Their Service was phenomenal. They did a great job with my car. They had to do injector replacement on my Cadillac Ats, and I gotta say this guys are not only quick but do good job, their customer service was great. Blain He works in the front register was awesome. They even help me with in house finance. Definitely recommend them anybody looking for a good, and reliable mechanic , we all know that’s important!

My Granddaughters Mini Cooper needed immediate attention and the Guys at Kingway Automotive didn’t not hesitate, they quickly got her car in and diagnosed the needed repairs and provided a detailed list of items needing Critical attention to the smallest broken taillight lens and backed it up with photos and a detailed synopsis of what each repair would cost ! They even worked with me on the cost of each repair and listened to what I wanted repaired. They were not only professional and very quick with the repairs but also delivered the vehicle back to my granddaughter at her employment at no cost ….. Super Friendly and Professional ! I was looking for a repair shop to take my cars that was honest and knowledgeable. My last experience was with an auto repair shop that kept my car for about 5 days. Kiingway was reasonably priced and repaired my somewhat older car quickly and even went over all other areas to let me know if any safety issues were present or might need repair soon. I will be back and am happy to have a new car repair shop I can trust.

Love this place!! I was told from a dealership I needed new brakes and went to Kingsway for a second opinion. Marcus got me in quickly and confirmed that my brakes were doing just fine! So happy I found them and will be a customer for life!

Brandon, at Kingway Automotive, went above and beyond for us when we were having major car issues. He not only detected problems that others were unable to, he called Hyundai to confirm that our problems could be fixed under a warranty/recall, he began a claim on our behalf, he then proceeded to call Jerry’s Hyundai to schedule the service and so much more. We will refer everyone we know to Kingway Automotive. We were 1000% satisfied and will never go anywhere else again.

These guys are great!! I’ve had several vehicles in their shop throughout the years and never been disappointed even in the slightest. They aren’t the cheapest option in town, but they are certainly the best I’ve worked with, and absolutely worth every penny I’ve ever spent there.

I went in for an oil change because Id received a coupon in the mail. They were able to get me right in and do the job. Such a pleasant, professional group of guys. I will be back.

Highly recommend this shop. I drove into town to look at a truck to buy. Took it to Kingway Automotive for a pre-sale inspection and they gave me a very thorough review for a reasonable price. The guys not only told me what was right and wrong with the truck but also shared insight on potential for transferable warranty for transmission from previous owner and what a fair price was for truck with the repairs needed. Invaluable insight for me to make a decision if this truck was a good buy for me or not. If you need a mechanic this is where you should go

Inconsistent pricing, hard to get ahold of, no communication between mechanics, they took weeks to get my husband his truck back and I felt they were annoyed by me calling so much to try to light a fire under them to get it done. We said we would never use them again after our experience with them, but they did deliver his truck to our house in an attempt to make up for the poor service so thats why I gave two stars.

Brandon and his mechanics are top notch. Been using kingway for my service fleet for about 10 years and they always take care of us in a timely manner with plenty of communication! I highly recommend them to anyone i know that needs a repair.

Kingsway Automotive is wonderful! They helped me out when I was in a tough spot. My car broke down in weatherford & I was traveling from 4 hours away, they told me that they would do everything they could to help me and moved it to the front of the line. Another thing I loved about them is that they are a Christian company, which is very important to me. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Never use this place. If you want quality work done use Redline in Azle. We took our truck there, it needed a new transfer case. It is the vehicle we use for work. We were told it would take 6 weeks to get the part so we are literally counting down the days. We called when the 6 weeks had elapsed to verify the part was in. They gave us some line about how the person who ordered the part was out sick and no one else could check the order. The guy finally returned and tracked down our order that had been shipped to the wrong place. We then had to wait even longer for it to come. We finally got the vehicle back after a $6000.00 repair. It wasn’t back on the road for two weeks and the transmission went out. They towed the truck back and gave us the news. The guy at the front stated he was surprised the transfer case went out, “ it was the strongest part.” That would have been good info to have PRIOR to fixing the transfer case. We would have never done it had we known that. It only makes sense that other problems would occur like the transmission. My husband went by the shop to talk to them about how upset he was and ask if they could help us out with the labor cost of the new transmission if we bought it. The guy at the front is said yes. He starts saying they’ll remove it and send it to Phoenix transmission to help keep cost down, that they usually let Phoenix do all the labor. As they are working out the details the owner calls my husband in and jumps all over him. Asking my husband “ why would he help us out.” “ What would warrant him doing anything for us.” My husband left but because we waited over two months for a repair that then caused another failure for starters is why you should help us. The owner told my husband, everyone is obviously emotional right now. Everyone needs to go home and sleep on it. He would call us the next day to discuss the matter. He NEVER called, no follow up. Totally condescending when speaking to us. Did not display “ Christian values” as advertised at all . Never ever use this place. We went to Redline Automotive in Azle. They had all the parts IN STOCK. We had a new jasper transmission installed and the truck runs great. We had a Honda civic that also needed a transmission and they had the parts in stock and promptly replaced it as well. ZERO STARS.

