Jonathan Firm came out on a Saturday to rehab our whole breaker box, add a whole home surge protector, and 5 new GFIs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and answered any questions I had. He made the whole process very easy on the family and our electric was only down for a few hours for all the work that was done. We highly recommend him for any electric work that you need.
UPDATE: Once again, very pleased with the service received today, September 4/24. Aaron came to my home to check on an issue with continual water leaking/dripping onto front porch. New unit was installed a few months ago. Aaron assessed, emptied the pan then added a knuckle(?) PVC part to redirect the condensation to the pan. He was incredibly polite, explained everything perfectly and no more dripping whatsoever! I just wonder why the first guy to come out to address the problem walked away saying he had fixed it, even as the dripping continued. Anyway, thankful for the employee who was sent today.The situation was far worse than imagined. First & foremost, so grateful that Jorge chose to accept one last appointment - as he was already heading home for the day. The ultimate professional, he explained what had happened to the unit, the options on a new system, and talked through each option answering every question with absolute knowledge. Furthermore, he sat here & on the phone for at least an hour, working diligently to get a crew to install the unit today - a Saturday - rather than having to wait until Monday. I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am that HE was the one who took the assignment.

James was awesome. He did a great job explaining everything that had to be done. He was even stuck on another job prior to mine and I received several calls both from the company and from James letting me know about his ETA. He was thorough, patient, and kind. He had to explain things a few different times to both my husband and I (who was on the phone) and he took the time to help us and make sure we knew what we had to do. Honestly, I was quite surprised (maybe better to say freaked out) at the cost of the work, but James made me feel better knowing I could trust the company and their workmanship.
Henri’ was great! He took care of so much in so little time and was very friendly. He was also very respectful. I will definitely ask for him in the future for my electric issues.
At first, Willard couldnt schedule me until the next day, which was fine. About 5 minutes after ending our call, they called back with same day availability so that was a wonderful relief. Casey showed up and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He laid out my options without pressuring one way or the other and had our AC working within 30 or so minutes. Very thankful for his quick work!
I called Willard Plumbing asking for a price to replace a faucet. I already had the replacement faucet and just needed help with the installation. I was told they could not share any pricing until they sent someone out to look at it, but the service call was only $89 and would be applied to the service price. The plumber that came out was very professional but the price he came up with was close to $600.00. I asked him why it was so high and he told me that all pricing was set by their company and there was nothing he could do. Other than apply a coupon code that brought the price down to $491.97. That price seemed exorbitant, even after having a coupon code applied. Because I had already committed to the service call charge and needed the faucet replaced I felt I had no other choice and went ahead with the repair, which took about 30 minutes. The repair and time to complete seemed excellent, which I believe reflects on the plumber who came out, but I will not call Willard back because I cannot afford them and do not trust their company to have my best interests as the customer.
John Gomez is truly amazing. He came by on time and asked for clarification on the issue. I explained what had happened and when and he said okay let me check it out. He went right to work. Checked everything that he needed to check. Asked pertinent questions when the time was right. He wore shoe covers the entire time to make sure he didnt track anything into the house. He explained that the compressor outside had gotten too much ice in it and had not defrosted and that was why it had stopped working. He also said I needed to upgrade my thermostat as the one that I had was old and did not really function the way that it should. I then asked if he could explain why my house stays so drafty. He examined my system and said that the return is much too small for the system and the house that its in. Hey recommended having additional returns installed in different rooms at the house and I said what about just enlarging the main one. He said that would work for a while but for best efficiency each room should have its own return. He also recommended that I move the outside condenser from the side of the house where it gets absolutely no sun whatsoever into the backyard where direct sunlight can help it thaw in these Frozen conditions. He estimated the cost for some of these repairs, and while I would like to have them done, they are not within my budget at this time. He suggested that I continue with my membership as members get discounts on repairs and parts. He then proceeded to show me how my thermostat needed to be replaced. He demonstrated how to take it off the wall, how to match the wires and which brand and model to replace it with. He said if I had any problems I could give them a call and he would do his best to walk me through it. While Im still not sure exactly which company he works for, as I had originally done business with Speedy Services, they were merged with Direct Services. He then mentioned that Direct Services is now under another company. It starts with a w but I dont recall what it is. It doesnt matter. With professional people like John Gomez I am going to continue to do business with them.Justin Collett came by this morning to give me a quote to help improve my system. The man knows what he is talking about. He went right to work and explained what needed to be done. The air return is too small and this was noticed by John Gomez when he was out earlier this year. Justin gave me a price that I am very pleased with to get the work done and said it would take only about an hour to complete. We went ahead and got it scheduled for a couple of days from now so that I can take some time off and finally get the full efficiency of the unit that I purchased a number of years ago. I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Direct Services company, which is now part of Willard.February 8th 2024. I had Richard Woodell come out to give me a quote on fixing the venting system. The house had been drafty ever since I bought it and Richard recommended upgrading the size of the vents and adding a couple as well as insulation in the attic. The price was reasonable and they also offered 0% financing for 18 months. Today, Oscar and Christian came out to do the work. They have done a fantastic job. The ductwork in the Attic is first rate. The vents have all been increased in size and two more added. The rattle that had vexed me from the time I bought this place is gone! Take a look at the pictures attached. I now have 12 in of insulation throughout my attic. All the ducks are organized and quite a few are suspended from the rafters. They also created a walkway for me so that I can get to where I need to change the filter. I did not ask for that, but it sure is appreciated. These guys are fantastic. I cannot recommend highly enough just how wonderful the job is that they did for me. They explain everything that they are going to do and get right to it. They are all friendly and hard workers. They also clean up after themselves so I had only minor vacuuming to do once they were gone.
Jonathan Firm spent almost two full days replacing smoke alarms, GFCI plugs, and the entire circuit breaker box. He coordinated everything with the electric company and worked tirelessly. He won’t quit till it’s done. He is obviously very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We will definitely request him if we have future electrical needs.
We have been customers since the MES days and overall, the service and technicians have been/are great despite a few bumps that were resolved.That being said, Stuart Smith has been the most amazing technician we have had in all our years with MES/Willard. He is extremely friendly, respectful of our home/time, and very knowledgeable. He always explains his findings, the repair options (if any), costs, and shows us/explains the completed work. He has fully gained our trust, and we are always happy to see it’s Stuart that shows up for our maintenance and repair calls.I wish all technicians were like Stuart. Get his man a raise!! 😀Update for 11/11/24 Maintenance Call:Aaron Aguillon was friendly, professional and went over all of his findings with us today. His findings included a capacitor that appeared to be working solely on a prayer. He got us fixed up in no time, and made sure everything else is good for the upcoming heating season. My only fuss is they had this veteran working on Veterans Day!! He should have had the day off paid ;)

