I highly recommend Danco to anyone in need of heat or air assessment, maintenance, and/or repair! Their staff and technicians have all demonstrated professionalism, while maintaining a friendly approach to service. They have also proven to value integrity and a customer first mentality. The staff there have gone above and beyond to save us as much money as possible on services, while offering the highest quality work. We most recently had Parker Pavlas come out and he did an outstanding job. We could not be happier with the services Danco has provided! Check them out if you havent already!

Thank you for the help. It was great to wake up to the doorbell and see John with the part on Friday morning. He was very informative and helpful with telling me what and how to keep my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Ive really enjoyed the heat in my house again.

A few years ago, I previously had an HVAC unit maintained by Danco. I chose to replace my current unit and went with Danco. They did an excellent job for a fair price. I am very pleased with Danco and encourage others to use them as well.

01/14/2025: Arrived within scheduled time. Courteous, professional, got right to work. Found problem quickly. A defective contacter. Repaired within 45 minutes. Location of unit in attic space was a real challenge but he prevailed. Great work. Price as with most things nowadays was a bit more than I expected, but still well worth the money. Overhead for these types of services is enormous. Total time on site 1hr. I recommend this company and will use again in the future.

I had the best experience with Danco. My technician Steven Tindell was not only very knowledgeable but was very friendly. I was offered a great service and a membership to good to pass up for a great price. They will come out and service both heating and cooling. When I called the lady who set me up the appointment was great and friendly as well and they came out quick in this cold weather. Thank you Steven Tindell I will always use and recommend Danco...👍👍

Aaron has been tremendously helpful, patient, and amazing to work with. He met with us at our house to discuss new air conditioning options, walked us through all of the different choices, patiently examined all of the different ways we could approach this, and helped us problem-solve questions we didnt know to ask. He answers questions over email quickly. I highly recommend Danco. Aaron has been absolutely great to work with!

The only reason Danco is even getting a 1-star review is because I cannot write a review without at least one. They came and did their evaluation during an initial consult and came back with a recommendation that we followed. They could not get the air balanced correctly in our home with 8 home visits over a span of 6 months. We had two other companies come in to give us a quote to fix this problem since they could not get it right, one company said our new ducting system looked “like a bag of worms” and the second company said the work in general was “an abomination”. When we requested to execute their money-back guarantee, Danco refused and said that we did not follow their recommendations and that we did not maintain the system because the filter was dirty. So not only can their crew not get a system to operate, when a customer expresses discontent and requests them to follow through on their guarantee, they begin to lie and place blame on them. Such a shameful company, please spare yourself the trouble and use a company that will actually install a system that works to make your home comfortable, because this company cannot do that for you!

Thanks Danco! We were able to get same day appointment and within 2 hours our tech showed up! Austin was great! He listened to the descriptions of the noises our AC was making and etc and he quickly found the issues and fixed our AC! It works better now than the last few years! What a great feeling to trust this company, and what a great experience in the midst of what could have been a very bad situation! Thanks to Danco and Thanks to Austin! We contacted Danco for AC repair. They sent out a technician same day and sadly, it was determined our unit was done for. Reps from Danco surveyed our house to determine our needs and walked us through the entire process. As new homeowners, this was all very new to us! Fast forward a few days…Austin & his crew arrived and got the job done! After a week of no AC, they were a huge help! The entire team at Danco was kind & courteous and I would recommend them highly!

I can’t thank them enough for helping us out — from beginning to end they were on top of everything and made our experience as easy and seamless as possible.As a first time homeowner, I truly didn’t know what to expect and what would happen if one of our major appliances gave out. I have heard other people’s stories with similar situations, and it has never been positive… Because of this, I am going to take the opportunity to brag on Danco and their team of people.Wednesday night our A/C went out. The weekend was quickly approaching, and I immediately began to stress about how much this would cost us and how long we would have to wait before someone could schedule a time to come by.So Wednesday at 11:47pm, I started googling and came across Danco’s website in which I was able to request an appointment within minutes.I had a representative call me promptly Thursday morning at 8am, and a technician arrived to assess the situation a few hours later. Rather than repair our fossil of a unit, our best option was to purchase a new one. Before the technician left, he called to schedule an appointment with Anthony who would best explain our options.Two hours later, Anthony arrived, walked us through the entire process, and answered all of our questions. He helped us select the most efficient yet cost effective unit for our home. However, what I didn’t expect was when he asked us, “Would you like your unit installed tomorrow?” 😳 Absolutely we do!🙌🏼Friday morning two gentleman arrived at our house to remove the old unit and install the new. Luis was very knowledgeable, and we greatly appreciate his team’s hard work and diligence!Within 28 hours we were back in business! I can’t thank Danco enough for making this such a positive experience with a quick, easy, and streamlined process! If your home is in need of services, they are highly recommended!