Been coming here since 2012 and have never had any issues. Most Honest and upfront shop I have ever been too. Great technicians who actually know what they are doing and not just throwing parts at cars! I recommend everyone who is in need of car repairs to give them a try!

They came highly recommended by a co-worker. Good honest people work at Kingway. They have done repairs on both of my vehicles that have over 190,000 miles on them. They offer as 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty. I am pleased with the repairs they have done on my Honda Accord and Toyota Landcruiser and I will continue to use their mechanic shop

Recently, my car had a lovely stay at Kingway Automotive. During this stay, David kept me in the loop while my car had an enjoyable staycation. My Nissan enjoyed her stay so much at Kingway, I decided to bring my daughter’s Mini Cooper for a visit. The guys at Kingway are always willing to answer any questions you may have and always willing to make things right.

I had the best experience at Kingway Automotive and it was my first time using them. I will definitely be back.

Seems like a pretty decent place.Unfortunately, they don’t take appointments at all. They want to keep my car for two days, so they can look at it after sitting in their parking lot untouched for 48 hours. Instead, it just makes a lot more sense for me to bring it back when they can work on it. As opposed to buying a rental. That’s all they allow. Confused? So am I.I do recommend allowing customers to join a queue and make appointments for service. But it does seem that business is quite busy and going well. Best of luck!

I had the guys at Kingway do some maintenance on a Volvo sedan and was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the service. I spoke to Gene prior to bringing in my car for service and he was very knowledgeable of the requirements of my particular vehicle for this service. We agreed on an estimated price for the work and he called when the repair was going to cost just a little over the estimate to confirm I was still ok with them proceeding. I cant tell you how many times Ive been disappointed by businesses neglecting to call and communicate when the agreed upon repairs change. Truly an upstanding business run by good folks.I would heartily recommend them for your vehicle repairs.

I took my 2004 VW Jetta in because I was having a couple problems. They did a very thorough checkup of my car and took photos. My issues were too costly , more than I paid for my car, so I chose not to repair. I at least have documentation now , so when I sell it(hopefully) , they know what’s needed. They were very nice and understanding. I highly recommend them.

Swung in for an EMERGENCY and was handled with readiness and enthusiasm! The guys there love what they do and you can tell. Super friendly and professional staff. Even had a few books and crayons for my kiddos. Our truck is running like a champ now

Horrible service and overpriced.Was told on a Friday that a 4 wheel brake job would be done by Monday close of business. Car was still sitting waiting Wednesday morning. Had I not called at that time I am not sure when they would have gotten around to performing the work. Apparently the tech it was assigned to was on a big job that is taking a while to complete but I was next in line. I guess that was a 16 hour job he was on.They over charged for the parts as well. I checked both Oreillys and Autozone and could not find ceramic brake pads that were $80 per set. The highest price I found was about $55 per set.They also found a coolant leak. They had to order that part from the dealer. Apparently it was going to be in the following Friday. I found the thermostat (some Subarus have 2) at the dealership for $40. They want to charge $64. It also came with a $410 labor charge.They also recommended a coolant flush and a refill using universal coolant for $200. I found a dealer receipt for a coolant service where I paid $160. My quick math tells me that comes to well over 4 TIMES what a dealership is charging. And Subaru uses the recommended Subaru coolant not some universal coolant. That is great when it gets you back to civilization and is the only thing available. But for my hard earned money not something I am going to risk catastrophic engine failure on.They also recommended a spark plug replacement. This is a Subaru with 4 plugs. They wanted to charge $234 for the plugs. Basically $60 per plug that I can buy for about $22 each at Oreillys (the same NGK that the dealership sells). So almost a 280% markup on the plugs ($84 versus $234). Labor was $412 for a grand total of $647. I didnt have them change the plugs as I thought I had done it at the dealership. After checking my dealership records, I did indeed have that done for an out of the door cost of $285.As one reviewer noted HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

This place is the absolute best place Ive ever had my vehicle serviced. Everyone there is very nice, and knowledgeable. They give you no B.S just straight information. They do not come up with bs reasons to charge you more money. They genuinely want to get you in fixed and out as easy as possible while also doing the best job youll ever receive from a mechanic shop.