The following day we had Chance and his team come out to fix the initial issue. Then Donald came out for a hot water issue and was able to swiftly fix the issue and we were back up and running!They were all very professional, determined to fix the issue at the best price possible, and even went above and beyond to get us in touch with a restoration company that was there the first day to assess the damage.Absolutely amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this company and their employees.
Poor customer service and they will charge you more than other companies. I have also been trying to get OFF their maintenance plan and have called several times. Tried canceling day after I decided to go with another company and each time I get the promise that Ill get a call back, and I never do. Im a teacher and I also work after school, I start work before they do and get off work after they close.One portion of their bad service was that they couldnt park in front of my drive way, so they parked in front of my sage brush. The technician went THROUGH my bushes, causing damage. I asked him to move down a bit, where there was an opening in the bushes, but the damage was already done. They have no manners when they come in to do the work and they dont answer your questions. Its probably because Im female. This company has HORRIBLE customer service and their technicians just want to earn their money.
Donald came to check a plumbing issue in connection with my AC. He was very professional, honest, informative, efficient and courteous. He explained my options to remedy the current problem. And the pros and cons for each option. He then went through the rest of the house to examine other possible causes for my leak. He explained what he was seeing and possible future problems that could occur if my AC, pipes, and other equipment were not checked and maintained at least once a year. To keep it all functioning properly. Thank you Donald for taking the time to explain the importance of maintainance. Needed outside faucet, turn valve replaced due to it leaking. I have already had all new plumbing put in that area couple years ago. I was quoted $511.00. Said they cant just replace it, because of their insurance. What a scam.
Had a new inside coil installed 2-3 months ago. Part was still under warranty but they still charged me for labor and frion. So I still ended up paying $2300 to fix a warranty issue. Still not sure why I had to pay for frion when the unit was leaking, thats why I had to get it replaced.The install crew didnt weld the pipes good enough so I had to have another service done. Oscar Aldaba did a good job fixing the previous technicians mistakes. Looking back this new company doesnt check the air filters like they did when it was Speedy Air.

