House flooded at one of our rent houses called Servpro, they were out thay night and vaacumed out the house. the Insurance campany had them demo the water damage.they did a great job.Then at one of the rent houses they came out to treat some mold pointed out during a sale inspection (Colby was Great).It was affordable and simple. They do everything!

Charles and Caleb arrived right away on a Saturday afternoon as ice melt was pouring into our store. They were professional and hardworking as they cleaned the water up within an hour. We are so thankful for this team and this service!

ServePro sent their crew chief Max out immediately to evaluate the damage from a slab leak at our home. Max walked me through what needed to be done and had his team out the next day to pull out all the water soaked flooring and the vanity. The techs, Toby & Easton explained what they would be doing and were extremely careful in moving our furniture and other items out of the way.The entire team helped me understand the process and were professional at all times. They truly took a very stressful situation for me and made it an easy stress free process.Definitely recommend their service.

Our house flooded at 3am. I called them up and they were at my house by 5. Given that we live an hour and a half from their office, I was very impressed. Everyone was extremely professional and nice and we really felt like they cared and wanted to help us. They are the pros and I would absolutely recommend them.

I came home from a trip to find 2 inches of water in my house. Max and his co-worker were INCREDIBLE!!! When you are going through hell, it is wonderful to have professional people helping you through the process. Not only did they do a great job, but I was informed EVERY STEP of the way. And if I wasnt understanding, Id get followup text messages to be sure I knew what was happening and what to expect the next steps to be.

We recently had part of our home flooded. ServePro was attentive and quick to respond. Because they came out right away, the damage was minimized and dry out was just a few days. I will use them every time! They know what they are doing and it shows. Very reliable!

The late December cold snap left us an unwanted Christmas present at our lake house: a burst pipe above our laundry room. The resulting flood was not noticed until 2 days later and the entire downstairs was completely ruined. We called Servpro on Monday when we arrived to see what had happened. They had someone on-site that evening and equipment started rolling in the next day. Throughout the demolition and recovery, the entire team kept us informed and consoled about what was happening. They were on site at all hours for whatever was needed. Their prompt action mitigated the damage that had already occurred, and prevented further damage. Every person was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I can’t recommend Servpro highly enough. They made a horrible situation better.

Shannon Dodd does a great job on getting claims taken care of fast, having the right cleaning tools and hiring great people to do the job right. She is awesome! Servpro does a great job and takes the time to do the job right.

I am so completely pleased with their service! This company responded quickly and were friendly, professional, and supportive during the confusion and frustration of a collapsed ceiling due to a an AC issue. I was particularly impressed by them explaining exactly what they were doing to dry out my home, setting follow up appointments, and ALWAYS following through exactly as explained and exactly on time....every time! I was able to speak to Mrs.Gwynes regarding pricing and the use of machines and how employees are certified. She was not only extremely helpful and insightful but very caring as well. If something were to ever happen to my house this would be the first company I would call. They seem extremely knowledgeable and are also willing to help whether there is a price tag or not. I noticed that I had a water loss in my kitchen, I called Servpro informed them of my situation and the workers were at my house within the hour. The workers were very professional and very reassuring about the situation.

Servpro company of Parker and NE Hood Counties did some water damage restoration for me. Did not give me an estimate of cost, even when asked. Was threatening and rude when asked for final bill when I stopped all work because no estimate given. Was told I couldn’t stop work…have to continue work so Servpro could bill insurance. I said no….demanded cost of work currently completed. Never got cost; instead, office manager said she would bill insurance the completed job. I said work was not complete…didn’t stop her…she billed insurance for work Servpro did not do. I ended up having to pay other companies to complete unfinished work plus pay inflated bill sent to me by Servpro when surprise surprise, insurance DID NOT PAY THEIR ATTEMPT TO COLLECT FOR WORK NOT DONE. I was threatened with daily percentage increases if I did not pay their bill immediately. I personally will not use this company again.

Amazing service, but honestly Max Houck is the only reason I’m reviewing. His outstanding service not only to our home but to his country is the only reason this world is worth living. God bless you max and God bless the USA!

Called in to do service on our septic flooded house. Started throwing away items and did NOT keep a correct inventory of what was thrown away. Showed up for about a week and never showed back up because they had work in other places. Tried to charge my insurance for work they didnt do. My insurance agent ended up firing this company due to no work being done for 3 weeks. Lost the key to my house for almost a month. Finally got key back at end of june 2020. Work was started on may 11th. Insurance had to hire another servpro from dallas on june 7th to come and clean up and fix all the mistakes there were made by this company. Still to this day no for sure inventory has been recieved. Only what they could see in pictures that were taken. So still unsure what is missing since they just started throwing stuff away and not keeping trqck of it. Worst service ever. Do not recomend at all.
