Team was great, a few things I discussed with the sales man wasn’t done initially yet after speaking with sales rep everything was done. Loving my new heat pump system!!

HVAC service is expensive and worrisome. The only saving grace is if you get great service - Lochridge-Priest delivered again. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail! I really appreciate the discounts as well! Wasnt expecting that!

Very disappointed…..contacted for a bid to raise hot water heater. I was told there was a charge for providing bids. I agreed to pay. Bid was more than twice the two other bids I received. What disappointed me was the absolute and total lack of follow up. Really made me wonder what quality I would receive. Certainly won’t recommend or ever try again.

The workers were amazing and did the best they could under the circumstances. Though they never complained, they did not receive the support that they needed to do a great job. I have worked with management like this where the workers were great but hampered by the management. They did not have basic equipment for plumbing available, which forced them to take short cuts. The company also tried to prevent them from cleaning up after the job was done. The workers had to plead with the office to allow them to clean up, and even so they were not given enough time to do it adequately.

The service tech did a thorough job of servicing our unit. Weve stayed with Lochridge-Priest since we had our house built and moved in in January 2010. They have never let us down. They are always friendly, courteous, explain what theyve done and give us any pointers to consider for the future.

16,000$ Scam.I hired lockridge priest to complete a full HVAC installation, which cost me $16,000. Initially, I was excited about the new system, but shortly after the installation, it stopped working. After having them come out to troubleshoot, they informed me that the issue is with the wiring and that this isnt covered under the warranty.What frustrates me the most is that they did not mention any potential wiring issues upfront, before I paid such a large sum. Had I known that the wiring could be an issue, I would have expected a more thorough explanation or even a different approach to avoid these problems down the line. Instead, they are now refusing to take responsibility or offer any support in fixing the issue.Its incredibly disappointing to have spent so much money on a system that is already malfunctioning, only to be told that the problem isnt covered under the terms I was given. The lack of transparency and accountability is concerning, and I feel like I was misled. I would advise anyone considering this company to thoroughly inquire about potential hidden issues and make sure everything is explicitly covered before signing on.When I spoke with the technicians manager about the issue his response was well old houses are wired differently sometimes, but sometimes they act this way. TERRIBLE way to handle business. BUY BEWARE.

With > 1300 reviews and a 4.8 rating, you know Lockridge-Priest is consistently good which is the reason I called. I thought I had a plumbing leak in the yard after I already had the irrigation system tested. LP came out (2 techs--both great), pressure tested the system but also for any leaks w/in the home. Good news is that there is no leak in the yard but the team found one of the toilets running and fixed that along with a slow sink spout. I could not be happier with the result and will call LP again if needed!

LP has taken over issues with an air handler purchased thru Temple Heat and Air last August because TH&A was unresponsive for leaks that flooded by home in Aug and Oct of this year. After returning from a trip over Thanksgiving, we came home to a cold house. I called LP and they sent David McLean out (he is my LP go-to technician) on Sunday. We now have a burned out motor. David has ordered a replacement and we hope to have it installed later this week. In the meantime, we are bundled up in warm clothes until the motor is installed. Needless to say, I am very frustrated with the air handler purchased last year, but thankful that David has been able to troubleshoot and fix things so far. I think we have a lemon air handler... another issue and it could be on the curb. At any rate, I am pleased with LP, David Mc and Jacob who have always been responsive to our issues. The office staff is awesome also.

Today Lochridge Priest installed a new 5T HVAC system in my home. Kenneth Davis was incredible! His professionalism and attention to detail was far above any set standard for performance! He answered all of my questions was terrific in making me understand what he was doing and his progress. Due to him I have complete trust and confidence in Lochridge Priest and am looking forward to their return to install a new 3T HVAC at the other end of our house. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work accomplished today and will continue to go to Lochridge Priest for all of our heating and cooling requirements!!!

Ok my first few visits by this company were bad to say the least. They had former plumbers who were master plumbers come and mess up my plumbing system and didn’t fix any of the problems I had on going for 4 months with this company. After calling the manager and complaining that after 4 visits with this company my problem wasnt fixed at all and was actually worse they sent me Joe. Let me say a huge shout to to Joe and Alejandro. These saints of plumbers were what helped me restore my relationship with this company. When they came out to see the problems I had been dealing with he already knew how to fix it within the first visit. He was responsive with giving me updated on quotes and calling me when he was in the way to my home so I wasn’t left in the dark. Then came the day to fox the problem and these saints stayed to fox all the problems that the previous plumbers failed to do and they were at my house for a total of 11 hours! Yes 11 hours to properly and correctly fix the problem! They were informative, professional, and gave me a better relationship with this company. Thank you again Joe and Alejandro for staying so long to fix this mess and thank you Lochridge Priest for making things right again.