*****Update: I did not end up going with this company for a new air conditioner due to the fact the correct size of my unit was not given to the installation manager and the wrong size was ordered. My old unit was torn out when they caught the mistake. Then they were scrambling to get a unit to me, which wasnt even the same kind. I cannot rate the entire company as I see there are a lot of good reviews. I am only speaking of what happened to me. I did not feel comfortable going with them as I no longer trusted them. Hopefully they have learned from their errors. *****This was my first time using Willard Air to service my air conditioner that had quit working. I am thankful they are open 24/7 because it was on a Sunday and it was extremely hot.Stuart Smith, the technician, came out and fixed my unit really fast. He talked to me about my unit having problems and wasnt sure how much longer it would last. My unit is 29 years old and my electric bills have been getting really high. I knew it was time to look at getting a new one rather then wait for mine to go out completely. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the details to me. Really a nice guy and is very easy to get a hold of for questions.
The technician arrived at my home and checked out my outside air conditioning unit, came back tIn and went upstairs to the blower unit. He checked my air filter without turning off the blower and insulation particles got in the house. He told me he was going to check out getting the parts needed to fix it temporarily but was really wanting to sell a new unit.My wife and I suffered in the heat all day she is bedridden with dementia. She was really hot by the evening meal.I called a different air conditioning company they came out and got my unit working and will come back Tuesday with the parts to fix my AC. I can now be cool during the long weekend. I’m going to cancel my appointment with Willard for the repair and everything else with them.I would not recommend using them for anything.
They use to be good. Do not use the plumbing or electrical services. If you get a good tech you might be ok with hvac. They are very expensive on repairs. Good luck with call backs and customer service from the office. If you are reading these reviews notice the generic replies, that should be a real clue.
Called before he arrived and was on time. Very professional and courteous. One thing I really thought was cool is Hunter emailed me a full report instead of just a invoice. These guys offer full home care instead of just a single service. Great company.
On Monday, aug 19th Henri Seastrum performed exceptional electrical service. Definetly worth 5 stars!, On Tuesday Aaron and his partner came over to install a blower motor and discovered the compressor had gone out. Aaron called his Senior Management and he came right out even though he was on his way home, George came right over and got me approved to get a new unit. Mark and Tomas did an awesome job getting it installed yesterday. You couldnt get a better group of people to come and help with home problems. Theyve all been extremely professional extremely courteous extremely friendly and extremely honest in my opinion. Again Aaron and George both stayed late to make sure I got things done which is above and beyond the normal fantastic company. Byron did an excellent job and was very professional.

Willard installed 2 new expensive units in my Frisco home, and 4 years later failed coil. Marsha the gm had a dont care attidude and they want to charge me another $3,100 labor she said we only covered parts! buyer be aware of Willard AC .

Bogus diagnosis!!! Scheduled appointment to examine system that would not operate after my dogs broke the control wires to the thermostat. System was working perfectly until then. Tech came out and pronounced my compressor dead and said it would be better to replace the unit at $8-10K rather than replace compressor. Called the tech that installed the system years ago. All he found was a short caused by the animal activity. Moved and better isolated the conductor. System fine.
Its extremely difficult to reach the office manager to get a quote. I had to call the office more than 8 times. In the hot summer, the lady who picked up the phone on Saturday just tole me call back on Monday. So on the next Monday, I starting calling at 8am, and finally reached the office manager around 5pm! Terrible service
Stewart Smith at Willard is the most honest technician I have ever dealt with in this industry. He doesnt oversell you on things you dont need, and he works quick. I highly recommend him and Willard AC.

