I had a great experience with Heritage Air Services. I called this morning because of issues with my system and they fit me in within an hour and a half. I worked with Brandon and his team today and they were phenomenal. Im not just being nice. They really went above and beyond to fix our issue and ensure I was satisfied. He discussed everything with me and was upfront and honest about the costs and what they covered. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with your AC system. Youll be in good hands with Brandon and Heritage Air Services.

Got a system from these guys, good install and price. Not the lowest but in the ballpark and service was fast, installed next day. Mark was our guy we dealt with. We had one issue with error on controller pop up tech came out quick got it resolved. They did a Trane unit we like those.

Heritage helped me in a last minute situation to get my ac installed correctly. The previous company I used to install a mini split and pad slip didn’t finish the job but not on my that, didn’t do things correctly. I am grateful to this company for saving the day and getting my condo up and running within a couple of days after initialContact. Communication and professionalism was too notch! I called in the morning for some ductwork repair thinking it might be at least a week before they could get to me due to the cold weather. In actuality, they had a technician down the road and could get to me in the afternoon. The technician actually arrived early and promptly repaired the duct at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated their prompt response.

Our heat wouldn’t turn on, so after some research I reached out to 4 vendors. Heritage had multiple appointment choices available and were up front about pricing. The technician and sales support - Dylan and Mark- were incredibly helpful, transparent, and clear about the issues and range of solutions available. Our unit was 20 years old, so making the change to a new system made sense. The installation crew was fantastic. Easy to have in the house, fast, and clear about what was being done. To go from “what’s that noise?” to a new HVAC system in 72 hours was fantastic. Great experience, and highly recommended!!!

I couldnt recommend Heritage Air more! Brandon came out on a late nite call during the artic blast and helped us figure out why our thermostat was not activating our heat. Turns out it was a simple filter replacement. Honest and good people. I will be using Heritage from now on!

Heritage Air did a great job Diagnosing and fixing the issues with our AC unit. Their tech Dylan responded very quickly and came up with a great solution to help save money and repair an item. They had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this business.

We have been using Heritage air now for a few years. They initially replaced our old unit put in in 2008. Their customer service is beyond any that we have ever experienced, one time there was an issue with the unit and they worked past business hours to ensure the unit was up and running. With no additional overhead on cost. We have them come out by annually to service the new unit. We highly recommend them.

I truely recommend this business to everyone. They installed my system a few years back and I am always pleased when they come for a checkup for winter or summer. The young gentleman that has come to my house for the checkups is such a polite young man and very friendly and very thorough. He leaves me with peace of mind, knowing that everything is functioning as it should.

Bought 3 new Amana units a few months back, Amazing!!! Saving on electricity bill is definitely making the purchase worth it. The customer service, the straight forward sales approach and the after sales service is remarkably. No issues! They come and change the filters in the units as part of their warranty and service agreement!! Do your pocketbook a favor, call them!!!

Great work from these fellas. Jose and his crew installed it just the day after I approved the job. They covered the floors and made sure nothing got dirty or damaged. Were very understanding of noises from my dogs and left no traces behind except some quality air flow and a/c. I would definitely recommend them and wish I could use them more but from how great a job they did I dont think Ill need them again for a while.

Stephen was prompt, even making it to my house before I could get home from work. He checked everything out and took pictures to show me details then put together estimates for duct cleaning and drain pan replacement. Ive used Heritage Qir for several years now and always recommend them to friends and family.

We found Heritage Air Services after another HVAC contractor we had come out misdiagnosed our heating issue and ordered a part that was not needed and couldnt return until the next week to look at the system again. This left us without any heat in the house for 6 days and it got down to 59 degrees inside. Brandon, from Heritage Air came out the same day we called, caught the misdiagnoses from the other company, ordered the correct part and also caught a gas leak under our house from work being done by Atmos and the city updating gas lines on our street. The other company missed the fact there was a leak bc they didnt take the time to check everything correctly. Once the leak was found Atmos has to cut off all gas to our home until their contractor could come out that night to repair the line. Brandon even came back out late that night to make sure the leak was found and fixed meaning proper gas pressure would be going to our heater. We are beyond grateful to Brandon and Heritage Air Services for their fast availability, knowledge of what they are doing and experience. We would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best service. They show up so quickly. Always. We’ve used the for 5 years, both residential and commercial, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve had to call Heritage Air twice for issues with the outside unit over the years, and each time they’ve been professional, courteous, friendly prompt and helpful. Highly recommend them.