Get your vehicle fixed here! An honest, knowledgeable, and fair business. My car was shaking when I applied the brakes…tire balance issue? Warped rotors? That’s what everyone thought but neither fixed the problem. Took my car to Kingway and their genius figured it out and fixed it for a fair price! Now I’m able to safely avoid rear-ending the race truck warriors of Texas!

I was truly blown away by how nice these folks are. They dealt with a complicated problem and kept me informed along the way. I do believe they were concerned with minimizing cost. Recommend them highly.

Absolutely fantastic service! Brandon and everyone up at Kingway are knowledgeable, polite, integrative and thorough. Brandon squeezed me in one morning with no appt because he knew I needed my vehicle to pick my kids up from school. They took a look and identified a couple issues. I took my Jeep and brought it back a few days later to leave overnight. We took my vehicle in two times as the problem was an elusive one. They didn’t charge me anything until the problem was isolated, parts replaced and vehicle running great. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and everyone! Thanks Kingway!

I took in a 2002 Ford that I knew going in is a unique vehicle. We werent sure what all was truly wrong, just that the brakes were getting worse. These guys did the work. They had no inhibition investigating to find out the true issue. One repair improved the brakes, but that wasnt good enough (or safe enough). Im so thankful, for my safety, they didnt stop there. Of course, they hit bigger issues along the way, but never bat an eye and kept doing what needed to be done. Then, the A/C wasnt blowing cold air. That was a second situation where the real issue wasnt the first fix that most other vehicles would need. That Ford gave Kingway Automotive a bigger job than expected each time. However, I never heard anything but grace and care in their voices. Thanks so much for not only getting the jobs done to completion, but for caring about people the way you do.

I brought my car a Jeep Grand Cherokee in with my headlight bulb connector to be fixed. They were unable to fix it due to previous damage done. The service was great, until I called about my dust cover to the headlight and my wheelbase assess point cover, that wasn’t put back in place. They said they did remove both and for me to “check under the hood of my vehicle” I was then cut off while talking, and told “well ma’am we did you a favor by even looking at it” I did not ask for any favors, and I called about the pieces not put back on, because they were not. Plain and simple. Very disappointed and now will not recommend business here.

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor. Once you find one, you stay with them for years.I have used Kingway Automotive multiple times over the past couple years between my truck and my wifes Jeep needing work on A/C, brakes, battery, and overall general automotive repairs. The guys in the shop always have taken great care of me especially the owner Brandon.Brandon makes sure that he takes care of you and follows through with what he tells you will happen. You get a sense that he takes great pride in his business as well do the other guys in the shop. Brandon goes above and beyond what normal automotive shops would do. I cant thank him enough for helping us out in times he didnt need too. Kingway is the only shop that I will use. They have outstanding customer service and top of the line service people working on your vehicle.I just had a motor replacement and front end work done.I trust them 100 percent.

Had to come on here and edit my review. I took my 2009 Honda CR V in because it had a blown head gasket. They fixed it in a timely manner, all things considered. I felt the price (about $4600) was a little steep but not to bad with what is going on in our world today and pretty much in line with todays prices for replacementof new head and head gasket. Walked out pretty happy with services and people were all very nice.When I took it in it did have a minor oil drip were if I parked it in shop on concrete floor you might see two or three drips on floor after sitting over night. After getting new head and gasket the leak seemed to increase and got worse very quickly. Because of this I was afraid to drive it. About two weeks later I took it back to see what was causing the leak and was told it was the vtech solenoid assembly that was leaking. I was told it would be $524 to have it fixed. I agreed. I went online to do research and found out this was located on the side of the head which had been replaced, so it was presumably remove when replacing the head and reinstalled. Everything said if it was bad it would throw codes/ check engine light and put car in limp mode which was not happening. Which made me question in my own head if it was not bad and only leaking because of a bad gasket. I personally would assume if this part was removed and replaced in prior work the $8 gasket would have been replaced too. After repairs and paying in full I asked these questions see if I could get answers to these question so I could feel better about services, hoping I was going to be told something to make me feel better about it all. I was only told that I was given a deal because the book called for 4.7 hours of labor and they only charge me for one hour but was not given any other answers. I did want to feel better about everything when I walked out and I do feel I gave them an opportunity to explain anything I may have misunderstood. That was not the case when I left. In all fairness I do now have a new part on the car and it does not leak oil that I can see. I just feel this could have been avoided if the $8 gasket had been replaced on prior job instead of using the old one. This could have avoided another $524 out of pocket expense.

My wife and I just moved to Weatherford and found Kingway Automotive in the Weatherford Now magazine. They did a great job fixing my wifes 2013 Mini Cooper.