Jonathan Firm came by for my annual electrical inspection and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood the areas my house was not in code based on recent changes and the age of my home. What I really like is that even though we identified a few important items that I should get fixed, he did not try to push me to make the repairs right away. He understood where I am at right now, provided me the estimates and encouraged me to call when I was ready for the work. I will certainly be calling back when the funds are available to get this 20+ year old house up to date and ensure I avoid possible costly issues in the future.
Apparently no one in the office can talk to anyone else in the office. Does anyone at this business know what customer service is? Do you just have too many customers so you are trying to lose as many as is possible?

We had two visits from Johnathan with Willard while trying to get a new outlet installed for our new tankless water heater.The first visit they came out and realized they were going to have to install a new breaker to our external breaker box because the voltage would potentially trip an existing breaker and cause us issues. We thought it would take us awhile to be able to be worked back in, but they were able to arrange to come back out two days later, in the morning.John took the time to look at everything to make sure they knew what they were dealing with and had a game plan before the second visit.Today, they came back out and worked while I worked from home. They did great at trying to work around my needs and were very thoughtful and respectful. They were also here first thing, ready to work!As a woman, I typically dread these types of service calls because half the guys that come out either try to talk down to you or over your head. This was not the case with this crew.They answered all our questions, were polite, professional, and had great customer service. They were very friendly and made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company in the future to friends and family.The first appointment was with John. The next time they came out he brought an extra John and a younger man named Braden (I think, I apologize if I got the name wrong). They were all equally professional and courteous. I would definitely be willing to work with all three of them in the future.While working on what they came here for, they also noticed a few things I may want to have worked on due to the age of my house and wiring that has not been upgraded. They walked me through photos and explained what I was looking at. The photos were very clear to see so it made it easy to follow along. There was no pressure or scare tactics used, just information provided. They followed up with sending us a quote for additional repairs as well as the photos so my spouse and I could sit down this weekend and decide how we wanted to proceed further.I’m very impressed with them if you can’t tell. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for the past 20 years, I know how important customer interactions are and I’m hard to impress at times. These guys did excellent on that aspect. They definitely deserve your business.

Pretty good customer service. I wish Tanner knew more about the specials that the company is offering. Yes, it’s something the customer can find online but it goes above and beyond standard when employees offer let alone answer questions about specials being offered. Nonetheless, the job was done and we’re pleased.
Semi annual service call today. Oscar was very thorough and did great job explaining all the findings. Each visit does have the standard up selling, but have to say the current units are in year 9 - significantly better shape with regular scheduled services, than their predecessor. Strongly recommend signing up for routine maintenance.
Oscar and his apprentice Christian were super nice and very knowledgeable about my old ac/heater unit and even took time out of their original tasks to clear out a pipe on my ac unit that wasn’t needed for what they were here for! They were clean (wore foot booties) and after they left it was like they were never here. Oscar showed me pictures of everything he worked on and it was great! I also liked that Oscar was actively teaching Christian (his apprentice) and was explaining why he was doing what he was doing.The entire process with Willard (aka Direct Services) has been nothing but fantastic. I’ve had multiple electrical and hvac problems unrelated to each other and both techs (electrician and hvac) provided me with 3 separate options on the route that I can go to correct some of my issues. The office staff that I have spoken with over the phone have also been so kind and understanding. I will be using Willard again!!! Great job!!

Willard AC technician, Aaron Aguillon was polite, professional and showed up during the allotted time. Aaron explained the findings of the inspection, did not pressure me in any way to authorize them to do the repairs and even was accomodating and considerate of the fact I work from home and only had 5 min to talk between conference calls. Aaron even changed out our HVAC filters for us at no charge while doing the inspection since the new filters were already near the units. Aaron made me feel good about doing business with Willard AC.

