Called and left a message. Willy returned my call promptly and we discussed odd noises coming from my condenser. He explained the situation and determined a service call wasnt necessary. He could have easily just came and told me the same thing while charging me for it. He chose the honorable route and for that I will use AC service for any future HVAC work I need done.

Great group of guys at this company. Always there when you need them and reasonable pricing.

I’m an old Marine (Weapons Plt. Sgt. and a retired police patrol and SWAT team sergeant) I state this just to point out that I’m not what anyone would call an easily impressed “people person”. The two young men from your company were outstanding! I know very little about heating/ac issues beyond what I’ve experienced as a homeowner. You techs took the time to patiently explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. One of them even took the time to address an issue with the heating unit that he pointed out was actually drawing warm air into the house. It only took him about about two minutes to fix it, but it showed great customer service and attention to detail! This is one company that I can heartily recommend! Outstanding!

Not happy with this company. Working with a buyer on a property and the HVAC system was not working properly. Was told and shown the invoice that the system was working and scheduled a second inspection, only to find the system was still jot working properly. Called and asked to be informed when they would be back out so I could meet them. Was called and told tye system was working. When I showed up and saw the A/C only had a 10 degree difference I was told that it was misleading and that I wasnt listening. Working with the listing agent we called another HVAC company who found that the electronic thermostat was not allowing the heat pump to come on. Once the thermostat was replaced the system worked properly. As a realtor I do not recommend this company.

Willie always provides excellent customer service. He does a great job communicating his location and when to expect him.We have used them at our house and business over the years and always had the best experience. Very honest and highly recommend.

Called Willie in the a.m. and he responded by noon. The repair was made, Good joband we were back in business in no time! AC Services is the one I call for prompt, friendly, and professional HVAC service.

Great customer service! They communicated their schedule and arrived right on time. The repairs to our AC system were made in what seemed to be record time. Tech’s also showed me what the faulty part was and why it failed. Very pleased with our experience.

The service technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He found and fixed our issue quickly.

Willy got back to me at 7am after a text at midnight I sent him because our unit was down. MJ showed up by 10:30 and did a fantastic job replacing the capacitor on my unit and troubleshooting what I thought might be some crossed wires on my split unit thermostats. Great service and response time!

These guys are AMAZING! Our AC went out at work and it was beyond miserable in the office. First company we called was a no show after saying theyd be by that afternoon. Second company came out and gave us a quote but told us it would take three to five days for the part to come in and kept pushing to sell us a maintenance package when all we wanted was our unit fixed. Finally, JD came out and took the best care of us! He went to directly to Trane and got the part, had it fixed in just a couple hours, and charged us $1,400 LESS than the previous guys!!! He was honest, up front, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied customers! From now on they will be our #1 choice!! Its so hard to find an honest company these days thats still willing to go beyond the other guys and charge you a fair price. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of us!

These guys will respond quickly if you have an outage or leak however they only fix the repair. Ive had two separate experiences where they fix the problem but dont spend the time to think through what could have caused it. Since this is a second home we are not there all the time. I would not recommend them based on this.One time I spent $3800 with them for system repairs and two months later had substantial water damage. The second time they fixed a pump/condenser leak and didnt even check the filter or system before leaving. I emailed to see if they had done so and they offered to reschedule and check for additional fees. For $450 you would think they would at least check the basics before calling it good. My advice is to look for a supplier who is more customer focused.

Willy and his team have time and time again come through for us. He was recommended by the previous owner of our home and we see why. He worked tirelessly and repeatedly with the mfgr. to repair a complicated HVAC component shortly after we bought the home. Yet he charged us nothing, honoring the warranty from the previous owners. He has maintained our system since then (very economical) and it works beautifully (the best of any HVAC system weve ever had in 45 years of home ownership). Weve since had his team do venting/ductwork for a dryer and range hood, again very cost effective. Willy makes sure everything is perfect. Really! And Im not a relative nor do I get anything out of writing this review. 😄 I just felt I should share how pleased we are with AC Services