With our 20 year old system and a 3 year old system, its necessary for us to have the annual service contract. Just to make sure everything is in great working order. Austin Boetger from Danco came yesterday to do routine maintenance. A part was broken and had to be replaced. He ordered it and came back today to put the part in and finish the maintenance. I signed up for the comfort club earlier this year after some warranty work. Our normal technician wasnt available, but his replacement, John, was extremely professional and did a comprehensive check on our system to make sure it would be ready once the temperatures change. I have used Danco twice since moving into my house a year ago, first for regular service check and just a few days ago when my AC went out during the 100 deg summer heat. Both times they are helpful and very communicative (on the phone, then by text) with estimated times and expectations. The tech we just had out (Thanks Austin!) was great - showed up during on-call hours at 6:30 pm, was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and had the house cooling back down before it was able to get back over 80. I have already booked my appointment for my next system service to keep it running smooth.

The reply after completing the online appointment was within minutes. I received a text with time verification and additional information. Before arriving I received another text to let me know to expect Mitchel. He contacted me to let me know the problem and provided me the cost. Great experience, great service, great price!

Having a regular service plan with Danco has been one of the BEST things weve done for our home! Our service technician, Mitchel, is always wonderful. He shows up on time, is very knowledgeable and thorough, works quickly, is always very polite, and helps keep our a/c in tip top shape! John Cannon arrived on time, was efficient and explained his services. Cordial and easy to talk to. He helped us to save money by Our taking a silver package, which will have check up and any necessary maintenance in another six months. I think flushing of the line is a bit overpriced and washing down that grid Inside the outside fins Can be done by most customers. Danco knows our system And keep good records, reminding us of the age of each of our two units . That keeps the homeowner aware of when units may enter replacement. And be prepared for that eventual cost.

Steven from Danco is such a humble and kind person. My house might have been a little messy lol when he came to fix our air conditioner but there was zero judgment. The AC went out on the weekend and they were able to come out Monday afternoon. He diagnose the problem quickly as needed coolant. He was able to bring it up to the proper level and he was on his way. He did give me options for new units when I inquired and also servicingWhen I asked. The cost was reasonable for the repair.

After a very uncomfortable evening, I called Danco first thing in the morning they scheduled a technician (John) the same morning and by noon it was repaired. We are so grateful for the prompt and professional service they provided.

Steven arrived right after 1 oclock (for our 1-5 appointment) and worked quickly and efficiently. He told us what he was doing and also didnt mind the dogs. He knows his business and is cordial and friendly.

From the get-go, Spencer our technician came and looked at our old unit. Meticulously looked through what could be our issue. After finding it recommended the best course of action which was to get a new unit. Me being a first time homeowner I got to meet with Anthony from the sales team who made me feel right at home with his big choice and took care of all the installation appointment. I completely trust the gentleman on the install team and this company if anyone is looking for a full service team for a great price, look no further.The time this company will take out of their day just to ensure that yours is comfortable is truly the meaning of customer service.Thank you team for all you do!

First off the technicians are super nice and professional, they truly are!HOWEVER the office staff and/or management are horrible! Anyone above the person that answers the phone refuses to talk to anyone about any concerns or issues you have. That is until they see a true experience review online. Then and only then is when Danco will finally have someone call you just to tell you that since you left a true experience review they will now no longer do your warranty work on a Trane heat pump unit that you purchased from them.We have had issues with this system since Danco installed it.The thermostat has to constantly be recalibrated because it wont read the correct temperature, it happens so often that we have to keep thermometers all around the house so we know when to manually run/stop the unit. Tech was here over 3 hours with our old thermostat on Friday the 17th and said he has no idea what the heck its doing and hasnt seen it before. So we paid $140 for a new thermostat (under warranty)... same result, but worse.Also after paying for several service calls with no error codes found, they then informed us that we had to pay them to update the system (still under warranty) because guess what, our system isnt current enough to show the error codes (its less than 5 yrs old by the way). Why did I have to pay extra to update a new system you sold me so your techs can get the error code to fix it? Shouldnt updates to get codes be a part of the ongoing warranty??We also had to pay hundreds of dollars to have some of the internals replaced in the outdoor unit because it actually caught on fire and burnt up. Notice I said some of the internals replaced, we had to argue just to get that done under warranty because no one wanted to accept responsibility. However we are being told by the multiple techs that have been here that they have never seen one catch fire, and are just perplexed by this one... great, but that doesnt really help our situation does it?!Through all of these troubles and thousands of dollars spent, not a single person from management ever bothered to reach out or even return our multiple requests to speak to them about the negative experiences we are having. Would they even care if our house had caught fire... guessing not.But as mentioned above, as soon as a Facebook post was made about all of this, they immediately call and say since you posted a review we didnt like we are canceling your upcoming Friday the 21st service call (that was skipped Monday and Tuesday) and we are dropping you and your warranty work.Thanks Danco, all we wanted was for our AC that we paid for to work.Terrible management.Terrible experience.Not recommended. 👎🏼