We called just before noon on a Friday and someone was here by 2:30pm. Unlike the last technician with a different company, Steven immediately found the leak which he was able to tighten and correct. He recharged it with refrigerant. Checked again for leaks before closing up and found a 2nd small leak which could not be tightened anymore so he used an O Ring to fix the problem. He doublechecked everything and we want to use Heritage Air when we build a new house and have to buy a new unit.

I was having trouble with my ac on a Sunday afternoon. Called heritage and they were out in no time. They explained what was a simple fix and my ac is working great. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, prompt and customer service driven company.

We had a stoppage in our A/C drain line.As a result, we had water running into the bathroom and leaking into the A/C closet. This was a Saturday and we needed air, my husband was on Hospice and we had a house full of people. I called Heritage and they had someone out within 3 hours and fixed us right up by clearing the clog and repairing the drain making it easier to keep clean.I cant express enough how much I appreciate them. The cost was reasonable for a weekend call as well.

When I came home to my AC blowing hot air I was stressing out. I called a company, who will remain nameless, that said they would call me back...they never did. So I put a call into Heritage. Customer service was amazing and had someone dispatched and at my home within an hour. Problem was fixed and explained in depth. The technician was friendly and price was reasonable! The technician was prompt and courteous. He also thoroughly checked our concern with one of the rooms not cooling like it is supposed to. He gave us several solutions to remedy it.

We recently had a checkup of our furnace, and Brandon was incredibly thorough, friendly, and allowed me to watch and learn about the system. Ultimately, it was clearly on its last leg, and we needed a new unit. They were very up front with the pricing, which was extremely competitive, and we had the new unit within three days (this just at the start of a deep cold spell in Northern Texas.) Mark and Brandon and the whole crew were professional, quick, and attentive, and we had several calls as well as two visits within the next week to make sure everything was as expected and to help teach us how to best use the system. We could not have been more pleased. These two men are incredibly honest, transparent, and really enjoy what they do, and are quick to admit that working for an honest and trustworthy business makes all the difference in the world. Two summers in a row, Heritage has come after hours and fixed our AC on a 100 plus day. They are highly knowledgeable, efficient and customer service oriented. The communication on the appointment, diagnostics and after visit is excellent. We also use them to service our HVAC in the fall and spring and they are wonderful.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and never try to sell anything that’s not necessary, but if something is needed, the cost is very reasonable. Instead of Jose accepting the typical “oh parts are not available” , he drove several hours to get what was needed and still came back after hours to install…. With his boss! Overly impressed with heritage air! They have done several service calls for us but we finally needed a new unit. They were very professional and left my place spotless and walked me through every step!Update - We had a problem with a possible power surge. Will be a repeat customer given more AC issues in the future.UPDATE 6/27/23: Couldnt be happier with my experience with Mr. John Minter at Heritage Air. A/C goes out with a new Amana unit on Sunday. Texted Heritage Air and they sent John at 0800 AM on Monday. He diagnosed the issue that day and replaced the outside unit (which was under warranty) before 1130 AM on Tuesday. This company understands the value of expediency and are well-staffed, stocked, and resourced to take care of these issues. My family is very grateful.UPDATE 1/21/25: Another good heating service in the midst of this cold weather. Brandon made good recommendations for our thermostats which we quickly took action on and got rectified. The ones we had were built with automation in mind rather than your heating system in mind. Good service all around.

Guy charged me $75 to come out. I believe his name was Brad not sure though. He didn’t fix anything. I went with family friend instead he fixed and I got a new AC unit (used) $1000. He tried to charge me $6500 to replace everything and that was not even needed. He also did not place everything he did in the attic back. My AC guy said that the heritage AC guy is shady for unplugging components to my condenser/compressor try to force a sale. He also took a look at my electrical breaker box I thought he’s just licensed to do AC but he looked and told me I need to change the breakers. Which he could get a guy to do it for him and to keep it on the hush. I highly do not recommend them because of this unethical experience.