Lochridge Priest recently replaced my HVAC system and did a thorough and professional job from the initial assessment to having the installation crew arrive onsite and ready to complete the installation within the same day. I’d highly recommend you call them to place a bid on work you need done in the future.

First look at the job showed the need to take a different approach. Plan was made to quickly attack the issue. Plan came together and situation was resolved very quickly. Very pleased with the outcome.

Lacey is an excellent technician. This was part of a preventive care visit. We have had problems with a very small leak of Freon. She took the time to give the coils a thorough pressure check. We have used LP for several years. She was the first tech we have had to wash the unit to keep the compressor from overheating. She even brought her own water hose. I highly recommend her for her professional service.

The one star is for the polite men who came out to give me a quote on running the wire for a single wall mounted tv. HOWEVER, I was told that for them to touch my wires, they’d have to bring my 2700 sft house up to code with an estimate of $90k! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So sick of this town’s labor treating me like an idiot for not being a local and, for the unpardonable sin, of being a woman. I flip houses back home, so I KNOW what a total rewire of a house should cost, even adding for… whatever. In 20 years of rehabbing, building and maintaining property, I’ve NEVER gotten such an insulting quote. I will tell everyone about the extortionate price I was quoted per the company.

Bill Connell came out during a big ice storm (early Feb 2023) and repaired the damage caused by electrical service mains that tore away from the exterior house wall due to a tree fall (from the ice storm). He worked a long shift in freezing yucky weather, did professional quality work, and was very courteous through it all. My wife and I are very happy, and we highly recommend his services. Bill is an exemplary employee and represents LP very well. Excellent excellent excellent!

Our HVAC unit recently went out. Lochridge-Priest responded the next day to my call. The technician provided a cost estimate for both repair or replacement. He was able to schedule the replacement for the next day. Great team, fully supportive of the customer.

Antonio and a new-hire trainee came by this morning for our semi-annual preventative maintenance. He was outstanding. Thorough- explained things as he went along with any suggestions and recommendations.Courteous- respectful of our home and I could tell that he was raised well.Competent- I asked a couple questions related to previous service calls and he knew right away what was going on.

I will never use this company again paid $ 650 for duct cleaning they sent 2 idiots to do the job now it’s worse than what it was who trained these morons

Cannot get them to properly fix my Carrier Infinity air cleaner. Technician gave me bad information saying it was no longer under warranty because Carrier doesn’t sale it anymore, but this is false and I still have 8 years left on warranty.I called and asked to speak to a manager but the lady on the phone stated she would send him a message but could not guarantee they would call me. Been 2 days now and still no call. I guess management doesn’t care about their customers or their service technician’s performance.Will continue to try to get help since they are the company that installed my system 2 years ago.

Called them because the indoor unit of my ducted mini split quit working. While the tech that came out did so after hours and was very friendly he could not figure out my problem. (Off the wall Chinese unit so not his fault). I then called them to get an estimate to replace the entire system with a new one. Again the guy that came out was very friendly. Took messuments and all. NEVER heard back. Called several times to be told well ill have to check in to that. 2 weeks later still no word. I guess they dont like making money! No follow through with this company. I wouldnt waste your time. Very disappointed as its hot as h*ll and would have paid to get the entire system replaced.

Called them at 7 am on a Sunday Heard from the tech soon after and told me how many calls he had, Called me right after the call before me and gave me an ETA. Super polite and friendly. Came in and went straight to work finding the issue and fixing it quickly! Was upfront with pricing. Luckily it was an easy fix. Hoping I won’t be needing my air fixed again, but will certainly call them if needed!!!!

John Esparza was awesome! He was on time, called to let us know when he would be at our home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and showed us. He was very quick at fixing the problem. I recommend this company. We had terrible service with another company that installed our AC (Royal Air Houston), and their techs were no shows three times and we were left without AC for almost five weeks in excessive heat with horrible customer service. Lochridge Priest customer service was very understanding, called us back promptly and was able to get a tech out to our house the next day. Amazing service. Can’t say enough good things.

