The company is great and the workmanship are very good and the employees that work for them are great and they have installed three complete units in our houses and installed a complete home generator and we are happy with everything they installed for us and we recommend them to everyone and Terry recommend them to us and does great things for us and Mr Bailey is great and gives great estimates and fast service

Cody performed a thorough diagnostics and testing on my AC unit. He provided me with the options and answered all of my questions. Within the same day he replaced the motor and ensured all was working, he also did a temperature reading to ensure the unit was heating properly. I highly recommend Air Services Unlimited. The office staff members were also very nice and helpful. My experience with this company was refreshing.

This has been a very pleasant experience. The gentleman that arrived was on time, introduced himself and immediately went to work. He addressed our issue and kept me informed during the whole process. I have also used this organization for a commercial application with different servicemen. Every encounter has been the same! Quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Tech did a good job explaining who he was and confirmed what he was scheduled to complete. Thoroughly checked the items on the to-do list and gave me a recommendation for keeping the AC units in top shape with their scheduled service plans. Id use them again.

This company was great from the start of my AC issues. The scheduling, the comfort specialist, the technicians and installers, were all top notch.I will never use another company besides Air Services for all of my AC/heating needs from here on out. If I could give 6 starts, I would!

We’ve had to call out Air Services Unlimited a few times this year and almost every time has been on a weekend. The technicians have been punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. The customer service is superb. The Service Manager, Dusty Cole has been especially helpful in setting up service calls so that we haven’t had to miss work to meet the technician. He is always accommodating, friendly and eager to give helpful tips based on his extensive knowledge. Especially under such inconvenient circumstances, Dusty is truly a pleasure to do business with. 😊

Excellent maintenance call. He checked all parts and said everything was good. He did blow out the drain pipe as it was beginning to be stopped up. Always gives me peace of mind after a service call. Very nice gentlemen.

This company is nothing but professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Before Thanksgiving our AC stopped working. We gave them a call and they came out that very same day. Parts needed to be ordered so we waited. Parts finally came in, but Lennox sent parts for a gas heat pump instead of an electric one. We have had problems with our system pretty much every year since buying our home 6 years ago. My husband and I had already discussed getting a new unit installed after the first of the year, but we decided to do it now since the wrong parts were sent. Within 30 minutes there was a person (Jason) in our livingroom getting us a quote for a new system. We finalized all the details and were scheduled for a new install for Wednesday, December 18th. Jason called me on Monday and said they finished some jobs early and could get us in for the install early. The install was fast, seamless and such an easy process. The installers were so kind and helpful, Jason stopped by to make sure we were happy with everything and Cody finished up with the start up and was the absolute nicest to us. I cant say enough good stuff about this company. Thank you to everyone who has helped us on this journey.

My AC broke in the afternoon. I called and they had someone scheduled to come fix it at 8am the next morning. Showed up on time and not only fixed the problem but double checked the whole unit. Amazing service.

Recently had a service call from Air Services Unllimited of Vidor for a tuneup/checkup for our recently installed HVAC system (residential). Service person was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. System passed the checkup and he took some suggestions back to the office for us. We are pleased.

I used them this saturday and his 2 technicians ( David and Alex )were very professional, smart and quick. I would use them again

I have to call them once a year to keep my 4 year old unit running. What can I say? They dont make em like they used to. Air unlimited offers prompt service and fixes it right the first time. I have had to call them 3 times in 2 years (not for the same issue), and everyone I have worked with has been pleasant and professional.

Wouldn’t recommend if you have an older system. Charged a 100.00 service fee to try and sell me a new unit. Another company came and fixed it by replacing the capacitor and fan motor.

After 10 weeks with no AC and fighting with American Home Shield we finally gave up and contacted Air Services. They sent a tech out they determined we needed a new thermostat. They ordered the new thermostat and installed it. It didnt work, but they figured a way to make it all work and Im happy to say we finally have AC again. We will be customers of theres for as long as they will have us!

Install was good, service after sale has been a true hassel. Have issues with new AC installed takes 6 plus hours to cool off from 72 to 70. 3 service calls so far and still not repaired or working correctly. Cost as much as my old one to run.

They arrived when they said they would and began immediately checking my outside air conditioner unit which was not working properly on a very hot Friday afternoon. An hour later cool air was blowing throughout the house. The technician showed me pictures of parts that needed to be replaced, and checked all vents inside to be sure cool air was blowing before leaving. I will definitely call them again for service.

Did service on our Generac, found we needed some parts and had some issues. Ordered parts and will be out in the morning to complete service. Alex was the tech, nice young man, very polite and professional

They will come out and assess any issues for a flat fee, then give you options (at different price points) for anything needing repairs. Great company that we have used for 3 years so far. They have payment plans for new units,etc

I have used Air Services Unlimited now for a few years and have had great service. They come when they say they are coming. Do their job and leave and are very professional. I definitely recommend them.

Cody, Mark, and Zach are great technicians. Quick response time. Tammy gets the calls and gets the guys dispatched out very quickly.

Martin answered the first call I made and responded in an hr. After trouble-shooting the issue in person he had a crew on site and they were able to fix a problem that another company (C&C) was attempting squeeze another $2500 (WANTED ‘Up Front’)out of my elderly parents who’d already spent $3k on an new compressor. Martin donated the tubing needed to replace the cracked section and verified that a condenser replacement wasn’t necessary, then recharged the Freon. He solved a problem honestly for $500 that the other group left broken for four months of summertime heat. Kudos to this company for their professionalism and concern for their neighbors, a step up from their fly by night competitors looking to bilk seniors. They deserve every success and your business too, I recommend them highly and sincerely.

