CBAC AND HEAT, LLC

Lost one of our two units last week during the cold snap.Was pointed towards Brendon and team for assistance. Amazing work. They untangled a major electrical issue and got us all fixed up with some great, new units.

I contacted CBAC for a recommendation on three mini splits for my shop. Corban and Calyb came out the same day and discussed the project with me and contacted Cody on the phone and confirmed pricing. They promptly followed up with a written proposal and answered any questions I had via email. After comparing three other bids I awarded the work to CBAC. They came out the next work day and Corban and crew installed all three units in a single day. They utilized drop cloths and cleaned up any debris and did a very professional installation. The entire crew was pleasant to work with and very courteous. They have definitely earned a repeat customer. You cant go wrong on pricing or quality utilizing these guys!

We called CBAC in to check our system before selling our home. They said a unit that was purchased new in 2017 was a total loss and we needed to replace the entire unit and the entire duct work under the house. so we sold the house as-is only to have another company (from the buyers) come out and fix the entire issue for a couple hundred dollars. Saying the unit was in pristine condition and just needed to fix the relay outside and replace the fuse inside. The duct work was fine, it was just detached in ONE area. Wasnt torn apart just had to be reattached. so we lost a LOT of money on the sale due to this company saying it was a total loss and to just sell the house as is because it would be a lot of money to replace the entire HVAC system. Thanks a lot.

Not only were they able to come the same day i called, but they were professional, clean, thorough and courteous. They were able to fix the issue in the same day. Im looking forward to them routinely coming back to do preventive maintenance and service checks too. Corban and Joe were great.

While not service related, just wanted to say thank you again and shoutout to the gentleman in mineral wells who moved his truck up so that I could pump my wife’s gas so she didn’t have to in the dark. Have had less pleasant interactions with other people in this same situation but he was polite about it. Much appreciated and will be calling this company if I need anything AC or Heat related.

I just had Kaleb over, the company and the workers have been wonderfully for me, offering future suggestions, things I have to think about, but just like taking a car in for work, dont do it immediately because that is apart of the job. Our AC stopped cooling on a 100 degree day. I called CBAC and Brendon assured me that he would send a technician out to help us within the hour. Our technician Kevin Oestreich arrived at our home on time.He cleaned our drain line and added Freon. He was very efficient and professional. He explained everything that he did and got us up and running in few minutes. We felt like the value that we received for their service was fair.

I can’t say enough good things! CB has awesome customer service. The whole staff was very professional and well mannered. They got me a quote within 20 mins of calling and installed the new upstairs and outside unit the next morning. They’re local to Parker County and they beat 3 other bids on price. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently had issues with our AC system in our new construction home. We reached out to the contractor, CBAC and Heat, whom the builder used and man we were blown away by the timely and professional service. Our tech., Corban Barker alongside a few others was great. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. We live in a society where more times than not bad service or experiences are reported and rightfully so, however, I believe it is just as important to report and reward the outstanding service and experiences as well. While searching for a Company to do our regular HVAC maintenance, I happened upon CBAC And HEAT. Filled out the form online, and they Called the next day, and they were able to schedule us on a day that was good for us. Communication with them was very responsive. Have had multiple companies out here for maintenance, and the Tech. Corban, was able to spot some irregular activity with our main unit. Turns out that the unit had not been installed with a splash guard, causing water to splash out of the main unit, into the attic space. This one issue could have been quite costly, if it had not been diagnosed in the first place. The pricing is quite reasonable as well.

This was really as an enjoyable experience as it could be. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and friendly. They worked quickly, protected my floors, and cleaned up everything when they left. The new AC looks great and seems to be cooling perfectly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

CBAC and Heat gave me a good fair price on my new top of the line 5 Ton Variable Speed xv20i Trane system. It works great. The install was very fast; only a few hours. And the install team was very professional, and accommodating with all my questions. I cant say enough about those guys - Bryce, Edgar, Corban, and Caleb.

What a treat…Yesterday we had CBAC and HEAT install a new system for our house. First they offered us a very fair price for the job. Kaleb was amazing! He was super informative and took the time to show/explain things on my unit so I have a better understanding. Not once did I feel stupid asking something. He also did not mind my cats verifying his work and getting under his feet.

Last week one of my AC compressors decided to die. I asked a good friend if he knew anyone in the business and he steered me to Cody. And I couldn’t be happier. Their technician Caleb came out to perform our maintenance check on system that we purchased from CBAC. Caleb was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. He found some mole inside our AC unit and gave a recommendation. He also showed pics of the mole. We have been using them since we retired to Springtown and this is a great company to use. We were without a air conditioner for a week & half with another company. When I got in touch with CBAC air they were out the next morning and after the information they needed to see what the problem was, they ordered a a new unit, mine was over 20 years old and bit the dust which I suspected. They ordered a new unit and had it installed the next day!! Boy was I happy with this 100 degree weather going on right now. They worked hard to get it installed and I’m very pleased with their concern, hard work and timeliness they put into getting our air conditioning installed. Thank you, CBAC AIR!!

I would highly recommend this company. Put a inquiry on Easter Sunday on line with in 5 minutes I got a call and schedule a appointment for that Monday. They came out got a price for installing new heat and ac in the house.i had check with other companies and they were the best price.on Wednesday that same week had it installed. It was a Friday morning and we had out of town guests coming and all of a sudden our upstairs unit decided to give up the ghost. I called CBAC and Heat and they had a tech out to my house in less than 2 hours. He was able to diagnose and get us parts fast!

CBAC installed an entirely new complete HVAC system in my home as well as repaired my 2nd system. Pricing was very competitive but they came recommended by someone I know that values quality which is just as important if not more than just pricing. They quoted me, didnt change pricing at any point, didnt try to upsell me and were out on the day they said they would be, installed my system quickly and have been great to deal with through the whole process. CBAC installed our new air conditioner in August 2019. They are based out of Weatherford and made the trip to Jacksboro to take care of our need for a new air conditioner in the middle of August. They were so professional and had it installed in less than 3 hours. Last week it quit cooling and I made a call that morning and once again they made the trip out to Jacksboro by 4:00 that afternoon and had us up and going in less than an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Cody and his crew! Kaleb was very courteous and professional! They are definitely keeping it kool!!

I contacted CBAC Feb. 2025, about an issue we were having with our heat pump thermostat rebooting every time the it called for heat. CBAC Technician, Kevin, responded and was on site the same day. Kevin logically and methodically troubleshot the problem until he found it. The problem, not an easy one to find, was a shorted wire buried in a wiring bundle in the condenser unit. My hat is off to Kevin, truly a craftsman that knows his trade.Contacted CBAC and Heat to do routine maintenance on my heat pump in the fall of 2024. I was scheduled and service was provided the same day as my call. While on site Kaleb, the service technician, answered questions and provided a good explanation of how my system was supposed to operate. All questions I had asked the previous service provider and failed to get satisfactory answers. I will not hesitate to call on CBAC & Heat as their service is quick, courteous and professional.
