01/08/25: Tuffys service was excellent. Our heat went out just before the cold snap. They went way out of their way to procure and install the parts needed to fix our heater before the snow and ice hitting this weekend, days before we expected. Their technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, handling our heating system, which is non-standard. THANK YOU, Steve, and the Tuffys crew!

Run!!!! They installed whole new system and after barely 2 years the AC was leaking and they failed to honor any of their warranties. Stopped answering calls. We had to call Another AC repair company, which stated the coil was replaced and put in upside down and the drip pan was installed crooked so the Water wasn’t draining properly total disaster! Had to spend another $1200 to have it repaired Steve the owner will not call you back if you have a problem they just deflect.If you have a second choice, go with it! Any other choice experience be better!

Hello all, I wanted to share my story. My AC went down overnight to wake up to a hot and getting hotter home. I called for weekend service and Steve called me back. We discussed the issue with my unit and since I did have some spare parts from repairs Ive done in the past and have some knowledge with electrical, Steve was kind enough to say, he at least try the capacitor if you already have a spare one. He said it really sounded like thats all it would be. So I did replace the capacitor and sure enough my unit was running again. I had to call him back to say thank you for being supportive especially when knowing that I could do the repair and willing to help over the phone. If that had not fixed it, then he still offered to come out and take a look. I believe that we all need to be more this way and help each other out. Its not always about getting the fast money but getting good honest service and recommendations. Thanks Steve, I was able to get my house cooled down again.

Technician came out on extremely short notice to change my elderly parents air filter in their manufactured home which very difficult to get to. Not only was he polite and respectful with me and my father, he didn’t even charge us this time! We have been with Tuffy’s since 1997 and will continue to be loyal customers. A couple of years ago on a very hot summer day, Tuffys responded very timely to our failed AC unit. The technician arrived the same day, checked out the system, identified the issue, and it was repaired in short order with minimum expense. Unlike my experience with another very visible HVAC service group, he did not try to scare me into a new replacement system or attempt to sell me multiple choice versions of very expensive service contracts.It was because of that previous excellent and respectful service experience I called Tuffys now when the same unit had another problem. The owner (Steve) personally responded quickly and got us running with minimal cost.Because our unit was almost two decades old, and to avoid the probability of being caught in an emergency situation in a hot summer failure, I decided to ask Tuffys to replace the unit pre-failure with a 3x more efficient unit (think saving on electric bills)Four business days later - - - The four members of the installation team individually introduced themselves upon arrival.They were on site for approximately four hours and conducted themselves friendly and professionally the entire time.They periodically updated me on their progress, answered my questions, walked me through the completed system upon completion, and left the work area clean.The system is operating nicely, is SO much quieter, and the final cost came in at the original estimate.Would I recommend Tuffys for being respectful, knowledgeable, educational, fair, efficient, and friendly? Definitely.

I am quite the procrastinator with this review, but on 7/9/24, Angel from Tuffys answered a service call at our house. I could not believe how quickly he diagnosed and fixed the problem!! We were without A/C for two days, so we were happy campers! It seemed like a fair price too.

Tuffy’s is incredible - their technicians quickly arrived and fixed my system very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The company owner alway puts customers first and has gone above and beyond for me several times over the past 7 years. For service you can trust and rely on, Tuffys is the best!

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Tuffy’s! Due to poor builder installation they’ve been managing the issues we’ve had since we moved in, and they’ve been amazing. They’re timely, reasonably priced, and so accommodating - 100/10 recommend!

Best AC company around. Got a new outdoor unit from them. Very reasonably priced and install was quick. New unit is much more efficient and quieter than my old unit. I recommend them to everyone.

Tuffy’s always take great care of our a/c and heating issues. Steve, the owner, saved our Labor Day weekend get together plans by coming out Saturday afternoon on his personal time to diagnose our broken a/c problem. He re-set the system and advised us on what to do if it stopped again at no charge to us. He said to call again if any other problems. This is why we LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️Tuffy’s so much and have been doing business with them for many years!!!!! Thank you for great service and keeping our family cool for the holiday weekend!!!

We lost our air-conditioning on July 4. So today, July 5, my husband called a little after 8 to see if we could get on the list for service from Tuffys. We knew better than to call the company we actually have an annual contract with because they have previously stood us up twice this spring for regular maintenance. Tuffys said they thought they could get us in today. Sure enough, right about noon, Angel Gonzalez showed up, assessed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, AND...he didnt try to sell us anything! Amazing and awesome! We highly recommend Tuffys!

