I called yesterday for a problem with my ac and Alex and a very nice blonde haired man came out to fix it t within minutes of my call. Alex and his coworker are super friendly, super helpful, they make you feel comfortable and they are extremely knowledgeable. They are great assets to the company! I will be calling c&c and Alex for all our hvac needs! I’m a very happy customer. Very thankful to Alex and I hope he & his coworker get a promotion and raise! They are some great guys!

Even though I called on Halloween Day, they still sent their technician, Dylon, on the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be a bad part in the thermostat. He figured out a bypass that allowed me to have heat right away. Then he returned the next morning and installed a new replacement part. I was very happy with their service. I am also happy to know that I can trust them for future repairs.

I have used this company for many years, and every job they have done for me was done well, and priced right. The owner is one of the nicest business owners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If there is ever a problem with any of his techs, he sees that it is resolved quickly and any issues are resolved to satisfy his customer. I would highly recommend this business, best in town, hands down.

Above and beyond! Highly recommend them. New to town. C&C originally installed the unit in the home I recently purchased (found a card tacked to heat unit). So when it quit cooling I let them have first crack at fixing it. After 3 visits from different techs the tiny leak was located and repaired. Billy the owner was more than fair, concerning billing and had a tech here, on a Saturday, to make it right. I believe I have found my go to a/c and heat contractor from now on. Thats how you remain in business for 46 years!

Just be honest. I should have known he wasnt coming back on this hot Saturday July afternoon when he gathered up all his tools before saying he was going to run to the shop for a part. after promising to call with a part update within the hour, Hes been gone for Hours. No one is answering the emergency line (either of the two numbers). Its now going on 8 pm and not even a call back--we actually didnt get a call at all. After promising to try to get us going (we are having an issue with either the circuit board or a fuse). Just be honest if you wont be able to fix it today--UPDATE found out any decent AC guy knows how to bypass a circuit board if you cant get a new one until Monday. This tech had no integrity, didnt know what he was doing and strung us along needlessly.

C&C took great care of me! I own a wickless candle company and my AC went out during hot weather... needless to say my business would have been ruined if all my wax melted :( C&C found a new ductless ac unit for my office & saved the day! Thank you guys!!!

Worst Ever!!! They have no clue how to run a business efficiently and poor customer service. I called Tues AM 5/29/18, placed on service schedule for Wednesday 5/30. They assured me they would call that AM with estimated ETA. I did not recieve call that morning so called to confirm. They told me I was 4th on the list. They never showed up. No call, nothing. At the end of the day I call and get after hours voicemail. Decided they must have no showed on me. At 6:40pm they call and say they are on their way. I wait. Again a no show. At 8:30pm I call back and they said they never meant to call me, they meant to call a different customer. Come Thurs morning I get a call after writing a complaint. I’m 4th on the list for the day. Again another no show. At the end of the day they call and say I’m 1st or 2nd for Friday. I CANCELLED!!! Again find a different company!!!!

Had a guy come in. Worked for 45min, temporarily fixed a leak issue and it mest up 30days later..called another technician and he resolved the leak issue and informed us what was going on. And when the bill came in got bogus 2 and a half hour labor charges. Hands down worst business ever.

We love C&C Refrigeration the staff is efficient takes care of calls asap! Billy & Lori takes care of everything & keeps everyone happy in our world!
