Cliffs Auto Service Center

We have been taking our cars to Cliffs for the last 7 years. They have always been fair and honest both in pricing and keeping us updated when we have had to have major work done. Colby and his team go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied.I would highly recommend anyone in the greater Weatherford area, to give them a chance to earn your business. I bet you will become a lifelong customer, like we have.

CAUTION! I used Cliffs for an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. I paid at the front and pulled out of the parking lot. Within 50 feet I could tell that something was wrong on the rear end of the truck. I pulled over immediately to find that they had not tightened the lug nuts on the right rear wheel. NOT EVEN FINGER TIGHT. The wheel was wobbling on the studs. I limped the truck back 2 blocks to the shop and showed them what they had done. The kid in the back that does tire rotations came out with his tail between his legs because he knew that he had skipped over it.I understand that people make mistakes, BUT this was a huge mistake. Had I not been paying attention, that wheel WOULD HAVE COME OFF. And it would have been further down the road where the speed limit changes to 65mph. It would have been a serious risk to me and to cars around me. When I confronted the manager on duty about the issue, he told me that they would be retraining the kids in the shop and they would be following up with me. They did not offer to refund, issue credits, or do anything to retain my business. He promised that the owner (Robert, maybe?) would be calling me to follow up and of course I never heard from him.I went back in on 2 separate occasions to speak to management and they were never available, nor did they call me back like they promised.The seriousness of a truck wheel/tire coming off at speed should not be understated. They were negligent, and do not care enough to make it right. I caution anyone who considers Cliffs for auto care. If they cannot remember to tighten lug nuts, they likely forget to do a lot of simple tasks -- like tighten oil filters, drain plugs, etc. CAUTION!

These guys saved us. We had to call AAA to rescue us in Gordon, TX. The first tow service they requested fell through so they had to send another. Boy are we grateful they sent Cliffs Auto Service Center. We were on our way to Ruidoso for a getaway and had to pull off the road when our car started vibrating violently. One of our party believed it was a front end issue, regardless we had to call to have car towed and take another on the trip. We were pleased to see reviews of the place AAA had tow us and decided to let them fix it while we were away. We came back to learn that it wasnt the front end but three tires that showed little wear on the exterior & a horror show on the interior. He told us there were huge bubbles in three of the tires that were about to blow. The cost was much less than we had anticipated. I would recommend Cliffs Auto Repair to anyone, a business you can trust and a job done well.

I’ve been here several times with a love and leave it feeling; every time! They’ve come through on a pinch on several occasions and left them on others when i wasn’t so much in a tight spot. They’ve been reasonable with their prices most of the time. The work is pretty decent. What I appreciate most of these guys is that they’re willing to try to fix what other shops would recommend replacing.

Cliff’s is my go-to here in Weatherford. The crew is knowledgeable, helpful and very reasonable with their pricing.

We’re gonna charge me $100 more than the tire shop across town. I guess them getting city contracts have gone to their head.$325 to replace one AT tire is robbery.

Honest and trustworthy.I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend them.

We have been going to Cliff’s for almost 10 years. Each time we have had our vehicle problems solved in a timely manner. They always take the time to answer my questions so I understand what has been done to our cars. Couldn’t be happier.

Great young man working at this place. I believe his name was Pyle? Not Kyle. Super friendly and helpful. A pleasure to meet. Got the truck back on the road in no time flat because, by the grace of God, they had ONE TIRE in stock (received just the day before) that fit the truck (it was 1 of the hardest sizes to find and rarely can find 1 used...) and even checked and filled all 3 other tires before allowing the driver to leave. Great customer service.

They were the absolute nicest people I have dealt with in town. The price ended up being less than what was originally quoted and they didnt try to oversell me on a THING. They were super fast and whoever I kept talking to on the phone (his name started with a C but I cant remember 😭) was just the sweetest most helpful guy I could have asked for. Theyre doing it right, thats for sure!

Being new in town and needing repairs I picked the place on a whim and the team was super helpful ! Worked quickly to order a part and install it as soon as they could - Everyone was super kind as well & would do service here again !

We have had several of our cars serviced at this location. Being new to town, we needed people who we could trust. We appreciate the respect - even my 19-year-old was treated kindly. The job gets done, and this is what we need. Their prices are the same, not cheap, not overpriced, but average. We will keep taking our four vehicles to these people. It has been a great place with experience and trustworthy.

Horrible mechanic work! The people on the phone were kind and respectful, but that was the only good thing about Cliffs. I took my bus in for 5 different things. 1. They fixed the front a/c, but said we needed to take it to an RV repair for the rear ac (my husband fixed it by connecting a wire that was clearly not making contact). 2. They said they could not replace the brakes because they were too rusty (but failed to inform me that they drained all my brake fluid out and the brakes were barely working and unsafe to drive when I picked it up. We paid another place $3k to do the job and they had no issues replacing them). 3. They said they replaced 2 belts that were making the noise we asked them to fix (but it did not fix the noise. The next mechanic replaced the pulleys- which fixed the problem, and said they could not believe another mechanic replaced the belts and not the pulleys that were obviously in bad shape). 4/5. They said they could not fix the horn or electrical problem with lights not working (again my husband found 2 wires that were disconnected and connected them, which fixed the problem in about 30 minutes). On top of all of that, after having it for over 2 weeks, they called us to come get it- we had to drive over an hour to pick it up when it was not ready. I e-mailed and sent fb messages asking for a refund of the $300 for the belts, but no response. Beware of their mechanic work!