Not happy at all! Dont think they can fix it! Havent yet any way! It worked lights out! Until it didnt! Now you have to baby sit the thermostat! Just so you can get it to shut off! Very unhappy! So Daniel calls and tells me because negative review they are gonna discontinue coming out for my unit! Funny know one cared until I posted it! Its still not repaired the canceled my Friday appointment! Funny how over time I wanted to speak to someone about this issue but no call! Until a bad review then its were not coming out! Am I not supposed to be mad about $16000.00 unit. The unit outside burnt up the thermostat problems have never went away. It doesnt work like it should but Im in the wrong all because I demand that it work like it should. They are worried about a review. Didnt have to have a bad review. Its very aggravating for the tech on this past Friday leave,only for us to baby sit the damn thing. Its fine I will find someone to fix it! Watch out for the trane heat pump units. Im now typing this so that any and all will know,Ive got time stamps on all readings we can track what thr thermostat tells the units to do and it doesnt work. This is absolutely terrible not to send someone from trane out. Its absolute nonsense! This aggravating circumstance could be fixed if they so choose. They do not care!

The installers respect the home owner. They listen to what I had to say. Louis was a little bit hard for me to understand but he does not give up on you. The other young man was great too. Anthony was great to work with too. I give a 5 star for everyone involved.

We had a condensation pump on an AC unit stop functioning on a Friday afternoon. I called Danco services and Robert Westmoreland came to home to diagnose the problem and replace the pump. He was courteous, explained the issue and what he was going to do and advised me if the cost upfront. He assured me that the issue was fixed, but offered his contact information in case any problems arose. We were extremely satisfied with the prompt and competent service. A+!

We had a new air handler installed. Tech let us know when he was on the way and was here right on time. He worked efficiently most of the day removing the old and installing the new. We discovered our AC went out late on a Thursday afternoon. Danco sent Mitchell out the same night, even though it was after 5pm, and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. They did have to order the part, so it wasnt fixed immediately, but they worked hard to get the part in and fit us in the schedule as quickly as possible. After fixing the system, Mitchell stayed for a while to make sure the system was cooling properly. He was very friendly and professional.

Our Air Conditioning System went out and needed replaced. We contacted Danco. Anthony came out and spent time asking what we liked or didn’t like about our old system and how each room felt when heating or cooling. He then went around to each room to measure and determine what the output in each room should be. After looking at the old system in the attic he made recommendations on what needed to be changed. We went with his recommendations and couldn’t be happier with how it is cooling and heating the house now.Luis and his team did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new one. They removed all the old duct work and equipment. Set the new unit up in a better location in the attic to improve circulation, installed another return and all new duct work. They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.We are very happy with our decision to go with Danco.

Weve used Danco Comfort Services twice for emergency AC needs with older residential systems. Our most recent technician, Kristopher M. was exceptional. He came into our home on a day when my wife and daughter were home alone. He was well dressed, friendly, professional, and most importantly he made my wife feel comfortable with him being in our home while I was out. Robert has been servicing my HVAC system for 2 years now, and he has always been courteous, professional, and thorough. Most recently, he replaced the evaporator coil for my system. The whole process, from scheduling, to ordering parts, to performing the service was clearly communicated. Robert clearly explained the reasons for the replacement, showed me pictures of the problem, and provided a less expensive alternative that, under better circumstances, might have enabled us to delay this replacement for a longer time. The repair took longer than expected, but Robert let me know what he was doing and what challenges he was facing, and he ensured the process was completed and cleaned up before he left. Id highly recommend Danco, and especially Robert, to anyone in need of HVAC service.

A truly selfless individual who went out of his way to fix a bad situation. If I could give 10 stars I would! Danco is a fantastic company. Our AC went out around 10pm last night. We submitted an email around 6:30 this morning and had a call before 7:30am! They were completely booked and let us know they would try everything the could to take care of us today. It’s 3:30pm and they have already taken care of us and replaced the capacitor that went out. I’m so impressed and I highly recommend! Robert is the technician that came out. He was extremely kind and very informative.

I was scheduled for 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and at 7:45 a.m. I received a text that the technician was on the way. No phone call to see if this was acceptable. The technician, as always, was friendly, professional, and thoroughly professional. There was one issue with the a/c unit which he identified and explained to me. Five gold stars to the technician, zero to the office for failure to let me know that they would like to move my appointment up by two hours.