I needed a couple of electrical outlets installed for upgraded appliances. The team from Lochridge-Priest came out and completed the job in under an hour. They were very respectful and detailed oriented in their profession. Job well done guys.

Last spring I purchased a new AC unit from Lockridge-Priest. One reason is a number of years ago at Belton home and garden show I spent some time at their display and signed up for a free duct inspection. They showed up and did a good job with no big sales pitch. Said I would give them consideration when getting a new unit. Good salesman gave a good presentation without trying to sell me more than I needed. Installation went well with excellent installers. Company initiated check up of unit without being reminded. Antonio performed a very thorough inspection. Very satisfied with the company.

The service we received was prompt, professional, and knowledgable. They installed our new unit efficiently and left our place tidy.

The tech I had come out Antonio was nice, diagnosed the issue, and informed how he could help fix it. There was an extra fee for the weekend versus a weekday call. It was totally worth it though. The house reached 91 degrees and is now colling down under 83 as we speak. Im considering becoming a member of Lochridgepriest to have them come each summer and fall to ensure everything is running properly. Thanks again Antonio.

John Paul was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable about my issue. Came out same day and fixed my AC so I won’t be miserable when it gets hot out. Went from being hot to having to put a sweater on while he was fixing the issue - definitely satisfied!

John Paul Esparza was thorough with our mini split A/C service. He even went above and beyond to make sure the mini split was working properly. He cleaned it and even found the source of why it wasn’t working properly. Now it works like brand new. Grateful for this company.Update 4/17/24- Rudy came to troubleshoot our mini split. He had great customer service…actually outstanding service, was very kind, professional and very knowledgeable and thorough. He troubleshooted and then found the issue with the mini-split. Rudy was able to do a repair that didn’t need a replacement part. Our mini-split works like new!! Thank you all so much

Cody came over same-day and solved the problem immediately. He was very kind, and taught me through the solution so Ill have some understanding should a similar problem ever arise again. Great, easy experience and Id for sure use them again!

Mark Adair was actually my technician. He was not in your drop down.Whether we get the issue fixed now or not - great service. Friendly, very straight forward on pricing. Waiting on the quote still but represented the business well. I’ll update if we decide to act on the bid.

As a follow-up review, within only a few days of deciding that we needed a new system, Ty and Andres from Lochridge Priest were out installing our new system. They were very thorough and made sure that we had a sound platform on which the unit could rest as well as a properly functioning condensation drain line outside. They also went a step beyond and made sure that the area formerly covered by our baseboard was temporarily sealed until our carpenter comes out. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They are honest, care about their customers, and get things done well and quickly. No cutting corners, no double-talk, and no gouging. Thank you Lochridge Priest!

Walton was attentive, efficient, polite, considerate and an all around good guy. He also helped me with my garden hose when he saw me struggling. A pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond to bring my A/C to top performance. My dog even liked him!!

The technician was very professional and respectful. Did a great job explaining the issue and gave solutions. We are very satisfied with our experience.The after hours dispatch is another story and the reason why only 4 stars. Called at 8:08 pm and the technician did not get the message until 11:30pm. I had called back at 9:55 pm to inquire about when a technician would be calling. There is a communication issue within that needs attention. The technician would have been able to come out last night.Antonio is amazing and fast. He had our issue fixed within 30 minutes. He explained everything to us and how things worked. Explained our warranty coverage on our system and the part he replaced. As someone who is not educated in these systems, its nice to have it explained to me.

The Company was very busy, and they were able to fit me in to fix my AC unit. I had called several companies and they were backed up until the end of next week. This Company sent out two professional technicians. But I have to give two thumbs up to Walton who really knew his stuff.

Chris is just the best! He thoroughly checked our system and explained everything so well. He even was able to accommodate our request to replace our thermostat. We appreciate that LP sends out such personable well-trained technicians!

Technicians arrived promptly, assessed my non working AC, which is very old. Familiar with the problems I had they got to work taking it apart, cleaning, replacing parts, installing a new thermostat per my request. I felt comfortable they knew what they were doing the entire time and now that theyre gone I have a very cool home. Please with service and cost.

So far so good. One of the only companies in our area to immediately take our call, write our information down, immediately got back with us, immediately set an appointment, immediately showed up when they said they would, and was very helpful in explaining a lot of my options. if the estimate goes as good as everything else, this should be a no-brainer.

