Blue Jug Waco

I have to say finding this place on Google was a blessing. I was spending a ridiculous amount for good bottled water. Due to health reasons I can not have water with fluoride. The gentlemen I spoke with was very knowledgeable. And easily answered all my questions. Water is delicious. And super clean. Owner was also so kind to me when I came in and explained my situation.. we will definitely be returning customers.

The price on the water you get is very good, a dollar a gallon is very reasonable. This is the first time actually going in Blue Jug and it smells nice, and the customer service is exceptional.

I love this place. The owner/manager are very kind and very knowledgeable! They love freedom, health, and let you choose to wear a mask and not force it on you like all the other businesses in Waco. (How it should be)They have a wide variety of health products and the best tasting water anywhere! Very pleasant experience here with the owner today, and will be a customer there for life. Their waters (alkaline/hydrogen) taste great and they strive for exceptional service. Id give 10 stars if I could. Great customer service, freedom loving owner,friendly employees, and great water/health products.Absolutely love this place!!!

Loved going in today and finding so many good deals. When a friend told me to go check this place out for water I had no idea there would be a whole shop with wonderful stuff like natural bee honey, essential oils, and even pet CBD! The Customer service was great. I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me today. He was so nice and informative. I’ll be a regular customer after today!

This water is so tasty and it feels great to know Im investing in and doing something so great for my health! The water/gallon here is cheaper than buying gallons of purified water at Aldis across the street. I definitely taste the difference too. Its good vibes! Come get ya some alkaline water! :-D

The atmosphere is amazing! The workers are all passionate about their job. They are all very informative and patient. The water here is really delicious and hydrating. My husband and I see a difference in our health and bodies after drinking the water here.

The only drinking water I use in Waco!!!Alkaline water with a pH of 10+ for just $1.00 a gallon is amazing! You could spend upwards of $6 a liter for 9+ Alkaline bottled water! Its a no brainer!Wacos water sucks, it tastes awful, and its not the purest. I truly enjoy the Blue Jug. The Fellowship and Atmosphere is beyond Outstanding. Their wide selection of products are of the highest quality, as is their Alkaline Water and Hydrogen Water.The Owner, his Family and Staff members are extremely knowledgeable regarding their products, Water, Services and they are quick to help you in any way, manner and/or form. I always enjoy my monthly visits.If I could, I would give them an infinite amount of stars.

The water tastes great, and hydrates so well. Having the water filtered and naturally re-mineralized is a great combo. The staff is super friendly and always ready to educate and help out.

Everyone who works here is so friendly! The water taste great and there is a 24 hour filling station outside the store. You should visit if you havent!

This place has a nice setup. esthetically pleasing to the customer, but there is an employee there, Debbie, who has extremely poor customer service. 1st incident with her, she asked if i wanted my water loaded, i said yes except she never loaded my water. 2 hours later, i realized my water wasnt in the car. upon returning to the store, i asked what happened, and she stated idk i said, What do you mean idk? you asked if i wanted my water loaded, and i said yes, to which she answered,and you didnt pay for your water, which was untrue. She said this out loud while behind the register in front of others. i later found out one of the others is the owner. the proper thing to do is either take me aside and say i dont believe you paid for your water or tell the owner what she thought. instead, i was embarrassed and humiliated and accused by this employee, and the owner did nothing after both my husband and i spoke to him about it. i feel he did nothing because since then, on 2 more occasions, she has propped up my water by the door, walked away, and doesnt load. i have had to have the assistance of other employees help me load. loading is a service provided by the Blue Jug. Each incident, this employee laughs, which is creepy within itself. idk if its a defense mechanism or she just knows the owner does nothing about her lack of customer service. They had a young man working there through this summer who was extremely sweet and cordial.

My family and I absolutely love this place. Both the hydrogen and alkaline water are just what we need. The staff is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and super sweet.

The water in Waco was causing our skin to be extremely dry from all the chemicals . I have autoimmune disease and I could feel the effects of the water on my body. We went to blue jug and the very next day from drinking the alkaline water my energy levels are up, my skin and hair already feel softer and my allergies have improved. I can feel my circulation is getting better. This place is a blessing to my body and we will never go back to regular water again. Thank you for choosing to come to Waco! I am so thankful for this company .

Horrible experience with Debbie was caught in a lie with co worker accused my wife of stealing all in front of owner who did nothing!! We found WaterTree right around the corner he told us many of peters customers are coming in to his store because of her, Kevin and his wife are good people gave me free samplesEtc much bigger and more products

My first experience in this store was great. I’m drinking my H2 water as I write this and I have to say, it’s wonderful. I’ll be back to try more products soon.

I absolutely can not quit telling everyone about this water!! If you love water and want to cut cost with bottles you need to go see Kimberly or Peter! The atmosphere is awesome , products are great and they don’t try to sell you everything like another local water store does! They only want you to buy what you need.. I always receive fast service to refill my water jugs except when they are occasionally really busy which is usually Saturdays. Nice selection of products!Super friendly Peter & Kimberly are always knowledgeable & nicely helpful! Their water tastes the best to me!

Nice little spot to get some high quality H2O. Locally owned and operated. Prices can be pretty high when considering its water, but its well worth it in my opinion. They offer many different health products and different kinds of water. Really accessible and the staff is really friendly.

Several of my coworkers could not stop talking about Blue Jug. One of them was even kind enough to gift me a 3 gallon jug, and I have been an avid customer ever since! This water is just the best, and you feel good drinking it. Ive always been on top of my water intake, but Blue Jug makes it even easier to make sure my water goals are met. Best watering hole in town!I always have my hands full coming here with four 5Gallon jugs and my two-year-old. BUT its never a problem at the Blue Jug Waco. With their kid toys for distraction and out standing customer service (they basically do everything for me) Im in-and-out quick.They have everything you would need for healthy hydration and much more. The store so neat and clean Id definitely recommend you giving them a try.

Peter is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. My family and I just started using the alkaline water and having kids in athletics and always being on the go we enjoy the convenience of the Blue Jug and look forward to seeing the positive effects of the water. Amazing place! I heard of the healing water and people going to other countries for treatment for different ailments. I went to check it out and have had amazing results of my own. I started drinking 1 liter of hydrogen water a day and have been able to go off of the 4 medications I took for gi issues. My skin is also amazing! Go see Peter and Barbra and let them help you... they are amazing and treat you like family!

I love The Blue Jug! The service is always good and the people that work there are very kind and helpful, down to Earth and honest. We love our 5 gallon glass jug and the smaller glass water bottles we got from there to help us minimize plastic waste!

We only drink alkaline water because of my daughter’s health and allergies. Where we use to buy bottles I can now get our jugs refilled at the Blue Jug. The hydrogen option is a definite must for detoxing. I love the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend this place if you take your health seriously.

Ive been drinking both alkaline and hydrogen water from Blue Jug for a month. Hydrogen when in the gym and alkaline out of the gym. The only liquid i drink is these 2 waters. I passed the info. to my best friend and now shes a customer. Great Job to the owners who are so kind and informative.

Very nice place with good quality of akaline water. We have kept refilling our water here for over 2 years. People are friendly. Refilling is fast with experienced People. They also have 24-hour auto-refill machine outside.

Best place to get clean water made on site..they filter it by reverse osmosis and add the minerals back all in the store, very clean and fun place to be! They even have a farmers market in the store! This place is awesome! They treat you like family and have entertainment for kids while you talk..
