If I could choose a technician, instead of getting one assigned, I would always choose Mr. Lee for my service every time; hands down no questions asked. A review of Travis is 5 stars for his communication, professionalism. Unfortunately he was not able to diagnose the issue. He did leave us some instructions on trying to give more information but I still needed to pay a diagnostic fee even though the problem was diagnosed.

Tech was friendly and professional. My only gripe is this. The diagnostic was waived if I agreed to the repair. I was never give the opportunity to agree to the repair. It ended up just being an easy fix but $300 for the repair is steep. I get the extended warranty would have lowered the price but we only own one appliance. I would prefer that I would get the price up front and the decide if I world be willing to go through. With the repair.

The Sears technition was very helpful in explaining pricing and options. He was quickly able to open up the washer to evaluate problems. Was thorough in opening up dryer to inspect and test components.

The dryer is not fixed the door still hangs. Tech. Told us to go to hardware store and find fix. Horrible service guy. Tried scaring family talking about the washer wouldn’t fall under warranty before he even checked.I need my dryer fixed since I paid $600 for a warranty.

It took 2 hours to replace switches in stove and it didn’t fix problem and repairman didn’t put it back together right. so hard to turn knobs. Had to call for another repairman to come another day. Repairman followed protocol and was polite

Travis was awesome. He answered all my questions and did not get upset when I watched him diagnosis the issue. He found the leak really fast. He was very nice. I hope if someone has to come out for an issue I might have in the future, it will be him. Thank you, Travis for your thorough, fast, professional assistance. Blessings.

Never use this company! They have no respect for the customers time. I have been rescheduled 7 times without notification. I was rescheduled without notification after I told them I could not take another day off for them to no show. I am over 60 and have never experienced such poor services and disrespect!Do not ever use this company! They are not the Sears that I remember!!@ These fool think I gave them 4 stars! They dont deserve 1 star!!!

I had good service. , I could not use my dryer for a week and something was not right after the first tech. ask the second crew that came. Now my dryer is working perfectly. But I had to reschedule doctor appointments today twice because of the change in the service call.

If a customer concern is not addressed then it is unprofessional to wait 48 hours to rebook. I told her my father is on oxygen and can’t be hot. She offered an appointment 2 days later only to change it to the next day after my discontented response.

Sears needs to follow through after leaving a home, this is ridiculous tried calling on the phone no help on hold forever no results! Travis states he came to my house and checked my washer, he did not even drive into my neighborhood! What bogus is this that the technicians can lie!Sears warranty sucks!

Labor cost was $345.32 for Less than 30 minutes of work. Technician Could not answer any questions about the billing process. We were asked to turn power on and off at the breaker box. Replacement part was $74.73 plus $6.17 in taxes. We will never use your services again at these prices.

Had a tech come out to service my refrigerator. Said I needed parts ordered. The parts were on backorder so I had to wait almost 4 weeks for the parts to get here. Tech came back out to install the parts just to tell me they needed another part and by the way we cant install them because its not covered. So now Im back to step one and no working refrigerator.
