Also, you were so kind to our household animals, which we put in their cages. We have set our calendars for next year, to keep it all clean and safe. Be blessed.

Corey and Amie are good people. Very honest and upfront. They always do what’s right and don’t try to make you buy what you don’t need. Also, join the comfort club. I’ve called them out to my house a handful of times and have yet to see a bill. I feel like I owe them money lol

HVAC repair service efficiently fixed the issue, with the technician clearly explaining everything. Scheduling, however, took longer than expected. Ideal for homeowners in need of quick air conditioning repairs during summer.

I am so thankful that they take to clean my air ducts! From the moment I scheduled my appointment with them, they were straightforward and courteous and professional. When the technicians arrived, they were very respectful of my property and did an amazing job. Literally amazing. Daniel was very professional and took the time to answer my questions, And really went above and beyond. I can tell he is an experienced professional and truly loves his job. Had an issue when I had my attic spray foamed and had these guys come out. They fixed! I joined there comfort club membership and wanted my vents balanced, they were honest and told me I really did not need it. Saved me $$ Great company.

Texas Ace sent out a service tech and quoted me a price of $1,800.00 to fix my outside unit. I wanted a second opinion and called Air Assurance. Justin came out and fixed it for $175.00. Make of it what you will but from now on Im only calling Air Assurance.

Jeremy was very thorough and upfront when he checked out my A/C. The “problem” was not a problem, but normal for a heat pump. He also did an update that was needed for our unit. I will definitely call them whenever I need service.

$462 for a duct cleaning.A layer of WHATEVER was in our ducts is now ALL over our floors and furniture throughout our home.I called them 4 times left a voicemail and they called back and hung up. I called one more time and again, no answer and never received a call back.We contracted them to clean our ducts to possibly help my son’s eczema… I myself have not stopped sneezing, itching and irritated eyes since I got home from work so this will definitely not help my son.Do not hire for duct cleaning.

Called the day before while out of town. Jeremy was responsive and tentative. He came the next day and diagnosed the issue. He had the part and fixed my furnace the same day. Professional and quick service. Would recommend 100%

We use TX Air Assurance for their comfort club subscription and all the various services that offers. We had Daniel out today for the pest control treatment. He listened to the concerns we had with some specific pests and was very engaging to try and fully understand the issue so he could best treat the problem. Other pest companies in the past have brushed off feedback and try to say the only fix is frequent and costly treatments. Daniel worked to truly resolve the entry points and made very helpful suggestions on some possible further things to do to help keep pests out. It’s rare to find a service provider that really listens to a problem and then works to address the issue. We appreciated Daniel’s effort in the service today.

We had our Heat Pump switched out yesterday and are so glad we chose TX Air Assurance! They provided us with professionalism, class and honesty. They communicated perfectly and completed the job confidently in a timely manner! We will always call them for any of our HVAC needs!!

I have used these folks a couple times in the past and have been very happy with their service. This morning, I called and was told that they would be able to come over and service my AC system today. Five hours later, I was called and told that they would not be able to meet their commitment due to a staff member falling ill an being sent home -- later I would be told that the staff member was sent to the hospital. When I asked how to get on the following days schedule, I was told that no guarantee could be made and was asked to find someone else to service my ACs as she had no confidence that they could provide service to my satisfaction. I did as she suggested and have my regular AC man coming out tomorrow morning. Perhaps HVAC companies look to thin their Customer lists when the weather gets hot -- one bad experience will always outweigh multiple good.

I have used TX AA at different homes over the past 8 years, and they have serviced my parents’ home, as well. Good, responsive staff; hard working; quality systems and warranties, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this small business!

TX Air did a fabulous job. Their team was neat and clean, left everything just like it was before, explained the process and went above and beyond. Even all my dogs like them. I highly recommend.

I visited coreys buisness with a friend doing a carpentry job, this is the type of company i would prefer to use if i have any type of hvac needs very nice people if i have any questions or needs they are local and will be there if i you have questions or needs with country hospitality and hard working drive. a clean work site . this os a buisness that has pride.

They do not tell you that they are going to charge $125 an hour for labor and this after they char $90 just to step foot in your property. so is that is a bit of a surprise. Well I am never using their services again.

A local company owned and operated by some of the most honest and Godly people around. They have provided several services on my HVAC system and are always professional and timely.