Then when they called to say it was ready, it was even cheaper than what I was quoted. A lot cheaper. Like 100s of dollars cheaper. Needless to say, I’m a Happy woman! Lol!

Had an oil leak on my truck. A chain location misdiagnosed, I should have brought it to Kingway right away. They easily diagnosed the issue and fixed it right way. Great job, knowledgeable, trustworthy and the only place I’ll go in Weatherford, Aledo / Parker County. Highly recommend

I have taken all of my vehicles to Kingway for years. After numerous trips to the BMW dealership for my sons BMW transmission, I called Brandon over at Kingway. He had previously worked on my Ram 2500 diesel. Brandon fixed my sons transmission and we have not had another issue, it had gone to the BMW dealerships 4 times and they never got it right. Many places claim to be honest, but do not hold up to that, Kingway is absolutely honest. I have taken all of my vehicles to them even after moving away from Weatherford, we drive 2 hours to them and will continue to do so.

Only shop in town that could replace my battery the same day! In and out in less than 30 minutes! Extremely courteous,helpful, and knowledgeable, and very reasonable labor rates! I will not use anyone else from now on! Highlyrecommended ! Thank You Kingsway!Douglas

I often feel taken advantage of at car places as I’m a young female. At Kingway, I felt like I got honest pricing and that they didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need. They gave me the option of rush-shipping a part for a higher price or a lower price for a few extra days, and I liked that they gave me the option. Will come back here for my future auto needs.

I was stranded in Dallas late into the night before I finally got a towing service to show up. My Nissan was towed to their shop early this morning. Thinking that the mechanical issue was the alternator, we assumed it would be days before anyone could get to it. About an hour after I called to apprise them of the situation, Nick called me back saying that his mechanic had popped the hood, discovering a shredded belt! I’d been putting off getting a full brake job but thought to ask if they could do it while they had it. Knowing about my ordeal the night before, These guys went the extra mile and more, finishing all repairs by closing today. Great service for a fair price. Thank you Kingsway Automotive!

I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had.I drove to Weatherford to look at a vehicle at Pee Wee Cray dealership across the street.Gene offered to look over the vehicle at no cost. It was a diesel Mercedes sprinter van, which gene has a lot of experience with.He gave me plenty of his time and knowledge with no charge. Such a kind and knowledgeable individual.

I went here today and played an Audio recording of what my truck sounds like and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix it. I went home and checked it and they were right.I have an appointment to get it fixed.

I had been told by another auto mechanic I needed struts(shocks) on the front of my vehicle which is an expensive repair job. I asked a good friend which auto repair shop in Weatherford could be most trusted. My friend said Brandon at Kingway Automotive. Brandon got down and looked under the front of my vehicle, then stood up and said Mr Walker I dont sell my customers things they dont need. He then referred me to get a tire alignment that was much, much less expensive and solved the problem. Since then I know Brandon is honest and will do a good job, so I go see him first for all my auto needs and refer my friends to him also.

These guys did right by me. I came in with an engine issue about a third of the way through a very long return road trip (I dont live in Weatherford and still had 400 miles to travel that day). They were able to quickly figure out what was wrong with my Ford Focus, and rather than just starting the repair process, which would have taken at least day or two, they told me how to mitigate the issue so I could make it home that night. I was very appreciative of that. The problem still needs to be repaired, but they told me what to keep off and I made it home safely that night. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, and they didnt charge me for it when it would have cost me at least $100 had I taken it to a dealership to get the same info. Thanks guys. I really appreciate your help.Also, it used to be under the name B&M Repair but is at the same address.

Highway robbery. They wanted $600 more than anywhere else. Wanted to charge me for parts and service they werent even going to do. Most expensive oil change Ive ever gotten.

Charged full price for an incomplete job. Im not from that state so I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was stuck almost 1200 miles from home. Gotta love when people take advantage of low income single parents! At least they were cordial when speaking to me.

**BEWARE** The owner Brian sold me a hybrid car that he had repaired because the hybrid battery was bad. Later that week the check engine light came on with a code indicating that the hybrid battery is bad. I contacted Brian and part of his response was that the battery he put in was no longer under warranty and that it was working when you got it. I have no obligation for something that goes wrong after the fact.

Got truck AC fixed there last year, need Freon this year again, only has 313,000 miles, nothing last for ever. Friendly, honest, only way to.operate.

I believe they put a couple of holes in my a/c core. Ill never do business there again. Too expensive and they use generic,inferior parts and charge the same as name brand

Im from out of state and was referred there by a local. After checking my car, I was turned away because they were too busy. They said I could make it to destination and they wouldnt be afraid to drive it. I broke down 20 miles down the road and had to be towed.