We called to quote a simple service, were told they dont actually provide that service regularly, and if they did, it was 2 to 3 times what our local heat & air company charges.

Called Tuffys due to outside unite not coming on until we restarted the system. We also were experiencing flickering lights when the ac would come on or try to come on. Tuffys came out to perform a diagnostics. The technician checked the voltage and told me my unit was fine & we were having brown outs the charged me $125.I called them a few days later after learning exactly what a diagnostics entailed, which is a lot more than checking voltage. Tuffys said theyd have a technician call me back. No call. I ended up calling another ac company, who as soon as they opened the outside unit, saw that the hard start was melted. The hard start was changed & all the problems fixed.I called Tuffys again to request a refund because they did not do the job I paid for. I was told the owner would call me. No call. I called again & still no response.This new owner definitely doesnt uphold the same standards & if Tom could see how they are treating his customers he would be livid.

Steve, as well as his employees are honest, knowledgeable and extremely professional! Not to mention super efficient! It took the guys 5 and a half hours to replace our entire unit. They were able to squeeze us in the very next day after we called them because of a cancellation. We had our unit installed and our house has never been this cool in the summer and we have lived in our house for 16 years. We are super pleased with their work. Highly, highly recommend them if you need work or replacement because of air conditioning/heating issues. Schedule your needs. You won’t regret it!!

I used Tuffys because of its 4.8 rating on our local Neighborhood Digest. The service call for regular hours onweekdays is $115.00. High I thought, but an Artic cold front came thru on Thursday ,Dec. 22 and the heater was now blowing out cold air occasionally so I didnt shop around for prices. The diagnosis was to replace a 5 KW York heat strip which the company did 18 days later. I went on the York website and found several 5 KW heat strips, the highest price was $317.00. I was charged $885.00 for the strip + the service call equaled $1,000.00. The price was high and the service was slow.Replacing the heat strip did not resolve the problem. Tuffys came a second time and determined that the electrical systemneeded some rewiring which they did - no charge. However this also did not resolve the problem. The third time I called Tuffys, I was told I needed to remove the condenser cage from the condenser unit. which is anchored on a concrete block . Beingelderly and arthritic, I didnt think I could remove the bolts from the concrete. I called a second AC/heating company. They came out and diagnosed the problems immediately - the hard start kit was faulty - it registered a 0 when it should have registered between 189 - 229. Also the capacitor was blown out and needed to be replaced, which they did then and there. . The second company did NOT CHARGE me for a service call after I mentioned the problems I had with Tuffys . Also the condenser cage did not need to be removed. The pricing was fair - the service was fast and efficient and came with a 2 year warranty. I will definitely use them again.

My neighbor referred me to Tuffy’s, after getting a couple of estimates We decided to give Tuffy’s a call. We used Tuffy’s to replace the central ac/heating unit. From the initial phone call to the install everyone was awesome to work with. We are extremely pleased with the service and the unit. Highly recommend!Brock, Austin,Jaden and Cody came to do the install they were very personable and polite and did a fantastic job. Sat with Steve and Brock about cutting down dust in the house and came up with a double filtration system which they customized for my needs.Nadine helped with the finance options very courteous and professional.Would highly recommend calling Tuffy’s before overpaying the over advertised other companies.Definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Across the board! AC compressor unit threw a breaker on a hot Friday afternoon. Reset breaker and called Tuffys to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived timely, began diagnostics and provided education on the system as he progressed. He determined all was good with the unit and confirmed the breaker was undersized per equipment specs and the existing wiring would support the heavier breaker. Only charged a service call.This experience is such a wonderful departure from a previously consulted, well known local HVAC company. Last Spring they were called and the senior technician could not badmouth our HVAC equipment enough and employed verbal scare tactics pressing us to agree to replacing the system and entering into an evergreen maintenance agreement - all totaling many $-thousands. I sent him on his way after paying their service call fee and later found where he had not even reassembled pieces of the unit correctly.Based on my experiences, I do not hesitate to recommend Tuffys and will definitely call them again when needed.