Technician was very thorough and detailed. Very friendly and covered shoes. Could not offer any repair solutions, only replacement but I guess that comes with the situation. But that was only down-side on this visit.It did seem that the previous Willard technician that came out last Summer should have caught these same incompatibility of in-door and outdoor systems, especially if these are the issues that are the problem today and/or back then.

We had a technician come out because there was a slow leak from our toilet. The wax ring around the toilet became damaged because the toilet was a little loose from the previous owner. The technician was friendly enough. I am not sure how much discretion, if any, he has in pricing. However, $400 to replace a wax seal on a toilet is excessive and unscrupulous by any measure. Lesson learned on our end; I should have replaced it myself. We will not use this company again, and we will not recommend anyone to use this company.

We have a plumbing issue in our master bathroom. The first company we called, wasnt prepared to work or give an estimate. It was a waste of time and money. We wasnt happy with the service. Called around looking for a company that service the area. Contacted Willard a week later. We scheduled an appointment. Willard texted to let us know the technician was on his way and Daniel Hollis called to let us know when to expect him. Daniel was prompt, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. All three technicians that we have worked with were professional and thorough. We had electrical and plumbing evaluations done on our new home. The fan for our AC went out in the summer and they had it fixed in less than 24 hours.
My service technician, John Gomez, was extremely nice and very professional. He did a very thorough job checking out my AC unit both inside and out. When he was done, he explained everything to me in great detail in language l could understand, because obviously, I dont speak AC language.. lol. He also helped me renew my yearly subscription to their service that provides me 3 free service calls a year. He was very respectful of the mud outside and not tracking it into my home. Overall, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service John provided. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

We did have have heat last night with temp of 42 degrees. I called Willard Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical. They were able to set an appointment for a technician to come to the house on same day. Oscar arrived on time, he was very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted Direct Service for HVAC maintenance of my 23 year old upstairs and downstairs units. The technician, Eric Hilton, arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the units. Since both of them are so old I had many questions. He clearly both explained and showed what he was examining. I asked him about replacement units and installation since mine are obsolete and I know I will need to get new ones within the next year or two. He shared information on units that would be appropriate for my needs, and estimated costs and financing. He explained and helped me understand the answers to all my questions. I use Direct Service because I have used them in the past and they use very highly-trained and qualified individuals like Eric Hilton. He earned my trust and continued business.

One of the employees was driving recklessly through school zones in palmer this morning. Cutting through traffic going the opposite direction almost hitting a boy walking, to get to a driveway that cut through to the next street. Although he did not make it to the connecting street before getting stopped by traffic it did not stop him from rushing through side streets and around cars only to get him looped around several streets that did not get him to where he was going. Very dangerous very unprofessional in a company vehicle and extremely negligent! This employee should have their truck taken from them immediately! He did not save any time for himself and almost cost him at the LEAST one childs life! What an idiot