Satisfied all my questions about purchase of an a/c unit, were very thorough explaining my options. Timeliness was superb. They provided a temporary 1room cooling unit to use until my house unit was installed, 3 days away. Customers DO come first by this business- Lochridge Priest Air Conditioning .

On time, very nice. Took him only one minute to find the problem. Explain why my A/C unit was not working. Showed me how much it would cost and asked if I wanted the work done. Right now the unit is working fine. Told me if I had any more problems to give them a call. Just an outstanding young man.

From the moment I connected with the office, I was treated with respect, and she made an appointment very quick for my estimate. On the day of my appointment, I was given a courtesy call with an hour notice.Upon arrival the tech introduced himself, and was very polite. He worked fast and gave us our quote in minutes. We had a broken air conditioner in our front office, called and the technician was here within an hour! He checked the unit and felt it was a problem with the filter being too dirty. He changed the filter in the front unit and went through the entire building and changed all the air filters (this is a big office, it was a lot) He was fast and friendly, before he was finished changing the filters in the building, the front office air unit was already working! It saved us a lot, great company

Larry did an amazing job. He repaired the wires to a flickering light. Mounted a ceiling fan properly. Completely built and installed another ceiling fan. He replaced a light fixture that my daughter had yanked out the chain. He also replaced the metal box to the light switch in my shed which let us finally turn on the light.This technician was kind and willing to help with all of my electrical needs. Also courteous of noise and trying to be quiet, was attentive to closing my front gate and left the work areas clean.I would certainly recommend and will use this company in the future.

I purchased new unit on or about 7/12/23. On 7/31/23, unit stopped working properly (not blowing air). I called Ray and service was scheduled for next day. On 8/1/23, I get a text that a technician is on the way at 6am. I am up since then, but technician has not arrive yet. I call and was told that Lochridge cannot give a window and that I should expect a call some time in the afternoon. To me, the communication needs to better. I feel that after paying a new unit that has not lasted even a month the warranty follow up and treatment is not there. After talking this company I am left with only this sucks to be you and we dont care feeling. So far, this experience has not been good and has me wondering if I would have been better off fixing my old unit which lasted years versus this new one that has me questioning its reliability already. I will update as I get this warranty service done and see how long this unit ends up going after.Update-Well On 8/1/23, Terry (Technician) came to the house and it was discovered that the blower motor went out. So the part was overnighted and on 8/2/23 Terry came and installed it. System is running like it should and all covered under warranty. (hopefully stays like this for years to come). I will say, Terry did make this experience a bit better because he seems to genuinely be concerned that my family was without AC since 7/31/23. Based on this, I will change my rate to four stars. I think communication is still a challenge and an area of improvement. On 8/2/23, still got a message around 6am stating that a technician was on the way (this time I ignore it), but this could easily confuse anyone.

Incredible work by Bill on our facility. As a small manufacturing business in an older facility, having our machines down for even a day can pose major problems. Not only did Bill get everything up and running he handled all of the paperwork, additional quotes, and upgrades to finish bringing us into compliance. Was incredibly professional and fun to work with.

This was a visit to inspect the AC units for replacement price. My tech was named Roger who was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. This is an overall great company with great employees from customer service on the phone to technicians and finance personnel!!

The air conditioner went out yesterday. Fortunately, the Lochridge-Priest was able to come out yesterday afternoon. Apparently the motor for the fan on the outside unit overheated and seized up. Again, fortunately, the technician had a spare motor on her truck. The bad news was, she and I could not get the fan blade off the motor’s shaft. We tried everything either of us could think of, including using a five pound sledge hammer. Nothing worked. In desperation, she called her supervisor. Her supervisor arrived and had a special device (like a steering wheel puller) that removed the blade from the motor – and it worked. After a few minutes, we had AC again. Very satisfied.

Very good job. Surprised it acted up so soon after it was completely checked but I guess because of the hot summer it was overworked. Lacie was very thorough and explained the problem well and gave costs as she completed each repair.

The furnace wasnt heating on a cold Saturday at my mothers house. Walt was on call and came to the house quickly and made the repair. He was very friendly, patiently explained everything to her, and got the heat back on. We are very pleased with our experience.