Last Saturday My digital thermostat went blank. Called Tuffy’s they offered a remedy I could try, to effectively reboot the digital thermostat, but that didn’t work but I didn’t tell them until 5:30 that evening. They said they could send a tech that night but I didn’t need to inconvenience anyone - the temperature outside was cool but not freezing. Technician came out on a Sunday morning, discovered a sensor, detecting excessive moisture, had killed the power to thermostat. He repositioned the drain I had accidentally moved while I changed the filter on Friday. He showed me how to change filter without disturbing the drain. He removed the condensation that was in the sensor and the thermostat was immediately working again. As he left I asked him to have Tuffy’s bill me electronically - he said “Oh, there’s No Charge”. Wow! And did I mention the thermostat wasn’t even installed by them - it was an after market item I installed. What a great responsive company. They have always responded quickly and are the definition of professional service. Thanks Tuffy’s!I will always go back to them for HVAC work and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5. Excellent service, scheduling was a breeze, trying to coordinate their time and my work schedule was extremely easy. As always you need your AC repaired in a pinch and they delivered on time and as promised. I had multiple techs, and they are extremely friendly, come out because the air handler needed to be replaced. In the process they did not up sell, laid out all the options on the table and let me make my own decision. From initial troubleshooting and replacing the unit, it took less than 8 hours. Keep up the good work Tuffys....you guys rock.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and honest. I priced replacing my AC with another company and they quoted me $12,000 more than Duffy! I called 2 other companies and never even received a call back! Duffy installed my AC quickly and it has made the world of difference in the comfort of our house. Great quality for a great price! Will definitely use again in the future as needed.

Steve and his team are very professional and did an amazing job installing an entire new ac/heat system with heat pump at my house. They were patient with all of my questions and went the extra mile to make sure everything about the install went to plan. I’ve lived in Parker County for 16 years and Tuffy’s has been the company I turn to for all my heating and A/C needs. They service my system and I had been having issues keeping two rooms at the other end of my house cool. They came out and modified the duct work and told me if I didn’t notice a difference to call and they would come out and do whatever was needed to make it right, even if it takes multiple trips. That’s what I call service! Steve, Brock, Nadine, and all the staff at Tuffy’s are top notch. I highly recommend giving them a call for any issues you may have with your system.

My AC and heating system was installed by another company, and for years, I have had problems with it. Finally, Tuffys AC diagnosed the main issue causing all of my problems and installed the appropriate condenser for my system. My new system has been working great all summer. I really appreciated the great customer service and personal attention I received from Steve Hinton. They were also able to fix it quickly. I highly recommend Tuffys.

My a/c went out after hours on a Sunday, and Steve the owner himself came out and had it fixed in no time. They also did an entire new unit/replacement at another house a couple years back and its worked flawlessly ever since. I trust no one else! Thank you Tuffys!

My AC decided to go out mid-day during the latest heatwave, I called multiple folks and heard from friends of friends that Tuffys is responsive so i figured Id give them a shout. Steve called me back and before I was able to let him know about the issue, we had some small talk on business during the heatwave. It was refreshing to know he wasnt just about pushing for money and actually treated me like a customer he cared about. Thats not something I can say for other AC repair places in Weatherford. With such short notice, He was able to get Jasen out to diagnose and get us cooling again.Jasen was more than knowledgeable, he was compassionate at the fact we had 2 young kids and our home as over 90 degrees. Instead of pulling breakers and letting us sit, he was able to do a bypass whole we wait for our control board. In short, he actually did 10 minutes of work in order to make our home liveable for the kiddos.On top of the amazing customer service, a few hours later i received a text message from Jasen stating that should anything go wrong please call him day or night 24 hours a day and he would do everything he could to keep the home comfortable since we had small children. Can thank the Tuffys folks enough for the prompt fix and helping our family out. I HIGHLY recommend their service and will not go with another company as long as Im in Parker County. Called Steve to discuss my AC situation early last week. We made an appointment to meet at my house on the west side of PK. He came out assessed our needs and made recommendations. We agreed on a price and installation was scheduled for a couple days later. The installation team showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and did a great job.I would highly recommend Tuffys. Great people to work with.

I had several big name companies coming out to check ac unit and was told by all of them that the entire ac unit needed to be replaced. I was not convinced that was accurate. I talked to Steve and he was honest, knowledgeable and responsive. He assured me that he would have someone to come out to assess as soon as possible and help get me some cool air. Jasen came out promptly and immediately identified the problem and repaired within minutes. He informed me that the system was tampered with by the other company. They saved us from potentially spending thousands. Thanks so much, my ac back working properly and Im so grateful !!! Highly recommend to all and will always call them.