My husband and I are new homeowners and are going through the typical homeowner crash course with updating all of our homes systems. We signed up for the 14.95/ month membership and aren’t receiving any of the benefits of it. The first time we were trying to utilize a “free tune up for AC” we were told that our first unit was too old to work on, which is understandable but there weren’t any steps taken in the positive direction by direct service company to switch the membership over to the newer unit and to try and reschedule for a different tune up after switching the condenser unit memberships. I had to complain and told the company to cancel my membership in order to get another tune up.Now we just had the other tune up appointment and which took 45 seconds I swear to God for them to look at our unit and tell us they can’t do anything again. Richard stated this because our pipes were frozen he couldn’t do anything. The invoice said “ System is frozen up. I explained to our client that we would need to return after the system thaws out. I explained to her that we would need to turn the system off and let it thaw out and reschedule as a SERVICE CALL, she said that she would not do that and wanted to cancel the call.”Now my confusion is to why it needs to be a service call when we already pay our membership monthly and this is SUPPOSED to be a perk of the membership, it feels like I’m paying 14.95/month for them to periodically show up and say there is nothing they can do.I canceled my membership and recommend that anyone wanting to dabble find a small HVAC company and stick with them. Don’t waste your money.
We used Direct Service for a plumbing issue. Matt was our technician and he did an awesome job of replacing our toilet and putting a shut off valve on our hot water heater. He was on time, very professional, and very manerly. He informed us of any additional issues and took care of them too.
The AC tech Vincent was super good. He showed me a couple of things no other repairman has ever shown me about things to watch for to keep my 1994 AC unit working efficiently until my next summer inspection. I am a new direct service customer and I had Casey Wilson as my technician. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he did. He made sure to provide pictures and discuss in detail everything he was doing.He went above and beyond my expectations. Not only that, but he was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. He also answered any questions and/or concerns that I had in layman’s terms that I could actually understand. I am beyond dissatisfied with this Direct Service, Im disgusted to say the least!!!!!! My ac broke this weekend so I called them to get a quote and diagnosis. When they showed up they were more worried about upselling me and trying to get me to join there monthly plan instead of finding out what was wrong with my AC. Once I told them that it wasnt blowing air through my ducts, without looking at anything, he immediately said it was my blower motor. He went to his truck and came back with a $5100.00 quote. I immediately started crying. Im a single mom trying to make it and there is NO way I could afford that. He then said, we have financing options. Even financed I cant afford that. Even if I had 2 incomes coming in doesnt make it right to knowingly rip people off. What REALLY pisses me off is that little did they know, my dad has been an airline mechanic for 40 years. He came over took and it apart, he found the part that they said was broke online. THE PART WAS $300.00 NOT $5,000.00. I was lucky enough to find a HONEST contractor to install it for $300.00. So total I paid $600.00. They know that 99.9% of people dont know how to take the unit apart and find the part they are looking for so homeowners are at their mercy and are stuck paying the UNGODLY amount money. This company does NOT care about you or your family. They care about ripping people off because they can. SICKENING.

The technician came out to do a plumbing inspection he wasn’t very friendly at all or reassuring (he kept the same monotone voice the entire time he was here) like the other technicians who have come to my house from Direct Service Company previously (all of the previous technicians from Direct Service Company have been great!). He just randomly walked through my house without notice which was fine because I knew what he was here to do but it was the way he did it. What I was really taken aback by is the fact that he just randomly walked into my bedroom without asking for permission first or calling me into the hallway which all of the Direct Service technicians have done in the past to dig off on the inspection report. That did not sit well with me. He also refused to perform the service that I was advised that he would perform such as clearing/cleaning the drain lines. I was told by the scheduler that if they needed to be cleared that would be done which the technician advised he refused to do. He explained why he wouldn’t do it because he felt it would do more harm than good which I don’t necessarily agree with as I’ve had this done with other companies in the past with no issues. I feel that this inspection was a waste of my time as it seems to me that he only came out to see how the company could get more money from me but was not very beneficial to me the customer/ member of the company. I’m disappointed in the company as this wasn’t the level of service that I’ve grown accustomed to with Direct Service Company they’ve always been so accommodating in the past.UPDATE 8/11/2023:I had to call Direct Service Company/Williard to come to my house AGAIN FOR THE 5th TIME!!! for an HVAC unit that I’ve only had installed BY THEM since October 2022 because the system stopped getting cold AGAIN and was blowing out hot air. The technician David Rafael that they sent out was nothing short of HORRIBLE!!! His attitude was very bad he was very rude and proceeded to tell me that “I needed to fix my attitude” because I guess he didn’t appreciate it. He also seemed to care more about collecting my money more than fixing my A/C. Direct Service Company wasn’t concerned about the money until they fixed my issue first because they cared. He proceeded to insinuate that if I didn’t change my attitude to his liking that he could just leave WITHOUT FIXING MY A/C!!! The fact that it’s 100+ degrees in Dallas right now didn’t seem to matter to him at all!!At this point I just want them to come and get this lemon and let me go and purchase a better system with another company. Ever since they merged with Williard the level of service has gone downhill TREMENDOUSLY!! I no longer want to do business with them anymore.