Mitchell came out this evening and fixed our AC unit after it stopped working abruptly this afternoon. He was attentive, timely and professional while working with us to get a speedy repair so we had air conditioning in the home for us and our boys. Robert Westmoreland is hands down the best technician! He is knowledgeable, patient, conscientious, and hard working, not to mention trustworthy. I highly recommend him!

The journey started with Robert Westmoreland, service technician. Although he was booked solid on July 4, Robert came out that afternoon. He knew he could get us up and running but was skeptical of how long the repair would last given the age of the unit and its recent repair history. Robert told us that if we needed a new unit, Danco would apply the $ we spent on refrigerant to a new unit install. He also told us the comfort care team would come and evaluate our needs and offer options. While completing his report, Robert referred us to the comfort care team. We received a call from them the morning of the 5th and by early afternoon Aaron arrived. Aaron did a thorough check and made his recommendation along with securing financing. We selected the Trane XL15. Aaron also provided us with a loaner portable unit-life saver! On the morning of the 13th, Bo, Jose, and lil Robert arrived to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional. By 4:00 they had removed the old unit, installed the new, and had it up and running. Bo stayed til 545 to be sure everything was working as it should. We slept in cool comfort that night. These guys are the real deal!

Logan was great! He went above and beyond to try to help save us some money by calling the warranty company for us. Unfortunately, the AC company that installed our AC unit on an almost brand new house wired everything completely wrong. Logan spent over 7-9 hours trying to fix the mess that another company made. Logan has been extremely helpful and empathetic towards our situation. We are extremely satisfied with Danco!

They mis-diagnosed my home ac system and over pressurized it causing my compressor to die costing me thousands of dollars. The worst part is when I called to let them know what happened they were rude, completely denied it, barked about their years of “experience”, and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. Worst business interaction I have ever had. Do your self a huge favor and call anyone but Danco.In reply to your comment:There was no leak. The evaporator coil was clogged which your technicians failed to check. I declined to have your guys check for a leak because your technician complained that the company would charge me $300 dollars for them to use their personally purchased leak detecter tool. Also, there was no leak so why would I pay you for more services I didn’t need. Everything about your services were extremely unprofessional, so forgive me for not wanting to work with you anymore. I called another company out and they cleaned the evaporator coil which was the actual issue, then had to remove the freon your company put in because the system was over pressed. The high side pressure was bouncing all over the place and couldn’t regulate because of it. I paid you for services that weren’t actually needed due to incompetence then had to pay another company to undo the damage your company caused.

I’ve been using Danco since moving to the Waco area. They usually show up the day I call. The technician (Robert) that has been servicing my problem AC unit for the last couple of years has been one of the best that has ever worked on my house. He remembers my unit, what he did over the last couple of years, and my goals regarding the insane service life of my (probably) antique A/C. He will describe any problems that he finds and will explain the pros and cons of addressing each issue. Nothing is high pressure sales or done without your direct input. Sure, there are less expensive hvac service companies but you cannot beat the level of professional service you will get from Danco.2024 UpdateAfter thirty years of faithful service both of our beloved air conditioning units decided to fail, at the same time, when it was approximately the same temperature as the surface of the Sun outside. The technician finally told me he wasnt going to let me spend several thousand dollars to try to fix things that you cant get parts or refrigerant for anymore. As tears rolled down my cheeks he asked if I was ready for a consultation on new units. After wondering why I was so emotionally invested in two air conditioners that werent all that great I said I was. Within three hours Anthony was at my house measuring rooms and giving me some options. I picked two new units that came in a few thousand less than I expected. By 7:45 the next morning Luis and crew were up in the attic installing my new Trane air conditioners. Install looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. In a world where its impossible to have someone show up on time and actually do a job right Danco is there.

Came in and took no time to figure out the problem and he was in and out in 30 minutes! Gave me some good tips for maintaining my ac unit and cleaned it for me too! Excellent service! Also they answered the phone quickly and the lady who talked to me was super nice!!! Called lochridge priest first and they didnt even answer for 20 minutes. These guys are wayyyyyy better!!!

I called in at 7am when I noticed our a/c wasn’t working. They got back to me very quickly and said they would try their best to get to me same day. John called after lunch and said he was on the way! John was great and explained what was going on with our unit and addressed all of our concerns. He fixed the issue and now we have a/c again! Would definitely recommend!About a month or so later our indoor unit took its last breath(it’s over 15 years old). I called Danco again and they were to my house within 20 minutes. Robert went above and beyond to fix my AC . My unit had previously been outfitted with incorrect parts, and Robert researched and installed the correct equipment to made sure it ran efficiently. He kept me updated on his progress and explained all he fixed. Thanks to Robert and Danco Comfort for great service!