I never write reviews, but, for these guys I will! They did excellent work and saved me $2500 on a new unit.My heat went out, I called a DIFFERENT company, they confirmed I needed a new system (I really did) the quote from the first company was $9700. I called tuffys for a second opinion. They came out and installed a new TRANE system and the work looks excellent. They do the small extra things to make it last and work better. They also have a TWO year labor warranty and most others have a ONE year service warranty. Trane is made here in Texas, not Mexico or China. Bottom line, they were fair, quick, honest and true craftsman. They did clean and good work and I feel I got a superior product for about $2500 less than their competitor. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Outstanding customer service! Nadine was outstanding and kept me informed on when the tech was on the way. Same day service and my upstairs unit is cooling nicely again! Cody the tech was very professional and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Very fair priced as far as I could see. Cap job on the compressor outside and 2 pounds of freon. Would highly recommend Tuffys to anyone!

On a holiday weekend the folks at Tuffy’s were very responsive. Helped get the furnace running even if on emergency heat. Jason identified the problem and will look into the warranty coverage as soon as he can on Monday.Good people, professional and very fast to respond.

I have used Tuffys for years and highly recommend them to anyone needing repair or a new installation. The technicians are always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and have most common parts with them when they arrive. The services are performed quickly and prices are very reasonable.

On Saturday afternoon, my A/C unit started leaking water out of the bottom. The condensation line was clear so I called Tuffy’s. They promised they would send a tech out that day even if it was 11pm. Jasen showed up around 5:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem as frozen coils probably due to low refrigerant. He couldn’t do anything that night until the coils defrosted so he came back on Sunday. He confirmed his initial diagnosis and added some refrigerant and I was good to go. I thought they charged a fair price and I appreciated how quickly they responded. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Tuffy’s A/C and heating responded to my service call within 3 hrs. The technician Jason was very friendly and informative. He took care of my a/c issue within 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for future issues.

We had an AC secondary drain line problem which occurred all of a sudden nine years after installation. The line dumps water onto the rear patio, drenching everything underneath at most inopportune times. This was our first call as a new customer to Tuffys, requesting they diagnose and fix the problem. Our regular AC company failed to show at the appointed time. It turns out that this was not a simple problem to resolve. However, they were very responsive and after the first visit did not correct the problem, their technicians were dispatched twice during overtime hours at no additional expense (as it should be) until the problem was resolved. These folks are customer oriented and good people to work with. Thank you.

Amazing experience with Tuffys!! After using another local company, I was nervous to have someone else out! I knew the 1st company had done a VERY MINIMAL job and I was afraid it was not done correctly!! Sure enough after having Tuffys out, I was shown how messed up the 1st company had left my unit!!! I was greatly pleased from start to finish and would highly recommend Tuffys!!! Jason arrived only a hour after calling!! I like that he came with a mask on respecting covid concerns! He kept me informed with what was happening and what I might could expect. After rewiring and fixing all the messed up parts (that ultimately lead to my broken ac) he got my unit fixed quickly and was very professional!! Wow.. where do I start... called this company on a Saturday do to another company had not shown up when said they were.. we have had many issue with the other company so it was time to find a new company. Contacted them and they were willing to come out and fix the issue within an hour.. when I said ok, the other company ended up finally showing up... so I canceled with them.. I spoke to Steve and he said keep the number he had called me on and said if I EVER needed anything to call him anytime.. well that is exactly what I did.. a few weeks go by and I needed to have my outside unit moved so I could build I deck. I text him the night before and asked when he could do it. He said tomorrow afternoon.. well it was even before that.. his guys showed up at 830am and was OVER AND BEYOND helpful, as well as patient.. we had so much going on that we were not quite ready but instead of being upset and leaving they decided to do what they could until my husband got back from the store from getting a few things we needed... I asked 1000 questions about different things because I had so many issues before and they were patient enough to answer every single one... I absolutely enjoyed Austin and his coworker (forgot his name 🤦‍♀️)... WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE... you wont regret working with them.. I PROMISE!!!Thank you Steve!!! You definitely have my business for future needs!

Tuffy’s finished my install for my new Trane system today. They were in and out in about four hours. The three man crew Austin, Cody and Jaden were very professional, clean and and amazingly friendly and patient since my two sons where following and helping them through out the whole install. Steve the owner showed up and aging took the time to walk me through the new system.Thank You All for the help and advice.

What a pleasant surprise to find a business that does what they say they will do and do it well! Of course my air conditioner went out while I was out of town, but Steve came out with my son and diagnosed the problem, ordered a properly sized unit and was able to get everything in place to install the unit within a couple of days. The folks that installed the unit were professional, prompt, and cleaned up after they finished. Steve came by a couple of hours later to give me the information on getting the Energy Tax Credit and to answer any questions. All was done in the time frame I was given and it works perfectly! Thanks to everyone -- Love it when I can deal with a quality company.

