We had a great experience with Floyd Services. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Floyd Services will be our Go-To HVAC company!

Had a new install done from David and his helper. The job was done with total professionalism. Loved how the job was done correctly and with my family and I in mind. Would totally recommend him to anyone needing A.C work done!

Our motor went out in our AC. David was great to work with. Throughout our order, he kept us updated and remained very responsive to text or call. Within 24 hours of getting the part to fix our A/C David had it installed. Very highly recommend if you want good service, and a true human at the end of the line.

David is an awesome guy and very easy to work with on A/C repair. I definitely recommend him.

Excellent job clearing out our clogged drain line. Also set up a water sensor in case we had any future problems and a thermostat. Very respectful and friendly service.

“David” was scheduled to come on Wednesday morning but had to call to reschedule because he had overbooked. He scheduled a new appointment for Friday from 10-2 but assured me he would have somebody come out on Thursday but couldn’t schedule an appointment for that time because he didn’t know how to use a computer. Didn’t hear anything from him until 1:45 on Friday. He tells he is 30 minutes away but he is not calling to tell he is going to be late he is calling to tell me that he’s not coming because it’s raining. I tell him it’s not raining at my house but he just starts rambling on about how he can’t use his equipment in the rain. I tell him again that it’s not raining at my house and he tells me that he’s 2 minutes away and it’s raining cats and dogs. (Odd that he was able travel a distance that would take 28 minutes in under 3.) I tell him again that it’s not raining at my house but he says he’s going to have to call it, he just can’t work in the rain. I called somebody else late Friday afternoon and they were able to fix it Saturday morning. Funny thing, It WAS actually raining when they came out but somehow they were still able to use their equipment. “David” also likes to pretend he’s somebody else while talking on the phone to pretend like he has people working for him but he doesn’t. It’s just him.

David is the most knowledgeable guy on A/Cs Ive ever encountered. Weve used him for two different A/C units and are very pleased and impressed. I highly recommend Floyds Services.

They did a fantastic job. We were scheduled quickly and they got our air up and going. Dave also went above and beyond in helping us put a claim in with our warranty. We’ve used them on multiple occasions and they’ve always been wonderful to work with.

David with Floyd Services lived up to exactly what he promised. He got my AC back up and running the same day for a fair price. No complaints and I will be using him for all of my heating and air issues moving forward.

We see David yearly for Freon top ups. He keeps our old system limping along. Always friendly, professional, competent and honest. It’s never fun to have a broken air conditioner in the heat of summer but if you do find yourselves in such a predicament, Floyd Services is a wonderful repair service with a warm staff that will have you back in the cool air in no time. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

I think it’s difficult to navigate between home warranties and A/C companies. However, once they came out, they were knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed just right and cleaned up well after. The value was great, as well, when you have to purchase a new air conditioning unit.

Dave is awesome! He was timely in getting to my appointment and getting the work done. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. And he was fascinating to talk to. I will definitely call Floyd Services again!

Absolutely terrible service. Made promise after promise to come by and made every excuse not to service us. 0 stars would NOT recommend!!!!

David came out on a Saturday even though Home warranty isn’t going to pay them overtime to make sure we had heat for this cold front coming in. Thank you so much for getting our heat back on.

Could not repair continuous problem with AC unit. First said it was Compressor so installed a new one. Did not fix the issue. Called out several times. It would work for a few days after they left and then stop working again. Today Dave came out and said he changed the filter and it was working. Stopped working an hour after he left. Contacted my warranty company First American and they read me his report to them. He documented that he was there and did some other services for at least 30 mins. He was there 10-15 mins at the most and most of that time was in his truck. We have it all recorded on security cameras. He was also talking to someone on the phone while standing outside complaining about having to be there and asking whomever he was talking to what should he write on the work order / invoice. That was also recorded by security camera. Needless to say we will not use his services nor would recommend anyone else too. We also will be contacting an attorney regarding his falsification of documents.

Great customer service and wonderful guys, always on time , and always clean and tide working environment.

Kept rescheduling our services in over 100 degree temperatures knowing their technicians were sick. Took off 4 days in a week to get my ac even looked at. Finally had my retired neighbor sit at our house and they never showed up because they know their phones get sent to voicemail as they’ve been documented as spam. Then blame the customer and say they feel threatened because we had an attitude. If you know your people are sick then make a smart call, don’t promise something u can’t deliver. Couldn’t go through anyone else due to home warranty and now we’re stuck 12 days still without ac in continuous 100 degree weather. We offered to pay after hours and emergency out of pocket before having any issues only for them to tell us they can’t, but they can do it for a bigger job. Don’t use if in waco

They are not professional to say the least! Floyds AC will reschedule you and pretend they tried to reach you and you didnt answer their phone call so they had to cancel. Strangely, they sent a text saying they were on the way but no show! I had to hear excuse after excuse from them, problems with scheduling, owner out on vacation, lack of staff wanting to work....too many excuses to list. After weeks of no shows, I had to go with another company. American Home Shield is the only reason, I used this company. According to the home warranty this is the only company that services my area.

Incredibly honest! You wont find anyone better. You can trust his advice and he will actually try to SAVE you money vs swindle you out of it. And he is punctual and a great communicator. He made my short list of reliable service providers for sure! We wont use anyone else!

Upon evaluation of our non working heater, the problem was identified and the part ordered. The part took quite awhile to come in, but the repair was made quickly once the part arrived. The technician was thorough and made sure the unit was in working order before leaving.

The technician was very professional and to the point. He made it very clear everything that wrong with my system. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a proper fix at an affordable price.

Had to use this guy because of home warranty. Could not come until Tuesday Aug 30, 2022. His add says open 24 hours but he canceled his appointment said it is supposed to rain. Said he will come tomorrow but rain is forecast for the next week. Already waited 5 days with out AC and we have a elderly person in the house with heart problems. False advertisement poor service not responsive and he is supposed to be a christian.

Floyd services has been giving us the run around and lied about his notes and complaining to someone on the phone or just running his mouth. Have it on camera. Just sad. Says he was here working for 30 minutes but half of that time he was in the car. Only did 10-15 minutes of work and still didn’t fix the issue. Still freezing up after he leaves each time.

Was rude to begin with and always late. We had to call every time. Floyd services was mostly in his car and complaining while he was “working”. Never fixed the AC still having issues

The guys showed up a day early and fixed the issue in like 20 minutes. Super friendly, courteous, and professional! Will definitely be recommending them in the future!