I called and was surprised, they came out the same day fix the issue I had with the A/C. I was lied and told by another company I would need another complete A/C. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity and service they provided. Thank you Haritage Air!

As I stated on FB, Jose the Tech and Tammy the scheduler were professional, efficient and a joy to work with. i was scheduled for the same day, 2d stop and the Tech wasted no time with the diagnosis and got the unit back on line in short order. Nothing much beats finding your a/c down at midnight and getting it restored in just over 12 hours.

Called this morning and they had a tech out really quickly. The tech Stephen was very polite and wasted no time in finding and fixing the issue. He even took the time to answer questions before and after he started . Will recommend heritage air to anyone needing ac work done!!!

Ray, our technician, arrived as scheduled and was very friendly from the start. Performed the routine maintenance as planned and explained the report. Made some suggestions for improvements , which were included in the report but there was no pressure to complete. Will definitely use them fir future service

We had an issue with our unit install within the 2 year labor warranty and it stopped working July 3rd. I call 8:30 PM the eve of a holiday actually answered the phone before the 3rd ring. Sent a tech out and he worked until midnight to rerun the clogged drain line. No charge, poor tech was soaking with sweat. No phone menus, no delay, no after hours surcharge.

Amazing response time and Brandon is the best. I would recommend Heritage to everyone!!!

Service was scheduled between 1-3pm. Ray arrived at 12:35-12:40, had detected the problem and out by 1:30. Expedient and professional, I believe he was very honest about what he found and the prognosis going forward. We had an issue with air conditioner last night @ 8:00 and called Heritage and they were here in 15 mins and got the air running. We still may need them to come out on Monday to check the error on the board but we were cool last night.We had a contract with different air conditioning company and they were gonna charge us $225 to come out and Heritage who has never been to our house only charged $75 to come out. I just want to say, air conditioning went out holiday weekend and this company made sure we were gonna be put on the schedule and got us taken care of , A time slot within a two hour Of arrival time which meant I didn’t have to wait all my day at the house in the heat for them arrive, five star for that,Technician came out, very professional walk me through every step of his troubleshooting techniques and explain everything in detail of his findings and resolutions of repair.. The technician, is the exact person I would want representing my company. Technician came out. It was very friendly checked out my system and said that my condenser went automatically to ground, which meant it was no good. They recommended replacing the system for over $6000. My landlord called the person who installed the air conditioner originally. And it turns out that it’s only 3 pounds low on refrigerant. So $300 versus over 6000 not saying anyone is dishonest But I might get a second opinion if they recommend replacement.

Heritage Air Services was able to send to fix our heating. Brandon was very prompt and professional! He was able to communicate our issue & gave us options for the fix. Heritage Air Services always does a great job when we need them!

They were friendly and came out quickly but did not help fix our problem. Did not have a payment option for us to help pay for repairs. Really just tried to sell us on a new system but could not help people with not good enough credit.

I’m really sorry to say that this company didn’t meet bare minimum requirements. The installation was sloppy and when I inquired about them coming to fix it, they flat out refused unless I coughed up more money for a service visit. I even talked to Stephen and he flat out lied to me that they already addressed the problem, so it shouldn’t be an issue. Yet the AC is running slow and it’s hotter inside than outside. I thought this company had better values and I’m really disappointedResponse to owner: my family’s name is in your system. I just wanted to share our experience on my account.

I saw a Heritage vehicle parked in front of my neighbor’s house and I approached the gentleman as he was getting out of the service vehicle and asked if he would checkout my a/c unit. He explained that I would have to call the company. I did so and they worked me in for an inspection of my a/c unit the same day. These guys were friendly and very courteous and they did a great job in checking out my a/c system. It only cost me $59. I was concerned that it would cost me a lot more as my a/c unit didn’t require additional Freon. This assured me that I don’t have to add additional Freon at this time. Sorry guys, I forgot your names, but to your supervisor I would recommend these guys to other customers.

