We are very pleased with the maintenance on our air conditioning system on July 15, 2024. Raymon was thorough, explained all that he was doing, found a defective part in our upstairs unit and replaced it. Raymon was polite, kind, completed the job and asked if we had any questions.

We had a heater issue and Moises went above and beyond to help get our heater in better working order before the cold snap. Wonderful customer service and care. Will absolutely use Tradesman again!!! :-)

At first glance “old-fashioned“ may not seem complementary in 2023. Unless you’re talking about customer service, of course. Oh my goodness! Tradesman is customer service that all of us long for— namely to be taken care of, for the service provider to make our concern theirs, to have their total commitment to solving problems when they arise, to persevere no matter what. Tradesman not only exceeded expectations; they exceeded our fondest hopes. When the job took longer than expected, Tom came back at 9:30 PM after having been there since 8 AM to bring us a portable AC unit for our bedroom. That’s just my first example in a long list of demonstrations of their team’s commitment to our project. Uncommon expertise, uncommon courtesy, uncommon commitment would all accurately describe Tradesman. If you need air condition work, look no further. Run, don’t walk to Tradesman..

We recently had Tradesman Services LTD do A LOT of plumbing work for us - repairing a leak in our water main that was partly in the foundation, installing new toilets, shower hardware, new faucets in our kitchen and master bathroom, etc. Joseph and his team were the best! Very professional and responsive to our needs. Never had a problem with them contacting us back immediately when we had questions. For the quality service we received, we felt that their pricing was fair and equitable. I would highly recommend Tradesman for any or all of your plumbing needs!

Andrew did an amazing job of managing and leading the team for our Geothermal System-duct work replacement. They were always on time, very polite, courteous and work well together. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, listen well, very respectful of our property and cleaned up after each day. The duct work turned out exactly how we envisioned it, maybe better! We now have a system that cools/heats our home evenly, eliminating all trouble areas. We gained a tremendous amount of valuable attic space, which we did not have prior to the duct work replacement. We value and trumpet Tradesman Services so much we joined their maintenance plan. They deserve 10 stars!

Weve used Tradesman Services many times and they always do a good job at a fair price. From their office manager who answers the phone and schedules appointments to their plumbers, they all are courteous and competent. Joseph is especially congenial and competent. We have used Tradesman Services for the last 13 years. We recently purchased an older home that has some A/C issues. Andrew and Caleb are always very quick to come out and respond to the problem. They are very willing to work with us to keep our system running smoothly. I would never call anyone else.

These guys do great work. Having dealt with Joseph on many occasions, hes always dependable, courteous, and consistently gets the job done to our satisfaction. Compared with other area plumbers, they are definitely top tier, and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Impeccable is the best way I can describe how I feel about this company. Our furnace went out during this cold snap and I saw a Tradesmans vehicle at a house down the road, so I took a chance and asked if there was anyway they could check out our furnace after he was finished. Long story short, we have had 4 different Heating and Air companies in the last 5 years, and never had the quality of service that Tradesmans had to offer. Tom came over as soon as he was done with the other house and got to the root of the problem, I had to change out the unit, they gave us a heck of a deal and got it done much faster than I anticipated. Tom, Andrew and Parker, did the installation and stayed with us for a little bit running diagnostics and we are Heating better than ever. They were prompt and professional, 5 stars arent enough for this company and their staff. Impeccable....

Joseph came out to our home today to inspect a gas line and install a new stovetop. He was GREAT! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and honest. We had a different company come out last week, and we had all kinds of problems with them. But not this company - they were superb! I highly recommend them! If youre looking for a reliable, honest company - call these guys!

Ive been using Tradesman for well over a decade, including annual maintenance services, as well as for repairs when needed. Last year they did a big plumbing job, replacing discharge pipes and installing a clean out. When it came time to replace my heating and AC system this year, I never considered anyone else. They are that good, and have been over the years. They have always met or exceeded my expectations, and this big (to me) job was no different. They show up when expected, work diligently, do a top-notch job that costs exactly (to the penny) what they had estimated (as always). In addition we moved the ducting from under-floor to attic. They did all the cut-ins for the ceiling vents, and so much more. Israel and all the guys were fantastic to work with. Without any hesitation I highly recommend them for any heating, air conditioning, plumbing, or related work.

I am totally pleased with the expert service we received from Tradesman plumber services on our home. We had many problems solved by the skill and expertise demonstrated by Joseph S., Edgar, and Daniel. We had new water lines replaced, a new water heater installed, and a bath/shower enclosure installed. I would definitely call upon this company for their services in the future. I have had great service with Tradesman. They respond to my breakdowns urgently, and come quickly when necessary. They are very good with the latest electronic technology water heaters, HVAC, refrigeration/freezer units, and ice machines. They communicate the solutions well and pricing is very reasonable. I like signing the electronic invoice and receiving email invoice copy immediately.

On two different occasions Joseph Schwennesen has replaced aging hot water tanks both in our house and barn apt. I contacted this company on a Monday, they were in to fix my plumbing issue on the next day. Their service was excellent. They were professional, not only did they fix what my issue was, but also informed me of other issues that I was not aware of. We had our compressor fan blades dislodge from their place the night after Tradesman serviced our unit. Our unit is very old and such things happen. I called them about our new service issue and they came out and fixed it for free just because they had been here the day before. I felt like that was very considerate of them. Since I am confident they did not cause the problem and that our system is just old and developed its own problem, I approached them with a proposal for me to pay for their 2nd service. They denied it and maintained their service to me for free. Thank you Tradesman. We appreciate your service!

Tradesman Services LTD came out to look at a water leak I had in my laundry room. I was not sure where it was coming from. Joseph was professional, and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He explained that it was possible to still have some seepage for a few hours, but told me to call if there was more than the expected seepage. I really appreciated his explanation.

I currently have a 22 year old Waterfurnace geothermal system that I am considering replacing due to its age. The dealer who originally sold me the system no longer is a Waterfurnace dealer. I used the dealer locator and found Tradesman Services as the current dealer for the area. I called and spoke with Josh. We agreed on a date and time for him to come to my home to get his professional opinion and a quote. On the day of the appointment, John called to say Josh was not going to be able to make the appointment as scheduled. He said a tech was out sick and Josh was covering for the sick tech. We set up a new appointment for the following week. On the day of the new appointment, I took off work and was waiting at my home. When Josh did not arrive, I called the office to find out if he was on his way. The lady that answered my call said she would check and call back. She called back to let me know that Josh was in Meridian (I am in Waco) and he wont be able to make it. She offered to reschedule which I declined at the time since I was not sure when I could get off work again. Certainly was disappointed but hoping the third time will work for both of us as I have rescheduled again. As a follow up, I did purchase a new Waterfurnace geothermal system from Tradesman. Knowledgeable and professional service. I highly recommend these guys!

Great serice! Air conditioner went down and they prioritized us because of our small children. They got the air temperature inside down from 93 to a cool 73 in a matter of hours on a Friday. Service men were professional, curtious, and competent.

My A/C quit on a Thursday evening and they fit me into their schedule on Friday afternoon. Andrew and Shannon were very courteous and did not leave a speck of a mess. I would not consider using anyone else!
