

Was told by technician that coils were dirty and was not a covered service under the home warranty. I called another AC company and was told that the coils were fine but that the refrigerant was low, there was a leak in the coil and dryer, drain line was plugged, there was a hole in the air duct and that the return air duct was undersized. All of these problems would be covered under the homeowners warranty had he done his job and actually looked at the unit in the attic! I do not recommend this business!!

Frank was great. Knowledgeable. Understood immediately the issue. Resolved. I could give a lot of superlatives but he went the extra mile. That sealed the deal. TAS will be our HVAC guys.

My air conditioner broke down and was not cooling the house. I called TAS Ac & Heating and they came out the same day and did a great job assessing the problem and were prompt,courteous,knowledgeable and professional. They installed a brand new condenser AC unit the next day. We were back to cool air in this very hot and dry Texas weather in no time. I would highly recommend them.

I had home warranty insurance and was told all I had to pay was my deductible. When work was almost complete they told me I owed them another 250.00 which I had not been told. They shouldve told me that up front.

Upstairs unit had water in the secondary pan. Although the clog was cleared, he did not clear the water out of the secondary pan. I am very disappointed at the lack of thorough follow up

Damn, I dont know how to explain in a few words the joy these guys left us with after they finished installing our air conditioning,Especially David, who was the one who did us the favor of doing the paperwork for the financing of all the equipment, including the exterior and interior machine ducts, in less than 5 minutes with inexplicable quality and professionalism, because as he assured us, we did not have any problems. to access it, boys like him are few and I highly recommend it.
