First time using this company and didn’t disappoint. Been dealing with other company’s that just want to over charge for everything and not provide excellent service. I called All American Air and RC was able to go by few hours later. Was able to fix issue with my AC without having to buy a new part. But now I will be using All American Air in the future. Thank you for your professionalism, quick service response, and saving my family from this heat.

This company was the best! We first got quoted an insane amount from a large company. After finding this company, the prices were reasonable and RC went above and beyond to make sure my kids didnt have to go without ac. He stayed all day Saturday working to get one unit up and running and got in contact with the distributor to open the store on a weekend to get what he needed to get the second one fixed as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

They did amazing work fixing my ac when it completely went out during the summer. By choosing them I saved so much money because other places were price gouging trying to charge double if not more. I’m very thankful for them being so professional and helpful with explaining everything being done.

RC came to my house himself. My condenser shut down late last summer and I was using window units to manage. He was very professional in both his demeanor, communication and technical troubleshooting. Whats more is that he was honest. I have experience selling residential HVAC systems, I dont know everything, but do have a good fundamental knowledge base. Fidelity Home Warranty (avoid them) contracted Pinnacle Aire (avoid them as well) and they downsized my unit from a 2.5 ton to a 2 ton. RC confirmed my premise that a 2.5 ton unit was necessary and likely a strong contributing factor for the compressor to blow out withing 3 years, which is wild. He checked the coil on the Air Handler, recommended evap foam (very affordable for basic maintenance purposes) and he checked power at the handler, condenser and fuse boxes. Initially, it was the AC condenser breaker failure. That is a mere $16 part at Lowes. He was detailed, thorough and honest. Its what I was looking for. Integrity and true professionalism (technical and social/verbal), as Ive found, is not as common among contractors as it should be. That is not the case, in my experience, with RC and All American AC and Heating. Quite the contrary.

Our system wasn’t cooling properly during the high temps of the summer. We were reaching 85* in the house during the day.We reached out to RC with All American Air Conditioning and Heating and are very happy we did. RC came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and got our system back to cooling properly in no time at all. The service and professionalism with this company is top notch, thanks again RC.

RC and All American were exceptionally professional and timely with their work. Swapped out a 12 year old 3.5 ton system and happy with the result. Price was fair and the work was quick, efficient and clean. Great job.

Used them 2 years during an emergency when my AC went out, came and fixed it on a weekend without charging any premium and despite having recommendations to upgrade the unit because it was old and undersized for my house I declined and they still fixed it and everything went great. Fast forward to now and AC went out again and rather than patching it again RC got me an amazing deal and rushed service to get a brand new 4 ton system (dont know what that means other than my cps bill is way down and my home can get to freezer levels now!) RC youre a literal life saver, would and will recommend yall everytime!!!

These two Gentlemen came and installed an AC unit in my apartment today in the 410 and Culebra area and I cant thank them enough for such wonderful and quick installation. I had been without ac for 6 days and these guys did an amazing job today. Now I can enjoy my new apartment since I just moved in 2 weeks ago. I didnt catch their names but i know one of them had glasses and they were very polite and Awesome Thank you both so much. 😊

Wow!! Im absolutely blown away by the customer service and attentiveness to detail displayed by All American Air Conditioning. My house went from 87 to 71 degrees in a matter of minutes! Would definitely recommend.

I was connected to this provider via my warranty company & upon asking some clarifying questions to manage my expectations I was met with unprofessional behaviors, was hung up on. When I then questioned basic customer service policies as I had left two VM that were unreturned, I was told that I would no longer be dealt with and they were canceling my service contact & I can begin the process over with my warranty company. The unprofessional tones/yelling did not match my simple questions. Very disappointing

RC, the technician that installed my new a.c unit was a polite young man. He was curious and very professional!

My AC unit needed to be replaced and RC was quick fast and courteous and took care of my unit. Highly recommend All American.

RC replaced my ac and heater unit, but never returned to install the high efficiency furnace pipe work. Its almost November and now he is ducking my calls. Dont pay these guys anything until the entire job is done.

These guys did an excellent job, prompt service, attention to detail and very knowledgeable. They installed my AC in one day I highly recommend using their services!!!!
