Even though I don’t always get the same technician, I’ve always had professional service and a speedy resolution. Ruben serviced me today, and did an excellent job of resolving the issue, and even had the part I needed for the compressor in his truck! In and out…Now that’s A+ service!

Terrible. Apparently too busy to answer the phone, so I went inside the office. That didn’t help. The manager was too busy or lazy to get up out of his office and talk to me in the lobby. Then he gave me an assanine price to install a compressor that was under warranty. Dont go here. I was referred, but let my referral know what I experienced. Ive already switched my referral and all their contacts to someone else. It pays to be respectful and courteous. Wolverton made me feel like a nobody. I was just a potential dollar for them.

The techs are very professional. They arrived on time for the appointment. I always get a text to know when they are headed to my house which helps because I have a gate that I gave to open.

Wolvertons HVAC tech came when they said he would come. He checked the Freon pressure and charged me a very reasonable rate. No surprises thanks.

Very quick and responsive when I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. Very easy to schedule the appointment, and they even remembered to call as needed to block my dogs in advance of their arrival. Very Thorough inspection and fixed a minor issue found immediately and under the maintenance plan. Ive been looking for a maintenance plan since moving into my new house in Ellis county, and Wolverton far and away has the best deal (its a flat yearly fee instead of a bogus monthly charge like most others), and lives up to their stellar reviews. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new system, or just looking for a good, value driven peace of mind yearly maintenance plan.

My thermostat died. Technician found and fixed problems. Some later issues with system were taken care of with no extra charge. Very friendly and competent techs and dispatcher. Will certainly call them again.

Our high end AC system required several issues solved. Wolverton persisted in a timely manner to solve our issues. Their master tech, Ted, was excellent in sorting out the numerous problems and restoring our AC system to better than before functioning.

Technician, Jesse arrived at 1:30 pm and upon his arrival he found a clogged filter. He replaced it with our supply and also found the thermostat kept turning off. Due to a bad connection internally. We asked him to installed a PRO1 T721 thermostat.He checked everything else out and the system is operating properly. We are very happy with Jesse coming after hour to make a service call on Saturday, May 7, 2022.Very satisfied customer, Rachel Romero!!!

Wolverton employees installed a mini-split ductless heat pump on my property. They were attentive and helpful, providing all the support and wise counsel needed to get the job done. Had the unfortunate to happen. AC decided to quit working. Called at 11:30 a.m. Friday morning and set up appointment for Monday. Since heat was building called office back and spoke to Steve. Decided to have after hours appointment for Friday pm. Before the technician arrived, AC started cooling again. Had no second thoughts about having them check out my system. Technician was very thorough and will do business with again when the need arrives.

Our Upstairs AC system failed on Thursday and with temps above 100 degrees and our daughter and family arriving two days later, we were in a bit of a panic. We called Wolverton late on Thursday afternoon and they promised to have a Technician at our house the following morning at 9am. The Technician arrived on time and in 30 minutes determined that a capacitor on our Condenser had failed and prevented the Condenser from running. He replaced the capacitor and we were back in business. Thank you Wolverton!

I have had them out 3 times to fix the same problem.I am left once again with ruined sheetrock ceiling board and wet carpet and a renter who is mad because his clothes got wet.I get told a different story on why the unit didnt shut off every time a tech comes out.