I have used Tuffys before and have received exceptional customer service and services, but this time was different. I called them out because my system is not working properly and the Tech Jason stated he put his gauges on my system and it didnt need any refrigerant. After this he pulls apart the coils and says a bulb has become disconnected and only half of the coil was working. He states that he fixed this problem and now the entire coil worked so it would cool. He was out in the van writing the bill for quite a while, which somehow he magically added a pound of refrigerant. During this time I let him know the air coming from the registers was not cold and he stated it would take a while. It never happened and I called back later that evening and was told he would call me back. He did return my call and stated he would be back out after his last call. He never called back or showed up. I went out of town for a few days, and I called back today asking for a different technician to try to find the real problem for the hard earned money I spent with them. They put a manager on the line to tell me there is nothing they can do. The coils are now magically irreparable, but the Tech never mentioned this to me. I know this is their busy season, but this is some of the most unprofessional service I have ever received from any industry.

Tuffy’s did a great job from the bid all the way through the installation! Their crews were prompt, worked hard, and explained everything they did. They were more than willing to answer all questions we had. Definitely recommend them for service and installation!

AMAZING service saved me so much money. Jason is the best technician I have ever used, he is the HVAC whisperer!! He figured out my problem in 5 minutes and repaired it in a few more minutes. 2 other companies couldnt figure out the problem and said I needed several expensive parts, that now come to find out wouldnt have even fixed my heater.. So Jason is my hero!! I will never use another company that I promise!!

I was replacing my 33 yr old Trane H&AC entire system with new. The installers were here on time and worked non stop until finished. They explained everything very well and were courteous and professional at all times. No mess was left behind.

Purchased a new Trane Heat Pump Unit and Tuffys installation team was absolutely the best all the way around. I can not say enough good about the job they did at our house. Highly recommended!

Had a 3-ton system replaced by Tuffy’s. Their communication was exceptional and they showed up on the day and time we agreed. The crew was courteous and professional and the system seems like it was installed well. The only negative was that they left some trash in the attic from the demolition and the install. I would use them again!

Angel did maintenance on my unit. He was very professional and fast and did not try to sell anything I did not need. That has been my experience the three times I have used Tuffys AC. I am very happy with the service.

We had Tom from Willow Park Air do all our service. Well Tom retired. Asked him multiple times on who he’d recommend for service and installs. His recommendations went from 3, to 2, to 1. Guess who was the last 1?Tom is most likely smarter than you. And Tom gave the best service bar none.Tuffy’s came out once, twice, thrice (Saturday) in 3 straight days to service a FIFTEEN year old AMANA unit of ours.Let me ask you: what do you think others would tell you on any 15 yr old unit after the 1st visit, much less the THIRD? NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE AFTER THE FIRST.And still working.4.6 stars is a travesty. 5.0 isn’t enough.Getting bids on new installs? Sure. Rebates change/get used up as the year goes on. Service on anything? You would be stupid, no you’d be an idiot not to not call Tuffy’s first. Jasen and Angel are my Tom replacements and they are rock solid.

I have used Tuffys several times from routine service to replacing the entire system. They were Great! Knowledgeable courteous and their rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

I must admit I know nothing about AC units and my 13 year old house has two of them. This week it seemed like it was way too hot and I thought maybe the fan on one unit may have been malfunctioning. I had my wife call Tuffys since they are close to the neighborhood and to my surprise they arrived within a few hours!The tech informed my wife that beyond needing Freon my system was in good operating order. No extras needed, no bogus charges...nothing but good honest service. I was apprehensive about calling them because of the other reviews here but I am glad that I did. Its Texas people. If you want to shop around looking for the most cut rate, no name guy operating out of his house with a magnet on his door then go right ahead. As for me I will never go anywhere else!

They have serviced my AC at my house in Weatherford for several years, correcting several problems created by a different HVAC company. We just had the entire system replaced by Tuffys and were quite pleased. We would highly recommend.

On 4/6/2017 your technician completed a service check and maintenance on our Trane A/C system. Your tech was knowledgeable, efficient and personable during the service event. I have been negligent in not notifying you sooner. It is our intention to always call Tuffys for our A/C service at our home in the future.

Angel arrived on time and accomplished the annual inspection of our units. He was very thorough. He respected the cleanliness of our home. I have used Tuffys for over 15 years and will continue to do so in the future. A five star company.