Very good group to work with. These guys stand by their word.

Love coming here for all of my car needs! Even going to the sister location in Springtown for the convenience, I don’t mind driving a bit further to come here. The staff is personable, friendly and transparent. No one in 4 years have been dismissive or annoyed and has always made me feel welcome. 1000% recommend.

These days its really hard to find places that know what true customer service is, these guys get it.

Colby was very helpful over the phone with answering all my questions. The gentleman who helped me out at the counter (I didnt catch his name) was also very helpful. The gentlemen in the back were very quick with replacing my 1 tire that had issues. They had me in and out in well under an hour. Prices were fair and service was top notch! Thanks Colby and the rest of the gentlemen at Cliffs.

Service (state inspection) was performed quickly, and front desk service was very friendly and helpful - Ill be going back for all my automotive needs!

These guys were great. Got the tire I needed the next day and installed and tire rotation in about 30 minutes for a good price. Ill definitely come back if I need anything else. Chet was super helpful

I have been using Cliff’s Auto since I learned to drive. They have always been friendly and accommodating and they have never made me feel ridiculous when I try to describe my vehicular problem with my limited mechanical knowledge. I don’t even live in Weatherford anymore but I still drive 30-45 minutes just to have them work on my car.

Nicest folks in the business. They worked me in around my schedule and got my inspection done. Comfortable air conditioned waiting room and fast service. I will never go anywhere else!

So disappointed. We have been taking our vehicles here for four years, but no longer. I took a vehicle in for diagnostics and potential electrical repair (I know, not fun), and the vehicle sat in their lot for over a week without them even looking at it. I understand being busy, but each time I called during the week, I was told it would be looked at shortly, or it was “next in line”. If I was told that it would take two weeks, I would have been understanding, but being told false platitudes is insulting.

How do you know when you’ve found a great shop? Look how they handle mistakes. I had a flat, which they fix for free if you buy there. When pulling the tire off they put a tear in the sidewall. Everyone apologized, they got a new tire in the next day, and had me in and out 20 minutes. They could have tried to sneak one by but obviously an honest shop and they admit when they mess up and take care of it.

We have been taking our vehicles to Clifs Goodyear for over a decade. They have always taken superior care of our vehicles with honesty and integrity. We never have to worry about excessive charges or bogus repairs. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to deal with straight forward, honest people.

I stopped in to get inspection on my truck. Very nice people and took only minutes. It was 2 PM on a Saturday.

Something had come loose underneath my son-in-laws car and was dragging. The technician fixed it quickly and only charged him for part of an hours labor and didnt try to tell him something else was wrong to get more money ! Will go there again!

I have an older pickup that does need regular maintenance. I take my truck here for everything from oil changes to tune ups. These people know what they are doing and do it right the first time. They are fairly priced and will get you in and out!!

Wonderful place, and wonderful staff. Gary was very helpful and professional. My truck was in and out in a very quick manner and prices were definitely reasonable. I saved over half the price of what other shops were offering. I will be going back there for any other automotive needs.

This was my first time being at Cliffs Auto Service Center. I got my state inspection done and was in and out fast. Was greeted in a professional manner and received great customer service. They explained everything to me and let me know what I should get done with my car in the future. Thank you again

My headlight needed to be replaced and they were able to get me in and out and back on the road very quickly. Fast,friendly service, I will be using them again.

I’m so happy to have found a great local shop. My family and I have been using Cliff’s since we moved to Weatherford 2 years ago. They treat you right and won’t do work that doesn’t need to be done. Friendly folks with fair prices. There isn’t another shop in town that can compare.

They were excellent. I bought a tank full of water when trying to fill up with gas. They got me right in and spent hours cleaning up the mess so I could continue my trip. I highly recommend Cliffs Auto Service.

Usually pretty good but recently was told they could do some work on my lawnmower so I load it up and take it up there only to find out they can’t/won’t work on it!?

I brought my Dodge Durango here on Jan 7, 2016 to be looked at due to the Engine light, Temp light and Throttle body light were on and my Temp gage stopped working. I have done business with this location for other things and previous pricing has been comparable to the shop I have used in Irving. This visit not the same. Michael had to send my car 16-20 miles to other shop location due a mechanic no showing on the 7th (which is not the customers problem) in doing this they over charged me by $200 for having to put my car on a Flatbed tow which they buried in the labor cost. I had my Water Pump, Serpentine belt and 2 cans of Anitfreeze replaced and paid $ 621.00. This should of been no more than $400 with tax included. I am also sick of being treated with no respect since I am a women. It is not becoming of a man in the south to treat a lady in this manner.. I will never bring my car back to Cliffs Auto Services again!!!!!!!

Was passing through and needed quick work on a tire. The friendly crew at Cliffs Auto took care of us! They got us in and out quickly and back on the road.

Im a widow and i have in the past gotten taken in by auto repair places. Some were even the big name car dealers in the area. I have NEVER been treated they way at cliffs auto service. Its good to know theyre not to give me services I dont need

The service rep quickly diagnosed the issue. I had debree lodged into my undercarriage. He removed it free of charge and sent me on my way.

Management and the service desk has changed, and so has the workmanship. Overcharging and underperforming are the new standard.

Couldnt find anything wrong with my car the first time they had it for 3 days I got it home on a Friday and on Sunday the brake lights came back on with a beeping noise took it back to them and the only place I was able to get the part was at Durant Toyota so they took it over there and I got my car back today