My Technician was Chris. A friendly service guy whom took the time to troubleshoot the problem with my HVAC.He showed me the issue that seemed to be the problem and then explained what needed to be done to fix it. I appreciate him taking the time to explain to me how my unit works and some of the preventable things that I could do in helping keeping the unit in good condition. He also suggested to me a twice yearly maintenance plan offered. Chris your friendly approach and the knowledge you’re shared and service that you’re given to me as a first time customer. I appreciate it and will use Lochridge Priest again.

Not only did the technician try to charge me for gas for not fixing my air conditioner unit the first attempt, he was unsuccessful the second time it has been less than 24hours and my air conditioner is not working. Not only do I have to wait 3 to 6 hours for the the next technician to come out we have to suffer in a hot house in the middle of summer in Texas the house is 99 degrees inside. I am truly dissatisfied with this service.

Antonio was warm, professional, and took the time to explain the problem with my system. The technicians that LP sends are always first rate!Unfortunately, I cant say that the AC system manager is the same way. He uses the receptionists to avoid customers and does not follow up with promised phone calls or assistance. I would like for the owner to know this about the guy on charge.

I can’t say enough good things about LP. We had a Chandelier with a lift that was having electrical issues. It was a complicated issue and NOT a simple fix. After a lot of trial and error, as well as patience, Raul and the other technician was able to fix it. Thank you so much!!!

Wesley did a fantastic job in servicing our HVAC system. Despite the insane heat outside and up in the attic, he took his time to thoroughly check out our AC and rule out possible problems. Lochridge Priest does an excellent job performing a residential service plan on my HVAC. HVAC TECH Walton is thorough, technically competent, an excellent communicator, willing to answer my questions and demonstrate performance measurements, and explain things to me. Walton identified a capacitor that was out of tolerance; I authorized the replacement. Having a properly functioning capacitor is important and ensures efficiency on other working parts and the overall proper function of the HVAC. Walton is an invaluable asset to Lochridge Priest and excellently represents the company / business.I am greatly for Lochridge Priest and quality HVAC TECHs like Walton.

We are set set up with LP for biannual service checks of our HVAC. Their service techs are always great. Our technician yesterday was Bobby. He did an excellent job. LP Home Service was contacted because the water heater at our properly stopped working. It was the weekend and we were told about the weekend hourly rate of $165/hr and we agreed to rate as I was out of town.I was charged $1,116.92 to have the water heater drained a few times and to have the heating elements replaced. This did not fix the water heater.I went to Lowes the following day and purchased a new water heater for $550 and replaced in 20 minutes.I should have been contacted by LP Home Service at some point to recommend a better course of action early in the process instead of being billed for 5.5 hours of labor.

I had Mr. Shawn Eastwood come to my house to install a breaker, wire and a cut-off for my mini split. The guy was a SUPER cool dude, very professional, REALLY knew his stuff/knowledgeable, and had some over the top work ethics. Although, Lochridge was not the cheapest around, they could fit me in before anyone else. However, Shawn did a very professional job and the work looks like it came with the house. If I were this company I would definitely give this guy a raise and I would absolutely have him back at my house to do work anytime. Very trustworthy person.10 stars to the technician 5 stars to the company (maybe 4 because they were a little steep on the price, but still a great company).

Our heat pump needed servicing. 83 degrees in the house on a late Friday night. Wesley Zufelt returned my call for service and said he’d come the next morning. He arrived at 8:00 am on a Saturday. LP was extremely diligent in following up with me on my appointment. I received two or three calls during the day letting me know that I was still on the schedule and a technician would be out. The technician arrived and was very thorough at explaining what he was doing, why, and what the results were. Although I didnt like the final diagnosis, no fault of the technician, I was presented with several options and the price of each. I have always felt LP was a little expensive but they are very good at what they do.

This man went step by step through the process making sure everything that needed to be checked worked. Blew some air into a little tube so I could actually hear it do what it was supposed to do. It all worked. I even learned of a process to clear out my condensation pipe that leads out doors for AC.

My A/C went out on Wednesday night. I called the home warranty company and they couldnt get anyone out until Friday late morning/early afternoon. I decided to cancel my home warranty contract and call Lochridge-Priest. They always have the best technicians, and the promised they would be out that day, even if it was late. It was 98 degrees outside and 82 in the house. Dustin arrived shortly after 3, and he was very kind and professional. He got my A/C running quickly and explained the problem to me. They do the job well , and they dont try to sell you something you dont need. Honest and professional - Just as it should be!

