Thomas and Hunter showed up to diagnose our issue and within 10 minutes they had identified the issue and were up on the roof getting to work.They found the blown fuse and communicated that they would be back shortly and they were just that. With a new thermostat in hand as well.Thomas was very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. And Hunter just the same. A great instructor and a wonderful student between the two!HIGHLY recommend!

I called flex heating and air when my heating, in the dead freezing temps, went out. They not only responded quickly to my request they also took care of me and my family in getting the problem fixed. Thomas was such a helpful tech and the owner was so gracious. They genuinely came in and wanted to help and didn’t give me the run around or try to take advantage of me. I will forever use their services. They have earned my business continuously. I had Thomas come out from Flex Air today and I started the maintenance program for $14.99 per month which includes the spring and fall tuneup. He was very thorough and not pushy at all. Very professional and highly recommend!

Technician came out to check why I wasn’t getting any heat while heater was on. He was here probably 4+ hrs. First it was a simple fried board then turned into a whole new $9k+ outside unit. Bad compressor, bad fan, unlevel inside unit that will catch my house on fire etc. Then continued to try and up-sale me to bigger better whole system. My Unit is only 6yrs old. I was not home for the inspection, so If you use them I recommend being there while they do their inspection. Called for second opinion and turned out it was only a $300 part, the TXV was bad. That tech was here 10min and found the problem. Not happy with the service, felt like they were just trying to pull one over on me. Feel sorry for anyone that falls for that. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I paid my service call fee and explained my feelings and all I got was sorry we couldn’t help better.

Thomas and Hunter from Flex Air were amazing! We called them for a maintenance check on our new home(new to us that is!). No one has lived in the home for 2 years, so Thomas and Hunter did a thorough assessment, made suggestions but weren’t pushy! Eugene (owner) answered the phone and promptly scheduled. First off Eugene, John and the entire Flex Air family will always be our go to. Not only for the excellent service they consistently provide, but also for the relationship we have developed with them over the years. They are a faith based company as our own company is. It’s always a pleasure to be able to fellowship and share what the Lord has been doing in our lives.The latest project they completed for us was for my in-laws. They are disabled and elderly, my father-in-law is also a Vietnam Veteran. They have not had a proper functioning home HVAC system in quite some time. When this was brought to my wife Kendra and I’s attention we prayed about it and decided to talk to them about letting us call Eugene and Flex Air to come see what could be done. They agreed and sent John out to assess the situation and provide some options to get them back up and running. He was very patient and went above and Beyond to make sure they understood the process and the options available to them. With the cold for snaps setting in it goes without saying that their schedule for installation was going to be tight. When it looked like they might not be able to install by the original promised date I asked that they please do all they could to make sure it was installed on time, as they have been let down in the past by other contractors many times before. To make sure everything was done and installed on time, Eugene himself offered to put together a few guys so he could personally come out and install the system as it was a very intricately designed system with many different components and very labor intensive. The guys stayed very late, well passed and what would be considered normal contractor hours and sacrificed breaks in many instances to make sure everything was done right and by the agreed upon time frame!! Flex Air went well past above and beyond!That being said the system being installed, the fellowship that was brought to my in-laws while we they were there was the catalyst to bring about some major positive changes for them!! This system and the entire process literally has changed their lives. Thank you guys for everything!!! From our family to yours keep being the Light!!

We called them late in the day because our heater was blowing cold air. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, got it working enough for us to be comfortable and are going to provide a bid for a more permanent fix the next working day. Cant ask for anything more.

They had a new system installed with no hassle or worries. They had my house at a perfect temperature for my baby and I when I got home Friday morning. There was no trash or anything left behind. Called Flex Air for adding an extra return vent for my air conditioning system for the rear bedroom. Also had them service all 3 of the air conditioning systems and clean our clothes dryer vent line. Eugene and his brother arrived on time and made quick work doing the install, servicing and vent cleaning. I would highly recommend them for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

I can’t speak highly enough of the guys at Flex Air HVAC. No only did they replace our entire system, ducts and increase our installation before this record breaking heat this summer, they also just responded to my after hours service call for a clogged drain pipe in less than ten minutes and had my air blowing cold again in less than an hour. Eugene and his team are always prompt, professional and willing to help my family out. There’s not a better HVAC team in the county in my book. We had a service contract with another provider in the area for our old unit and system but they didn’t seem to want our business when it came to installing a new system of heat pumps. I’m grateful we went with Flex Air and you should too if you’re looking for HVAC services.

I had Flex install a Gree mini-split system in my 30x40x14 shop. Eugene was super personable and helped answer any questions I had about the system they recommended. Install was a breeze and they were done within a few hours, also stayed to ensure the unit cooled my building effectively. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Flex Air is amazing and honest. I first met them when getting a second opinion on a dead A/C. When they came out, they got my dead A/C working and said there is nothing wrong with it and that I did not need to replace it. They won my business right there! Then a few weeks later we needed a new A/C at a different location, and they did an awesome job for a fair price, and the unit is cooling great! Then my brother’s A/C went out about a week later. I told him to call Flex Air. They came out that afternoon and diagnosed that it was only a faulty thermostat, and they put in a new one. No major repairs or new unit was needed. Flex Air won my brother’s business at that point. It was about the same time when we were getting quotes to put a new A/C in a guest house, so we had Flex Air put that unit in too, because they earned our business. Their technicians did a great job of setting up the new unit in a small attic and putting the ductwork to the side so we could still use the attic. Their work is professional and they clean up afterwards. I cannot say enough good things about Flex Air. They are honest Christians doing their work for the Lord, and it truly shows! I can promise if you call them, they will treat you with honesty and respect, and you will get the truth about your A/C unit. God Bless Flex Air!!!
