This company has been great since our first encounter with them three years ago for our new home build. Our builder chose them to install our new heating and air unit and we couldn’t be more glad of that choice. Any small issue with our unit and replacing the thermostat to a smart thermostat, they have been awesome to work with and easy to schedule through. Most recently, David has truly tried to nail down the mysterious issue our unit has been having off and on. We appreciate this company and recommend them to anyone needing heating or air needs!

This company goes out of their way to take care of customers. We have an older unit that was needing repair the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Not only did they get someone out within a couple of hours, they had it operational as well. Our unit is old enough that replacement parts are scarce, but HEAT Mechanical was able to get it going while we figure out our long term solution. David (technician) kept us informed on what was going on and even came back out while we were gone to do additional repairs. Stacey (office/phones) always is friendly and does whatever is necessary to get an available tech out as soon as possible. They are both a reflection of the owner and make it easy to work with them.

I have never had to wait very long and he has always sent someone out the same day. The young man was so nice and went right to the source of the problem and also checked the unit out to make sure there was no other issues.This is a great company and I have used them for several years. Would highly recommend them.

If for some reason you havent heard about the outstanding work that these folks do, you may be living under a rock. I cant sing their praise loud enough. My AC has gone out 4 separate times in the past 5 years. Each time it was a different issue. HEAT was prompt, professional, friendly, fast, accurate, and affordable.One time when our AC went out in the hot summer of 2024, the part needed had to be ordered and would take 3 days. David, the HEAT technician left us a portable AC unit to keep a room cool until the part part could. They did this as a courtesy.Customer service is tops, not just in the HVAC industry, but also compared to other industries. They arrived early, fixed problems efficiently, identified warranty opportunities, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and overall took FANTASTIC care of my family.Make this company your FIRST and ONLY choice for your HVAC needs!

Called in at 8pm on a holiday weekend for AC repair. He was there the next morning and had us up and running in no time. Always friendly and reasonably priced. This is the reason Heat Mechanical will always be our HVAC maintenance provider!!

HEAT Mechanical AC and Heat installed our Rheem AC unit and has came out anytime we have needed something for it. Last night we noticed that the air was not kicking on so the next morning we called at 8:30am and was told someone would be out between 10am - Noon. That worked for us, but it actually ended up being about 9am when someone made it out. David was very professional and worked quick to figure out the problem. He left to find the part that was needed and was back with an hour and half or so to get the new part installed.They work quick snd are very professional! Thank you!

We called for a tune up late in the season and were happy to get an appointment within a week. with all the emergency calls we expected that to be further out. They were running a little late but called to let me know. They arrived within 45 min of the appointment which was no problem at all but I was very happy with the heads up. The technician was pleasant and gave us inform about our system that we needed.

HEAT mechanical and Electric have completed several projects in our home. They are always very professional and clean up after themselves. Always extremely satisfied with the results.

They are the best!! Had no AC and 100 degrees in WAXAHACHIE on a Sunday evening. They were at my house in 20 minutes and had it running cold 15 minutes after they got there. Wouldn’t use anymore else. They are fast reliable and most of all honest.

It pays to be loyal. We’ve been a customer of HEAT since 2011. Never once have I questioned their work or pricing. I always feel like we get the best of both worlds. Their service techs are polite, professional and on time. If you use these guys you’ll never go anywhere else again.

The first appointment was next day when I expected to have to wait. I was explained the problem and how it was fixed. Our ancient A/C system quit on a hot Monday night, we called H.E.A.T Tuesday morning and they installed a new system the next day! The installation crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The entire process only took a few hours from removing the old A/C system, installing the new system, and testing. It had been 80 degrees in our home so we were happy to get it back to a normal cool temperature. Also, they cleaned up when finishing. Thank you for a great experience!

Brent and his team replaced our entire HVAC unit and came up with a new plan to best fit our home. We previously had a 30-year old commercial unit that needed quite a bit of work to remove and replace. Our installer Jesus was great to work with! The entire team was great to work with. We called for an estimate on a Friday and all of our work was completed by Wednesday. The entire install only took two days. We would highly recommend HEAT Mechanical for all of your AC & Heat needs.

My AC went out 8/29 in the morning or early afternoon. HEAT is a local company and recommended by a long time friend who also uses them. Chris called me around 4P Sunday and would’ve come out then but it started raining. They gave me an 8-12 window for Monday morning, called a little after 08 and were there by 09. Mike did the diagnostics and repair quickly and was kind to my annoying inquisitive Lab dog who wanted to help outside.

Great family owned business and gets the job done! Heat Mechanical handles all of our units at multiple houses/businesses and we wont use anyone else. They answer the phone on weekends and someone comes out the same day when its an emergency. I highly recommend them!

I have had the worst experience with this company from Day 1 of purchasing a new ac unit ! I have had nothing but problems after was installed. It’s located in the hall closet and took them 8 hours just to install in late may 2019. First cold day I had to turn heat on nothing would work. Spent a very cold night with no heat and tech had to come out and fix a wire that was crossed in the thermostat. Then the summer came and once the temps reached 95 my house temp would reach 79 and my unit just struggled.couldn’t keep up with temps and I was just trying to keep it at 76! I called this co. And she says that’s normal. It’s just hot outside and it’s normal. At night they the morning it would finally be what I set it at ! I called two times thinking there’s a problem she assures me it’s normal. So I dealt with it till this summer. Same thing all over again. Only to find it’s not normal ! After going through a roofer and 2 different insulation co. And a second opinion from othercAC repair co. Says it’s not normal. It’s your new ac unit so finally heat mechanical sends thier lead tech to come out and it’s a bad compressor! So replaced the new compressor that was bad ! Then less than a month kn a Saturday my house hot again and the thermostat that is new like the unit decides to quit communicating with the new compressor so again another service call! And not to mention the fact that I don’t even have the right cover on this unit and is really difficult to even change the filter! And during all these problems I discover they left a hole in the side of my brick home after removing the old unit and replacing with this RHeem unit . I had another hvac man to test the exposed wire they left and was a dead wire so he removed the access and plugged the hole for me! This company even argued that how do they know they did this? It was obvious it was done by them when the old unit was removed! So I would not recommend anyone I know to purchase a Rheem unit from this co and I am regretting it to this day! Their customer service is awful, and I have never had this much trouble from any company in the past and I will never use them for any future repairs again! I’m just giving this review so people will know my experience and why I have to give at least 1star.

He Checked out and Inspected the whole system; found more than one issue and then resolved the issues in a quick and timely manner. These guys are excellent. They arrive when they say they will arrive. They do what they say theyre going to do. They are responsive when you contact them. They leave all work areas clean and neat. Weve worked with them for years now and I have never had a situation where I thought I wasnt getting great value for the price I paid.

I first heard of H.E.A.T Mechanical in Waxahachie by a recommendation from a contractor friend, who has many A/C contacts. We have had a very good experience with them. We first called them at an odd hour. They were prompt to respond and took a very personal interest in our problem. We are now on a maintenance program with them. This comes at a very reasonable cost and they are proactive in maintaining it. I highly recommend them.

I am not a person who puts trust in those doing repairs, after being burned by contractors but the technician, Rob, was great at providing me options after he did a thorough check. With each step of the repair he gave me feedback on what needed to be done and why. Thanks for your hard work.
