AC Works 365 Weatherford

I purchased AC 365 Works summer/winter maintenance for my home in Brock, TX. Josh, serviced my heat pump yesterday; did an excellent job and corrected an issue with resistive heating coming on each time the heater ran. He fixed it by removing a jumper and reconfiguring the thermostat. I am a very satisfied customer; highly recommend.

Breaker on heating unit went out just prior to a winter storm event and AC 365 sent a repair tech out in short order to fix the problem. Repair tech was nice and quick with the job and explained the issue. AC 365 his the ones we depend on to fix and keep our HVAC working and running well!

I contacted AC Works Sunday evening about the issues we had with our existing unit. Mr Grant had a technician at the house Monday morning by 8:30. By 9:00 am Josh gave a me the terminal diagnosis for our 20 year old system. Josh quickly built us a quote with three separate systems and explained the benefits of each variation. After discussing the options AC Works scheduled their installation team led by Lee for our complete installation within 24hrs. lee’s install team arrived promptly at 8:30 Tuesday morning. They worked to remove all the old equipment and installed our new system by 2 pm. My entire family is much happier with the consistent room temperature throughout the house.Thank you, John, Josh , Lee and the entire install team!

From the very beginning everything has gone like clock work. John was prompt with getting the bid for my new build. He kept in touch and everything ready when it was time to install. His men worked efficiently and neatly. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I highly recommend AC works 365!

AC Works replaced our HVAC system and duct work. Crew did an excellent job performed the work quickly doing a quality job and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with the service provided. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Josh patiently explained what he was doing and why, and even allowed me to tag along as he maneuvered from the thermostat, to the attic, to the AC. Josh was very engaging, and by the time he was finished I felt like I had spent time catching up with an old friend instead of just getting a lesson from a service provider.

Geo was at our home less than 2 hours after initial call, assessed the issue quickly and now there is a technician on their way to pick up the needed part and repair our unit TODAY! We called at just before 3pm. We received a callback less than 15 minutes later and less than 45 minutes later Adam was in our home fixing our AC during an extreme heat advisory. From first call to a cool house was max an hour and half. The service charge was the lowest around and in fact the repairs and the service charge total were lower than other local companies service charge. Everyone was extremely respectful. Adam did amazing work, was kind to my curious young kiddos and dogs. Will be returning to them for service in the future. 100% recommend!! Thank you Adam and AC Works 365!

From the very first call, this company was right on Q. I called mid morning after finding out that our air conditioning had quit working and it was going to be 103° today. They told me they would have someone out that day and they would contact me on their way. Sure enough, Joshua, let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived. Got straight to work, found the problem and fixed it and now the house is cooling back down again. Highly recommend this company. Customer service was spot on.

Well, it’s summer in Texas and the worst feeling is when you go to the AC and it’s higher than the number you set. I called them on Sunday afternoon, and got a call back within an hour. They initially told me if I could hang on until Monday morning I could save $50. They came out early Monday morning, instead of costing me the amount of two new units, it was a simple compressor. Fixed in an hour and all under $300!!!! In a day when everyone is trying to upsell and over charge. Honesty was welcome and refreshing….guess who I’m gonna call when my units DO go out?

After waking up to almost 90° temperatures because my air conditioning stopped working overnight I called AC works 365 and they not only were able to get me on their schedule that day, but then were able to get my AC unit repaired and back up and running the next day. it required a new compressor which as you know is never inexpensive, but it was very competitive with the other AC companies I called and the technician that came to our house was very knowledgeable and professional. Nick took care of everything and was very nice as well as answered all of our questions. I highly recommend using this company if you need AC service or work done. I am also signing up for their annual service plan which will service my AC twice a year an give us 20% discount on all future repairs and 10% discount on a full new system if needed. I highly recommend this company. In December of this year they dismantled and installed a new HVAC unit in my home. They are very professional, on time and helpful. That was a great experience in itself. Then, this past week, I had an issue after business hours where all of my alarms were going off in the house. I didnt know what to do or who to call so I called Jeffs company back to ask if they could help. He sent out a technician who came very quickly and really took time to check the entire house for any gas leak which was not the issue, and then assisted me with resolving the issue with the alarms. They really took care of me when they didnt have to and did not charge me for the call. They are exceptional and I would highly recommend using this company.

