Worst experience ever tech was trying to sale myParents a package they where offering for 49.99 for cleaning the coils I was telling him why was he charging if we had insurance and I did get mad because my dad is in a wheelchair and I don’t like when people take advantage of the situation and he was closing up what he had open the panel in the back and put the refrigerator back and said he was going to called it in again. Never told me what was wrong with but I told him. I needed to be fix because my dad is diabetic and need the incline in the refrigerator working not caring about my dads Situation .. I felt he could have gone different route not trying to help us just come and take advantage of the situation to make extra money. What is the point of having insurance if you’re technically is going to do whatever they want not to help the client out
The man was really respectful. He solved the issue weve had that others couldnt. Thank god for sending him today. He went into detail of how to keep our fridge nice & running. Thank you!
Very pleasant and respectful indvidual, even though he couldnt solve my problem he did advise me on what steps to take to correct the problem.

The technician did not install the door seal.
Great guy explained everything very polite. New what the problem was and fixed in 15 minutes. Checked if it worked properly. Would recommend him.
The technician that came to do the repair always does great work. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad he was the one who came.

Tech showed up. Called his boss and left without doing anything. That resulted in a 178.00 bill. The dishwasher was in a cabinet like a wall oven,2 feet off the floor. It slides right out. Its a two man job. No one has ever balked about it before.
Aldo came today to check on what Robert did. Robert had left a pressure hose unplugged and a ground wire unplugged. Disappointed that I was charged again for what a Previous tech had not done. Would appreciate a refund on today’s charges. Thanks.

They cant send the right tech to work on my gas stove. This is day 2 and they have to reschedule because the one technician that has a license to work on gas is booked again