Their response time wasn’t promised for the same day at the time that I called but not even an hour later a Technician messaged me to let me know he was on his way! Update: Technicians are still great, but unfortunately theyre unqualified to work on or repair Gree HVAC systems. We had this new system installed the end of March of this yr. It has gone out (stopped working/froze up) 5x. Long story short, its been a guessing game of whats wrong, but finally the manufacturer said the wrong fan was installed. Well, we thought it was fixed but yet, here we are w/ our 5th time of it shutting off/freezing up. Weve asked Lochridge Priest to replace this unit the last time. Theres no excuse for this. The technician has no idea why its frozen up again. Theres no excuse for this & our electric bills are so much higher than before. Tremendously higher, not just a little. Lochridge Priest would not even answer our written request. This time will be different. Theres no excuse to pay thousands of dollars & get this type of HVAC system & the company not know how to fix it.Previously gave this company high regards, but will no longer use them now that our maintenance program is up. Please note that their service technicians are NOT the issue. They are qualified, respectful & are very helpful. This business claims to be family owned, but in my opinion, does not run as one, or what I consider as how one should treat their customers. First, their quote didnt remain as quoted, on a new HVAC system, when we went back online to review (we had svc maintenance in Dec & decided to get a quote on new systems), but 3 wks later it was a different quote, then, after we got the qoutes fixed, we were falsely led to believe that in order for us to receive the discount that we were given on our estimate, we would need to sign our contract by the end of Jan, even though our estimate plainly stated that we had until April to sign. So we signed. Then we were harassed to get the new HVAC system installed, even after I had sent an email, plainly stating that we were in no hurry to install, because we would be gone for quite some time & that I would let them know when. Emails came, several phone calls a week sometimes only one but it was ridiculous. When I finally called to have them come out, prior to install, I asked the sales rep (Ill be kind & give no names) why we had to sign when we did when we clearly had until April. His uncomfortable response when I said that this is false advertisement & illegal was that they were just trying to keep their workers in business during the slow time. Beyond that, he didnt do his job sufficiently for the install guys because they had a heck of a time installing the unit, because they were unprepared, which they intern, damaged our walls. I spoke to the manager who oversees install & this is what I got from him. He gives me the name of the manager, who oversees the sales rep, because I complained to him about the whole process & Ive left 4 messages for her & not 1 time has she called me back. If this is how a family owned business is run...then you will not get our business any further. I can now understand why Charlie left...he was a great tech. Rudy & Shannon, you guys are good techs too. Techs are not the problem at this company...you just have to get thru the family part I guess. Spare yourself & dont.

For those of you who haven’t used LP in a while, they have a new pricing structure that is much more reasonable and competitive.Levi just came back to install a part that needed to be ordered. He took all the time needed to ensure that the system and my app were functioning as intended. Another great interaction with LP.

They do good work, but unless you have money to burn, I suggest you get with companies that do free estimates before using them. They charge $89.00 just to LOOK at the problem. Didnt even show a break down of parts and labor on the bill. I looked up the part myself that they used to fix my pipe. It was about $10.00 yet my bill was almost $300.00! I complained so they did offer me a discount. Fees and greed was the bulk of my bill. I implore you. PLEASE RESEARCH AND SHOP AROUND BEFORE USING THEM. I couldnt afford what they charged me, but I had to pay $89.00 regardless so I went ahead and suffered the loss. God will provide, and he will deal with the greed in mens heart. I have NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT! HE will fight my battle. Live and learn. Praise God for my learning experience. And I hope this review will help someone else who may be financially struggling. Our AC issue was difficult to diagnose. But Antonio was persistent and listened to our input. Antonio reached out to supervisor to help solve the puzzle. A shout out to Jacob his supervisor who kept at it until the problem was identified and fixed.

Feb. 13, 2020 Had heat pump problems caused by cold and rare snowfall. Requested Levi who arrived within 2 hours of my call. He checked everything and explained the cause. He solved the problem, was very thorough, gave clear explanations, and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Lochridge Priest is a great company that hires personnel who are dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Levi is one of their best service representatives. I wont use anyone else.

Shawn was amazing. He was sent for a service but, we wanted a new system. Through some confusion he was able to keep the customer happy and hopefully helped the company find the correct person to assist. Thanks Shawn.