Air services did an outstanding job on removing and installing a brand new ac unit. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest HVAC company.

I needed my ice machine repaired. They were great and contacted the manufacture to see if it was still under warrantee it was so they ordered the parts and repaired my machine in a timely manor. The guys cleaned up and left the worksite in great condition.

We moved into a new office suite and the air was not dispersing evenly. Everyone up front was freezing, while everyone in the back was sweating. I had multiple companies come out that couldnt figure out what the problem was. Air Services came in and fixed our issue within 30 minutes and we are all finally comfortable at the office. The employees that came out to install our new HVAC were competent and very well-mannered. Both worked diligently to install our new unit. I needed my upstairs unit to dehum and I did not know how to make it work so I called air service. Tech came out and did not know how to set it up. He charged me $85 and said he would call me after some further research. I called 2 days later since no one had called me. The office said they would contact the tech and have him call me. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME, my number has a voicemail and I have no voicemail from you. At this point don’t call me. If you want to make it right just refund me and I will update my review.since the last post I have spoken with Martin. There evidently was a can we Communication error on their end and had the wrong information to contact me. Everything is straightened out now and I really appreciate them and their effort to straighten it out.

Everything went just as explained. They answered all our questions and were very responsive to any concerns. Job was done in a timely manner and our home was left spotless. I highly recommend Air Services.

They came and installed my new unit and did a excellent job. Cleaned up everything as they went. The house looked cleaner when they left before they got here. Employees are super nice and really helpful they answered any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Air Services Unlimited is excellent. They are always extremely professional, on time, and do a great job. Recently they came out and I was told that my compressor was completely locked up. They were able to come out the very next morning and install a complete HVAC system in less than 8 hours as well as reinsulating my entire attic. The scheduling system they use is top notch, they send you an email before the tech shows up with a picture of the tech and their name. This is great to know that some crazy person isnt coming to your house!

This company was very professional, respectable to the client and does awesome detailed work I truly recommend this group of professionals and after doing such a great job I signed a maintenance agreement for both of my a/c units .

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Diagnosis was performed fast and quoted with part in hand. Repair was done, cleaned up area and complete in no time. From phone call requesting service to repair was complete was 1.5h total, not that is service!

Use these folks last year so I was having trouble and called them again and they went above and beyond to get me in! Mark the serviceman was professional and just easy to work with his assistant was also very professional! Trust me they will get all my HVAC work from this point on!

After hours service call, Angelia arrived within a few minutes after the call and corrected mis-information with another company that came out before her and got my ac good to go and she is very professional and knowledgeable about A/C work! Thanks again air services!

I was very impressed with how quickly they came after I called (after hours) on a Sunday evening. James figured out the issue quickly and fixed it quickly. It was VERY expensive but like I said I paid a BIG fee for the repair being after hours.

Air Service employees were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and cost was very reasonable. The employees took time to explain the issue I was having with my unit. I am very happy that they took time to explain what was going on with the a/c unit and solved the problem.

Just had an AC checkup last month and noticed issues with heating and cooling. I asked for suggestions on FB and two friends recommended Air Services. They found poor workmanship of previous company. They have a new customer now!

Our heat went out and we have a VERY old unit. They had a part that would work and it did and we had the heat back on within a few hours. And so very affordable - less than Amazon by $100! Awesome, awesome people!!

Air Services provided courteous same day service for my A/C unit, much to my delight! They are my “go to” company for HVAC needs.

My fridge was not cooling right so we called for them to come check it out which took a month because they kept rescheduling and when they did come they didnt fix it which we had to wait long which is kinda understandable but they came again in ANOTHER MONTH to actually come to fix it which they did for only a week. The cooling stopped working so I got tired of waiting and just got me a fridge.P.S yes it was you guys because I asked for a business card and you wasnt able to see my information because it was my parents

Our AC unit was making a terrible noise, that sounded very expensive. Quitmon came out, and had it fixed in no time. Very nice, Super fast, Great Service!! Highly recommend!

On May 28 2019 I called air services to inspect my A/C because at the peak of the day the coils would freeze up. The woman that scheduled the appointment told there would be a service charge of $85.00 and that would cover charging system with Freon and telling me if anything is wrong with system. The next day I get a call from a tech stating my system was low and it was going to cost $422.00 to charge my system. The tech could not tell me how low it was, and then I asked him why my system was low he said there was no leak and could not tell me why it was low. And he then proceeded to tell me that he could do a different test for leaks but that would cost more. So I told him to leave and do nothing else. Now my A/C doesnt work at all. I called and talked to manager he says and I quote We charge accordingly by a book that says how much Freon goes in a system so if your system holds 8 lbs and is only 1 lb low your getting charged for 8 lbsI have two houses and a business they will not be getting any more of my businessIn response to the owner the tech told me there was no leak in my system

I recently had Air Services Unlimited service my outdoor AC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Their team was prompt and professional, and they quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit. They discovered that the control board was indeed ruined but explained that it wasn’t essential for the unit to function. Instead of pushing for an expensive replacement, they chose to bypass the board, saving me from a hefty bill that I didn’t need!Additionally, they recharged the unit, which was low on gas, ensuring that everything would run smoothly. This was a recall service and the call-out fee was waived, giving me peace of mind concerning unexpected costs.On a previous visit, they had replaced my capacitor, while I took care of changing the breaker. At that time, I didn’t realize that the breaker problem was preventing my AC from running, so there was little troubleshooting they could do on the first visit.My AC unit is working again although it runs at high speed rather than varying speeds as it used to. Im glad I didn’t go ahead and spend over $1,000 on a new board when it wasn’t necessary. Thank you, Air Services Unlimited, for your honesty and expertise! I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and efficient AC service. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!