AC was working, but only hot air was coming out and it was 110 degrees outside. Company was super quick to respond and the technician, Josh, was right around the corner. Josh was great, 10/10! Can’t express how grateful to AC Works 365 for their immediate response and attention to my AC failure. From the moment I called I was treated with extreme professionalism. The technician was at my house with 3 hours of calling and was early for the scheduled time! He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to me in terms I could understand, went over the the pricing (which was way under what I expected to pay). I will never call another team for future issues and will refer them to anyone without hesitation.

They showed up on time. The men were friendly , knowledgeable and professional. They took out my old heating and air conditioner unit inside and outside. They replaced with a new one. They completed the install of the new system in a very timely manor. Before they left they picked up and vacuumed all of their working areas spotless.They will be back to replace the shut off flap to a few of my vents.I would highly recommend AC works 365. Had them install a mini split in my shop and do some light commercial work for me, very professional and great pricing. Both jobs were done 2-3 years back and zero callbacks for issues, installs were perfect.Will use again, my go to for all things residential/light commercial HVAC!

AC quit blowing cold. Called this company on a referral from a good friend. $99 service fee plus parts sounded good and they could get to it pretty quick so I agreed. Tech arrived and diagnosed faulty capacitor in less than 5 minutes. Quoted me $416 dollars to replace the capacitor. This is at best a $30 part. I have never paid more than $150 for this type of repair in the past. At least the guy was friendly enough to tell me what specific capacitor to buy so I could get one and replace it on my own. Ace Hardware stocks them for $26.99. I declined the repair. I understand that they have to make money to stay in business and pay overhead but to charge over $400 to replace a $30 dollar part in less than 10 minutes is predatory.

Jeff, with AC Works 365 gave me a bid for a whole new unit and vent / duct cleaning and then had me on the schedule in just a couple of days. The work is completed and I couldnt be more pleased. His prices are fair, the crew was professional and respectful. I highly recommend them, local business you can trust!

We came home on a Friday evening after a family dinner to find that our AC was not working. Knowing that AC Works 365 answers their phone we called them. They sent out a technician and he arrived about 30 minutes later (8pm on a Friday Night!). The technician quickly found the problem and had us up and running again in less than an hour! We were amazed with such service at the start of a weekend and very happy we were cool again! The price was very fair, and They have earned a customer for life.

Walked into my new home being 95° ( my basket of candles I just moved in were LITERALLY melted ). They gave me a decent window and said they would text when otw. SAME DAY! Its getting over a 100° everyday so finding a place that would come same day and not charge extra was such a blessing. The gentleman they sent out was so knowledgeable and looked at the whole unit. It was something he had on the truck and had it working in 30 mins. He stayed and checked to make sure it was working properly and explained how my system works and asked if I had any other questions. Very professional, knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE! They have repaired unit several times in 2019 and we moved forward with a new unit in Feb 2020. The worse workmanship on the install: Unit outside was not level, tons of trash left in attic, the pvc for drainage out of the house was not glued and caused a roof leak, and they do not have the electronic board calling for correct flow. They did come out and rectify after many phone calls/ coordination. Unit is under warranty and conveniently they do not service our area anymore. It was good business when it’s a 10k unit but not good for repair work.

Called Amber at AC Works 365 at 9AM this morning to report my A/C problem and the repairman got here at 2:15PM. Very fast service! Jake did a great job in inspecting the compressor/fan unit and diagnosed a failed starter capacitor. He had one on his truck and slipped it in place and that was it. Problem solved. Jake also came inside to check to make sure the system was cooling properly. All checked out good. He billed me and was gone by 2:45PM. Such a deal. Now I can sleep tonight.