Short and sweet version:Theyre honest, professional, punctual, and do good work for a good price. Go with them.Detailed version:I was able to get an appointment for the following Monday set up via chat with their online support at 8pm on Friday. I know that will vary based on season and workload but the fact that I was able to do so that late was awesome.The tech (Zach Standhardt) was on time, professional, explained what he was doing and why, and he also walked me through the issues I had and what could be done about them. Rather than looking around and telling me the most expensive option first he worked through the options and allowed me to choose which one worked for my budget.Jeff Olmstead came out once I decided I wanted to replace my 20+ year old system and worked with me to pick an option that worked for us.No one was pushy or shady and truly seemed happy with the company they worked for. I would choose Heritage over any of the big chains any day.

These guys completed an evap coil change out and re-duct project in one long day. They were at my home for nearly 12 hours to get us going and make sure that we were comfortable. The had supervisors checking on the work and quality checked the work once it was completed. Highly satisfied with the results.

Whew! a/c went out this past week. Called out a well known company to fix it. First service man came out said he could not find a problem, second time they came out because a/c was still not working properly. I was quoted $1300 to replace a fan motor and condenser. I tried to fix it myself and was sold the wrong fan motor by a local supplier. Frustrated, I took to looking at ads on Google. I called Heritage and had a service man at my house, on a Saturday afternoon within a couple of hours. They had my a/c up an running within half an hour. And get this, the service call was a third of what I had paid to the other company, and the cost of repair was a third of that quoted by the first a/c company. Owning a home and having many additional heating and air conditioning units at business properties, Heritage Air has all my future business.

This company performed summer maintenance on our new HVAC system they installed in January. Zach (the tech) showed up on time and performed a thorough check and cleaning of the system. He’s a really friendly guy and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Heritage Air!

My AC is 4 years old. The motor went out but was covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The replacement part was “supposedly” free. Heritage still charged me $650 to replace it. They said that was the cost of labor alone. Of course, you don’t get told the price until they’re half way into working, with things taken apart for locating the problem. Frank was my tech. Nice guy and done a good job. Yet, I feel I was overcharged. Therefore, I would not recommend them. The cost to be cool was too high. Look elsewhere.

Installed a great system that is very energy efficient that keeps our home at our comfortable level. Staff was knowledgeable and answered our questions where we could understand the workings of this new type of system, respected our home and cleaned up everything very nicely.I recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their HVAC system.

They do great job and have fair prices

About two months ago, I had a fella come out for a service. A regular check it out before winter maintenance. Coincidentally, we had water in our pan. He unclogged the condensation tube and walked around a bit more. $300 later, and a 23 minute visit, he gives me a list of things that will probably occur. Ok. Great, but are we good to go for the remaining 100° days?? He left and was not receptive of what he was supposed to do. Just to be clear. Two months or so ago, he was here and he was supposed to give me a heads up on what issues we may have. Now, weve experienced what is a major loss of normal 11 of Freon to 2 of Freon. A LOSS of 9. Our guy then removes filter to find corrosion, rust, and potential leaks elsewhere (into rooms). This from taking a pic of the inside of my unit. Whomever this fella was from Heritage, this is something that should not have been missed!!! Did you only look at one unit? We have two. Did you check internal parts? Obviously, NO! This has been going on for quite some time. How do you miss that? Oh! Because you didnt do the maintenance we requested. Since you didnt do that, what was $300 for? Just snaking out condensate? I used your company because my daughter had you all come out on a Sunday. Heavily pregnant and a night shift RN, she had an issue. She felt strongly that you would be fair. I fear now that you probably were not with her, either. Ill get the picture my guy got. Yes. He takes pics for clients to see. That way nobody has to question services rendered. What a shame to the company and employee. I was told my compressor may go out. You think?? Just things I had no info on because Im not an HVAC tech. I couldnt wait for him to leave. Heritage...DO BETTER

I have had several great encounters with all technicians at Heritage. I had my whole HVAC system replaced Dec 2021. And, maintenance every 6 months.My technician, Zach, was very helpful in educating me on how to access the best & most affordable filters; how often to check them; and what I can do to keep my house more comfortable and with cleaner air/circulation. I believe these are honest and ethical people—which are hard to find.

Steven was on time, courteous, very informative and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained every detail on the thermostat. He changed the incorrect setting on 1 stage heat pump to the correct 2 stage A/C and turned off the overriding humidity control, which was turning on the cool against my settings. Frank, the technician, arrived on time. He is very personable and professional and represents himself and Heritage Air Services well. He explained the problem (defective capacitor) and replaced the compenent quickly. His entire time on-site was about 30 minutes. We are very pleased with his service!

