Caraway Plumbing

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Called to have someone come test my gas line among some other plumbing work and was told someone would there between 3:30-4:00. Called at 4:15 to be told they were behind and that they would call to get an update from the plumber assigned to me. The women I spoke to said that the plumbers dont leave until the job is done. Not only did nobody call me to update me, but they never showed up! I took off of work to meet with them and they didnt even have the decency to update me or even ask me to reschedule! Terrible communication! Its now the next day and NOBODY STILL has called. I have called twice to try and see what the deal was or what happened, and they cant even answer the phone. what a joke of a company. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM if you dont want to have your time wasted!

The worst customer services Ive ever experienced. Issue was never fixed and I had to show the plumber how to pull the fan from the tankless and I had to reinstall it because it was put in wrong. They also had to use my tools because they were unprepared. When I called to discuss the issue I was hung up on 5 times and told that I was just trying to get out of paying the bill. I was also told that I wasted 30 minutes of their life that they will never get back. This is just a short story of all the issues and what I was told. I dont wish bad on them but regardless of how long theyve been in service they need some retraining from all aspects, office and field.

Very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I was in a bind with a busted pipe from the freeze and was very understanding that it would be several days before they would come out as I knew they were busy. They gave me a day theyd be out (3 days after I called) and I accepted it. The day came, no call, the next day came no call, etc. I would call and 85% of the time no one answered and when they did they assured me theyd be here. 6 days later I called (no answer of course) and left a message to please just cancel the request Ill find someone else more dependable and professional. Id give a 1 star if it werent for the circumstances of the freeze and how busy every plumber was in the area.

Great company great pricing!!!I was thrilled with their work and time frame!I have a rental property in Victoria.Came home to find major water leak.First time I used this Company.They came out immediately the day I was in town.Gave me estimate started that afternoon.They made a horrific experience into a pleasurable repair!!Thank you guys so much!!!My business and my family will only deal with Caraway in all future remodels and unfortunate plumbing!Bless

I recently had some work done and I was very pleased with the work and the price. The plumbers were very friendly and professional, they did an excellent job on the plumbing work and installing fixtures. The office staff was very friendly as well and worked with my schedule, I will be defiantly will be using them in the future. I highly recommend Caraway Plumbing!

The Texas freeze was rough on everyone. Thankful to Caraway Plumbing.Grateful to Rick for his kind heart, who went above and beyond to help a fellow, gentleman veteran. Bertha is in the office. This inspiring woman genuinely cares! She is a blessing to her workplace. She was certainly a blessing to us! Everyone may have a different story when they call a service but, it is all in relation to needing help. It means the world when you see that outstretched hand, metaphorically speaking.

Caraway plumbing is a great company. Always willing to work with you and squeeze you in for emergency. Mr. Caraway is the nicest man to do business with as well. Keep up the awesome work.

Installed our tankless water heater and did a great job, no issues.

I was disappointed in the way the office staff treated me. They repaired a cutoff valve water leak and it started leaking again within a week. They refused to go back to repair it. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I will not be using them again.

Bad customer services, Caraway Plumbing was unable to fix our system and still wants to charge us $300 for an incomplete job, and now are threatening us with collections services, avoid this company, even when the owners were supposed to make it right, they too were a no call no show