The repairman (Nick) from AC Works 365 was on time for the scheduled repair work that was done on my heat pump. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the leak that he found within the system. He was very professional and thorough. He reassembled the system and cleaned up after the repair was completed. I highly recommend their services.

My unit was not cooling in this long Texas heat.My former company of many years had retired. I called after hours on a Friday and again Saturday morning. We needed someone to diagnose issues with a very old air conditioning unit on a recently purchased property. This company came out quickly, tested all parts of the unit, diagnosed multiple issues and gave a lot of very useful information. They followed up with a cost for replacement as requested. Ultimately the unit is a loss, but they here honest, informative, and very helpful. We will be using them in the future for any HVAC issues.

Their service is A+++++. They were life savers after the snow/ice storm in 2020-we learned the hard way about using an electric heat system. And this past week two of our three units went out-(100+ degrees outside) although it was three days before they could schedule us a technician was here at 8 am this morning and fixed both units. Alway very professional and nice. The company is top notch!!

Jeff came out to give me a bid for a new HVAC system, and I was really impressed with him! It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything, like a salesman. He was super nice and very helpful! He explained everything to me very well and even let me ask a couple stupid questions ;)No, I didn’t end up going with AC Works 365, but for financials reasons / they wanted to convert my gas furnace to electric. But overall, I was very impressed and would for sure recommend them to anyone (for a bid at least, but I can’t actually attest to their quality haha).

We just purchased a house in Weatherford and found the AC unit leaking water all over the hardwood floors in the hallway! AC Works came out the same day nd unclogged the emergency drain line, allowing the condensation to go outside and not on our floors. They also installed a safety switch so this doesnt happen again. After receiving news that one of our parts from our less than 3yr old AC unit is out and needs to be replaced and the labor would be $1200 we called AC Works 365 that afternoon. Jeff had a service man out to our house first thing the next morning to run a diagnostic to get a second opinion. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with our system and Lee explained in detail every test he ran to verify. I could not thank them enough. We will not go anywhere else because not only were they professional, but trustworthy knowing that they are not trying to find something wrong so they can make money. The only reason I deducted 1 star was because I had to call twice to get someone to call me to set up a service time. I think they were just really busy at the time. When they came out they fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely use them again.

During the freezmagedon in TX 2021 we lost our heat pump and only had auxiliary heat. I called to see if theyd be able to help and they not only helped but had a Tech out in less than an hour! Luckily the problem was very simple, a wire on the outside unit had frozen and broke from its connection. After checking just a couple things, the Tech found it and doubled checked all the other connections as well, which he found 2 others that instantly broke as well. He was able to get them cleaned up, fixed and reconnected in just a few minutes and the heat pump was back up and running! Only thing I was not thrilled about was being billed the full amount. I was the one that took the cover off and had it all ready and the tech was already in the area and was here for less than 10 min. I also run a business and always give people breaks if something is that simple. I have no issue paying for the service, but I just feel as though the full price was way to much for what the tech did and the short time he was here.

Is it possible to give 6 stars? If it was this is one company Id give it to. Everyone at AC works is a pleasure to work with. The scheduling staff is awesome, the techs are awesome, ownership is awesome. Id highly recommend this honest, fair, and skillful company to anyone. Thanks for all you did.

So thankful for prompt service and that . We noticed our AC was not cooling in early afternoon and fixed by 7 pm. the same day. Professional and the technician knew just what to do. AC Works 365 is the best and enabled us to sleep cool and comfortable in our own home.

Contractors detached several items with my AC and AC Works 365 came over ASAP to get my primary drain hooked back up, installed a safety switch on my secondary drain, and serviced my unit. I didnt even realize our freon was low! Now our unit is blowing super cold! Great, honest company!!

AC Works 365 installed a new Carrier Heat Pump for us in 2019. Recently we had a concern about the function of the heating system. Jared came out yesterday, right on time and adjusted the unit.
