I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have fixed issues for us at our house and our daughters house. The last issue we had was difficult to diagnose and they came out 3 times, including a Saturday and did not charge us at all until the problem was completely fixed. They didnt give us an extra charge for Saturday. Wonderful people!

Professional..Knowledgeable..and Kind.. I have a service plan with them and very pleased with them. Also had 2 scheduled service calls.. of which they were able to accommodate my schedule and provided top tier service. All for reasonable rates.. Highly recommend.

Keith and crew without a doubt provide the best service. While they focus only on climate control systems, when I compare their work and diligence to other types of service providers I use, like electricians and plumbers, their services exceed them all when it comes to performance, rapid response, and communication. Our heating and cooling systems are quite complicated, and they know them inside and out. I’d something goes wrong, they are super-responsive and fix any issues immediately. I couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommended.

Keith is the best in the business. He always does what he says he is going to do. He is Honest , reliable and professional. If you’re looking for a AC / heat guy he is your one stop shop. I will not call anyone else but him. Superior service ! Years ago i was having issues with my ac , I called a local ac company to come out to look at it. they told me I needed to replace my whole unit Which was going to cost me thousands !!!! I wanted a second opinion and was given Keith’s number I called him and he came out and told me what part I needed. I don’t remember the exact price of the part back then but it was under $200.00 dollars he replaced it about 9 years ago and the same unit is still blowing snowballs. Always satisfied when they leave. I’ve been a customer for about ten years now with annual maintenance and other problems that exist with a/c units. When I call, they are coming. We wanted to replace our AC/Heat pump system and got multiple quotes in this area.Keith at Ellis County seemed the most knowledgeable on what would work best for us. Also appreciate he didnt try to sell us more than I wanted.His quote was very competitive and we went with Ellis County for the system install.They were very professional, quick and friendly. Cleaned up and had me done in under 6 hours. His crew guys were very good and seemed eager to do everything properly.So if you are in Ellis County, and looking for a company you can trust to do what they say, couldnt recommend anyone more than these people.

Ellis county climate control came and installed a New HVAC system for me. They ran new ducting to a room that wasnt getting the right air flow. And had Financing available as well. Ive called for service twice since and every time they are very responsive and quick to answer and come out. Installation and service calls were affordable. Appreciate their hometown service.

These folks were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up their mess and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning repair or replacement. Job well done. They even made it very safe for my 94 year old mom that is bed bound, by helping me move her,and giving me and her privacy when needed. Great crew!!! And owner!!!

My AC went out about few weeks ago and I had to wait until my insurance adjuster saw it which was on a Friday. The company that diagnosed it only did emergency repair work on the weekends so I waited until Monday. Luckily we arent at the the hottest in the summer but it got up to 90 degrees. I hit up Google for some quotes and Keith called immediately and made it out to my house same day. I was able to sleep comfortably last night thanks to him. I also picked him because of his Google reviews. Hes very good at what he does and knows what hes doing. Will definitely use him in the future when and if needed.

I live in fort Worth and called several other places that were closer to me. Everyone I called had a three day two week wait before they can get to me. A friend of mine told me about Ellis County Climate Control and said that they were very good about getting out to your house as soon as possible. So I called and this was at 3:40 in the afternoon and they met me at my house at 6 the same day. Not only were they very responsive but they were also very courteous and respectful. My air conditioning was going within an hour of the time they arrived and the technician that was here explained what was wrong and what he had to do to fix the problem. This was the best experience Ive had with any company as far as my air conditioner or any other home issues Ive had with other companies. If youre looking for a good AC company you really need to consider calling Ellis County climate control.

Excellent Communication. Extremely timely. Phoned on Monday morning, scheduled appointment for Tuesday morning, they came Monday afternoon. All parts needed on their truck. Efficient. Keith is really friendly but more importantly hes extremely knowledgeable.

They always come when I need them & get the job done satisfactory. I run a non profit food pantry. They have dropped what they are doing to make sure our units stay operational. Also have cut us a break on pricing several times. Friendly & hard working.

Promptly came out and fixed our problem with our Commercial Refrigerator. So happy we didn’t need to buy a new one!

Sears home warranty used this company to service our AC unit. The technician refused to run a full diagnostic on our unit then wrote an erroneous report regarding the reason our unit is not running cool. He only took pictures of the unit outside and refused to look at the one indoors. They would not listen to what we were saying when my husband I and I tried to explain that the tech did not fully diagnose the issue. He literally told me verbatim, “no I am not looking at the unit in the attic!” Which is where the issue is...All we wanted was for him to do his job. My children’s bedrooms are upstairs. It is hot in Texas. They are unable to sleep there due to health risks. I would NEVER recommend this company at all. Terrible service; both technical and administrative.

Ellis County Climate Control is the best. I was out of down and our heater went out, all of there techs were on calls. My neighbor thought he may have addressed the problem. Then around 2:00 something in the morning my wife called freezing. I went ahead and placed a call to hope and get an early morning service. Jessica the owners wife answered and told Keith the owner was on his way to address the issue we had at our home with my wife and (3) kids. Keith addressed the issue and stayed with my family until he was certain they had heat. Thank you so much Jessica and Keith, you will always have my business.Thank you,Clay

I had an issue this summer with my office A/C and they had a guy out quick. Luckily, all I needed was freon. I have new filters all the time. Thank you for keeping us cool!

After having one company look at my system, they told me I needed to replace the entire system. I got Ellis County climate control to come take a look and they told me only needed to replace the outside coil. Im extremely happy about this as it saved me thousands of dollars.

Called and they were there within a couple of hours. Very responsive.

I have nothing but good things to say about EC3, They have helped me at my facility time in an time out, i have an older building, an let me tell yah, my a/c unit where constantly breaking down until they started working on them. I came home after work yesterday and my house was hot. I called around 8 in the evening, and even changed the repair times around (I was one of those people)... by 11am the next day my house is cool, Im cool, everyones cool. My 8 month old isnt going to be squaking about the heat. Price is fair. Very courteous, timely and helpful.

They are a professional company with excellent service providers. They are affordable and trustworthy. I have used them for several years and I recommend them to my friends and family.

This is an absolute TRASH company do not use them for any AC repairs...unfortunately they allow for some techs to not do a full diagnostic when they dont feel like working. Which we were told by him. THEY ARE TRASH. I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO. Had an independent vendor come out a do a full diagnostic and confirm the issue. Ellis County Climate Control is TRASH!!!!!