Heritage Air came out sooner than expected and diagnosed the issue right away. Unfortunately it was none repairable bc it was an older R22 system. But they did everything they could and gave us options to look into.

Came out the day we called for a major leak in ac up in attic. Very competent & knowledgeable worker & very pleased with all he did. Would definitely call again if needed.

I had a 2 ton and 4ton installed today , The crew was on time , went out of their way to make it painless as possibly , responded to my request and got their work done quickly.

We were very impress with Heritage Air. We contacted several AC companies and did a lot of research before making our decision. Heritage was the only company that came out and gave us a quote on an air condition brand they recommended and a unit we was thinking about having installed. When we contacted Steven, he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions without any pressure. We told him the unit we wanted on a Wednesday and the Installation Team was here on that Friday to install the unit even during the rain. Steven came by that morning to go over all that was being installed and to see if we had any questions. Garren, one of the install team member‘s would keep us up-dated during the installation. He explained to us how to use our thermostat, showed us pictures of the job they did and went over what each picture was. Plus he went an extra mile and helped get a board up at our back door to help stop the rain water from coming into our home. Thank you so much Garren!! Rudy another install team member made sure we was pleased with the new return air vent in the hallway and that it was putting out air correctly. He also showed us pictures of the job they did. Stevie, the other owner of the company came by later that evening to look over the installation and make sure everything was working correctly. Great team work! Would highly recommend them!

TRUSTWORTHY company! Stephen came by and inspected the HVAC system on a house I’m trying to buy, and I’m so glad I chose this company. Not only was their inspection rate lower than others, the five star reviews truly defines this company. Stephen is an honest worker(professional technician here, not a salesman). He was also willing to help us out with good plumber recommendations because he knew that something might be wrong with our plumbing(cast iron pipes + trees). Although Stephen didnt service our home till the day after our initial call, he was actually able to head to our home 5 minutes after I got off the phone with them(on a Friday!). No, I didn’t get compensated to write this; I just truly love and very happy with their work and their honesty. I 100% recommend them!

Our AC was not working properly. We called and had an appointment set for the following morning. When the Tech showed up he had our AC fixed very quickly. We have always had excellent service with Heritage Air.

A/C stopped cooling, my daughter gave Heritage a call. They had a cancelation & was here in a very short time. Stephen was very professional & a super nice young man.He replaced the capacitor & was finished in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Heritage!

We had a minor issue with our AC not working. I know it sounds trivial, but when the technician arrived he was extremely professional and personable. He made small talk with me and was extremely nice. When he was on his way to my home, he texted to let me know and arrived on time. During his assessment, the tech communicated with me what he thought the problem was and proceeded to fix it; it was a minor issue with the power supply (or something like that idk), but as he was explaining the issue I felt reassured and comfortable. One of my friends got a new AC from this company last year and he was very satisfied with it. So he referred me to the company since one of our ac unit was not working properly.So I called one of the co-owner of the company and he answered right away and visited my house right next day to see the problem.And he found out one of the ac unit was too old and had to be replaced. But he gave us a very reasonable price and the warranty and explained everything well and kindly. So we could decided to get a brand new ac from them with no hesitating and they did a great job.

For 6 years now, I’ve had to have a specialist come out to service my furnace that wouldn’t produce heat each season when it started getting cold outside. This year I came across Heritage Air and I’m never using a different company again! Not only was Heritage Air CHEAPER BY OVER HALF THE COST that I would pay each previous year, they were also quicker, more polite, more responsive & quick, more professional, and 100% more trustworthy. Not only did I get to keep more money in my pocket but I also got to obtain more knowledge in one day from one guy (Stephen Davidson), than I have from the 5 previous company’s and people who’ve been out to fix my unit. He also took the time to prepare me for the future and give me different alternatives with my furnace and the problem it’s having. For once I felt like I was treated with respect and that someone actually cared about providing heat and good service for my family and didn’t just see me as a dollar sign they could constantly make money from. I was out of town on a business trip when I got the call from my wife saying our heater quit working. It was a Thursday evening, I was a thousand miles from home, and my wife and 2- year old son didn’t have heat. With colder weather moving in, I was beyond worried.