Great experience! Jason, Steve, Dallas, and Nadine were all wonderful to work with. So were the other three young men whose names I did not catch. I knew that I was in good hands which completely did away with my usual high anxiety of undertaking such a big project. I highly recommend these guys.

Tuffys ac repair was the best we called on a Friday evening late and they came out on Saturday morning and Angel had Ms Graces air up and running in no time . We especially appreciated the fact they were extra quick since Ms. Grace is 93 years young , couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch , you guys will have our business !!

Now its been a month since we had our New unit put in, and we checked places.My Husband had asked a close family friend who they used and what his recommendations were. Tuffys!Customer service 💯 % Friendly explained what what options we had and gave us a quote that I was almost afraid to hear do to our unit in and out was in need of up grade to say the least.... I WAS shocked and excited and now our place actually is cold and not seeing when we put it on 74 or heck 70 even it is just amazing. Thank you!!! WILL NOT USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

I didnt think my issue would be treated as an emergency; however, Tuffys did. A tech came to my house immediately and quickly isolated and fixed the problem.I would highly recommend Tuffys for all your AC needs.

Tuffys crew removed our 18 year old and installed a new one in a day. They did a clean and neat installation and cleaned up nicely. Two guys they sent out could not have been nicer.

Im a new customer and was greeted by a very friendly lady on the phone. Angel came out the same day. He is most experienced and although it was toward the end of a hot day he worked with enthusiasm and still plenty of energy. I now have a new HVAC company, one that I feel good about.

My A/C went out late in the evening.I called Tuffys and even though the tech had finished his last call for the evening, he still came out and fixed my problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. I like many of you have had your fair share of A/C rip offs thru our lives.I wound up calling Tuffys as a friend of mine got screwed over by another company and he found Tuffys to undue the damage and treat him more,than right.My a/c went out this morning so I called them, even though they are in Weatherford they cover all over Fort Worth and maybe even further east. I spoke to Nadine over the phone and 30 minutes later Angel was ringing my doorbell.He checked out the system, explained what was wrong and what the service fee would be.I am extremely happy with Angel, Nadine, their company and the service fee:)God bless them all!

We have used Tuffys for years. They are the best! They were out today for a blown capacitor in the main unit. Quickly replaced and the charges were very reasonable.

Our unit went out on a Sunday morning two weeks ago. Tuffys came out on Sunday and didnt even charge me a weekend rate. Need new unit as ours was 16 years old. Talked to Steve on Monday about financing and types of units we could go with. Very professional employees and worked with us on payment. Our new unit was installed the next day. We were staying in a hotel as it was to hot for us and my mom who lives with us and our fur babies. I got a small vacation, no cooking or cleaning, and then to get to come home to a house cooler than it has ever been. If you need repairs, check ups or new.....GO TO TUFFYS AND TELL THEM THE WOODBURYS SENT YOU..WE ARE TUFFYS FOR LIFE..🤗🤗🤗

These people always do a great job, from the first phone call to repair. They are friendly, efficient, and respectful. We have used them several times over the last 13 years in our home and will use them in the future.

Tuffys was awesome they came out the same day I called and got it the AC fixed and cooling within 30 minutes. We would definitely use them again.

The gentleman that came to house was very professional and the most important thing about this company is the fact that they do just what needs to be done and nothing else to get that extra dollar like some companies do. You know what Im talking about say something is wrong when it wasnt and dont fix anything. But charge you for it cause I went inside and he was done in no time. Our run capacitor went out and they were very quick to get us back up and running. They took into account that we have a baby and fit us in the same day.

Got there promptly, But was way over charged on what was done. Would not recommend tuffy`s to anyone. Could not believe prices. 136.00 dollars for 25.00 part, I got nothing against someone charging for their work, but when it is obvious gouging, thats unnecessary.Other parts were similarly over priced. Quite evedently they don`t expect repeat business. Again would not recommend!!!!!

Got a new HVAC from them a few years ago. Really impressed by their service team generally and technician Angel in particular. Very thorough, educates on the system and work being done.

Great service with scheduling and coordinating to getting my AC serviced quickly with short notice (thanks Nadine). The tech (Jacob) was friendly and fixed my AC quickly and answered all my questions. A+.

They came out last minute for me and got me up and running w a temp fix. Angel was awesome he tried everything and finally i got to sleep in a cool house for the night. Will be replacing a unit soon.

I finally found my AC company. Steve (the owner) is Super knowledgeable and very honest. You’re not going to be overcharged or oversold on things you don’t need.I’m telling you right now this is the company you want to use.