Eric came out to give me a second opinion on my indoor unit, if it would be fixable or if I would need a new unit..He went to take a look at the outside unit and caught the sloppy job some other company did changing the motor..it was completely wrong wired , blades upside down !!!!Needless to say that I will go with Willards for the new unit which will be installed hopefully soon..Eric knew what he was doing and from the beginning I felt that he was not after a quick sale , but he was really here to get the best deal for me..I appreciate and I highly recommend Willard air conditioning

Eric was very knowledgeable on mini-split systems. He identified the issue quickly on my Mitsubishi Mr Slim and explained the problem in detail. I’m technical so I appreciate the technician “native lingo”. Will definitely use his service again!
We had been without cold air for 6 days. After exhausting the DIY tricks I called Direct, expecting the worst, knowing I needed a full replacement. They were quick to get someone out next day. Eric was awesome. While the nees of needing a new unit was expected, he took the time to explain and show us exactly what needed done and was able to get us cool air quickly. When we purchase our new unit, it will be through them. I was impressed with the time he took. Very thorough and professional.
Direct Services was great until they were bought out by Willard. Now they just want to sell me 50K worth of new units and won’t respond to a simple service call. Did I mention I missed my Son’s award ceremony waiting for a tech that won’t even give a call with an ETA. Thy have lost my business at my home and all of my rental properties! Do not use this company for anything!!!!!!!

It has been a journey with this old AC unit (ha!) and it’s time to be replaced. Stuart helped in securing the funds to get a new Trane AC unit that I can afford. Thank you, Stuart! First off, I want to say I had no issue with the service itself or the responsiveness. The technician arrived on a Saturday evening for which I am extremely grateful. I am 7 months pregnant and being without air conditioning this summer would have been miserable. The issue I had was that we were under the impression a different repair was made than what was made and therefore paid way more for the repair than is acceptable. I’m going to give the repair guy the benefit of the doubt and just say that I misheard what he said. But when I looked at my receipt and found out that I paid more than 3x the amount I paid for the exact same repair last summer, I was pretty upset. The part itself costs very little and they increased the price on it over 1000%. That’s not a typo. I was not happy paying $1,000 for something I paid $300 for last summer. I understand if there is a charge to come out on a Saturday evening or something, but this is price gouging and I will not be using this company again. Very disappointed and to be honest, angry. I feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge.
Richard was a friendly guy, but did not leave me with a very easy feeling. Upon arrival he made some observations on my ac unit in my attic. He told me there was a small leak and was uncertain as to how long the compressor would hold freon. To replace the whole thing would cost onward of $9,000. So, I instructed him to just go ahead and charge the comoressor with freon. Later, he changed his story to Theres a pretty big leak and his $605.00 work he did might not make it through the night.. He comes across to me like he cant get his facts straight. He left me feeling pretty nervous.
Matt was my technician today and so far everyone that weve had helping us from Willard Air Co. have been extraordinarily professional. Unfortunately got some bad news but was expecting it with old cast iron pipes. Regardless, everyone has been attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you gentlemen.

Our AC went out when we were in a heat advisory. The company actually answered the phone (no automated service) and responded very quickly. Jesse came right out, discovered the problem, ordered the part and fixed it the next working day. We are so thankful for the speed in responding and fixing what could have been a terrible situation. We are grateful for Jesse and everybody at the company. 5 star service.
Another job well done by Direct Service. Had to replace an ancient heater and A/C unit. Julian and David arrived on time, started working and did not stop until the job was done. Knowledgeable, courteous and they answered all my questions. Reasonable prices and great service. .A big Thank You to Richard who discovered the problems with my old heater before it could become a big problem . I have been using Direct Service for many years and they never fail to do a super job.

My ac started making a weird screeching noise during the night. I called and next day, someone came out and checked my unit. The work was fast and my house is way cooler than it was before. The techs were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business for your AC needs.
